I recently just got the Jeep of my dreams from Keffer Jeep! My sales rep, Kim Erickson was AMAZING and made that happen:-))). I had been researching Jeep Grand Cherokees for almost a year and during that time I stopped by several dealerships not just in the Carolinas but also making quick trips to dealers around the country while I traveled on business. I must say that the service at Keffer Jeep ranks among the best, if not at the very top. After making a simple web-inquiry on an inventory model, I was promptly contacted by Krystle Hager. Unlike other sales people, she was not pushy or obnoxious. Any question I asked, Krystle responded to promptly and often exceeded my expectations. She helped me find exactly the 2017 Grand Cherokee I was searching for but I had a long business trip and couldn't close the deal for almost two weeks. I was worried the vehicle I wanted would be sold by the time I got back. Krystle worked with her team to make arrangements for me to hold the vehicle until I could come in and sign the paperwork. She put me in touch with Pierre (who is also a class act) and we negotiated the terms. It was a quick negotiation with Pierre giving me a great price off the bat so I wouldn't have to haggle -- and after all my research I was shocked that I got the purchase price I was targeting. After the price was settled, Krystle walked me through the purchase step-by-step, patiently answering all of my emails, texts and calls. We pretty much did the entire deal without having to step on the lot. Finally, when it came to actually picking-up my car, Krystle checked every detail including making sure the car was absolutely show-room ready for me to drive off the lot. She really made it the best, most stress-free car buying experience of my life. Trust me when I say that Krystle Hager is a women of high integrity, warm character and very knowledgeable about the line of vehicles she represents. With Krystle on your side, you're in good hands.

General Washington Jr. took incredible care of me. I went in to buy a Jeep, and I bought a jeep! I have had some difficulties with other dealerships, price gouging, insane interest rates, and cars that weren't up to par. But this dealership was fair, excellent service and awesome staff. I feel super comfortable with my purchase and seriously, as for General when you go! He's a wealth of knowledge, specifically about credit.

I had the day off and decided to visit the Keffer Dealership to view a Jeep Wrangler I had saw online. When I arrived there I didn't see it on the lot. Unfortunately, it had been sold. I immediately thought I would go back home and surf the web for more options. Willie, approached me and drove me around the lot to find a vehicle comparable to what I was looking for. I didn't see my "dream car". Just as I had given up, Willie took his time and was able to provide me with a new Jeep, off the truck and work with me for a great interest rate and very reasonable payment! Willie rocks!!!

General Washington Jr. very professionally followed up with me for 4-5 months. He texted me about once per month to check in, and I appreciated not being called on a daily basis. He also gave me sound advice on the advantages/disadvantages for leasing when you drive a lot. Ive just recently bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger and a new Jeep Cherokee from Kim Erickson at the Keffer dealership! She was very cool and down to earth while also very infomative and professional. She made sure me and my wife got the cars we wanted for good deals that fit into our budget! She even gave me numbers I could look over before I ever stepped foot into the dealer and at times worked with into her personal time from home to make sure our vehicles got delivered to my home in sc! In a few years when my wife is ready for a new durango we will be going back to Keffer Jeep Dodge Ram to do business with Kim again! I would strongly suggest anyone who wants a sales person who will work with them without being over bearing to ask for Kim Erickson!

I had appt Saturday to get my 2016 jeep looked at-the key fob was not detected, sunroof making a noise and some other issues-the dealership is 1 hour from my house-they could not get to my car because someone had quit and no one bothered to call me and let me know that my appointment would not be met due to someone quitting-they could not put me in a car comparable to mine and wanted me to return same day to pick my car back up-need to set expectations! all they could say was well we are sorry! I called Manager and he told me to call him back if I decide to try them again-I did and left a message for him and have not heard back!!! Im really upset at the customer service provided

I recently bought a new grand jeep Cherokee, it was the best/easiest experience I have ever had when buying a car. Willie Hailey was great to work with. Upon arriving at the store I was unsure of which jeep I would want to make mine or even if I would be able to get it that day. I talked to General Washington a week before I purchased my 2013 Honda Pilot. He assured me that if the SUV I was interested in wasn't going to be there then he would let me know before I made the hour and half long trip. I got there and met him. I was very happy with my experience at Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram, and I really like my 2011 Kia Forte. Will Conner was a huge help in getting me through the process and answering all my questions, and my experience was nothing like the high-pressure situations I've experienced elsewhere. Matt Knight helped explain the process to me very clearly and made sure I understood everything I needed, as well as working with me to get everything I needed at a good price. They helped me find a down payment and monthly payment plan that worked for my situation and allowed me to leave with a great car. Will went above and beyond in helping me, even taking my new car to go get gas (picking a spot that made my commute home much easier) and offering to have my rental car I was driving returned where it needed to go so I didn't have to have a friend come pick me up. It was a great experience. I was concerned this was going to be just another headache in trying to get into a new car after getting into a wreck, but Keffer and Will really helped bring a bad few weeks to a happy close. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a new vehicle from Keffer. We were crunched for time as he is in the service and I am in graduate school so finding a weekend day we are both able to go car shopping is almost impossible. We walked in the dealership not completely aware of which vehicle we wanted. Our dealer specialist, Jim, walked us through different vehicles that fit our price range and need. We decided on the Dodge Journey; the decision process was easy with Jim explaining the differences every step of the way. My boyfriend has a lot of equipment and is a larger guy so we needed an affordable vehicle that would fit our needs. Once we decided on our Journey, our negotiation was then quick and even fun. We did not think we would be able to purchase a car in just one day, but with Keffer it was easy to! We drove away with a vehicle at a great price that day! Our salesperson, Sydney, was great. Answered all my questions and was very patient. Very personable. The loan person, Jeff Reed, was great also. When my husband bought his Grand Cherokee a month ago (at another dealership-shame on him) the sales person talked so fast, we didn't catch half what he said. Also the receptionist was impressive, she talked up the Jeep and the Sydney. I don't know if everyone has training in how to work with customers, but I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with.

Richie was all around awesome!!! When we first came out to look at the vehicle it was about 10 minutes to close, a few days before Christmas. Where as most would show a bit of aggravation under these circumstances , Richie happened to walk past us and when I got his attention , he smiled and ended up staying a bit later just to help us out. Not to mention the vehicle was a surprise gift for my dad and even with my dad being out there with us , Richie maintained the secrecy. Throughout the purchase he was just around great. Great communication , and continuously offering help, even with the surprise factor. The whole crew made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Great team overall at this location! We were interested in test driving a car and the keys could not be found. The sales lady, Kim Erickson, did a great job at rectifying the situation but it took about an hour and half to do it. She also helped us get some other things done with the car in order to make it how we wanted it. The one odd thing was the way they handle the internet pricing. They have 3 things that you have to qualify for before you can get it. A different salesman offered us a higher price ($3000 higher) indicating to us that he assumed we wouldn't qualify. We were fortunate to qualify but we would have been very disappointed if we hadn't because the "rules" weren't listed on the website where we found the car. They were listed on their dealer website but we didn't look at the car there.

I've had my truck in the shop for a day and a half they have yet to even pull in to be looked at. The service rep Doug Andrews has not returned on of my several voicemails. I drove by on my way to work (in a rental) to notice my truck was in the same spot I left it the day before. After over fifty phone calls I finally spoke to someone. I informed him that I would probably need to pick up my vehicle as I can't afford for it just sit there, His was very Ok take your truck... Not what I would expect from a dealership.

My salesman was great (Wes). He was an excellent communicator before and after the sale. He wasn't pushy and he was very honest. My finance person was great as well. She was very personable, friendly and prompt.Even the receptionist was extremely professional, friendly and helpful.Great experience.

I would like to take a moment to describe my experience with Keffer Ram and my salesman. I searched my local dealers in Bham, Al for a Promaster and decided to look here and on a few other sites for my best deal. I found Keffer Ram with several vehicles that I liked. I called and was put in touch with Ritchie. He took my information and promised to call me back shortly with vehicle details. He was true to his word and very informed about each vehicle I had chosen. He advised me on what might be my best options and helped me decide between the three of them. He then placed me on a conference call with someone in finance and stayed with me on the phone for almost an hour as we researched interest rates and what he could do for me. They are an hour ahead of me so it was around 9:00 when they finished. He had found an interest rate almost as good as my credit union and promised to keep working the next day when the banks opened. That is a level of dedication that is both commendable and unheard of today. So here you are thinking, "yeah, typical good review....time to move on." but wait.. there is so much more to this story. The next morning I leave bright and early to fly to Charlotte. During my layover I get a text from Richie.."Hey, just wanted to let you know I found a small scuff on the front bumper, but I will take care of it." I arrive in Charlotte and they have just completed replacing the damaged portion of the bumper. After a test drive and paperwork he leaves to fill up the van. He returns with a frown and says, " I found another small issue with your van." Turns out there was a hardly noticeable ding at the top of one of the sides of the van that he mentioned noticing while putting gas in it. He goes inside and gets me in writing a promise to reimburse me for the dent removal once I get home. Ritchie not only exemplifies professionalism, but also sincerely cares about you as a person and actually has YOUR best interest as his priority. Charlotte was a six hour drive home in a downpour that left me exhausted, but I would not buy from anyone else....ever. I challenge anyone to find a better dealership and salesman!! Thanks Ritchie. I worked directly with Richie and it was a absolute great experience. I'm from the north so it was strictly conversing over the phone for over a month to get the exact Jeep Cherokee that was on my wish list and he made that happen. There was no pushy sales tactics, just honest upfront facts about what I was going to receive for my trade in and what the Jeep was going to cost me. He worked with me on a 36 month finance, got me the best rebates he could, and fought for the lowest interest rate possible. It was such a pleasant experience overall and when I received my Jeep it exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank Richie enough for his time and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will surely be working with them again on my next vehicle!

My positive experience with the Keffer dealership began as soon as I exited my car and met Krystle Hager. I was just in the process of closing out a lease on a high end luxury automobile and was looking for a different driving experience. I had been to several other dealerships and although there were many nice vehicles available, after the car that I had been driving for the past 3 years, they were nothing I would consider special. My criteria was something different, practical, affordable but eye catching. Krystle was the perfect sales professional to help me decide on what I wanted. She greeted me with a positive approach and it was like she was just there that date to meet me driving needs. We talked briefly and she allowed me to look at was available, she offered excellent knowledge of the vehicles that I showed interest in as well as provided me with very helpful insight into other alternatives. My eye immediately went to a white Charger that was out front but she did not push one way or the other. Krystle allowed me to explore my options. Since I already had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and knew of its reliability, I also took a look at a Jeep that was next to the Charger. After sitting in the Jeep, Krystle asked if I wanted to take it out for a test drive. I agreed and immediately like the vehicle. When we came back we drove through the lot to look at other Jeep options. I really liked the Jeep Rubicon but the one that I was interested in did not have the lift kit similar to the Jeep that I test drove. Krystal said not problem, that the service department could have that added. When came back inside we sat down and talked prior to getting started with any paperwork. Once Krystle and my wife and I agreed on what we were looking for, she worked with us on our payment expectations. Although the lift kit was extra were were able to reach agreement on the price and the monthly payment with my trade-in and out of pocket cash. While the final financial paperwork was being completed, Krystal took me on a tour of the service department and introduced me to all of the people that I would be in contact with should I have any need to service me vehicle. It took a couple of days for the final updates to be made to the Jeep, I was very satisfied with the outcome. I came up to pick up my Jeep and Krystle was right there to assist me with my trade-in and to help me get my telephone connected. I met many very nice and helpful people while making my purchase. I won't remember everyone's name but I can tell you that it was a pleasure meeting and working with everyone there. Thank you for such a positive experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my Jeep Rubicon!

I had the misfortune of having my jeep towed to Keffer due to transmission issues. The next day they were quick to diagnose my issue as the torque converter. Everything went down hill from there... First my service advisor, Sharon, neglected to update me when they were unable to start work on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Work started a week after the date originally communicated. At the time the technician started working on my jeep they ran into a road block, they neglected to order the part when the problem was originally diagnosed. Once they finally had the part the repair was made. After picking up my jeep I quickly realized the repair was not made correctly. The jeep acts like it doesn't want to change gears and the RPM goes up before changing. Once it changes it jerks very badly. Next I attempted to call and complain, however, I was greeted with a very unprofessional sales person who answered the phone due to the receptionist being away from her desk. I asked to be transferred to the service manager, although no one would take my call. They refused to page the manager and continued to argue. Next I emailed the General manager, in true Keffer style he continued the poor experience and never bothered to reply. I would not recommend KEFFER FOR ANYTHING, not even an oil change.

I am sorry but get ready for a long painful story, friends. I went to this lot to purchase a vehicle about 3 months ago. I decided on a vehicle before walking in the doors, talked to a sales rep, and set up a meting. I arrived at the dealership to test drive the car at the appointed time. I had to wait for 45 minutes while they tried to find the vehicle on the lot. Apparently, someone had lost it after test driving the car. I then test drove the car and had a nice chat with the sales rep and the experience started to feel better. Little did I know what was in store for me. I sat in front of a desk for 4 hours while the called different banks to find a loan for me. While they were doing this they asked me to get insurance on the vehicle while on the lot and called superior insurance. The car was not in a condition to be driven off the lot so I was going to have to wait for a week for them to repair it. I asked if I could shop around for insurance at home since I could not even drive the car home and the sales rep told me " No they shop for you, they have the best price, you have to go through them." This in itself was false as I went home and was quoted a price from progressive that was half the price of superior for better coverage. After 4 hours they finally found a bank willing to do a loan (i have average credit) and quoted me at 18% interest. I was dumbstruck but decided i needed this now so I agreed. I had already stressed to the sales rep that I live about 2 hours away and cannot meet on certain days due to working 12 hour night shifts. I call their office after a week and they schedule a meeting to come pick up the car. I arrive back at the dealership and the sales rep says these exact words "Do you want the good news or bad news? The good news is i can find you an excellent deal on a different vehicle and the bad news is i cannot sell this car due to rust damage." When i asked how long they knew about this he eventually told me about a week now. This was also after he kept asking me to come in on my work day after I told him i could not. I finally broke down and went the 2 hours before work just to have this over and done with. that when he told me that line. Well, as you could imagine, I was livid and refused to look at any more cars on the lot ( I didn't even have time before having to run back to work) and they said they would send me back my down payment check they already took but their "check cutters" were not in for the day and I would have to wait until Monday. This was on a Friday. I decided to wash my hands of this company and buy privately. I found a much nicer, newer, and lower mileage car for 3% interest rate. I thought I was done with this dealership for good but little did I know.... I still needed to cancel my superior insurance and have the dealership fax a letter showing them I never received the vehicle so I could get a full refund on the insurance down payment. I have called this dealership 3 times a week for 3 months. I have left message after message for them. I have dealt with the VERY rude customer care rep at their front desk multiple times always barely keeping a calm polite tone. She has hung up on me more times than I can count. She has transferred me in the middle of my sentence. She has put me on hold immediately after hearing my name. The few times she actually transferred me to one of two people that never answer and always make me leave a voicemail, I have left a long detailed voicemail about what it is I need. Superior insurance has called this dealership multiple times and left countless messages on my behalf and nothing has been done. It is 3 months later and I am still trying to get this letter faxed. I let another message about 20 minutes ago and will continue the fight tomorrow morning.

I was so impressed with my experience at Keffer Jeep. I worked with Mike Lewis primarily, though Andy the sales manager and the finance guy were very helpful too. Mike took me on a test drive a few months ago and didn't give me a hard time at all about needing to wait until summer to purchase my car. From the moment I called Sharon to get my lifted wrangler in the shop, I was kept in the loop 100%. I purchased a Chrysler 200 back in 2012 from this dealership. It was a struggle to get me into the price range that I wanted to pay per month for a car but eventually salesman Willie Hailey got me into the car. It was a long process but worth it. I've taken the car there for oil changes and other minor work under warranty. The work was always completed fairly quickly and the dealership is always clean. And I felt like the people there give a damn which is more than I can say for some dealerships in the northeast where I live now.

I purchased a 2013 Subaru WRX from this dealership in Dec. 2014. It was a great buying experience. Stacy Parham, my sales rep, was professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process. The vehicle had already been outfitted with aftermarket parts, so I wanted to be sure the 36k mile warranty was still covered. Stacy assured me it was, and moved me on to the next process with the Financing Manager, Mike Maus. Mike Maus was a very lively 20 something year old, that had great knowledge of his work and made the financing very easy to understand. The time came when Mike asked me if I wanted to purchase the extended warranty and other add ons like that. I asked Mike the same as I asked Stacy and he assured me even with the aftermarket parts the factory warranty would be honored. I signed the papers and left a very happy new-sed Subaru owner. A few days later I had to go back in to get my tags and was asked if I would like a free detail. I accepted. After taking back my car I notice 3 knicks in the paint on the hood and a weird gash and "paint stripping" on my rear bumper. I brought it up to Stacy and he said its just from pebbles and rocks. I asked him how rocks hit the rear bumper to make a mark like what I had. Very reluctantly he said that he would check on getting a paint repair person to fix the rear bumper. I should expect a call in 3 days......... no call. 2 months later my up-pipe which is part of the exhaust system had a leak. So I went to Subaru to have it looked at and replaced under warranty. NOPE!!! Not with the aftermarkets parts on it. The Subaru dealership was about a mile from Keffer so I drove there to talk to Stacy, Mike and whoever else to clear it up. After a run around for about 2 hours talking to service managers (Stacy was off and Mike had just tranferred to another dealership) I was told to talk to the manager of used cars. He never came to the front desk when paged so the lady called another financing person to assist me. Joe the finance person, told me unfortunately he didn't know about the situation and the he didn't know how to fix it to call the next day and talk to the manager of used cars and if I wasn't satisfied to talk to Joe Maus the GM. Needless to say my calls went unanswered and unreturned. It is now 3 months later I replaced the up pipe out of pocket and still haven't been contacted to discuss possible measures to take care of the repair or future repairs on the car. This is a good dealership as long as you are buying. When its something they are liable for and need to pay for the go ghost.

A local tire/auto repair store could not fix the rear air conditioning in our car. We called Keffer and they told us to bring the car right over. The car could have been finished in one day, but we had some additional repairs done, so it took two days. Very impressive. The Keffer staff were all very professional and polite.

Waking up this morning, I had no idea that I would be buying a Jeep Wrangler today. I must say this was the quickest and best car buying experience I've ever had when buying a car. I normally hate going to dealerships due to all the haggling some dealerships tend to due when they see a potential customer. When I arrived at the dealership I didn't have anyone running up to my car before I could even get out, but instead was politely greeted by Sydney Clark as I started heading towards the new car area. She carefully listened to what I was looking for and took me directly to the car I was desiring as well as other potential options. She was knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer any and all questions I had. After a pleasant test drive we were able to come to my agreed upon payments and I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours!!! Days after purchasing the car, Sydney took it upon herself to reach out to me to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and did not have any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. So thank you Sydney Clark for an awesome buying experience and everyone else who made my experience one for the record books.

I called the dealership recently on a Saturday morning fed with my 2008 Dodge Nitro that had 106,000 plus miles on it, and needing a new car. What I didn't expect was to be walking out of the dealership with a brand new 2015 Dodge Journey! I received impeccable service from Mike Lewis who worked out the deal for me. The first thing I liked about my experience was the greeting of the sales associate, J. Garcia. He was very friendly and inviting to Keffer. I liked his positive attitude. He was thorough in speech and in completing his end of the paperwork. In other words, he was organized. The financial associate, Sean, was also pleasant. He wasn't intimidating. Also, he wasn't over my head with the mumbo jumbo dealings of financing. Trust me, I would have given him a run for his money, but I did not have to go there. I understood my loan and Keffer's commitment to me. And I like that I felt leaving the dealership with no stone left unturned.
