I was having some trouble transmission problems with my Ford F150 over Labor Day weekend. I went into Ken Garff early Saturday morning to see if there was a slim chance I could have someone check my truck. With the help of Jackie and Austin, I had the problem resolved within an hour. They made the rest of my holiday weekend stress-free and truly went the extra mile to take care of my issues. What a pleasant atmosphere—thanks again.

Salesmen were knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience from start to finish!! 3 Years later and i went from a 5 star to a 1. I am done with St. George Ford. The service department is the absolute worst! From oil changes to service they find ways to make it a problem. I have made the shift from Ford to Ram not for the truck itself but the service from the dealer!

Shopping for cars is my least favorite thing to do but Terry at Ken Garff was so great to work with. He showed us several cars, was very knowledgeable, and would always find us the answer if he didn't know. He was great with our kids all the while answering a million questions. We really appreciated working with him during the super fun process of buying a car! Sometimes you feel like you are just a number to a salesperson and we definitely didn't feel that way! Thanks Terry!

Karo was absolutely amazing. My car was in a dangerous situation due to recalls I was unaware of and he went the extra mile to have my car done in LESS THAN 2 business days. As a full time working single mom.. this was MAGIC! I am BEYOND thankful more than ever that I have a Ford- simply for this amazing customer service. Thank you Karo!!
