Dealt with Bob in sales! He was super pleasant to work with, very attentive and followed up with me when other dealers didn’t. Wonder who got the sale? 😁 also got to meet the Sales Manager Brad who was a super nice guy and very straight forward. Luke in finance was also great! Making sure I got a great rate! We have bought our last two brand new vehicles here and just bought our first used truck here. Our salesman Adam made this THE BEST used car buying experience we have EVER had! He was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. At no point in time did we feel pressured to buy this vehicle. Adam took the time to listen to and answer any questions we had regarding our truck. I had some concerns and he helped me work through all of them so that I could be comfortable in this truck. There’s a reason we keep coming back to this dealership for sales and service time and time again!

Nice people and great selection of trucks. Only 3 stars because if you’re out of state or overseas, you’re not a priority. When I last purchased a vehicle out of state and shipped it, the entire process took two weeks (different dealership). I’m going on week seven with Keller Bros and still can’t get an answer if my paperwork is finalized. I’ve already put 50% down, set up automatic payments with the bank, and I chase them every other day to figure things out while deployed overseas. I’ve been told at least 5x they’d email me or complete some task and my sales rep hasn’t come through. I look forward to this process being over shortly...hopefully.

Best new car purchase experience in years. Ryan was my salesman and I ordered a 2021 Ram 2500. He gave me a great price on both the new truck and my trade and the whole experience was the best you could possibly imagine. If you are looking for a Dodge or Ram, this is the only place you need to go. Ask for Ryan, he will take excellent care of you.

I was greeted by name. The service was corrected ahead of schedule. I received a phone call upon completion. A free 10 point inspection was also done with the oil change.

I could not be more pleased with the entire staff at Keller Bros Dodge. I have bought many cars before but it has never gone this smooth for me before. I would defiantly recommend them and will be returning in the future. Thanks guys!

Was ready to buy a ram truck. Several trips to dealers provided no stock so I wanted to order one to get what I wanted. Internet sales person tried to locate one that was close but not exact. I was willing to look at it until I was told the truck was loaned out to an employee for five days. I told him to forget it that I wanted to order a new one not a demo. He couldn't get that through his head and actually got offensive. I took my business to another dealer and ordered the truck.

I've dealt with Keller Bros Dodge for years. Always a great experience.The sales team is very friendly and no pressure. Jayme Erb is my sales rep, very knowledgeable and helpful to make a smart decision.Service team is also great to work with. They never make you feel bad for asking a silly question. They always give you a plan of action no matter what the concern is.

Their business practices are questionable, when you try to discuss an issue with them, no response after six attempts. Beware of all the paper work and if it is wrong don't count on them to shred it!

Good pricing of a quality used van. Very nice and friendly to deal with. A very good experience for someone who doesn't buy a vehicle often. We will certainly go back!

Great car-buying experience. Had been in a car accident - not my fault! - which totalled my car. Stressful time, but they made the experience of replacing my car a positive one. We have been Chevy people. But visiting with this dealership and seeing what they have and the great service we had has made us think twice. We will recommend them to anyone. Giving them a chance was worth our time. So try them.

I didn't end up buying from Keller Brothers, only because I was able to get a hot deal on a leftover at another dealership, but certainly would have otherwise. The gentleman I spoke with, Rich Stauffer, was very upfront, understood and responded quickly to my needs, and was helpful friendly.sounds like what should be business as usual for every new car dealer, but I found that this is sadly lacking at most of the dealers I reached out to this time around.I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from Keller Brothers Dodge, or Rich Stauffer in the future.
