I had my Jeep Wrangler at the Kearny Mesa dealership service for routine maintenance and a battery failure. Setting up the appointment online was very easy. I had to change the time at the last minute and they accommodated it without any issue. While the car was in service I was kept informed about the progress and received a detailed report of all the findings and recommendations. It enabled me to make a timely decision regarding the repairs. The car was returned on time and in clean condition. Everything had been fixed and the Jeep runs great. I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Jeep and Zachary in particular.

Just want to shout out Troy at Kearny Mesa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM! Thank you so much for all your help with the maintenance and repairs of my vehicle. He probably does not remember a couple years back I took my car in for some maintenance and inquiry on some noises. Troy is always upbeat, full of smiles and so kind. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them the best he could and if he did not have the answers to it he would find out. This last time around with my maintenance again he was transparent per usual and kept me in the loop the entire time. Thank you for such great customer service and being awesome!

Feb 2021 - William Gonzalez was very helpful in investigating and communicating with me updates regarding suspected brake related issues with my vehicle. Made the process very comfortable and helpful, despite the dealer's huge spike in vehicles in the shop causing my car to have to stay for several days. He made this clear to me upfront and was transparent throughout regarding expectations/pricing/etc. Reviewing this now three months later, the issue has not reappeared and Jeep is running as new. May 2021 - I have worked with Bill Hunter before, but latest experience, as has been in the past, was efficient, timely, and honest. Service was routine oil change and overall vehicle inspection part of the 50,000 mile window, along with a Jeep Mopar software/firmware reset for my Renegade. It was nice that Bill was able to quickly see prior service history and note that we had already covered a great deal in a previous mileage increment, and that I didn't really have anything new to do at 50K. Got what we needed to do done, and had the car back in a fast couple hours despite me having taken it in during the middle of the day.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff! He went above & beyond to help me find the perfect car that I was looking for. Jeff’s service was top notch - he was helpful and knowledgeable with the steps in the process to get the deal best for my needs. He is extremely trustworthy & was able to answer any question I had along the way. I would recommend anyone to work with Jeff & will definitely be doing business with him again when it’s time!

Zach was my service representative, and was outstanding from the moment we ordered the parts for the recall (backlogged due to high demand of RVs right now) to the completion of the work. He communicated with me throughout the experience, was completely professional, explained everything, and did an inspection of an area of the vehicle that I asked for when i got there that was not part of the original work order. He was the epitome of what you want when you go to a dealership for the first time. I appreciated his professional tone with me (I really hate it when I get the "female" treatment, and he was not like that AT ALL) and I will feel comfortable going back to Kearny Mesa Dodge Ram because of him.
