Updating review: Since dealership was attentive enough to acknowledge my concern here, I view the acceptance of feedback as a 5 star quality. Thank you. ——Service here is pretty good. I am a loyal customer. I will say that compared to some other brands, the service experience isn’t the same. Example being a car wash. I being in a $60k Explorer with 6k miles on it and it is not washed after. Also, the vehicle ALWAYS gets dirtier there during service.

They are my local Ford dealer and they are wonderful. I have owned Ford's for years and no matter what I am doing, getting service, repair or purchasing a new vehicle they always step up and make sure to go the extra distance to make my experience great. I recently became an owner of a 2021 Bronco Sport! I initially dealt with Rick when I placed my order in February 2021. Rick was very helpful, answered all of my questions since I had never pre-ordered a vehicle before. He thoroughly explained how they will lock in the best rates for me and showed me how to access the link to check on the progress for my build. He sat with us going over the models, and accessories that can be added or were standard. When the Bronco Sport arrived they notified me and we setup a time to come and check it out and do the paperwork. I finally got it delivered in July in no fault to Keyser-Miller just delays in production. More than 1 salesman were telling us about the vehicle and helping answer any questions we had. The paperwork was made as painless as possible. No pushy tactics about extended warranties or any needless costs. I am very happy with my overall experience and will continue to go there for any of my Ford needs.

I have been with Keyser & Miller Ford for quite sometimes. Desk representatives have come a long way in interacting and accommodating customer for a convenient appointment. Not always satisfied with work they sometimes say is needed for regular maintenance and charges for these works. For example, oil change jump from $21 with free tire rotation to $47 not including tire rotation in 2 years and that does not including filters and other miscellaneous item they add there, you oil change ends at ~$85!

Jake and Bob were incredibly professional, friendly, and informative. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 13 years and was anxious to put it mildly. I went back and forth multiple times and had so many questions. They were very patient and took time to thoroughly explain every last thing. They were straight forward, no haggle. Their service department quoted me a cost of $650 and a time frame of two days to fix an issue with my 2012 Ford Escape, which I told them, and they confirmed, was related to TSB 14-0157. While I initially (ignorantly) approved, I contacted several sources and realized I was being ripped off. I called them back three hours later and was told the car was "already halfway done," with the service that was done so far (draining the a/c system) being completely non-indicated by the TSB. I had to pay $150 just to get my car back. I proceeded to a Napa store, purchased a resistor for $22, and installed it in a half hour. They were going to charge me $650 and keep my car for two days, to fix an issue that could be, and was, fixed for $22 and a half hour of time. If they had simply checked the resistor they would have easily seen it was deteriorated and that a new one would have the issue fixed. That they didn't, and tried to fabricate $650 of work, is reprehensible.

From beginning to end it was great service. I was coming in from out of town so I had Rick walk around the van about ten times wail I was on the phone asking 1000 and one questions before I felt comfortable driving in. He answered all my question with a smile. Very personable staff and very accommodating. I came in with my wife a 5 kids, they had a bucket of toys for my kids to play around with wail I filled out all the paperwork. Bob was very knowledgeable as to the right financing options and warranty to chose. I didn't feel like I was at a dealership It felt more like I was with friends and family. We've bought 3 cars there, the prices are excellent and the buying experience is very nice. Negotiations were relatively painless. The show room is clean and neat but nothing extravagant, to me that's great. I don't want to pay for a crystal palace like the high end dealerships. The service shop is good too, friendly people and timely service. Overall this is my favorite car dealership, and lately Ford is my favorite brand.

I went to look at a car the guy told me that 5 minutes before I showed up someone was already looking at the car. I was told to wait 5 mins to see if a deal was going to be made or not. Sat in the dealership for 20 minutes didn't even get to look at the car. I left without even talking to the dealer for more than 2 minutes and without even looking at the car.

What a pleasurable experience! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted ( other than a SUV ) so my salesperson, Mary Bentz, showed me a variety of options. I am writing this review for the service department for keyser ford in collegeville. The customer service was a grave disappointment for me. I had an appointment to receive an oil change on a Saturday morning. I arrived promptly on time. As a first time customs, I did not receive a welcoming smile or a hello from the staff member when I entered the door. Quite frankly, she seemed very miserable. The first words out of her mouth were, " we're running late today." Okay, that's fine. I replied, "could you please let me know how long it will be?" Her answer, "A while." Very descriptive. She asked if I was waiting or dropping it off. I told her that I'd be waiting for it. She didn't even explain where the waiting room was or give me any type of welcoming greeting. She simply pointed, "over there." Now, the auto service department was completely dead. Not a soul to be found. I waited patiently in the waiting room for an hour without any updates about my vehicle. I had to be at work within an hour and it didn't seem as though my car would be done anytime soon. I went back to the same female staff member from earlier that morning. "Hello, could you please tell me when my car will be done? I need to be at work." A male worker beside her answers, "Umm, soon. He just ran out to get a filter." I returned to my previous spot in the waiting room. Another half hour goes by and a service worker comes out to find me. "It's ready," he claimed. I proceeded to the register. "Oh, by the way, the type of oil that your car required wasn't included in the promotional offer. It is extra...but I'll let it slide." Gee, thanks buddy. The promotional offer said nothing about there being an additional cost for a different oil. Nor, did you have the decency to tell me this before pouring it into my vehicle. I felt very disrespected and belittled from this entire experience. Never again will I go there for any of their services. They have no customer relations, and they are terribly rude. Not only did I have to wait nearly an hour an a half for a simple service, the workers were very rude and unprofessional.

Let me preface this by saying, i bought a used car from Keyser Miller Ford, and the sales department staff were all incredibly friendly, and made the car buying process which can be very stressful, as pain free as possible. They give you the keys and let u test drive whatever u want, they wont even ride with u which is very cool, i like to listen for sounds and drive where and how i want, not where im told, and its hard to listen for abnormal sounds when a salesperson is yapping away. Now....... to the service department.... Imve had MULTIPLE issues here.... First off, the techs and service writers are among some of the worst ive ever encountered. As with all dealerships, you always seem to be spoken to by either the nicest people on earth in the service department, or by the most miserable know it alls..... when talking about Keyser Miller, you get the latter. I called to schedule a simple oil change. Nick, whom answered the phone, greeted me with a laughing "Keyser miller ford this is nick speaking", to which i replied, "Hi id like to schedule an oil change" He then asked when id like to schedule it for but i didnt hear him at first bc he was still laughing amongst co workers i presume and i couldnt understand him.i asked him if he could repeat the question as i did not understand him thru the laughter to which he replied in a loud slow tone as if to insult me. "Whennn woullddddd uuuu likkkeeee tooo schedullllle it forrrrr?" it was a monday morning) i said anytime this week would be great, u name it.... he replied with, we're booked this week how about next week? i said you cant slip in a 15 minute oil change all week? Is there only 1 tech there? He says, are u planning on dropping it off for the day or waiting.... i said i would wait.... bc i dont see why id leave my car there all day for a 15 minute job.... 30 minutes tops if they actually check fluids which i know dealerships dont... Needless to say, i just hung up on him and took my car elsewhere but man, i was shovked by the lack of professionalism. Another time, i had an issue with my battery cable. My car would randomly not start and the said it was the cable, so they replaced the cable, but it didnt solve my issue.... so i paid outta pocket for the part and repair for nothing.... basically replaced my cable that was perfectly fine for fun... wont make that mistake again. I dont really believe these guys know what theyre doing bc they seem relatively young in age overall and i wouldnt trust them with many jobs on a car aside from filling the washer fluid and maybe putting air in tires.

When we took it back to the dealership they replaced the defective tire but informed us the tie rods were rusted out and needed to be replaced and they were going to charge us!! Only a week before they inspected the car and sold it to us! After several angry phone calls they agreed to do the work for no charge. Not long after the engine blew! I now have a very expensive lawn decoration curtesy of keyser miller ford. We called the dealership for weeks about the engine and none of phone calls were returned. To add insult to injury the tire went flat again. It pains me every time I look at the car just rusting away in our driveway and each time we make a car payment. My advise to any potential used car buyers Stay Away!!!

Just purchased our second car from Keyser & Miller and the experience was just as great as the first time. Got a fantastic deal on a certified pre-owned ford focus. Just leased a new Fusion, and couldn't have had a better experience! I had been on the fence for a while about getting a new car, and my sales person Bill was very patient. He didn't give me any high pressure sales pitch, just showed me the car and left the rest up to me. He did everything he said he would and more. The entire process was stress free, and I highly recommend you ask for Bill if you go there. He is a retired Marine so it makes me even happier to give him the business!

We recently purchased a Ford Certified Pre Owned Explorer form Keyser Miller Ford in Collegeville. They had a large selection of certified cars from which to choose. I liked this dealer because they are family owned and have just one location. They have been on Main street in Collegeville since the 1950`s. The certified cars were clean and the prices were very fair. Our salesman, Rick Hand was low pressure and helped us find the right car to fit our needs and budget. Rick told us that he had worked at Keyser Miller over 25 years and that many other employees in parts,service and sales had been at the dealer for 20 years or more. The small town feeling and experienced staff made this dealer stand out from the other Ford dealers we had visited.

Great car buying experience in PA today! My husband and I were shopping on-line for a used Ford Explorer and found a great price on one at Keyser Miller Ford. We sent an email and received a quick response. And not one of those pushy ones where they tell you to "come in" and we will answer your questions. All of my questions were answered through email like I requested and when we showed up to buy the car it was just as nice as we were told to expect. I am a single mother and was recommend to this dealership by a friend. Knowing they were a long time family business I was confident they could help to find me something in my price range and something that would accommodate my family and I. I also was nervous about being a women and getting pushed over but as soon as I arrived my trouble were put to rest! I loved that there were many women in sales and I felt the "family business" feeling right away. No one was rude and they were all very helpful. They gave me options I didn't even know I had, I walked away with a lease that I am so happy and very grateful!! They sat down with me and went over all my options and laid it out all on the table. I never felt pressured, rushed, or felt like I was being taking advantage of for my need of a reliable car. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone and defiantly plan on returning. Long story here... I bought a certified pre-owned 2007 ford Freestyle with 45,000 miles on it from Keyser Mileer Ford about 4 years ago. 2 years after i purchased, the transmission died, and I was told that it would not be covered under my warranty. Three weeks later after I found that 3 different transmission companies would not work on my car because it had a CVT transmission in it, I called Rick from the dealership to see if he had any ideas. After putting me on hold, he informed me that I was miraculously covered, even though I was told I was not 3 weeks before. So, Keyser Miller Ford had my car for about 3 weeks, and replaced the transmission. (Side note - I was assured that Keyser Miller Ford would do all the work on the car at the dealership. However, I found a tag on my keys from a transmission place in Norristown. Obviously, they sent it out.) Fast forward 18 months, and my car starts to act up, making sounds and not being able to shift just like before. I immediately call Keyser Miller Service to tell them what is going on. The new transmission that I was told came directly from ford 18 months ago, was not under warranty because my car had 101,000 miles on it. At the time the transmission was replaced, the car had 78,000 miles on it. So, the first transmission lasted a whopping 33,000 miles and the second transmission lasted an incredible 28,000 miles. I asked the service person on the phone, Nick, if it was normal for a car to need 2 transmissions in that amount of time and miles. His response was "absolutely not." When I asked if they or Ford would do anything for a customer who has owned 5 fords, he said no because the car was 1,000 miles over 100,000 miles. So, I had the car towed to Keyser Miller Ford hoping and praying that they would tell me that I was wrong and that the transmission was fine, and there was something else wrong with the car. Unfortunately, I was right, and the car would need a new transmission and the estimated cost would be between $5,000 and $6,000. The Kelly Blue Book Value on a 2007 Freestyle was $4500 for good condition. No one in their right mind would pay that for a transmission that would likely only last another 18 months. In the end the actual price I was told by Nick in the service department would be $6700. (Side note - of all the service people I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of car service, this man was the most arrogant, ignorant, and rude.)My next step was to call Ford Customer Service. Surely, they would want to make right on this. Being as I have been a loyal Ford customer for over 35 years. Wrong! I got the same answer, "We are terribly sorry, but the car is too old and has too many miles on it." The next thing the woman said gave me a little hope. She said, "You should go back to the dealer, and I am sure they will give you a very good price to trade your car in and purchase a new one from them." I did just that, and I was told, since the transmission is so expensive to fix, they could offer me only $500 for my car that should be worth $4500. Local junkyards gave me quotes from $575-$655. So, I guess Keyser Miller figured they could get another $155 out of me. So much for a fair trade in value. Needless to say, I had a junkyard pick my car up, and I am now searching for a new car. When I went to retrieve my keys from the service department to turn over to the tow service, I was charged $75 for the diagnostic test that was done. The service person informed me that they were giving me a deal in only charging $75 as the normal price is $100. Wow! What a great discount, so generous of them. I will never buy another Ford, and I will certainly do everything I can to warn people about the poor service I received at Keyser-Miller Ford in Collegeville, PA. If you have a Ford Freestyle with a CVT transmission, trade it in now as it will only cause you problems! And by all means, stay away from Keyser Miller Ford if you want to deal with people that will treat you with respect and decency.

This car dealer was completely unwilling to negotiate price on a pre-owned vehicle OR deal with the repair issues that my mechanic identified. Mary told me that they are like Car Sense, but the SUV I was interested in was priced $1000 above Kelley Blue Book Value. I found virtually the same vehicle at another dealer which had the same miles and was one year newer.... for $2000 less. Your time and money are valuable; spend them elsewhere.

Bought a 2010 Fusion less than two years ago only to be sitting here just having purchased the third transmission that has been in this car. The kicker is Keyser Miller made me pay over $5000 for this one. A two year old car that now has had three transmissions and they are telling me that my car does not have a transmission problem. Even worse, I call Nick, the service guy one week after the 3rd transmission was put it because my check engine light is on and the car is "rocking" when stopped at a light or stop sign. He tells me that he does not have a courtesy car that they could give me after paying $5k there one week earlier and having problems with that repair. I have never been more frustrated in my life. I can't express how much anger I have. They have done everything they can to loose my business and everyone I know business. Nick even told me they couldn't give my car a thorough test drive after the repair because the car was low on gas.... Really? Wow...

Over a year ago I bought a car there and was fast talked into buying a premium extended warranty. I recently had my car serviced and was informed I needed new brake calipers which were covered under the warranty i was convinced into buying. When the mechanic called it in and sent over the pictures the warranty replacement was denied even though it clearly states calipers are covered. LIES LIES ALL LIES THEY WILL LIE TO YOU THERE EVEN MORE THAN MOST DEALERSHIPS. I was told "anything happens to your car in 3 years and you are covered no matter what." Well that doesnt seem to be the case now.

My wife and I were very much in need of a larger car since our third child is due any time now. We found this dealership through Cars.com and worked with Howard and Mary, salespersons. They were both extremely pleasant and nice to deal with. We never felt any pressure. Nor were we subject to typical scams like "bait & switch" which I experienced at a Cherry Hill dealership just days before (Come on, Man! I'm a psychologist, don't you think I'm gonna see that one coming???). Anyway, to top things off, Bob W. helped me with the financing. I went in with a check from one bank but he got me a deal through another bank that was over 5 percentage points lower. He reassured me this wasn't typical, but I certainly appreciated it. We ended up with a 4 year-old Ford Expedition which looks and drives like it is brand new and could not be more pleased. It was such a pleasant and non-typical buying experience that I will be telling all of my friends! And, we will be back.

We were looking all over online for a used vehicle to strictly fit into our budget. Keyser-Miller had a really good vehicle with a GREAT price...below Kelly Blue Book value. We live about an hour away and have 2 little ones, so I preferred to find out as much info as possible via emails to save a long drive. I was SOOO pleasantly surprised when Mary was so kind and happy to speak via email...most of the other dealerships that I'd contacted had their typical salespeople calling our house constantly. Instead, Mary was very helpful and honest and up front. I could tell that I could trust her from the beginning and she proved me right. We were able to figure out a deal via email concerning the price of the car, our trade-in value and our interest rate and financing. When my husband and I felt comfortable with the numbers we finally went to see the car. It was great, just like Mary had described it. The dealership even allowed us to have it for the day so that we could bring it to our local mechanic and have it checked out. When we did there were very few things that they pointed out. But when I told them to Mary she said that the dealership would have them fixed. My husband picked up the car this morning and it is perfect. I never expected to have such a flawless experience at a dealership, but we did!! I highly recommend this place!

My on-line inquiry was for a price on a 2012 Mustang Shelby Cobra. I currently own a 2009 Shelby and wanted to trade up because of all the new options. I was quoted on a GT instead and they gave me several options to buy a plain V6. It did not make any sense to me what they were doing so I did not re-contact them.

Never thought I'd buy a Ford but fell in love with the Edge when I rented one and went to Keyser Miller Ford today and bought a 2010 Edge Limited.This was the best car buying experience I've had and I've bought lots of cars over the years. Being a woman, I tend to think many car dealers try to take advantage of us but not at this store. My salesperson was Mary Stevens and she spent hours with me going over the vehicle, letting me waffle between trim levels and colors.Going through the finance office was also great, no pressure at all and I know I got a great deal.I highly recommend buy a new or used Ford at this dealership. Be sure to ask for Mary Stevens! I can't wait to pick up my new car tomorrow morning!
