Most incompetent dealership I have ever had to deal with. Long story short they sold me a car with numerous problems one being a broken starter and two being a busted engine now they refuse to take ownership or even attempt to return telephone calls not just from me but another KIA dealer trying to resolve the issue or their own KIA consumer affairs team. So now I am forced to take legal action which I have tried to hold off on but this dealership has left me with no other options, which is seriously ashame.

All I can say is if you are buying a car at Kia of Streetsboro be sure to really look over the sales agreement and the loan papers very carefully before you sign. Tactics used were very leagally questionable. We had many issues that are too extensive to go into here. Those issues took months, many emails and phone calls to Kia headquarters in California only to have a partial resolution. They have lost our business. They made a happy experience buying a new car a nightmare.

I bought a new Optima in June and traded in my old Kia. They did not pay off my trade in on time and left me with bad credit. I talked to them many times and they kept saying it was paid. Had to fight to get it done myself. Now I am trying to get them to fix this on my credit report and keep getting the run around. Terrible......

My brother-in-law passed away suddenly in May 2016 and had a lease on a Soul. Our lawyer suggested we return the car to the dealer where it was purchased. The dealer did no want any part of a return, offered no help other than call Kia lease. Absolutely no support from the people we talked to at the dealer. They actually walked away from us. Had the paper work on the lease and called Kia lease. Dealer didn't even offer us to use one of their phones. Spoke with Kia lease person who advised they needed death certificate, probate file number, etc. So we handed the situation to our lawyer. Our lawyer has been in contact a few times with Kia lease since August. The Soul is at my brother -in-law's condo, which we are trying to sell and management is theatening to have police tow the car since the tags have expired. On the latest call by our lawyer, he was advised we return the car to the, guess what, the dealer! He advised we tried that route at the start. So I would never recommend this dealer or to lease a vehicle.

The car salesman was great and I left the dealer and told family members that I would highly recommend this dealer. I have now had the car for 45 days and they still haven't paid off the car that I traded in. I am getting harassing calls from GM at home and work. I have called this dealer several times and hear the same thing over and over. We will have a check overnighted and this will all be taken care of. I will never return to this dealer and I do not recommend it to anyone. They need to get their finance department straightened out and stop giving me the run around.

I had a great experience dealing with Kia of Streetsboro staff, especially with Jake. He is always pleasant to talk to and understands what customer needs. Jake helped me to choose a vehicle at my price range. Customer service was amazing and it is a third car I bought from them. Will definitely come back again. Love my 2017 Sportage.

I was at the end of my lease. so I stopped-in at other dealers to see about a new car lease.They gave me prices that I liked but I went to Kia of Streetsboro because of positive experiences in the past. The salesman was untruthful of what he could lease me a car for that I claimed I could get.He stated that no other dealer could give me the prices that I claimed. I asked about the purchase price of my car telling him I had a purchase price of 10k from the lease company. He stated that he would have the car financed for 10k. He brought the paper and quickly turned the pages asking me to sign.sign I was in a rush and did not have time for several days before I could look at the contract. The salesman,(Mike Stewert) did not write down 10k but a total of 18k with the interest. Why would I pay Kia of Streetsboro 18k when I only owed 10k. This salesman and dealership are one to stay clear of. Of course, all interest is what is paid for first. I am out 8k because of dishonest people.

This is my second Kia. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Mike was my sales person and was very knowledgeable on the Soul which I am leasing. He went through the car inside and out to make sure I knew everything about it. They made sure my new Soul was spotless. Thanks for a great experience Mike Stewart. I would highly recommend this dealership. Every employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. The car I purchased is a great value for the price paid. The facility is under construction which caused longer than average wait times. That is the only reason I am not rating 5 stars.

Service I recently called in the morning to schedule service for a slow leaking tire and was able to get an appointment a few hours later. Since I replaced all four tires in 2014 from this Kia dealership, a discount was given for the repair. (Nice!!!) Not only was a quick appointment amazing, but while checking the car, I was advised that my front brake pads were pretty worn. Since I was already at the dealership, I agreed to service the brakes right then & there instead of returning at another time. (Another Nice!!!) The service department was so accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly regarding the maintenance of my 6 yr. old KIA Forte EX - especially since the brake pads were added on to the original service appointment. Personnel I can't say enough positive things about the staff at Kia of Streetsboro (sales, service, management, receptionists). It's nice to be treated professionally, but also with true kindness and as a cared-for client. I will continue to recommend this dealership for it's nice waiting area, the quality of my KIA car and the fact of its great location / accessibility. The employees deserve a "shout-out" and kudos for helping this location remain top quality.

Service Center technicians at the facility are careless and poorly supervised by competent staff. The Service Center managers, both the Service Center Manager Lindsay and the Service Center Advisor John are excellent to deal with and try to make up for the Service Techs lack of attention. First time bringing the car in for routine oil change, came home to find out that they only put in 3 quarts of oil in my Sorento, and the engine covers were missing. Came back to the dealership and both Lindsay and John had the techs do another Oil change and replaced my engine covers. Second time to the dealership, I needed a new Thermostat. The replaced the thermostat and then I got no heat in the vehicle. Drove back to dealership, tech explained may be air in the system. They tried again to fix, still no heat. Brought the car over the Mentor Kia, and their techs discovered that the thermostat was improperly installed. Both Linday and John took care of the bill from Mentor Kia. I don't have a problem with the Service Center managers, I do however cannot stress how poor their service techs do their job and may cause damage to your vehicle.

He not only talked to us about our son, and his own sons, he helped us with finding nice locations to look for a house. We were able to take the car to a mechanic to have it checked out before deciding whether or not to purchase it. I would buy anything from Charles! He is such a wonderful man!

Went in to Kia of Streetsboro totally not looking to buy a new car. Got hooked up with Nick through the Internet department and went from there. Nick was very patient with me and listened to what it was I would be looks for in a new car. We went through many options and looked at a number of different vehicles. I decided on the Sportage. Again we went through all the options and payment choices. After getting all the information I needed, I asked for some time to roll it over in my head. There was no hesitation on Nick's part, he agreed, we exchanged phone numbers and I headed home. I called the next day to explore some other options and he was very expedient in responding and supplying the information I requested. I signed the next day with Kerry (also a great guy!). Very satisfied with my purchase of a 2016 Sportage. Dealership is exceptionally clean, everyone was very nice. Overall great experience.

I have to agree with others who say dealership has changed since becoming an Automax dealer. I submitted a credit app on line and was honest about my financial situation ie: trade in info, no down payment and monthly payment I could afford. I was interested in a 2010 kia rio5 they had (and still have) listed on their site. I was encouraged by both Micky and Amy to come in and they could help me out. So I drove 45 minutes from my home only to be told the rio5 I was interested in had been sold. Well, of course it had and they had nothing else in my price range. So, I wasted 2 hours of my time and fuel for the hour and a half round trip so they could try to sell me a new vehicle at a monthly payment that was almost as much as my monthly rent payment. This interaction did not leave happy or satisfied!

The staff which I encountered during my service appointment were friendly and professional. From the man greeting me in the service bay to the sales advisor Jonathan, all the way to the cashier. The service was done promptly as I had a pre-scheduled appointment. The waiting room offered complimentary coffee, comfortable seats and a large screen tv. The dealership appeared very clean & well cared for. It looks like a new dealership so I will assume it has state-of-the-art equipment. I do not have a Kia nor did I buy my car from this dealership. I purchased a pre-owned Pontiac and wanted an oil change and their multi-point inspection as I wanted to know if my Pontiac had any issues I should be aware of. Fortunately it received a clean bill of health, except a brake pad is getting low. The service advisor explained the brake pad depth to me and showed me an example of the pad thickness. I feel they took very good care of my service needs and treated me very well. I would definitely consider buying a car from them and/or use their service facility again.

Came in to sign papers never thought to look at my paper work and my van payment was more than what I thought it would be. Tina was wonderful. I spoke to her over the phone and I told her what I wanted and my price range, when I got to the dealership she had that vehicle ready, but because she listened she was able to show me another vehicle not posted on the website that better suited my needs. I was a little apprehensive, but I was pleased once I seen the vehicle, test drove it, and then discussed the price. I had been to several other kia dealerships and some experiences were pleasant, others not so much, but Tina was great.If I know of anyone else buying a vehicle I will definitely send them her way.

I was getting my oil changed and I was looking at some of the new vehicles in stock and the dealer guy wouldn't even give me the time of day, he looked at me like I'm not wasting my time on you because you just bought a car. I left there feeling like a piece of crap on the bottom of his shoe. I left and decided to go back because I was pissed! I go back, and talked with the manager and he helped me right away, still, I don't like dealing with them anymore.

Jeff could not have been anymore fair and genuine. We enjoyed dealing with him and he made my girlfriend and I feel like we were talking to a longtime friend. We walked into your dealership somewhat mildly interested in purchasing a Kia, and ended up taking home two vehicles. We were blown away by the service and the product and feel that a long-term relationship has been initiated.

We bought a certified used 2012 Kia Sportage. Upon first visit the car was ready for us to test drive and sales consultant Albert was very helpful. At that initial visit they provided a sales price and a trade in value - in writing. A couple of days later I contacted the dealership via email and a final price was agreed to via emails and phone. The car was available that same day for pickup. Kudos to finance manager for not pushing extended warranty (probably my #1 pet peeve). I thought the sales price was fair for both the dealer and us.

The dealership has changed ownership, Collection Auto Group now owns it. When Classic owned it they were great. I would drive from Cleveland to Streetsboro to deal with them and they were always my first stop. Not anymore. Went in to look at a car, and they were dishonest and tried all the old dealer tricks on us. Stuff like insisting on focusing on the monthly payment and refusing to even tell us what the actual price of the car was. Adding hidden fees and warranties during the deal, etc. Once we insisted on hearing the actual numbers, they got rude. Especially the finance manager. What is so hard about being fair and honest? We walked in ready to buy a car and walked out never wanting to go back. It's a shame that such a great dealership is being ruined by Collection Auto Group.

I was greeted when i went in and told about how long it would take before my car was done. There was a problem with one of my tires and was immediately taken back so i could see the problem. A new tire was put on and the car was finished and washed and i was on my way. Everyone was very nice and the gentlemen working was also very nice. I like going to Kia in Streetsboro, because everyone is very nice and they take good care of you. I trust them taking care of my car. Thank You to all of you.

It was raining and it was Sunday. Both are reasons for not wanting to work but Albert was cheerful and knowledgable. My wife remarked that he was the first car salesman in years that she hadn't found annoying. Because it was Sunday and there wasn't a staff in service he stayed late and detailed our Sorento so we could take it home immediately. I would recommend him to my friends. There was a large selection to choose from and we found just what we wanted.

I called for an oil change and was able to get in on the same day at the time I needed. While the car was being serviced, they found a nail in my front passenger tire and patched it for me as well! In addition, a couple of months ago I had somehow caused the language on my Bluetooth to change to French and couldn't figure out how to correct it. One of the staff members spent 15-20 minutes with me in my car figuring out how to change it back to English and to pair my two cell phones to the car again since I had forgotten how to do that, too! He was so nice and my car was repaired and washed along with the front interior cleaned as well. I left the dealership so happy. I really can't thank the person who helped me with my bluetooth, and all of the staff for their customer service!

The customer service at ALL levels throughout Kia Streetsboro is absolutly phenominal!!! Each employee really knows how to service a customer and attend to their needs. I test drove 2 cars even though I was not making a on Saturday, 7-19...but just from test driving it allowed me to think ahead and forecast my next car purchase. Two salesman that helped tremenduously was Vince Cuffaro who explained so much detail regarding Kia Soul & another car. 2nd salesman Albert Wenmoth who explained he's only worked at this Kia dealership for 2 months took me/Hubby on two test drives...he answered all questions thoroughly...explained about each vehicle...gave us stats which I love ...we can now think ahead and see which Kia we'll purchase next.

There is very little wait time and the waiting area is very nice and geared towards customer comfort with a large screen television, complimentary refreshments and comfortable seating. I took my car to the service department at Classic Kia to have them check out a noise that was coming from the engine. At first they thought it was a worn out pulley so they replaced it within a couple of minutes. After they started up the car it was still making a weird noise so they decided to keep the car over night to find out exactly where the noise was coming from and why. They did not want me to take the car home and have something major go wrong while driving. It was near closing time so the service staff offered me a loaner car so I would not be without a vehicle. The next day I received a call from the dealership informing me that they had found the source of the noise, a defected a/c compressor. They went ahead and replaced it, all covered under warranty. They went above and beyond helping to get my car fixed and explained to me in detail what the exact repair was. They greeted me by name when I entered the dealership and wished me well when I left. The dealership is always clean, the service department is well run, and they always offer a loaner car if the repair is going to be longer then an hour or two. I use to have anxiety whenever I needed my car fixed, not knowing what to expect and worried about the cost. At Classic Kia in Streetsboro I feel at ease, knowing my car is being repaired correctly and usually under warranty. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reasonable car repair shop with excellent customer service.

Service department bad at trouble shooting problems.They wanted $600 for a brake job that was not necessary. They said there was 4MM left on brake pads, when there was 6MM. Brake pads should not need changed till they are at 2MM.

My wife and I visited Classic Kia on 5/28 to see what their used and new car inventory was. We had just started to looking at 4WD SUVs and Classic Kia was the first place we visited. While walking thru the used car lot, we met Ken Jin, one of Classic's Sales Reps. Ken was very knowledgeable on the products that were available. We test drove a used 2011 Sorento (repo) and while the price was attractive, I did not care for the interior (tan cloth). We proceeded to look at new Sorentos and test drove one. I told Ken that we were interested but wanted to look around at other dealers and other makes. Over the holiday weekend we visited Subaru, Hyundai, and Honda dealers where we test drove an assortment of vehicles. We continued to research vehicles for quality and value. Ken called me on Tuesday and wanted me to come back in because he had some good deals for me as it was the end of the month. We visited other dealers on Tuesday evening and decided to go back to Classic to see what deals they would offer. We met with Ken and we looked over the inventory that had been considerably reduced since Saturday. We walked around and we saw a Sorento that really hit our eyes. The color and trim looked very unique. Ken informed me that we were looking at a 2012 Sorento SX AWD. I decided to see what deal we could work on this and we met with Dan DeMastry, the GM who presented us with a fair deal. After some negotiations and discussing it over amongst ourselves, we decided to go ahead and buy the Sorento. By 9:45PM we were out the door with our new, fully fueled Sorento. Ken proved to be a very knowledgeable sales rep. He knew all of the ins and outs of the vehicle and he even helped setup all of the NAV and Bluetooth functions. He provided detailed instructions on every system that the car had. You could tell that he had done his homework and read the owners manual(s) from cover to cover. The following day he had me come back in to show me more features. I don't think that I have ever had a car salesman be this dedicated. I believe that his dedication stems from the management of Classic Kia. Everyone that I dealt with seemed to have the same motivation and desire.I would definitely recommend Classic Kia to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle.

My husband and I were not planning to buy a car, just to look. My husband had talked with Jason before in response to an online request for quote. While Kia apparently still has not seen fit to build Forte 5 with manual transmission (contrary to what they show on their web site), Jason and Dan worked hard, yet very relaxed and low pressure to get us more familiar with a very nice Forte Sedan SX with manual 6. We liked the car and we liked how Jason and Dan went about the business. Jason even went so far to making a 15 mile trip with us to our home, pick up the trade-in car and the required paperwork to finalize the deal, so we could go home in a new car. This was actually fun. Everybody involved in the transaction was very professional, yet very caring and concerned to make us feel comfortable through the entire transaction. A class act!

I say yes with reluctance,that I would recommend Classic Kia only because of the fact that I got a very good deal without a big hassle. Good interest rate with good payments on purchase deal. But if there was a 'maybe' I would have chosen that one. The biggest downfall of my car buying experience in early Nov 2010 was the lack of follow through in the after sale by my salesman Kevin. Here's why. 1) I didn't notice right away that I only had about a 1/4 tank of gas in my new car, not until later a couple hours later. By that time the dealership was closed and maybe they don't do that any more. Still I had traded my car in with a nearly full tank of gas. I had left a cd in the car I traded in so I emailed Kevin about that and about the 1/4 tank of gas. He apologized and said that all customers get a full tank of gas and he would be happy to get a gas card out to me and would check on my cd. Well I did get my cd back but no gas card. 2) I wanted to get an ipod adapter for my KIA. I emailed Kevin after searching on the KIA site for some info, not finding what I needed. He said he they had them in stock there and would throw one in for me with the gas card I would be receiving. I'm still waiting and this was right after Thanksgiving. 3) My 30 day tags were about to expire but still I had no memorandum title. I ended up having to buy another temp tag after some hassle with the clerk at the BMV. I asked Kevin to look into this and have another copy sent as it was almost 40 days since I had bought the car. I could pursue a complaint after 40 days with the State of Ohio. I was able to get another temp tag. And guess what? I did get my title on day 40. 4) My fiance wanted to get me racing style jacket with the KIA logo for Christmas and called Kevin for some assistance. Kevin told him he'd get back to him with a number and my fiance had to call again after hearing nothing for a week or 2. And once again the ball was dropped. I got the story on Christmas day. If the customer is supposed to utilize their sales person for after sales issues how are we to do that if we are continually let down. It doesn't foster good relations for future sales and recommendations. I'm trying hard not to let this be a reflection on the dealership where it is the salesman who has dropped the ball in the "after sale." My advice to anyone relatively new in sales is don't neglect customer service but don't make promises you can't keep. Will I go back to Classic KIA for my next car? The verdict is out on that one right now.

Had an overall good experience!! Dan was really great and went out of his way to make the new car purchase fairly seamless. He was over and above with customer service. I also found him up front and honest in the negotiation process. Peja was very nice also and knew the Kia product line thoroughly. Thought the phone personnel were very nice and directed the customer to the appropriate sales person promptly. Dealership was clean and user friendly. (would like more attention to the coffee/tea station... this area should be kept very clean and neat. Need to refresh the coffee or get a single cup brew machine). Was not totally satisfied with the availability of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Could not locate the color I wanted and had to purchase another color. Should be more availability so the customer can get exactly what they want. Also, items such as floor mats and cargo mats were not readily available for purchase and in fact the cargo mat I currently have does not fit the cargo area of the vehicle. We are hoping a mat will come available to trade out. At this point I was told the mat is not available for my vehicle? I think Kia is coming along but need to work some of the bugs out. Most of the issues I had were not at all related to the dealership. Have talked with other friends that also were not able to purchase the exact vehicle they wanted. This could be a big deterrent to sales at Kia. I have purchased vehicles from Classic for 20 years and will likely continue to do so. I feel Jim Brown does a great job with his dealerships. I have worked in a customer service industry for 30 years and really appreciate attention to detail. I feel customers want to feel secure in the purchase of a vehicle....don't want a run around and also need to know that the customer service does not end at the finish of the sale but continues throughout the vehicle ownership.Debbie Plewackip.s. Classic Kia is absolutely top notch!!! This is the third Kia we've purchased since August, 2010, and the second Kia from Classic. The staff is SO easy to work with, they have a quick response time, no needless waiting, and great follow through. They treat you as an individual and not a number when you walk through the door. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and it seemed as though their goal was to make sure we left happy. The whole experience was bad. I trusted this dealership because of the name. That was the whole point of going to a big dealership verses a small carlot:TRUST! I figured that Classic Kia had a reputation to uphold and therefore would sell me a good car at a good price.I wanted to believe that Classic Kia was going to give me a great deal on a great car. I was hoping to form a relationship with this dealership and buy many cars over a lifetime. What really happened was that I got ripped off, BAD! The van I bought test drove great, no problems. I didn't take it to a mechanic to be looked at before buying because I trusted that this was a good vechicle. Six weeks after my purchase, the van started to have all kinds of problems. When a mechanic looked at my van he showed me how my van was patched up to fool the buyer. This van needs so many repairs. It was fixed up with some kind of putty and whatever else to test drive nicely and that's it. I was fooled. The van is falling apart and I still owe 27 more payments! I cannot express with words how mad I am. I am a mother of two young children and I do not make much money at my nine dollar an hout job. Thanks to Classic Kia I have to choose between buying the things my children need and fixing my van. This van is taking Christmas presents from my kids because it needs fixed. I hate this van and I am sorry I ever walked into Classic Kia in Streetsboro!!!

We did most of the process via e-mail and then went to drive the car. The salesman we had worked with during the day was not available when we arrived, so another salesman stepped in and was very personable and helpful. He showed us everything about the car, let us test drive it, and stayed until after closing time to make sure we drove away with our new Kia. Unfortunately, it has been so long that I can not remember his name, but he deserves a big thank you. The financing guy was also very helpful and explained our options clearly and didn't try to oversell us on things we were obviously not interested in. We felt that we received a very fair interest rate and terms on the car.
