I have had two wonderful and very easy purchase experiences at Key Acura. I have purchased two vehicles from Tyler and he was so helpful and the entire process was seamless. He went above and beyond in his communication and customer service. Additionally you’ve gotta meet Kenny in the Service department - he’s pretty amazing too. He’s always in touch on the status of my vehicle and always follows up to ask if there’s anything more that is needed. I would definitely recommend Key Acura of Portsmouth to anyone in the market for a car!

I just had a terrible experience while shopping here. I bought a brand new vehicle from this establishment a few months ago. I spent 60k on a new mdx. I go in today to buy an rdx and was helped by some guy working the front desk. After quick small talk I informed him of the car I wanted that I saw on the website. He then told me that they are charging an extra $3000 on top of the online price due to a chip shortage. Like as if anyone would pay that. I also have to pay $1200 for floor mats and splash guards that aren't listed in the online advertisement. So now I'm at $4200 more than the online price. To top it off he new I had just bought a vehicle with them and spent top dollar because they couldn't move on the price due to, you guessed it, a chip shortage. But I bit the bullet then. Not this time. I'll never buy from you again. Loyalty should mean something. Lost a customer of future vehicle upgrades.
