I came in later in the evening about 4:30 and wanted to test drive a car. I was treated very well and even the process of buying the car went well. No one complained about staying late to do the paperwork that can take a while to complete. Downside, people had already gone home that would detail and wash my car. However, I was offered to come back any time to get the detail and car wash done. Overall good experience especially the hours I came in to purchase my new car.

We originally came in to look for a used diesel truck. There were none on the lot. We were dealing with salesperson Sandra. After looking and talking with her she came up with the idea to trade in 2 of our existing vehicles & buy a new Duramax 2500 truck. So after a short while we made the deal & have been completely satisfied with the truck. The service from the sales team on down was wonderful. Even met the owner and he is terrific. If you want service on your car WITHOUT an appointment, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!! I made the mistake of getting a simple oil change with no appointment on a Saturday. I had one car with an appointment ahead of me that was getting an oil change, too. I figured I might have to wait an extra 15 minutes before they started on my car. They didn't even start on my car for an hour. IT TOOK TWO HOURS before they were finally done. All this to do a 30 minute job. I'd sell my car before ever going back to these guys!

I have bought several cars from this dealership and have always received the most incompetent service work. Many times they have broken things on my car and just never fixed them. They on multiple different occasions have replaced the WRONG part. More than once! I ended up just having to rip all the trim off my Tahoe just because they could not order in the correct replacement pieces and then they just fell off. They then replaced half of it with the back half missing. I swore I would never buy another car from them. When I had the ignition switch recall that has killed over 100 people they would not return our phone calls for 8 months and when we were finally able to make an appointment they refused to give us a loaner car even though I had several letters from GM promising a loaner vehicle. I took the same tahoe back in for an issue with the instrument panel and they called and told me I had to put a $198 battery in before they could look at it. Then said they couldnt fix it and they would have top send the part out and I would be without a car for about three weeks. Then tried to charge me a $238 diagnostic fee for looking at it and settle d for a $58 battery replacement fee. It had no problems with the battery when I dropped it off and the battery was barely a year old. Crooks. I have since heard several stories of the service department replacing good parts and selling them to other people.

Originally went looking for a used car at Kingman Honda. Talked to Sandra. Didn't find anything we liked. So, she ended up taking us to Kingman Chevy to look at new trucks & turned us over to Bob Best. He showed us every truck that we were interested in. Took the time to explain different features & we never felt pressured. After we decided on a truck, the whole process was very quick & easy. They took our trade in with no problem. Engine light came on and went to dealership without an appointment. The staff was very friendly and took care about my problem. It was an electrical problem caused trough a loose contact connector, so it was a warranty case. They were able to fix it right away and I was happy with it. Very good experience.

I have never paid this much for a oil change and tire rotation in my life.... I was promised a free oil change when I purchased this vehicle from the previous owners due to a very screwed up miss hap and this was not honored by the new owners!!!!! I already have decided I am not returning to this car dealer and was treated better at my previous one!!!!!! (Ford) I am not happy with the Equinox LT.

It seemed like everybody there spoke to us, the owner sat down and talked with us. The sales manager also took the time to sit with us and talk with us. But, the salesman, Jerry Dannenberger was outstanding! He did not want us to leave without knowing everything we could comprehend about the vehicle we chose. And knowledgeable, too.Travis patiently helped find us the car we were looking for and Janette Christianson (I think) the finance specialist got us pretty close to our intended maximum monthly payment requirements. We almost decided on a Chevy Spark, but are glad to have been able to buy the slightly larger Sonic hatchback.We would have preferred a brighter color (ours is silver/gray....blends in with the highway a little too much) but were glad to they still had a 2013 available in any color at all. Our finances would not allow for the cost of a 2014 model.All in all, a great car buying experience. And the old classic rock music on the P.A. was good too. On a vacation trip to Cali, our family SUV burned to the ground. We just bought this Lexus 9 months ago. Dealing with insurance companies and so on, I was not looking forward to dealing with a dealership or buying another car. I was already stressed out. We live in Surprise, AZ and wanted this to be a one trip ordeal. Wow, They told me about a car I might like, checked it out online. I showed up and the car was ready to go, he worked on the price over the phone and all the paperwork was pretty much ready to go. I have never had a car buying experience go so quickly and easy. They already sent my bank what they needed the day before.This car was nicer than what they said, had more options than they listed, and the trip was so worth the experience. This car is even nicer than the Lexus we lost. I was stressed out and the team there made everything as simple as I think a car dealer can. Thank you guys, Troy, John, Travis

Would not go here if u paid me 100000 bucks went in and spoke with bob best who was a total idiot and then he made me talk to some man named Shane before I even got to drive who tried to get my social security number like I have never bought anything before so I drove a 2013 equinox which I wanted to buy but they were proud of it cause it was the sticker or nothin bob told me so I went over to Honda I don t know why cause its a findlay store as well but I am glad I did bought a 2013 crv from Sandra and was treated like a human ! So bottom line if u want to feel like a third class citizen go to the Chevy store in kingman! I would never send my worst enemy their!!!! Honda next door was average at least they didn t make me feel like I was useless or something I can t even describe how mad I was at the time I even called for a manager and Shane said he was the only one I could talk to so moral of my babbling never ever go to Chevy in kingman or you will be sorry like me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the service department at this dealership. They offer free tire repairs (not replacement) and free inspections. I always stop in and have my air added to my tires when my tpms light is on (for free!) and am always treated wonderfully. The staff is caring and very welcoming and the price is reasonable to independent shops. I prefer this dealer because of the gm part warranty they offer whenever I have to get repairs done. They also accept my extended warranty so I only have to pay my deductible when I have a major repair. They always go the extra mile and wash my car when they are done working on it and explain everything done on my car. They also do free inspections on my car when I go on a out of state trip so I don't have to worry about breaking down. If you ever need to have maintenance or major work done it is worth going to this dealership. The service is exceptional.

they looked up ,on the internet, a car for us at a dealership in Las Vegas. The internet price was 36,000, however on the pic of the car, the price showed 39,995.The sales man kept saying that the internet price was wrong.. said he even talked to the man that posted it ( so did I later on, only to find out the sales person lied). The salesman stated the best he could do was to take 800 off the sticker price that was on the window. The following day, when we were to pick up the vehicle, the internet showed the car for 34,600. again I got the runaround. the general mgr said he would check it out and get back to me. it has been 5 days and no one has returned my calls.. and there have been many messages left. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the attorny generals office.oh, and yes, they were friendly in the begining...

Salesman was very friendly on the phone, and then rather stand-offish at the dealerhsip. I paid cash for my vehicle, and was sneered at when asking for something as simple as an extra key. I felt like they were wanting more money from me.<br><br>The finance manager took our money, and then sold me a tire warranty, telling me that this warranty would provide an immediate replacement of any tire, and they would come to me to replace it. I got a lfat tire within the first week of ownership, and found that they don't come to you, and you have to pay for the tire repair, and then submit a claim to the warranty. I paid over 1000 dollars for a warranty that does virtually nothing for me. <br><br>After the power sliding door of my newly bought van broke my daughter's arm, I phoned the sales manager and requested a return. I had owned the vehicle for less than 2 weeks, and you should have 30 days to return a vehicle that you are unhappy with. I was told that I could not return the vehicle. I had signed a contract, and there was no going back. I now have to fight for a recall of the van doors.(which is going well)
