They were a one of a kind dealership. Everyone was so friendly and not pushy. The manager came over and introduced himself. They were very welcoming. Our salesman Chris actually remembered our names and what sport our child played. He took great care of us answering all our questions. We had our vehicle rust proofed so they gave us a loaner vehicle. It was a brand new vehicle. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who is tired of other dealerships where you are just a number.

The salesman and the other staff were all friendly, professional and helpful, in explaining and answering any questions we had. We feel like we have an SUV that runs great and looks great. The clear coat put on the cars will help it look good longer. The warranties and service that will follow the car are excellent. Also, the car washes are always a nice bonus :) . Chris was very patient in re-explaining anything that we asked him to. He also helped set up the Constar and Bluetooth before we left.

I was given time look over the cars before being approached which I like. Sales person was very nice and easy to work with. Didn't feel pressured but was given options and worked with me to meet my payment goal. Very informative and patience.

Chris Snyder was very friendly and helpful from the minute I started looking at the cars on the lot.. He took the time to explain everything to me... I bought a certified 2014 Chevy Cruze. It's a really nice car.. Certified Pre-Owned vehicles are definitely the way to go.

Not to pushy, listened to what I wanted. Very pleasant environment and staff! Chris was helpful, took his time and even got to know each other a little bit! Great guy easy to talk to!!

Both our salesperson, Pat Hyle, and the finance manager, Nick Gates, were very professional and took the time to explain the process fully. We bought a used Equinox at an excellent price. Being in a wheelchair created extra work for Pat, but he was very patient and ultimately found us the right vehicle,Nick took the extra effort to find a low loan rate. Highly recommend Kelley Superstore.

I am a recent college graduate and wanted to reward myself. I was looking for a used car with low miles. I found a Chevy Cruze that I really wanted. The salesman (Chris) came out and talked with us some; he was nice but he wasn't overly friendly like you expect from a car salesman. I wanted to look in the Cruze. We tried the door and were peeking in the windows trying to see in. He never offered to get the key to let us look. He told me to come back when I was more serious about buying. I came back a few days later in hopes of 1. getting a different salesman and 2. being able to get the car that I wanted. When I showed up, the car was pulled up to the front of the building and papers were being signed on it at that exact moment. I went across the street to O'Daniel and was greeted with a much warmer welcome and was taken more seriously; I bought a better car over there. S
