I went to Koeppel with low expectation since I wasn't successful with another dealer. I was met by Harlyn Peralta, not only was he able to help me pick a car with low mileage. He was able to get an insurance agent to write a policy for me even if I just came from Canada without any prior record. That was on a Saturday when most insurance companies are not writing policies. Thank you Mr. Peralta. You went above your work responsibility. You earned my admiration.

I have visited several car dealerships, and none can offer the transparency, honest attention to your needs, speed of delivery, and superlative customer service that you will find at Koppel Nissan. The staff was helpful, the cars were quality, and the layout of the showroom was clean and mostly clutter-free. One staff member was particularly helpful, Eleonora Perez, It was an amazing experience because when I came here I found what I was looking for right away. The service was 100% and i definitely recommend her as a salesperson because she will help you out with any questions you have. I am completely satisfied with our buying experience with Eleanora. I have been shopping around for another car for months as my lease was due to expire at the end of July 2016. I came extremely close to signing a deal three (3) times. First with Hyundai, who was my current lessor, then with Honda and Mazda. I was at the final stages of the deal with Mazda when my daughter told me that her close friend had just signed a deal with Koeppel Nissan for a Rouge and that I should at least entertain the idea before committing to Mazda. While very skeptical about dealing with yet another salesperson, I agreed (and I am so glad I did). I asked her for the name of the salesperson that her friend dealt with as I wanted to deal with the same person. At that point she gave me Chris Modugno's name. I called Chris immediately and introduced myself as a friend of a person who had just leased a Rogue with him. I explained to him, over the phone, exactly what I was looking for. He immediately made me feel comfortable and listened intently to my needs and most importantly my budget. I was immediately impressed with his impeccable customer service and professionalism. I went to the dealership the next day to meet with Chris to see the Rogue and hopefully sign the deal. The minute I met him and sat down to discuss all the specifics, I immediately knew that I was going to sign this deal no matter what. Of all the salespeople I met with over the last few months, not one of them came even close to Chris. He was extremely patient, informative, knowledgeable and an all around amazing salesperson. Unfortunately, the deal did not go through that deal due to issues on my end. Chris stayed in touch with me several times over the next few days informing me as to where we were in the process. He truly cared about me and my getting the vehicle more than your usual salesperson who, from past experiences, cares more about their commission .I am beyond thrilled to say that the deal did go through a few days later. I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Koeppel Nissan as it gave me the opportunity to experience customer service at its finest in Chris Modugno. There is no doubt whatsoever in my mind that I will stay with Koeppel Nissan when my lease is up. I WILL NOT recommend Chris Modugno and Koeppel Nissan to all my friends and family, I WILL INSIST ON IT!!!!! I never write reviews but I just had such a great experience at Koeppel Nissan that I just had to share it with everyone. Freddie Mercado from the Pre owned sales department was absolutely exceptional from the minute I walked in to see the Pre Owned cars till the end when I drove out with the car I wanted. I went to 4 other Car dealers before I went to Koeppel and they were all the same which was very pushy and not professional but Freddie Mercado was Professional and not pushy at all he showed me the car and answered all my questions. Freddie was really Cool he made the process real smooth. All I can say if your looking for a Pre Owned Vehicle and you dont want to feel like your being pushed to buy a car Freddie Mercado is the guy you want to go see. Thank You Freddie for the great experience.

I just leased my 2016 Nissan Altima. This will be my 5th car! **Danny Colon** is my salesman that I have had the pleasure of leasing with for 8 years. HE IS GREAT!!!! The process of leasing or buying goes without say the "smoothest experience" that I have always had at Koeppel. Luis is amazing at getting all of my paperwork organized quickly and efficiently. The Service Dept is very friendly, and I just met Wilson and he is very personable too :) The teamwork that is put into each clients individual needs is truly Exceptional at Koeppel.

I had an appointment for 10am with the sales manager Joe Sierra, and walked out by 1pm with a brand new car, stress free didn't have to deal with the haggling back and forth. We negotiated a great contract and never experienced anything like this before. I usually dread going to car dealerships, but Joe and his salesman Chris did an excellent job making me comfortable and offered me an amazing deal. I honestly had the best experience with my salesman. He was super informative, helpful, and did not put pressure on me. However, I almost walked out after I sat down with Joe from Allstate. He was BEYOND rude to the salesman and acting like my son having a temper tantrum when he thought I could not hear. I was APPALLED. If he offered me the insurance for free I would NOT have even take it. I would highly recommend NOT going to him for insurance.

In my experience it is rare to find a car dealer who is in no hurry, who discloses all the information, and who goes beyond the point of sale in helping you adjust to your new car. Joe Sierra and Eleanor did exactly that. I got at least 8 comprehensively explained buying and leasing options written out for me. Joe answered every math question I could come up with and worked very closely with me to find a deal that was best for me. Eleanor helped me test drive a number of cars and together with Joe, found the car I wanted, with all the features I decided to upgrade, and had no hesitation to acquire it from another dealership. They also worked with me to choose a beautiful leather color for the interior, I highly recommend Koeppel Nissan for their custom interior work, the car I got is getting compliments like no tomorrow. (Autumn Brown Leather)After we finalized the deal, Joe and Eleanor texted me several times throughout the next few days to give me updates about the status of my order, though they did not need anymore paperwork or signatures from me. My car was ready 2 days earlier than they estimated, and I drove it off the dealership feeling really content with the choices I made, and the good hands I was in for any future service needed. Eleanor texted me a few times in the following weeks to ensure I was happy with my vehicle, well beyond the couple days that most dealerships give you to find any flaws in the car. Again, these are two passionate, caring, and honest car sales professionals. I have never dealt with anyone so open, straightforward, and consistent as Joe and Eleanor. I will absolutely be back for future business with Koeppel Nissan.

This is my forth lease, and all previous leases were with different companies. I swore I wouldn't go back to a Nissan car due to terrible service at other dealership, but I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in to check out the 2016 Maxima. For the first time, I was confident that I was getting an excellent deal and a great quality car thanks to Ms. Perez. She expressed the highest level of professionalism and answered every question that I had to ask - and believe me, I had A LOT of questions. I went to trade in my bmw 328i convertible to get a four door car because I just had a baby. When I went to complete to transaction my car went from having a trade in value of 10,000 to 4,000 because they said they ran my car fax and that I had a salvaged title. I just paid to get my car fax and they lied. My car title is fine. I would never trust this dealership again.

I worked with Eleanor. She is very nice and showed great knowledge on various models. She broke down the pros and cons of different models before I made the purchase. I initially wanted to get the Altima SV edition with few add-ons which tops the price of fully loaded SL. So I went with the fully loaded SL. She also went over cashback savings including some insight on financing. Overall, Eleanor was a pleasure to work with and my car is running great. I went back two months after my purchase and staff made sure I was looked after.

I have given Koeppel Nissan a perfect rating because I have had past experience from other dealerships and Koeppel, so far, has been above and beyond. Prior to even arriving, I spoke with Sugely Collado, BDC representative, who answered my questions in a very warm, relaxing manner, set up an appointment for me to come in, and even called to follow up with me when I was running a little late. As soon as I arrived, salesman Juan Saldarriaga immediately greeted me. He was very knowledgeable & helpful, and worked with me with everything I asked for. Sales manager Joe Sierra also was extremely customer-oriented and really showed his appreciation for having my business. For me, it's not just getting the right price but knowing you have a business that will be there for you after you sign your name on the contract, and that's the feeling that I walked away with. I have had a persistent problem with my 2012 Nissan Juke ever since I hit a pothole in January 2014. I had taken it to be repaired by various local garages three times before bringing it to Koeppel. Each time the mechanics kept my car for approximately three weeks and returned it in a similar condition, with only a temporary fix in place to mitigate the effect the problem was having on performance of the vehicle. Each time the problem would escalate to its previous severity in a matter of days. Kevin Cunningham and Donovan the tech diagnosed the true problem in a single day. On top of that, Kevin worked with me to get my vehicle repaired in a very tight timeline. I was initially pretty stressed out (to put it lightly) as I thought I would not be able to get the car repaired by the time I needed it, but Kevin assured me it would be done before then and absolutely came through.This was an issue that was costing me a small fortune each time I attempted to repair it and had stumped every mechanic who promised me they'd have it figured out. The worst experience ever,just be aware to bring your Nissan Car in other service locationthis is my experience:after a bill of $5,000, the (service adviser, he is call himself!!!!) Kevin Cunningham did the worst handle situation EVER!!!, I'm sorry to say that but this "Office Service attended or maybe is to much to call him like this, I cannot use any other words!!!!" is a UNPROFESSIONAL, unapologetic, and without any experience, I'm not bringing my car anymore in this disgusting service shop and I'm make sure all people I know to stay away from this location, I hope in this coming future Mr Kevin you have the same experienceP.S I'm preparing a right complain letter for the Nissan USA Headquarters

After a nightmare with Bay Ridge Nissan - I went all the way to Koeppel Nissan in Queens. From the second I walked into the door - I was made to feel at home. First time (Nov 2014) I went to their lot for a Nissan SUV test drive, i liked the vehicle and made my offer however they did not accept, so I left. Later the sales guy called me trying to get agreement to make a deal, after a few times negotiation over the phone, we finally agreed on the price and some details (namely the agreed price to include the Certification), so we went there in the evening for the 2nd time trying to make the deal. Then this guy showed up claiming he is the manager (no pic on card, forgot to ask for his ID) and wouldn't make the deal happen based on the priced agreed with the sales guy, and told us the Certification cost is on us. The sales said sorry I could not convince my manager on the price we agreed on. I confirmed details at least 2 times before my 2nd visit, why fish me to come and then increase the price...Feel been tricked and wasted my time!

I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. I was in the market for a car and had been shopping around. This was going to be my first car from a dealership and i had a general sense of the type of car i wanted and a price i would be comfortable with. Coming on to the Koeppel Nissan lot I expected (and prepared myself) to have a very negative experience with whatever sales rep I met. I more or less made up my mind that I would be met with some heavy-handed sales tactics to get me into a car that i did not want. So while I was hopeful that I would eventually find a car that met some of my basic needs I didn't really expect that it would be a comfortable, stress-free process. That said, I was surprised at how patient, organized, thorough, and resourceful the sales rep, Forkan (Sid) Siddique, was shortly after I came on the lot. He showed me a few cars that matched my search criteria and clearly explained the benefits and tradeoffs of each. I tried to find a reason to stay in my uneasy zone and to that end, had my brother, who is a 'car guy' (does his own repairs, has owned several cars, dealt with a lot of sales people etc.), on the phone just to fact check (BS check). From choosing the car, test driving a couple, discussing pricing and payment, and purchasing the car, I was very impressed at how clear and transparent Forkan made the process. I felt I had all the information and time to make the choice that was right for me and did just that in the end.I am now a very satisfied owner of a 2010 Nissan Murano. The entire process to driving the car was as it should be, straightforward, stress-free, and pressure-free. Much thanks to Forkan. He represented the dealership well and earned my respect and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future.

We can say the dealer looked so professional at first but after you give your signature everything changes. Little by little the car starts to fall down. first is one thing then is another, i wasn't expecting the car to be perfect 100% but at least a 80% on a pre owned car. When you start complaining you get a bad faces and excuses. so far i been spending more that 2 grand in this car that i bought a year ago and im still paying. Now i have to buy 4 new rims for my car cause according to my tire service the rims are in bad condition. I know for sure this dealer won't be responsible for anything. Either way, what they would say is .. you 'own' the car so is your problem now.

On Nov 4, 2013 I brought my 2008 Maxima in for my scheduled service (oil change, lube) I also asked to have my brakes checked for pulsating action while braking. I ended up with a 2417$ repair bill for various 'problems' found while in the service dept. In Dec. I bought four new tires from you at 928$. All my maintenance is done at Koppel my records will show this. I was told that this was normal for a six year car. Does this mean that I will continue to incur increasing expenses every time I bring my car in for service. As a retiree I will have to re-think can I afford another Maxima. john and donna chin

I hate car shopping for all the reasons so many people do, and I went in not sure if I was looking for new or used (and if used, what make or model), nor whether I was going to spend $12,000 or $25,000.It was a long day. And a lot of that was my fault; Eleanor was beyond patient as I worked through the process, and although it really, REALLY felt as though she was pushing me toward used instead of new, I have only good to say about her.I was also more than a bit uncomfortable with the fact that she steadfastly refused to tell me what my finance rate would be. EVERYTHING got done before I met the dreaded finance manager, and even once I got with him I was waiting for a bomb to drop.It didn't. Kudos not only to Eleanor, but also to aforementioned finance manager John Cheung.Did I get an AMAZING deal? I don't think so. Did I get a good deal and do I have a good feeling about these guys? You bet I did, and do. I chewed about $4,000 off the price they wanted for the car I selected, got a reasonable trade-in value for my old car, and got a good loan, albeit one they packed with an extended warranty.I actually kind of liked these guys. Like I said, it was PAINFULLY slow and some stuff fell victim to a lot of finger pointing. But ... I actually recommend Koeppel Nissan.

My experience started on the Internet. I received an immediate response from Shane who asked precise but brief questions about what I was looking for. I had my research complete and knew the model car I wanted and only have a few questions about the different options. As I was working through email with Shane I received an email from Pablo. I was stunned by the detail of my auto quote. I could not believe he actually gave me the exact figures. He even compared 2 models and then gave me details of my payment options. This was all done through email which was ideal for me. I had contacted several Nissan dealers over the past two and a half weeks, most I am still waiting for a response from. Others recited to me the "weekly ad" for their dealership, never actually quoting anything I wanted. I was able to do everything online with minimum calls. I began my contact with Koeppel Nissan on Saturday afternoon and had approval and my VIN by Saturday evening.On Sunday Shane called to see what time I would be in to sign the paperwork and pickup my new car. When I arrived at the dealership Pablo came outside greeting me immediately by name before I could make it through the door. I then had the pleasure of meeting Bob who showed me my new new car and patiently taught me how to use all of the amazing gadgets in my new car. He took his time and explained every little detail about the car and made sure I knew how to use each and every one. Every person I dealt with at Koeppel Nissan was knowledgable, friendly and professional.I had been dreading the fact I needed to get a new car but SHANE, PABLO and BOB made this purchase simple and stress free.I would highly recommend KOEPPEL NISSAN!! I guess I'm not alone with issue with KOEPPEL NISSAN, it has being the BAD experience I had ever had. I have a 2008 nisssan altima sl 2.5 and my first trip was car didn't started inop after I came out of work in the Airport LGA so car got tow to the closer dealer Koeppel..it happen to be the key lock was broken Done $1000 "OMG why so High" no problem I payed that was back in March. The issue is after paying all that money the car was not check complete of any issue or future problem by the mechanic OK. Car got tow back weeks later the same issue. Now the 3 hardness need to be replace + the key lock again warranty ok. I Told me mechanic why you didn't tell me before, his response was your car has a rebuild title, I told him ok why doesn't have to do with the issue. I told my customer service agent CHRIS URENA to organize the issue in which of the 3 hardness needed to be done first. So happen I hardness was done I got the car back home I told him I will back next week to do the second hardness no less the car almost left me in the middle of the highway computer not working right. When back told than the issue and second hardness was replace a week later. I had issue happening one after another and another only after replacing the key lock all that the engine computer out of service, transmission computer too. A/C inop and 100 other issue came alone with the value of $4500+ and they sill haven't found the problem. I have pay for car rental as well as the Agent Chirs because the mechanic is guessing. My CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON and I'm afraid to take back because I don't have money all my saving has being invest in the stupid guessing dealer of my problem. Last trip I spoke with me mechanic lead and the Manager and there respond was to leave the car for a week that they will find the REAL PROBLEM. If you know you are working on a car with a rebuilt tittle why not do a overall check make sure everything that need to do be on file if not as a mechanic you are looking for money. I learn so much that a customer don't need to know but at the same time my money was being legally stolen from my packet.Right now I can't drive more the 30 miles a day and I can't afford more bull from the mechanic I need my money back I'm brook and out of job due to not able to make to work.

Go in for an oil change and my check engine light seems to be on. I explain to chris from service, he advise me to bring back the versa during work week. I do as I was told. I come back to pick up my vehicle that was supposely fix, but chris tells me I have to pay for a rental and repair aswell cause chris states its not covered under warranty. Also let me mention how he tells me the cause of the check engine light is due to a sensor missing from my tire, which is pretty hilarious. My car is a nissan versa sedan brought brand new from them and has less than 11,000 miles on it. I dont think I should still be driving this car with malfunction accerlation, check engine light on and i have to pull over atleast 4 times a day to turn off the car and then turn back on too continue my destination. According to nissan, chris and managers on board on northern blvd its capable of driving and turn me away. so yes people im still driving a brand new car with check engine light on and gives me diffculties on driving. THANK YOU AT NISSAN KOEPPEL FOR BEING CONCERN FOR MY SAFETY WHILE DRIVING HOME AND TO WORK.

I bought my pre-owned Nissan at Koeppel and it was a great experience. The salesman, Chris, was attentive, patient and very helpful which I looked at a bunch of different cars to see which one fit. When I finally made my choice the buying process was quick and easy and I drove away in my beautiful new Altima in 2 days. Koeppel even gave my car a present-a bag of goodies. Took my 2013 in to service and b/c of a noise and they said they test drove it on the highway and didn't hear anything and that it was fine. My odometer never changed from the time I checked it meaning my car never left the lot. They had me waiting 3 1/2 hours b/c of this test drive. Service rep said they can't watch every technician to see what they are doing. Why lie to me? I questioned whether anything was really done. Oil change? Tire rotation? What else did this technician lie about? Many ppl have advised me about their service center but I took the chance anyway. Never again and I don't recommend them at all for service.

Last month I was in a car accident and my viechel was salvage which meant a total lost.I was destroyed phycally and emotionally. Mr. Onofre was very understing to my situtation and how much the lost had imapcated my family and I. He personaly took the initiative to walk me throught the cars ,paper work, and most of all my finance. It was exactly what I need a great welcoming from a Car Dealer. The Sales man and the finance perosn worked closely with me in chosing the correct car for my needs as well as my family. I thought the doors were shut down when I lose my viechel. Instead the infromation as how to obtain another viechel and the professionalism was remarkabel . I would highly recomened any one to him. I looked at a floor model on display in the lot and I told her a I needed a few days to discuss this vehicle with my family. Buyer Beware. Mohammed either lied to me about the severity of the issues to the car he sold to me or he is completely ignorant. All smiles and giggles when he's trying to sell you on something but once you buy, all of the promises turn out to be lies. Sure we can take care of this or that, and when you try to have it taken care of they make up a bunch of lies and make you feel ridiculous for even asking. I really feel that i have been made a fool of by these guys. I'm not sure how they have so many positive ratings on this site and other sites across the internet. They must be paying a company somewhere to put up false 5 star ratings. If they try to tell you that their garage is state of the art, they are telling you another lie. Every experience I've had with their Garage people has been terrible and they act like they are doing you a huge favor by fixing your car. You'll also be wasting a good amount of days waiting to get your car back or waiting in their offices, just to find out that they didn't fix your car and you'll have to bring it back over and over again until someone pays attention to you, explaining to them, what the problem is and then you'll wait some more. Bringing your car to their garage is a tremendous waste of time and will get you very frustrated, their mechanics are terrible too.I will not be doing any more business with Koppell Nissan and will make sure my family and friends don't either.

I was trying to buy a 2012 Honda Pilot on Northern BLVD. All of a sudden, the sales person changed the agreed upon price of the vehicle after reaching a deal. In addition, the sales person along with his manager tried somehow to convince me that my 2002 fully loaded Explorer was worth $300 and mentioned that they were willing to "give me" $750 (even though the dealer trade-in price for that vehicle in fair condition is $3700 according to Edmonds and KBB). That experience was very exhausting. While at the Honda dealership, a friend called and sent me to Koeppel Nissan on Northern BLVD. I tell you, from beginning to end, those folks we up front, no gimmicks, proffesionals, and reassuring of a good price on a vehicle. They told me about all the incentives, rebates, discounts, etc. I paid for a $35665 2012 Pathfinder with 21 miles on the odometer a little over $26,000. The finance manager John Cheung worked very hard to obtain a nice interest rate for me, a person with a foreclosure on his credit report. The interest given was 5.69% with NMAC. Eleanor Perez was the sales person and she was great. She showed me around and the available vehicles on the lot. She did not pressure me in anyway nor she was a bulldog trying to force a vehicle on me. The process was a breeze with her and her professionalism. I had to pinch myself a couple of times. Joe Clem was the manager there and he took care of me. He was very instrumental in things going my way. From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, he made sure that those folks at Koeppel Nissan took care of me. I have purchased and tried to purchase a new vehicle before and those experiences have been trying. This was the best buy ever, not only because of the price but also because of the Koeppel Nissan Team who know how to put the customer first. Our experience was handled with the most patient Service Advisor we have ever had. Our frustration involved a claim from our insurance carrier. The agent was not covering glass coverage that involved damage to window blade motor which would cost Us over $500.00. After numerous and lengthy phone, we were turned down for complete glass and motor coverage. Daniel spent time and energy to persuade our carrier to indeed cover the cost.! Wow! Let me just say that I was skeptical when I went in to Koppel Nissan. I was merely visiting to see if the 2012 version of the Rogue would entice me to trade in my 2010 model; but, was not planning on buying a car. I had a very, very bad and traumatizing experience with another Nissan dealership in Queens, which will remain nameless. I had such a horrible experience that I was about to swear off all Nissan dealerships for good! When I went to Koppel Nissan, I was ready to be disappointed, unconvinced of any sales tactics, and at the end of the day I wasn't planning on being friendly and prepared for the worst service. That immediately changed when I met Juan Saldarriaga. My husband, child and I were looking around and Juan approached us in a manner that I didn't feel that I was swimming for my life away from a great white. A very respectful and friendly environment, no pushiness whatsoever. Juan had no idea what our deal was initially, what we wanted or didn't want, or what we were looking for, due to the fact that I wasn't that forthcoming with information, due to my previous encounter as previously stated. He graciously left us alone until we had questions for him. The experience at this Nissan dealership completely changed my view of how I saw the brand, and for that matter, car dealerships in general. We received exceptional service all around from Juan, his manager Wilson, and even their Finance guy Tony! We also needed some additional parts added to the car, and the service team was exceptional...my family couldn't be happier! So with that said...I was not planning on buying a new car and ended up trading my 2010 Nissan Rogue for the 2012, although I still have some reservations of how much I love it, because it doesn't park itself and fly, but I love my car!!!!! Thank you Koppel Nissan, Thank you Juan for changing my painful and nightmarish experience to one that has made me write over 340 words of gratitude.

Soul and Koeppel Nissan did the impossible and got me and my wife out of a nightmare. We originally purchased a 2012 Acura MDX from paragon acura, and later found out the structure of the lease contract was a ripoff. After nearly two weeks of trying to find a exit, koeppel was able to help. Not only did they take the mdx off our hands they put my wife in a 2012 maxima(she calls it silver bullet) that she can't stop smiling about. When i went there,first i met a sales person whose name is SOUL. To be honest , i have never seen such a sincere,nice, helpful person in a dealership. One word - amazing. These people go above and beyond the call of duty. We came in later in the day to the dealer ship and Camilo Abello our sales consultant and Saiful Islam the sales manage stayed until 11pm (they close at 9pm) to insure that we had all our questions answered. Saiful is a very nice, awesome guy. I'm a first time car buyer and they got me an incredible deal on the car. I did my research and compared my rates (insurance, APR and vehicle purchase) with that of my other friends who bought their first WITH a short credit history. We finished the deal the next day with Tony another sales manager who worked so hard with my credit to get me the best deal and he did! All of them exceeded my expectations, because when I was doing my research about the car I was expecting to actually pay more for what I got due to my credit and me being a first time buyer AND putting no money down on top of that! My experience was just incredible. I would recommend them to anyone. Camilo Abello is the sales consultant to go to, he is incredible, also came the next day (his OFF day) to assist us with the purchase. He even drove us back to our apartment in manhattan because we forgot some papers. Customer service = AMAZING!!!

Customer service and the environment inside the dealership service department was great. Took my vehicle in for a regular state inspection, within an hour and a half got it back. With the service receipt did not receive any complementary multi-point inspection paper that other nissan dealers usually attach. Makes me wonder why I brought my car all the way to a dealer just to get it inspected. The sticker on the windshield they took off and left all the sticky gunk behind it and just attached the new sticker on it. The new sticker wasnt in the same spot so all around the corners i see the old sticky gunk while im driving. Whatever gunk they did attach on the new sticker is already peeling off. Seeing that they didnt take the extra step just to get the job done right makes me wonder about any future quality services I might receive next time I bring my vehicle in if there even is a next time.

My experience with Koeppel Nissan was nothing short of spectacular. I started my search with edmunds and sent out an offer on a Nissan Altima to multiple dealers. Koeppel came up with the most competitive quote. Unlike other dealers they did not try to say and promise everything under the sun to get me into their showroom. What they did do is offer the best quote that I could get online. Furthermore, I've had several conversations with Pablo Jiminez who was friends and patient. He took his time to explain which rebates I was eligible for and provided me with a written quote. He was not pushy and was professional throughout my dealings with him. When I arrived at the dealership I already had the quoted price from Pablo. I was greeted by Eleanor Perez who was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Eleanor took her time going over all the features of the vehicle even though it was already late in the evening. She was patient and was as excited about the car as we were. She even took the time to synch our bluetooth phone to the car's system sot hat we could use it on the way back. It's little details like this that made it a pleasant experience. There were also big details that prompted me to write this review. For example, when it came time to picking out the paperwork the price was exactly what I was quoted online. No bait and switch, no up selling, no hidden fees and no haggling or further negotiations. Paperwork was prepared by Eleanor, and we went home with the car. You could not ask for a smoother experience. This would be the first dealership that I would go to for my next purchase.

Spoke to one of their Internet Sales people Cynthia who works for Pablo who quoted me a price of $222.00 per month for a Nissan Altima lease. Sounded great so I asked her a few times are all the taxes and fees rolled into this price like I asked. Her response was Yes, just sign and drive. Well needless to say when I got there this was not the case. They wanted an additional $2,000 cash and their only response was that the paperwork written during the call reflects this $2,000. Never got to see Cynthia and they would not bring her out. Be careful with them. They are not a truthful dealership. Any place that will say anything to get you in the door is not to be trusted.Just my two cents.

Koeppel advertises that your monthly income only has to be $800 and that's a lie. My income is more than $800 but I was still denied. They also claim to help people with bad credit, no credit, bankruptcy, etc. and that's a lie. I have a voucher guaranteeing 100% credit approval, chose vehicles within my income limit and I still didn't get a vehicle. Why advertise things you're not going to stand by? That's false advertising and bad business.

Koepple was GREAT!!! I am always speculate being a women when I have to deal with anything about cars. The used car sales team was honest and welcoming. Not pushy. They took their time to attend to every question and needs during purchase. Everyone went above and beyond great customer service. I drove 150 miles to come to your dealership and look at the BMW you had to offer. The car fax made that conceivable for me. This is a pretty good place to buy Nissan cars. I Purchased a used 09 Nissan Murano from them last week and a day after I found the power socket does not work. I brought my car in and they fixed it in half an hour instead of telling me to leave my car in their lot for days. The overall exprience was good. They are not pushy and are friendly. I felt comfortable when I'm talking to them. They offered me a fair deal and did not charge me any hidden fees. They are respectful and friendly. I would recommend you to go buying cars from them.

I owned my first car about 12 years before it suddenly became absolutely non-functional. I eventually donated it to Kars for Kids. Since I am the primary care giver of an elderly and feeble relative, relying heavily on my 1998 oldsmobile, intrigue, I could not waste any time replacing it. In my search for a credible, reliable, and respectible dealer, I came across a few who did not meet this criteria. In short, my search for a used vehicle with similar standards led me to Koeppel Nissan. Octavio, salesman, was patient and kind. He and his manager,Dexter painstakingly answered, what seemed to be a plethora of questions asked by my friend and myself. Octavio even took me for a test drive during a heavy rainfall- best time to test drive, actually. Dexter worked with me,after hours, during the price negotiation process. When there were minor issues installing the alarm, Heather greeted my endless phone calls with a smile in her voice. What I liked most about all of them is there communication skills. They initiated phone calls to inform me of the various details, of my transaction. They appreciated my investment as much as I did. John, finance manager, always remained accessible and invited me to contact him for any reason. Thank you all for a pleasant experience. deal was done(confirmed by manager) for the car and made a deposit & bought insurance & i signed the contract. what happened after was unbelievable. salesman said manager#2 disqualify the final price and raised it by $2500!!! couldn't believe it and had to cancel my insurance and start all over my buying process again. it was total waste of time and effort. this dealer is NOT worth visiting at all. look elsewhere if you have a plan vising or thinking about this dealer. (by the way, i found out that price before the raise was right price by visiting other dealers)

This car is only used to attract customers to their lot (Koeppel Nissan in Jackson Heights). I tried purchasing the vehicle twice but was told "their is a deposit on the car already". That was completely false and I was asked to put a $500 deposit so that the manager can consider selling this car to me. This dealership lacks professionalism and honesty. Dont waste your time visiting their dealership!!

If your looking for a Nissan then look no further, I have personally been too every borough except Staten Island, but including Long Island. best deals hands down, Imran the sales guy very cool they work him to hard cause he's good at closing those deals. Tony saves you as much money as he can on the financing, and Islam makes it all happen some how i dunno but I'm driving, even went back a month later for a minor problem that I did not notice at purchase time and they fixed it no problem, car service team looks like a Ford assembly line. Koeppel built an A1 car dealership DYNASTY hands down, go see for your self why I'm writing this review like I got stock in the company which I don't.

I keep receiving junk mail after the purchase too. They will email you, call you and send junk mail. I would advise everyone to shop around and visit a couple places, the prices will be similar.

We purchesed a 2010 Ford Mustang with 25000 miles on it. Joe Clem worked with us on a great price. The car needed a few things to be done to it. Joe stepped up and sent the car into his service department. They did a oil and filter change, replaced the air filter, 4 NEW Tires, wheel alignment, New floor mats and more. The car had 2 OEM master keys and 1 valet key with a complete set of owners manuals. Saiful Islam had the car completely detailed and filled the tank with gas. Needless to say when they finished the CAR LOOKED AND DROVE LIKE IT JUST CAME OUT OF THE NEW CAR SHOWROOM. If your in the market for a New or Used car THIS IS THE PLACE TO PURCHASE.When we need another car we will go back to KOEPPEL NISSAN.

My sales person was Liliana, she knew her car. Very straight forward,and very nice. The financial person Mr. Cheung and the manager worked with us until they got us at a price we felt comfortable with by using incentives and working the numbers until we were satisfied. Our trade went well and our purchase was a smooth transaction. We weren't even thinking about buying a car that same day. We just went in to talk numbers since we knew exacty what we wanted from our previous experience last month with Bay Ridge Nissan. They were aweful, their finance managers are manipulative crooks. The sales people don't know what they are talking about.We literally walked away from the deal after spending 2 days a total on 6 hours back and forth. We were nearing the end of our lease on a previous vehicle from Koeppel Nissan when they contacted us with some great lease loyalty programs. We decided to visit on a Sunday to hear them out in person. Eddie helped us from the start and made the experience as pleasant as spending the day in a dealership can be. He was very helpful and well informed and really worked with us to get a lower monthly payment than our previous lease. In the end we drove of with a new Nissan and more affordable lease payment.

This is now my 5th Nissan in about 10 years. My previous Nissan was a coupe and I was ready for an AWD vehicle that would handle better in snow/rain. Danny helped us find the perfect car. In both the service, salesman Danny Colon have been a pleaseure to work with sales experiance had to have been one of the best car buying experiences i have ever had. I am really looking into purchasing the vehicle once our lease is up.Don't recall the saleman's name when we leased the first Altima back in 08', but he did a good job too. Cannot forget about the mechanics that were friendly, customer-oriented, patient, and helpful for the times that I have been there for service.Looks like I will be cruisin" with the new Nissan Altima SR this year. I strongly believe that this one is the keeper"FYI - I had a good friend of mine that was car shopping and I recommended your dealer and instead she ended up going to Paragon and she had one of the worst experience with them. Not only did they end up selling the use vehicle that she wanted to purchase it took them hours just to slap on her new plates. There customer service really sucks. upon arriving I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk. She paged Mr. Wilson Lliguichushca. Wilson came immediately. I have to say he treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable as a first time buyer. He was very patient with me as i kept changing the color and/or option choices. I would highly recommend Mr. Wilson to my friends and family. In addition to his professional manner, he is dedicated to his job and was an excellent customer service representative. He even went out of his way to get me coffee outside the dealership since there wasn't any cups and the 2 females(employees)chatting near the coffee machine would not make the effort to find cups or go out.

My experience at Koeppel was maybe the best experience I have had at any car dealer. I went in with a negative attitude to the whole experience and was shocked at how easy it was. I walked in with a print out of the car I wanted priced out via truecarvalue.com and after 10 minutes of conversation we had a deal for the lowest price listed on the print out. When I returned to pick up the car later in the week the manufactor was running a cash back promo and the paper work was alreay filled out deducting the $500. No preasure at all regarding Gap insurance or warranties. Great service by the Isaak the Salesman and Luis the Finace Manager. I have learned that they do not want to play the bait and switch game they would rather make a deal and move on to the next client as it is more benficial to them. And to top it off received certificates free schedule service for the first two visits. Can't beat that.

My parents have since bought two more new altimas. They were always very helpful, courteous and more than patient. I have only had good experiences, not only with the new sales department but the service department was always very accommodating. I recently visited koeppel Nissan, and winded up purchasing there.What was special to me was that initially I saw the vehicle online that I liked, and so I sent the dealer an email like ive been doing in my looking. Ms Melissa incarnation called me back right away. This was to my delight because it is unbelievable how many times people don't bother calling back, or call back days later. She confirmed that the car I INQUIRED ABOUT was in fact available and that I can see that car. Some others tell you to come in, knowing the car isn't there, then try to sell youth cat they want you to buy. We made a plan I may (or may not) come in the next day, but that I would know by that morning 9am. The next morning Melissa stayed dilligent, and called me at 9, and left a message. At 9am I was asleep, but it was that message that made the difference! Because, without that return call I would have been sure to wind up doing something different for the day. And so I traveled to koeppel, or should I say; Melissa reeled me from the phone to the dealership!And Jonathan sealed the deal!! My salesperson was Jonathan valerioo. He was very friendly, understanding to my needs, and still had the car I WANTED to see! He was knowledgable on the vehicle as well. He made me feel like anything I desired to do was possible. This mattered to me as again there has been others who make you wait or tell you what they cannot do for you rather than what can be done. They sometime seem to appear that you are inconveniencing them, rather than seeming enthused to have your business.And finally, koeppel nissan's vehicle was was actually wonderful!!!Again I have been in the market for at least a month for this charger. And have been working many phones, and have been to countless dealerships in the process. But I winded up making my purchase at koeppel and that was by no mistake!! the first time i went to koeppel, it was actually just to look around because my best friend had just brought a vehicle from there. Fromt the time I walked in, I knew that I would like to deal with this company because of the way that one of the managers named Nelson had treated me. About a month later I decided to return because i was ready to make my purchase. This is when I came across Wes. Ive never had so much fun buying a car. He was a great person with a great attitude. While I was there i had a few road blocks I had to get over but wes made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. He even brought me lunch because I had not eaten since breakfast and of course food makes everyone happy. He chatted and laughed with me the whole time i was there. I eventually felt like I had known him a long time. Over rall I have no complaints about koeppel or my sales rep. They were very honest and very helpful. Answered every question and concern I had. I plan on buying another car in the future and Koeppel will be the only dealership I go to and Wes will be the only sales rep I deal with.

I have to be honest, I went in Koeppel with no intentions on buying a car. I walked out very happy as I am in love with my new nissan altima. I didnt really like nissan altimas I am more of a maxiam man, Mohammad Sehhar was so great at giving me information about this vehicle and I fell in love right away. Mohammad treated me as if I was a friend, he help me find the car I was happy with and not just some car in the lot. I didnt feel as if he treated me as a sell but more as someone that help me make one of the best financial decision of my life. Mohammad help me find a car that worked in my budget. I was at koeppel for several hours but I felt like I was there 45 minutes. Why did I give Koeppel Nissan these ratings? They are an exceptional dealership! They have been in business for a very long time.....everytime you see the name Nissan, you see Koeppel Nissan. All of the above personnel were fantastic! They were so pleasant, efficient and thorough (upfront with pertinent information to help me make my final choice). Robert Frazier, Melissa Encarnacion, Pablo Jimenez and Luis Valerio couldn't have been better. They made me feel extremely comfortable and literally, all I had to do was "sign on the dotted line." I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Koeppel Nissan is well-honed operation and I am a happy camper!

The Service department at Koeppel Nissan lacks the service part. They performed a 60K mile service on my car and told me that the rear bearings and axle seals needed to be replaced. They didnt have the parts in stock so they returned my car and ordered the parts. The service advisor, Teddy Castillo, said that he would call me as soon as the parts arrived. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to call them, seeing how I already paid for the parts. Teddy was out that day, so I got transferred to the Parts department where I was informed that the parts for my car arrived a long time ago. So I scheduled another appointment. On a side note, when you call the Koeppel Service department, be prepared to spend half an hour on hold, only to speak to a secretary who knows nothing about the status of your car. When I brought my car in for the second time, Teddy was not there so I had to deal with another Service Advisor, Priamo Perez, who of course had no idea what needed to be done, but nonetheless said he would call me to give me an update on the status of my car. Two days passed without me hearing anything from Koeppel, so once again I had to call them to find out whats going on. I was told that the car is being worked on and hopefully itll be ready tomorrow. The following day I got the first and only call from Koeppel - I couldnt believe it! I was informed that my car was still not ready (surprise, surprise), but that it would be ready on Monday (they called on Friday). So comes Monday and of course I dont hear anything from them. So I have to call them yet AGAIN to find out whats going on. And once again Im given the run around and told that its a very big job and that itll be another day before my car is ready. Mind you, I had the front bearings and axle seals replaced the year before at another Nissan dealer, and it took them less than a day to get it done. Finally, the car was ready a week after I brought it in. In short, the communication from the Service department is nonexistent and they take their sweet time working on your car. In the future, Im taking my car to another dealer and would recommend you do the same. Having read other peoples reviews, now Im just hoping that the car doesnt break down in a week.

I recently bought a Certified Nissan Altima Hybrid from Koeppel Nissan. From the moment I walked onto the parking lot I was greeted by the Sales team with a smile.. Everyone was so friendly and all my questions were answered by my salesman. I didn't buy a car on the spot (came back several times). I wanted to research online and visit other dealers and compare pricing. Most importantly, I wanted to review their business rating and visit their service area. I was introduced to their Service manager Bob, ( who also was very friendly and helpful in my decision process). I was undecided between a Maxima and the Hybrid Altima. The Sales Managers ( Saiful and Nelson) and the Finance manager (Mr. Chong) were very helpful also in giving me guidance without any pressure tactics. He was very friendly and made me feel realy comfortable shopping for my car. I wish all dealerships employed people like Michael Kim, becase the world would be a better place. I've dealt with my fair share of rude and impatient dealers, but not Mike Kim, he treated me like Family. I bought my Murano from this dealership on Monday and they were amazing. They have been super nice about all the paperwork being filled out as well as pricing options. When I walked into Koeppel Nissan dealership everyone was walking around me like I was invincible no one asked me if I needed help, that is until Mr. Isaak saw me and came over to me and asked me could he help me he was so nice, pleasant, and very professional. He took his time with me and he showed me what they had to offer. I went to Koeppel Nissan to purchase a NEW car and turn in my old one. I looked at the ROUGE but financially it wasn't in my budget. Once I went to the finance department and meet with John Chueng he gave me were I was financially, since it was late and the banks were closed he told me let me make some calls in the morning and I will call you by 12:00 noon Thursday. He was trying to get me into a SENTRA. At this point by the time John called me I had told him that I really didn't want a SENTRA, so he said I have some very good news for you, you won't have to take the SENTRA, I can get you into a ALTIMA 2011. When I came into the dealer John had put such a dent into my finance issues that not only did he put me into a ALTIMA 2011, but he got me a 1.9% interest rate, which was excellent in my situation. Then he also got me the convenience package/plus for the car so I was able to have fold in mirrors, and a sunroof which is something I've never had in a car. He also saved me some money because he signed me up for the bi-weekly payment plan so instead of paying off my car loan in 72 months, I'm paying it off in 67 months because of the bi-weekly payment plan. So, I would like to first thank GOD for using Isaak & John to work in my favor and then thank Isaak and John for an EXCELLENT job well done. I would refer ANYONE/EVERYONE to Koeppel Nissan located on 74-15 Northern Blvd.

Very nice place to go buy a used or new car, the double the new york lemon law in all their used cars, their cars are all in perfect conditions and very few of them have been in an accident. They also show you the carfax with every single used car. They also so service to all their cars before they put the cars in the lot for sale. It was a difficult process when the negotiating came. Under the weather conditions the processing of picking the best car, was at times limiting for what I was looking for but in the end I hope that what I needed vs. what I wanted (not within my price range) will make me happy. I did visit many other dealerships and Alberto's approach was not intimidating and ultimatly chose this dealership to make a deal becuase of the people more so than the car choices. Over the years we've bought a few cars from car dealers. The experience, until this time, has been that the salesman, plus others, made us feel that we're being schemed to buy a car. Money drives the sale. The salesmen were not that friendly to begin with. Even if they were friendly, we didn't feel very much at ease. With Koeppel, we just felt very much relaxed. No pressure sale situation. Everything we felt was on the up and up. The salesman especially was very down to earth kind of a person. Of course, they offered a good price, so we walked out happy, after signing on the dotted line. Didn't feel being taken for a "ride" at any time. If we were, we don't know yet. Thumbs up!

I was recommended to the dealership by a friend who has used them in the past for excellent used cars.Though it would have been great to buy NEW unfortunately my life has been turnedupside down in the past year starting with wage loss, bankrupcy and to add insult to injury total loss of my car!My friend advised me that Koeppel Nissan was the only dealer in Queens he would ever use! Even on his advise I did my homework and was impressed with the A+ Better Business Bureau rating! Once I saw that I decided to give them a shot!The people who impressed me the most were Joe Klemp who didn't high pressure me into a new car he walked me across the street to Saiful Islam at Used car sales!The team there was friendly helpful and most of all listeners!I have just gone through a Chapter 7 discharged and had no car to go to work! I was only getting so much money from insurance and had only so much money to lay out!He put his salesman Imran Khan on the job in search of a sound,safe and economical car that would fit my needs and budget!The car I had my heart set on was a small bit out of my price range but with the help of Francesco Labbatte in Financing I got an approval to cover the rest!I never beieved that I could be driving a certified pre-owned car in my situation! I wanted to trade in my 7 passenger SUV for a smaller SUV. I was driving home disgusted with my time being wasted at another dealership and decided to stop by Koeppel. When I walked in the salesman was friendly and asked a series of questions to assess my needs and wants. He referred me to Francesco. Francesco asked me what features I was looking for and I explained what I couldn't live without. Once he knew what features and monthly payments I was looking for he found a nice used car for me with all of my requirements. Coincidentally, the car he found for me was one of the brands I was researching and I did not even tell him. They handled all of the paperwork even my registration and took care of my trade-in. I was impressed because my prior dealership didn't even provide an extra set of keys nor did they handle my registration and license plate transaction.Update: I called Francesco 3 days after purchasing my vehcile to address a few minor problems I wanted resolved. He took care of this situation for me. I would definitely patronage this dealership again when I am ready to purchase another used vehicle.

When I went into the used car section of the Koeppel Nissan dealership I had already pretty much knew what I wanted. Joel made the buying process very straightforward with no pressure for me to buy anything that I didn't need. Not being charged with and not having to haggle about "reconditioning" fees was a plus. I know many dealerships (manufacturer based and independent) often charge reconditioning fees for used cars. These fees are above and beyond the advertised purchase price of the cars. Joel even gave me a ride to pick up my new car after a big snowstorm.

My experience at Koppel Nissan was extremely positive. Both the manager Pablo and the salesman, Nash, provided great customer service in a timely manner. Nash explained everything to me in terms of terminating my lease early and buying a new vehicle. He was straightforward and honest and clearly wanted to make this a positive buying experience. Koeppel had a black 2008 Dodge Avenger, which is all my son wanted. After exhausting every effort to find a decent one locally, including actually purchasing one last week that turned out to be a stolen vehicle, we broadened our search on cars.com and found the vehicle at Koeppel. Yes, it was an hour and a half away, but Pablo negotiated the price I needed, assured me the car was mint condition (IT WAS!), and we made the trek on Sunday, January 16th, 2011. I was so confident in Koeppel at that point, my brother gave us a ride, dropped us off a half hour before the dealership opened, AND WENT BACK HOME... leaving us in Queens.From start to finish, I was not disappointed. The follow ups from Pablo prior to the purchase were incredible, his willingness to go to bat for us to get us the price we needed was unsurpassed... Jhonn then took over with all the details, even giving us temporary credit because I didn't bring a certified check with me (no banks were open when we struck the deal, nor on Sunday morning). They are allowing me to overnight the certified check... There was a misunderstanding, as I stated a cash deal on the phone... not thinking that my home equity line of credit check wasn't going to be valid, especially out of state. But Jhonn made the deal work and we drove the vehicle home.This is a quality used vehicle, compared to the myriad of others we saw, drove, and actually owned for a day. The price was right near our budget, and the quality... its as if the vehicle was never used.I will not hesitate to return to Koeppel for vehicles for my wife, myself, or my other son, who is coming of driving age next year... Thank you so much... there is not a single blemish on the entire experience, from the initial phone call, through the completion of the transaction and driving it off the lot. I've dealt with a lot of auto dealers over the years, and have never encountered one as fantastic to work with as Koeppel.

Eight years ago I purchased a certified preowned Altima from Koeppel Nissan which I am still loving. I had a very good experience with my salesman back then as I did yesterday at the same dealership .One of my closest friends trusted me to chose a dealership for her purchase of a brand new car . I researched Koeppel a few weeks ago the same as I did eight years ago. I believe it is just as important to know quality and reliability of your dealership as much as your purchase. I have always been impressed by the A+ Better Business Bureau rating of Koeppel Nissan .That was the main reason for driving past my local Nissan dealerships to get to Koeppel again . I called a few weeks ago and requested to speak to someone in the sales department .The receptionist picked up my call quickly after my choosing the sales department in the queue I was connected to Nash. Nash did not hold back from answering any of my questions on the phone .He spoke to me as if I were in the chair in front of him. He had a friendly tone yet professional. He was the same in person when my friend Jan and I came to the dealership the following week. Nash assured us that he would call us in six months to see how satisfied we were as he does for all of his customers .He made us feel very comfortable with his confidence in the product he was selling . He expresses such honesty in his dealings that we had felt no pressure from his sale. Nash expresses an enthusiasm that is so contagious. He was so attentive to us every time we walked into the showroom .What a wonderful person he is .I have always read the finance & insurance rep is where the pressure is applied. Again a young professional Luis was waiting for us to explain my friends purchase in detail. He had a no pressure sale for his products also. Luis answered many questions as he tallied the figures .We grilled him yet he remained very polite ,professional and patient . Our experience was seamless .Honesty , reliability and quality is what we found in the products sold at Koeppel Nissan as well as in their staff. My friend Jan drove off in her brand new Altima a very satisfied customer last night . Thank you Koeppel . I will see you in a few months when its my turn to drive off your lot with something new this time and I will never hesitate to recommend your dealership to my good friends, co-workers and family .

I was in the market for a new company vehicle and I had might sights set on a BMW 3 series. So I went to a BMW dealership and test drove a 335i. I was impressed with the ride but not totally satisfied with the overall experience. I still wanted to search to see if there was anything else out there that would blow me away. I remembered my friend telling me that his sister had just bought a Nissan in the state of Florida and that she loved it. It was then that I looked up a reputable Nissan dealer and came across Koeppel Nissan. After test driving an Altima and seeing all the amenities, I knew it was the car for me that addressed all of my needs. Then came the purchase experience which went very quick and smooth which is rare when purchasing a car. It was my first time purchasing a car I went to another dealership located further down Northern Blvd the service was not what I expected so I decided to go to Koeppel it was an overall professional environment which I was looking for they showed me three cars of my interest I chose the one that I liked and the paper work was processed soon enough I was signing it off and drove my vehicle away. Everything was smooth sailing I would say even a year after I brought my car in for service and they had the car no more then 2 days in the shop! Where as i taken my car to other places whete it was left for a week for little service to been done. I loved the fact that the rep from the service department kept me up to date with my car while in the shop I didn't need to call him at all. Since then i moved to Florida and my car has not given me any major problems which goes to show they dont sell junk and you can confide on a good product. Would I recommend this dealer yes and I have to numerous people. Pretty Soon I will purchasing another vehicle from Koeppel all the way from sunny Florida!

Very tricky and very dangerous. They initially offered $6,000.00 more than what I paid for the same car which I purchased from another dealer a week later. Once they figured I was more or less aware of the market price of the car, they offered some discount to make it sound like they were offering a good deal. I went to the same dealer three years ago and it was the same attitude. They first try to steal from you assuming that you are clueless about the prices and when they figure that you are not an idiot who is willing to pay thousands of dollars more than the market price they start offering you discounts and if you do not agree to their price they almost start yelling at you and insulting you. They use the oldest and dirtiest tricks on their customers.

i must say that this has to be the worst experience i have had with a dealer car repair , i have a 04 nissan armada i purchased used from another dealer in 06 with 30k miles i also slected a gold service contract ,everything always seems just dandy at first. the vehicle developed a misfire with slight shaking and check eng light on ,so i took it in for service on friday 4-23-10 , it is now sat 5-29-10 over 5 weeks later ! and its the same story with them , first they said i needed ,front brakes ,rear,brakes,rotors cut,a manifold,a catelitic converter,oxygen sensor,catalyst tubes (not covered by warranty) but lucky i had them replaced under a year and under 12k mi the have a warranty but i mispalced my receipt but the other dealer faxed them proof and at first they refused it and said it was not enough proof ! and that they needed a copy of an orig reciept ! can you believe the pressure i felt at that point? so finally they desided to accept it under warranty.....now the days are passing and every week its "next week" i more week ,one mechanic only , working very slow and limited on this. then they said ok most of the parts are on and you should have it by tommorow (this was like 3 weeks ago) then he calls me back and say's "oh we just noticed the check eng light and some shaking" !!! the reason ihave the car here in thefirst place !, so now they said they are waiting for approval from nissan , ok they call me back and say they have the approval , so now they have to check the oil and do a compression test to find out if any cat conv parts were ingested back into the engine? , then a week later they say "oh i think yuo are gonna need a new engine ! (this engine had only 8k miles was recently replaced by another dealer) veh in total has only 57k mi veh is only used for pleasure and is well maintained......so they said they ordered the eng on fri 5-14-10 and would be there by the following mon 5-16-10 so the new eng was still sitting in a crate,and the old eng removal process was very slow.....i came in on thurs 5-20-10 to see the progress ,but the old eng was still in nobody was working on it at that time (seems the one person on it is also on other cars and is taking minimal time on this job. so now its sat 5-22-10 i come by to see and the old eng is still in the veh the service rep calls the mechanic over from "another veg" to my veh and he says "well its abig job its only me and there are a lot of wires" so maybe next saturday !) and goes back to what he was doing......so i had to contact nissan corp at this point , and they said they would look into it , so nissan corp calls me back and says "sorry sir but we spoke to dealer and they said for sure it will be ready fri 5-28-10 or sat 5-29-10 the latest , ok i call yesterday 5-28-10 to be told it was not ready that it would be today 5-29-10 ,well it is today 5-29-10 and i once again get the same story "its not ready yet maybe next tues cause mon ia a holiday ! , i have beeen so inconvinienced by this , i had an injury to my hand at work and have not worked since 3-29-10 so i have been going to doctors sppointments and had surgery and have een taking cabs and having to bother other people to take me places , and this dealer never even mentioned to compensate me with a loaner car? , so last week in order to male up for some of my inconvinience nissa corp offered 2 yrs oil changes and tire rotation , i think at this point i need more like a 2 yr ext service agreement......i will never reccomend this dealer to anyone.

Use models at Koeppel Nissan dominated the list of competitors. They were specific with the car detail,options, and its reliability, but it was its full customer service that sold. A co-worker had recommended koeppel nissan after she and her daughter had also purchase two cars after receiving excellent product and service. I consulted her i remembered she didn't have a problem financing and the requirements for the purchase was clear and tact. I decided to go for a used car which would fit my present job as a sales consultant, which means i'm constantly on the road. I was impressed because there was full access to the status of the car. Each car had a windows sticker with the prices listed and the carfax was also available instantly. Also each car had been inspected and had passed through service these cars were value as new. I took a glimse at a black altima 2008 it was as if the car was customized just for me. It matched the image i had invisioned, and it was so much fun to test drive. The car overall was very economical i was a little concerned because of my credit score but by financing i would indeed be able to take the car home. Overall the business had one flaw i spend hours searching because each car just looked better then the next. Nevertheless, it was more then i expected its been a few months now and i have no problem regarding the car i'm completely satisfied. My best regards to my sales rep who was so friendly who really made feel at home. This experience was great and I truly from the bottom of my heart recommend this dealership to friends, family and to others. Thanks so much

I leased a Maxima in 2005 from this dealership and had a pretty basic experience there during that time frame. I came in, knew what I wanted, paid the price I expected and was on my way. After I returned the vehicle, I needed a lease return letter from Koeppel to the DMV in order to verify my insurance lapse. I spoke with Ramiro(As I was told by him and others there that he was the only person who could do this) and he told me to call back at a time when his accounting department was open. The next day, I called again, and gave him my information and what I needed on the letter. He said he would have it out by Monday. Wednesday comes, I still haven't gotten the promised fax. I called again to follow up, he puts me on hold as soon as I tell him I have not received it yet and I wait on hold for 20 minutes, after which I hang up and call back. The person answering the phone tells me he stepped out and would be back in a half hour. He put me on hold and left.I called the GM of the dealership, and left him a voicemail explaining this whole fiasco, and still have not gotten a call back. Moral of the story: This dealership takes your money and then doesn't care about customers after that.

I left my home and miboile numbers on his voice mail, and then, leter on when I called from my job, I also left my work number. I begged the receptionist (not too friendly on the phone) to please make sure Nelson called me. When I saw it was getting late and still had not received a call back from Nelson, I called the dearlership again. Guess what? They were closed for the eveniong.... I guess they do not want to service any customers unless they are making money out of the transaction, or they just do not care. Either way, they are in the wrong business becaiuse when I decide to do business, it will not be with them.

FOUR HOURS to purchase a car from these people, and this was the second car being purchased in two weeks. The only reason i went back was because they had the car that I wanted at a reasonable price, that I cannot argue it. But customer service was extremely nasty and the service was so slow that I would NEVER want anyone to go through what I went through. And I still have not received the first bill, so let's hope that all goes well too. It should never take 4 hours to purchase a car. There were people there leasing a BRAND NEW car and had been there longer than I had been there! That's ridiculous and poor in terms of wanting to have a good word spread about your business and repeat customers. They don't care because they do sell a lot of cars and that is true, but it seriously has deterred me from ever going back.

I bought my Nissan Roque from Koeppel. I had no hassle with the Sales Department. I bought My Roque in for a free oil change. When I got home that night right before the big snow storm, I saw dried oil stains on my hood and on my corner panel. Also I saw a small nick on my door. I was able to get it out with a scratch remover. I contacted Koeppel about this and no one got back to me about this until 1 week later with a email from Jorge Pena in the sales department stating, "Am I venting or am I looking for another vehicle". Hello, I said I brought my 2010 Roque for service.

I purchase a new nissan versa withing two hours I got the car very professional people they work so you can be satisfied from Managers to workers. They explain from financial issues to how the car works and perfoms, so you don't have any doubts when you purchase a car from them thanks. Scarly D

Terrible service.I had my Nissan Altima in their shop for eight times in less than two months and each time I got the car back was running poorly with new problems directly related to the repairs which were made.In the end I gave up because there were no signs that they knew what they were doing. They are not better that a gas station repair shop.Also the communication with the service rep. is poor. It is a waist of time to call the service for an update on your vehicle because you are put on hold forever and in the end you are told that they will call you back which never happen.The actual repairs take long, long time and if you need a part that means at least two or three days till is ordered and delivered. Of course the prices are "state of the art high". Take your car some other place for a better, faster and cheaper repair.

To be totally fair, this negative experience with Koeppel Nissan of Jackson Heights unfolded back in 2003. They sold my mother 2 cars (1 used Altima GLE and 1 new Sentra) for a decently priced package deal with a trade-in. Both vehicles were driven off the lot with satisfaction until about three days later when the sales rep called our home and said there was a mix-up. He alleged running the numbers wrong and that my mom would have to pay an additional $1500 to keep the cars. We analyzed the receipts and everything from the financing to the extended warranty pricing matched up error-free. I vaguely remember being threatened with repossession if my mother did not drive the vehicles back onto the lot to pay the newly discussed charges. My mother and I, being gullible and naive, proceeded to comply.While there, the sales rep encouraged my mother to shell over the added fees by trying to convince her that she got a steal with the original pricing and that even paying $1500 more, she was still a winner. Three days in and my mother was already emotionally attached with the car - she had shown it to all our family and friends with bliss. Her obvious mistake was showing too much gleeful emotion at the dealership before negotiations had begun, but this was a woman who never owned a new car in her life. To make a long story short, she forked over the funds after an hour of deliberation. I can't remember what bogus charges were tacked on, but it left a bitter memory in our minds.It was the dealership's obligation to see that all appropriate charges are disclosed at the time of sale, but they backpedaled. New customers BEWARE! Koeppel implemented one hell of a dirty tactic to a naive and elderly woman. I blame myself to this day for not stepping in to get a full refund. A new car driven off the lot then returned, can you say THOUSANDS of dollars in lost retail value? The car would technically have been enlisted as used rather than new. We could've easily strong-armed Koeppel, but as humble and innocent individuals, Koeppel Nissan strong armed us.After reading other reviews, seems nothing has changed with their company. Thanks for letting me chime in (and vent).

they charge outreageous price for their service. They owner of this dealership is gay, I don't support gay business therefore I will not encourage anyone to go there for any reasons. Please take your business somewhere else instead of Koeppel nissan in Nothern BLVD Queens.

I wanted somebody more pro after mistakes with Peep Boys and Strauss but Nissan is not better. They replaced my catalyst and changed oil. Now my a/c is not working and oil is all over the engine! I checked the oil level and it's way too much, I hope they did not destroy my engine...

After reading all the reviews and stopping in at this dealership when searching for my Nissan i have to agree with all the negative ones. My experience while brief was very disappointing. Sales pressure and tactics left a lot to be desired. Can't imagine anyone giving this dealer perfect 5's. Only employees of the dealership or bogus posters would do this.

This was the worst experience that I ever had in purchasing a car. The night before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle I was called at 8pm to say that the vehicle had an accident and the bumper was hanging off. I went to the dealership the next morning and told them to show me another vehicle exactly like the one I had purchased. After running me around showing me several unacceptable cars, they magically came up with the same car except it had the SL package which was leather seats. The manager kept letting me know how grateful I should be that they gave me a better car at the same price after one of their irresponsible employees crashed my original vehicle. I also wanted a car with satellite radio, which they assured me they would connect. I was appalled when I picked up my car from service and in my brand new 2008 Altima, they had installed a $130 xm satellite radio with the wires hanging out, now explaining to me that if I wanted the integrated satellite radio I needed to order the connection package. This was not explained to me at the time of my purchase. All I kept asking was "will the car have satellite radio?" and this is what I got. After going in to the dealship and bitching and moaning several times about this, the manager said he could get me an aftermarket radio with the satellite included. He said though that I would have to pay the $1000 for the radio and instalation. (this was the original price of the connection package) I thought since they were charging me that price tha they would be putting in the same radio with satellite connection, but NO! Thankfully I asked to see the radio before install. They were going to try and install a $129 pioneer satellite ready radio into my car and charge me the $1000. In conclusion, I still do not have my satellite radio and the mudflaps and cargo net that should have been on the car when it was purchased. The sales team do not know the product that they are selling and the management team are nothing but a bunch of arrogant imbeciles. Last note...the finance department also screwed up my financing. They got nothing right at all. If you are looking to buy a new nissan, find another dealer.

CHEATS AND LIARS is putting it mildly. I told two salespeople and the sales manager I wanted a lease quote based on NOTHING down, as in zero (they way I've leased my previous 3 Pathfinders). After being in the showroom for 4 hours while they fiddled around with the papers and I was clearly told that the figure the salesman Humphrey and the sales manger (Dave) gave me (Humphrey) was with nothing down except taxes, motor vehicle charge and bank fee...lo and behold there was a $934 down payment on the lease printout. I had already signed everything else but saw red when I saw the lease agreement. The finance manager Al Ibrahim, manipulated the figures but I'd still be paying a higher monthly fee than had been agreed on and still there was a down payment. Then he switched it to a longer term...still with a down payment and a higher monthly lease fee. At this point I called my insurance company and told them to reinstate my old car so I could drive it home. As this was happening the overall manager repeatedly tried to talk to me...too late guys. Not only did you lose me as a customer, I've already put in a complaint to Nissan and will call the Better Business Bureau and maybe the Queens DA's office. I'm very turned off getting another Nissan as well...I have to think that the parent company condones this kind of behavior.The finance manager insisted on keeping all the papers I had signed but I was able to scribble over my signature on the one he was most interested in getting out of my hands and write NO DEAL on it. I thought he was going to lock me in his office until I gave it up...kind of amusing for a minute. Not funny enought to warrant 4 hours of my life!

Only employees of Koeppel would write a positive review of this scammy operation they call a dealership! I made a huge mistake of buying a car from these thieves and vow to never ever step foot in there again. I've already found another authorized shop for servicing. They will rob you blind and there's no use in trying to reason with them, all they do is bring out their calculator & come up with made up #'s. Do not make the mistake of even checking them out, they're very creative with manipulation techniques.

Poor communication with the customer. Call service for an update on your vehicle and you get placed on hold and then they tell you the service rep is with a customer and they will call you back but they don't. Call again and more time on hold. Excessive time on the actual repairs with more stall talk of parts being delayed etc. etc. Finally get the vehicle back and one day later we have new problem directly related to the repairs that were made.
