Went in not expecting to finance but came out with a really great car! My spouse and I don't have very good credit but were able to finance a 2006 Kia Sedona! I had just purchased a used truck I was very unhappy with 10 months prior. I went to Kia in Bradley and spoke with Kirby McCormick. He did not limit my options just because I was a little upside down on my trade-in. Instead he showed me anything I wanted to look at and answered all my questions without hesitation or without giving an indirect answer, or beating around the bush. I have previously owned a Hyundai before the truck for 7 years and I am confident I will be in this car for the next seven years! I would go back to Kia in a minute, but unfortunately for Kirby, I will not be needing another car for about 6 1/2 years. Thanks Kirby!!

I have been taking my car to Kia of Bradley for service for several years now, and have never been disappointed. They consistently do great work and their customer service is out of this world good. Service personnel treat me as if I were a friend or a relative. They don't insult my intelligence, or assume that because I'm a woman, I know nothing about cars. If repairs are needed, they tell me exactly what needs to happen, how much it will cost, and how long it will take, and let me make the decisions. They will tell me if it's a problem that needs repair immediately, or if it's something that we can just keep an eye on. Let's face it.. sometimes things don't go according to plan, but on the rare occasion - maybe one? - where I have had a minor problem or a question about the work after it's done, they willingly investigated my concerns and if something needed adjusting, they adjusted it. They are flexible and work around my schedule for appointments. They handle the heavy lifting when I need to rent a car. If I'm waiting for my car, they offer to take me to nearby businesses to shop or have lunch. My most recent visit was in late October for an oil change and I wanted them to check on a steering issue. They found the problem, repaired it that day, and I confidently went on my road trip the following week, without incident.I live about an hour's drive from this dealership, so taking my car in for service here is no small decision. There are a lot of dealers and service options available to me a lot closer to home. But I would not take my car anywhere else. I tell all my friends that they won't find this high level quality of service nor the courtesy and concern for the customer anywhere else. I haven't. I have dealt with dealers in several states for more than 40 years and this is by far the best service experience I have had anywhere, anytime.

Let me start off by saying I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism in this establishment. I had my 2013 Kia Optima SXL towed by KIA roadside assistance because my car left me stranded on the side of the road. With only 45k miles on it this was a bit of a disappoint. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning to my nightmare. At first Kia of Bradley refused a rental car even though my internal engine failure was covered under my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. After some arguing and a call to kia consumer affairs I was able to get a rental. I was told my car would take between 1 1/2 - 2 weeks since a total engine replacement would have to take place and it must be ordered/shipped in. 48 hours later I received a call from the service department saying that my car was ready for pick up. Upon arrival my car was missing the bottom portion to my front bumper, was out of gas, and the vehicle was out of alignment. I requested to talk with the "award winning" manager from the service department and he never came up front. Instead he got in his car and took off. So, I called the Bradley Police Department since my car was damaged in their care. The dealership blamed the poor tow truck driver even though we watched him load my car and he's been in business for 40+ years. It was myself, the officer, the tow truck driver, and now both managers from Kia of Bradley all standing there in the middle of the show room trying to come up with a plan on how to fix my car. Not only was I insulted and belittled by the manager in front of the officer but they refused to accept any responsibility for their actions. The tow truck driver even offered to go in on half of the repair cost and Kia still refused! I have never in all of my years ever been treated like this. Looks like it's time to lawyer up. Greg, the owner, was unwilling to honor the price listed online until issues with the vehicle inspection came up, at which point he was willing to honor the listed price but no less. This was by far the worst experience I have had trying to buy a vehicle. Because of his demeanor we chose not to buy the vehicle and not return to the dealership for future purchases. Bad move Greg because I trade cars often.

On 4/22/15 I bought a 2004 Buick Rainier CXL from Kia of Bradley stated "As Is" for $7350 total. The sales person (Nick) said there were a few small issues with gauges, right mirror, gas cap, and the right rear tire had a "slow" leak. I asked Nick if the AWD was working properly and he said "yes" I asked if there where any major mechanical issues with the car and he assured me that the car had been inspected and was mechanically sound. After the test drive I did a series of sharp turns and other maneuvers to see if there was any noticeable drive-line or suspension problems. Nick noticed my actions and assured me that I was not going to find anything.I bought the car and drove the car 2 hours home and parked it so that I could order parts and start working on the minor fixes. During this drive I noticed the alignment was off and it pulled to the left, no big deal.The tire leak was caused from its aftermarket wheel being bent so bad that it could not maintain a sealed bead. This required me to buy new wheels because the cost of fixing the current wheel would have cost nearly the same amount.I took the Buick to Martin Automotive to have the tires mounted on the new wheels as well as have it aligned. It was discovered that the upper and lower ball joints where shot and a proper alignment was not possible. I went to the shop to look over the issue and that's when I started to get REAL the bad news.The tech test drove the car to check the wheel balance and noticed it was leaking fluid from the front. It had not been doing before. He put the car on the lift and saw that the front drive shaft from the transfer case to the front diff was missing and had been gone for sometime. He then checked the yoke on the front diff and there was a lot play in the gears indicating that the gears where in very bad shape. The leaking fluid was from a failed steering rack.Martin Automotive did the following repairs:Replaced the Front Differential assemblyNew Tie rod ends and bushingsnew steering racknew upper and lower ball jointsReplaced the front drive shaftRe-Alignmentand all required fluid changes.Totaling over $4500.After the repairs were completed was discovered that the transfer case was not working properly. Martin Automotive changed out the fluid and the problem seemed to be getting better. A closer look showed the rear diff was "locked" when it was under load causing the rear tires to "skip". This was traced to the front drive shaft and it's interaction between the front diff and the transfer case. Once the front shaft is removed the rear diff works as it should. This showed that the transfer case either is bad or the shift motor, that automatically switches the car from RWD to AWD if it detects slipping, is defective.During all of this I was calling Kia to talk about the issues. Eric who is the sales manager told me that I bought the car "as is" but he wanted to help. I told him I thought I had bought a mechanically sound AWD vehicle and what I got was not and a critical part for the AWD was not on the car when I bought it. Eric's only response was that I needed to bring the car in to Kia to have them fix it. I told Eric that I live 2 hours away and that the repairs where already being made.I was on a schedule and I didn't know if Kia would be willing to help.I emailed him the quote as well as the inspection sheet and pictures. Eric escalated the issue to Greg Brodsky (GM/Co-Owner). Greg called me late at night and stated he had a few ideas to make this right. It took 6 more calls over 2 weeks to finally reach Greg again. He told me that his only option was to have them fix it.He also said I was told of the defects on the car and that it was going to be auctioned, and I chose to buy it anyway.This is a lie.I would not have bought this car had I known it had the issues it did. Nor would I have bought a auction car.

Nick is not your typical salesman... he is honest and really works hard to give every customer he works with the very BEST deal he can, and once you do buy a car from him he is always there after the sale if you need something. over the years i have bought several cars from Nick..... and when the time comes i need another one i will come see Nick. So not only did I purchase a car before but when it was time to get a new van for the family I sought out Nick again. He made time for us even though he was busy with other customers. He helped us get out from under an upside down loan. Nick even got me into a different car that better fit our newly married budget. I send all my friend and family his way. Since then there have been some maintenance but their service depart is great and not pushy like other dealers. I will buy my next car at Kia of Bradley. P.s. Nick loves Diet Mountain Dew. :-)

I took my 2013 Kia Rio in for routine service work and was approached by Nick Sokolsky while I watched TV and waited. I was asked if I needed anything and was I happy with my servicing and vehicle. I responded that all was well, but as I wasn't totally happy with the color of the Kia I had purchased a year ago, I would be interested in an update if he could find me the right color. About a week later Nick gave me a call and told me that he had a 2014 Rio in Silver that he could work out a deal for me. I went in, listened and discussed the numbers and walked out with a new 2014. I love the car and it was a smooth comfortable purchase.

My wife and I had been to three previous dealerships that day and were ready to call it quits. We made one last stop to Bradley's Kia to see a car we liked from the internet. I wish we made it our first stop. Alexander was our salesman and I would recommend this young man to all. He made me feel like I was Blake Griffin himself. My husband and I were in need of a reliable vehicle, we heard that Nick was the guy to see. We knew our options were limited, so we were pretty skeptical that we would even get a car that day, let alone a new one. Nick walked us through all of our options and was extremely knowledgable and friendly! He did everything in his power to get us into the vehicle we wanted and we will definitely be repeat customers. The entire office was very hospitable and welcoming, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new car, to go see those guys :)

My sister purchased a used vehicle from your dealership in January. At the time she purchased the vehicle she was told that the vehicle was in good shape. The day following the purchase, she experienced a smoky engine and the upper hose busted. You all made the repairs the same day, but the engine began shaking and smoking. She returned the car to your dealership and you all reported wiring and grounded issues, and that the spark plugs were not working. You all repaired and returned the vehicle for the second time, reporting no more issues. Now, the wiring board has burnt out resulting in the main computer burning out. Your dealership told my sister that she has to pay $5100 to fix the vehicle because her warranty will not cover the repairs. This is major issue as not only was my sister deceived into purchasing a lemon vehicle, these issues also put her life in danger. She is disabled and currently on a fixed income. She will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting the Illinois Attorney General to make a consumer complaint.

We purchase a new Kia from Kia of Bradley in 2010. All went well. Nic the sales man said if you give me a straight ten on the survey Kia sends you, I will fill up your gas tank for free. So we were happy with the purchase and gave the survey a straight ten. Our second time coming there we traded in our car we bought from them the first time. That they made money off of. Purchased a new car, was not happy with the finance guy. When we received our survey we gave Nic the sales guy straight tens and the finance guy 8s.When we returned for our free tank of gas, Nic was very up set that the score was 97 percent.He even whipped the computer around to show us the 97 percent score. We told him we gave you straight tens. He said you should of gave the survey straight tens. We said our sorrys but he was MAD. Mind you we purchased two new cars from this dealer ship and they sold a car and made money off of it. Nic did not give us the tank of gas. Well you receive free oil changes there. I took my Kia into the shop for an oil change, Nic was there never once said hello to us. Nic walked back to the mechanics and the service guys a couple of times. We got our car washed also. We told them we did not want our tires rotated nor did we want that stuff they put in our tank put in. When we received our car back there was a dent and a scratch on our car, very noticeable, don't you think they should of told you or wrote it down that there was a dent and scratch on your car. Never did. And it was never there. I may say. they rotated and did every thing we said we did not want. As we were leaving Nic the salesman gave us a grin and a little wave, as if he was shoving it in our face. We tried to contact the owner, but he never even gave us the time of day. Is this how you do business? I personally think if you want a Kia purchase from some one that will treat you with respect. Word of advice make sure you give Nic a straight ten or look out. Cause the manager sure does not care about you. I cant believe this webpage gave them these good numbers cause I seen a lot of bad reviews on this dealer ship. Come to find out my neighbor is suing them. UNBELEIVABLE!

I kept this car a total of 10 months and was willing to overturn equity on a new loan. This car was wrecked and never reported. They are scammers. They knew the car was wrecked and so did the salesman. Although it wasn't noticeable in direct sunlight, every time I looked at the car they had it in direct sunlight. These people lie through their teeth. They also had me sign a promissory note for 400.00. Which was the remaining of the down payment, in which I never paid after I found out my car was wrecked and to properly fix it would cost 1500.00. They called and called my phone so I blocked their number. I also contacted an attorney and could of sued these people. They never had a leg to stand on even the promissory note was illegal. After just a few weeks I encountered car problems going to see my daughter in Kentucky. The transmission was giving me problems and all the dash lights were coming on and going off. I just kept driving the piece of crap and praying! I had to save money for a down payment for another car, in which was very hard for me to do since I'm disabled. Stay away from these people! I'm now a proud owner of a Dodge Avenger which has been a god send for me and it was bought at a fabulous, honest, and a dependable dealership and it sure isn't Kia of Bradley! You guys should be ashamed of your design sticker on all your cars, you constantly rip people off! Read your own reviews others leave for you. They are all horrible, except for the new cars you rope others into buying!

Dennis is the worst salesman I have ever talked to. He was rude and treated my husband and I like we were bothering him. He knew nothing about the vehicles we were interested in, and was unable to answer simple questions. Once the time came to talk numbers he was not willing to work with us at all and gave the impression that he didn't care if we were happy. I did speak to the sales manager AL about everything, he advised that he would take care of us and would get back to us by the end of the day. We went to another dealer and made our purchase and have yet to hear back from them.Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle I would strongly recommend Taylor Dodge the service is exceptional!!

Ladies do not go alone to this dealership! I was in need of a used car when I asked for a Carfax AJ the salesman said that their subscription was over as of the day before I was there. . . I should have left that place right there and then but I was in need of a car. . . Two weeks later I had to bring the car in for service because it was dying out when I needed to stop, of course I bought the car as is but obviously AJ knew what was wrong with that car when he sold it to me. . . But even after the car was serviced it still was dying out when I stopped. . . Brought it to a mechanic l trusted and gave me a long list of what was wrong with the car. . . And he could tell the car was in a wreck just by looking at it!

We were not allowed to test drive on the highway due to construction so the salesman had us drive in town. We got a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo because it had a warranty. On the way home it developed all kinds of problems and has since been in the shop 7 times (once for routine maintenance but I had them check a part again), and was seen by other mechanics that I know. We were lied to about the warranty details by Eric (we were told 5 year bumper to bumper and 10 year 100,000 miles, and we'd have what was left. The reality, the balance of a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. The person who referred us did not get their $300.00. We were told we never mentioned it, then after they claimed to find our paperwork, both Eric and Al said it stated cars.com referred us. As far as the car trouble, it had to have many parts replaced, some were warranty, but we still had to put in $2,000.00 so far and have only had the car a month and a half. Most of the time it is parked in the driveway because we are waiting to take it to a mechanic, to have them look at it. The Kia service people keep telling us the car is "operating at manufacturers specifications". Not shifting gears properly, lunging forward while stopped with my foot on the brake, and trying to die are not manufacturers specifications. The tire issues have been fixed 4 times and still come back. The reason for this is a bent axle and stabilizer arms, which Kia says are fine. My pictures and other mechanics say otherwise. These are just some of the problems, there are many more. We were sold a lemon and keep getting excuses from Kia, and in many cases they will not reply to calls or emails.

Things started off bad with this dealership but in the end a lot of it was not their fault. We had many other mechanics check over our vehicle problems and they gave us some bad/misleading information. After many problems and complaints we finally got to talk to the owner and worked things out. We found that many of the other mechanics over-exaggerated what was wrong with the vehicle and it was actually a lesser issue. While I don't trust some of the staff, I feel that this place does have potential and we will keep the car. Darrin in the service department did a great job showing and explaining the issues and addressing our concerns. Definitely worth continuing to do business here.

I called about a car I saw on this website, from this dealer, and it was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked for a vehicle I viewed on here, and they "just sold it" as soon as i called. They disrespected me for the price range i am wanting to pay, for I am a low income person, needing a quick buy...So i was asked to give my number, and was supposed to get a call back if there was anything of the price range I was wanting. I received NO CALL. Horrible customer service.

after reading all of the negative reviews on this dealership i wasnt sure about calling on the vehicle i was intrested in. My wife called anyway and set up an appointment. we went in and were instantly greated at the door. teset drove the vehicle we had called on (which was on the website and still in stock) there were a few issues with the vehcile but that is to be expected of a used car, and the owner helped us on the cost of those repairs. the finance department was a little pushy ( which is to be expected ) but all in all we left very pleased. the salesman introduced us to the service department guys who were very curtious and set up our oil change appointment. i will do business with kia of bradley in the future.

He was completely professional and knowledgeable about the product to the point that we just had to say yes to the deal. It was a wonderful experience and we are so pleased that we made this decision.The Salesmanager Al was So helpful and made things go smoothly. The Finance Director Tom Was totally professional and got us the best rate,better than our bank and made it a one stop transaction.The Owner Greg Brodsky came and introduced himself and thank us for our business and gave us free oil changes for deciding to purchase from his Dealership.We made our purchase in early March and have told all of our friends how great of an expierience it was and one of our friends ultimately bought a Sorento from Kia of Bradley and they sent us a $300 referral check.The Service Manager Ray is The best. He gets you in and out promptly and makes sure your car is hand washed everytime you visit his service department.I highly recommend Kia of Bradley and I will continue to refer my friends and family to them.

Don't believe what they have listed here on Cars.com of what they have listed on their website. They do not have the vechiles thay say they do or what they post online. When you call themk to get info on their vechile they tell you they have it and come on in. Once you get there you will see they lie to your face. The vechile is not on their lot. What you will find is a used car lot with a bunch of junk $2000 cars on the lot.

The engine light came on two days after purchase of my vehicle for repairs that are going to cost me $2000. The mechanic said that the check engine light had been tampered with via a computer that 'scrambles' the brain of the car temporarily. Thank you Kia of Bradley!

I am a very happy/proud new KIA owner. The reviews of the new KIA's are extremely positive and the value really can't be beat. I was shopping around for a while and decided to do my business at KIA of Bradley. I have not regretted this decision one bit. I purchased a new Optima and absolutely love it. The salesman that helped me was Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire KIA product line. He was able to answer any question I had and elaborate on other features that I was unfamiliar with. The buying process was easy and I didn't feel uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. I was impressed by the entire KIA of Bradley staff. Also, the free oil change policy that KIA of Bradley offers is a great incentive/bonus. I would recommend KIA's and KIA of Bradley to any family or friends shopping for a vehicle. KIA is a game changer, Honda and Toyota better watch out!!

I would reccomend looking somewhere else for a car. These guys lie right to you. Their website shows cars that they don't even have on the lot. I called them and they said they had the car but once you get there you find out it was a lie. They don't have my h for new cars in stock this is nothing more than a used car lot with junk cars. Nick is not willing to work a deal with you he tries to sell you a car based in payments. The worst way to buy a car. Entire dealership is a joke don't waste your time here.

Im very pleased with this car! I just bought a brand new Sorento a few days ago. I was VERY happy with my experience. At other dealerships I seem to get lost in the "dealership time warp" and spend hours or days there making deals and wasting time. Not here. I told them that I needed to be somewhere and needed to speed up the process, and they did just that. They give you great customer service.I'm very pleased with the deal I got and am MORE THAN HAPPY to recommend to people to go there and get the same pleasant experience that I received. Sam was a great salesperson! Go see her for a great car. I also had dealings with Greg and Nick and they are terrific. Just "normal" people selling great cars. They aren't like other dealerships where you can sometimes feel like you are getting the run-around.

This was our first Kia purchase. We have been blown away by the overall experience. Our experience at Kia of Bradley was unlike any other car buying experience we've ever had in our life together (nearly 23 years so far)! We have owned a Buick, a Ford, and 4 Pontiacs. Obviously, we have had a broad range of vehicle ownership and a long history of purchasing vehicles. This purchase experience was best by far. The staff could not have been nicer. They were funny, and knew the vehicles (we ended up with a Kia Sorento). We fully intend to recommend Kia of Bradley to our friends and family. We felt so empowered and satisfied when we left that we can still hardly believe the day was real! I look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with a company that will do "whatever it takes". They understand that what that statement actually means is giving the customer what they need, not what you as the dealership want them to have. Love my Kia Sorento!

I went to Kia of Bradley with my parents to purchase my first car. I test drove a few vehicles before I found the one I fell in love with, a used 2001 Saturn SC2. After sitting in the dealership for about 4-5 hours, I finally drove off with my new car. About a week later the assistant manager of this dealership called my parents and told them they needed me to bring the vehicle back because they "wrote the VIN # down wrong and needed us to sign some more papers". My dad asked them if we could bring it in the following weekend because I was going to leave to head back to school. The assistant manager insisted that we need to bring the car in that day, so my mom and I drove my new car to the dealership to "sign more papers and for them to get the right VIN #" The minute we walked into the dealership, the assistant manager took the keys out of my hand, got into my car, drove it into the garage, locked it in there, and kept my keys. He then brought us into an office telling us that they "messed up the financing" and wanted to charge me $321/month for 21 months instead of $189/month for 36 months (which is what I was paying before). I was in tears while sitting in the assistant managers office and all he could do was complain about how he "has to eat over $1000 in fees and has a car with an extra 400 miles on it (which in fact, I only put, at most, 200 miles on it)". This dealership had only 72 hours to notify us and change the financing according to the paperwork we and the dealership signed... They called us, brought us there under false pretenses, and stole my car well over a week past their 72 hour grace period. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. The only thing they are good at is scamming people!

We went to Kia of Bradley to look at a used 2010 Kia Soul for our 22 year old daughter,when we got there it was sold, they tried to sell us on a new 2010 but it was out of her price range. We were told they were surely be able to find a used one for us at a monthly payment she could afford, just give them a few days ( and a $1000 deposit to show that we were sincere).After 6 days without a call from Greg and numerous un-returned calls to Taylor our salesperson we started calling them, they supposedly tried to call us but couldn't reach us. On the seventh day when I called Greg he told us the one we wanted ( a green one) didn't show up at the auction but it would be there on Friday, I gave him my cell# and asked him to call me one way or the other....no call on Friday.... my daughter called Taylor twice on Saturday without a promised return call, When i called Greg late Saturday evening he told me he had a silver one, when I told him we didn't want a silver one he hungup on me.First thing Monday morning Greg was unavailable and Taylor was sick, so I talked to Nick the new car manager, I gave him our details about downpayment and monthly payment, he assured me to give him a few hours and he could make something happen "buddy", I gave him two hours and called... he was tied up with a customer..give him another hour..no call back. When I called the third time Nick asked for more time, I told him I was done I just wanted my $1000 back. His response was "come on in and we'll give you your money back. Later that evening when I got there the silver one was sold on Saturday and I was told they couldn't cut a check untill the next day. I have never been lied to as much, ignored and hung-up on as a customer in any dealings I have ever had

They took a $1000 cash deposit from my daughter and used it to keep her waiting there over 4 hours. After it became clear they couldn't help her she asked several times for her money back so that she could go buy a car from someone who wanted to sell her one. But instead of giving the money back they kept showing her one more thing instead. Finally they told her they had dropped her money ($1000 cash) in a safe that won't open until Monday. They did not even give her a receipt for the cash until the cops showed up. One of the things they did while they were stalling her was to have the saleswoman take her for a test drive in a car that then broke down 4 blocks from the dealership. I don't know whether they did this on purpose to get her off the lot without her money or receipt, or if this is just typical of the type of car that they sell. If you insist on doing business there, use a check. Giving these people cash is not a good idea.
