Patrick did an excellent job. Especially with communication,just the right amount and not too aggressive. I knew what I wanted and he got it for me. Truck,color,options and best of all I paid the price I wanted. Just do your homework and things will fall in place at Koons. Purchase transaction went smooth as could be in and out in less than an hour. It was worth the extra 30 miles i had to drive.

Called in the morning and told Cliff exactly what we wanted before we drove an hour from Baltimore. By 2pm, Cliff had two Sequoias ready for us and when we got there at 6:30 everything was ready to go....and we left with our new SUV that night. It was very refreshing to have an honest and straight forward salesman and the team that helped with the entire process was AMAZING! If we buy another Toyota, Cliff will be the person we go to. He was great to work with and they were very friendly and patient. We have 4 kids, 2 of which are very little and they were absolutely great with them. This is the 3rd Toyota Sequoia that I have purchased from Koons Toyota in Westminster, Md. The 2002 Sequoia and the 2008 Sequoia were trouble free vehicles mainly due to the scheduled service maintenance given to these vehicles when it was time to do so. During the 14 years that I had these two vehicles did I ever have any mechanical problems. Hats off to the Toyota products and the after sales service that I received for these two vehicles. I had no problem at all in deciding what vehicle to purchase in 2016. Both the sales staff and the service staff ( Cliff Hoffman, Todd Eckard ) played a large part in my decision to purchase another Sequoia truck at Koons, Westminster. Drove two hours to this dealer from Southern Maryland. My salesman Jake promised me that he would do everything he could to make us happy; he succeeded. The finance manager DMitri continued the experience by making sure we were comfortable with our payment and happy with our purchase. Lastly, the sales manager Gregory walked us out and congratulated us on our smart buy of our Sienna SE. This virgin Toyota buyer now understands why so many people love their products. I bought and have since serviced my car here because I feel like family. Todd Eckard! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I set the appointment and showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The waiting are was able to accommodate 10+ customers with WiFi to allow me to stay on top of my work. Our experience was great. Cory was excellent and got us processed and out of there very efficiently, which is what we were looking for as purchasing vehicles is not something I enjoy at all. They made the process pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this dealership as far as purchasing goes. I will comment on the service department once we experience that as well, but I would expect the same.

I was shopping for a car for almost a year, and when I started I had no idea what I wanted. So I test drove many cars at many dealers and dealt with many sales people. During this time, my husband bought a car from a different dealer--that other dealership did everything in the book that people hate about buying cars. When I found a really great price on a Scion tC on Koons' website, I went in fully expecting them to not want to honor the pricing or for something else to go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised when I went, they let me test drive the car with no hassles, gave me a price breakdown that was exactly what I expected to pay, applied the rebate I qualified for without hassle, and they even worked with me in the pricing for the warranty. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and would recommend Koons to anyone.

I bought a used car from Koons Westminster a few months ago, unfortunately after a while I realized it had a serious mechanical problem. I was scared to death being the transmission that it was going to be very costly. I talked to Mr. Nigel Hayes, the general manager, and in less than 20 minutes we reached an agreement, he is very loyal and honest. I recommend Jay Badiang to help anyone buying a new or used car. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from him in the past 8 months and he's great! So dissatisfied with the treatment we received at Koons Toyota Used Cars in Westminster. We had good experiences with the Koons Toyota New Cars in the past. But this time was totally opposIte of our previous experiences. First of all, I found the animal nicknames to be total unprofessional. Then a group of employees were always gathered around watching and laughing while we were trying to talk to "Fish" about making a deal on a used car that had a price listed on the car that was priced much higher than the online price. I had originally called to discuss the vehicle using the online wow price and "Fish" didn't want to make a deal using that price. He was extremely rude and condescending during our conversation. However, we went to look at the vehicle and to test drive it anyway because we were loyal customers. In person, he acted the same way. He acted very arrogant and smirked like he thought he won and was the best. He was unwilling to work out a deal and honestly he didn't seem to want to either. He wanted it his way and it was obvious he didn't care about selling a car. So we left and had to walk passed the group of employees that were sitting and standing around because they were hovering as they watched the conversation take place as if they were watching a show. I found the entire experience to be awful and everyone very unprofessional. We left and went to Honda and ended up purchasing a vehicle. I was impressed from the moment we went to Honda in Westminter to the minute we completed the paperwork for our vehicle. Every staff member at Honda was extremely professional, respectful, helpful, and very friendly not to mention their staff WAS NOT sitting around doing nothing as they stared at salesman working with customers like it was a circus. Everyone was busy helping customers! I doubt we will ever consider going back to Koons Toyota in Westminster to purchase a car after this experience. We were very happy with our first time experience and have even set up an appointment to test drive a new 2016 Honda Pilot. We were so impressed with everyone at Honda that we are considering trading our Toyota for a Honda!

I visited many dealerships in search of a (nautical blue) Highlander. It appears that all dealerships made claims that they can get you what you want but in every cases they are trying to change my interest to what is on their dealership lot. In most cases they want me to leave a deposit or sign a contract to lock you into a deal while they search for the car. This process with the sales manager in my opinion makes the buying process a nightmare. It average about 3.5 hours at a dealership. Sales manager lose track that my time is valuable also. Then when they cannot find what you are asking for, they ask you for your second choice in color which average another hour, without changing the deal. It was then I realizes that I had to find a dealership that had a (nautical blue) Highlander on its lot. Thank God for the internet. Koons Toyota Westminster not only had a (nautical blue) Highlander, their sales person and manager made my buying experience less stressful. They are great people and I would recommend the drive to Westminster. We are now members of Koons family but by the way they had a great website that let me search all their Toyota sites. Thank you Koons.

Buying my new 2015 Sienna at Koons Toyota of Westminster was the best automotive buying experience I ever had. The sales process went smoothly and quickly. Bob, the salesman already had my new Van in the shop for final cleaning and prep for delivery as we arrived at the dealership. My wife and I took a brief spin around the block in the new Van while the paperwork was being prepared. I then signed, went throough finance, and spent some time with Bob to learn about the Van's features before driving off to home. I've put Westminster Toyota at the top of my list for any future purchases and highly recommend them to any prospective buyers.

I needed to get a new vehicle on short notice. I decided to get another Toyota Tacoma, but a model that I wanted proved difficult to find on all of the local, and even regional, dealer websites. I eventually found 2 Tacoma models that I was interested in on Koons Westminster Toyota's web site, but the trucks were not at the dealership yet: they were in transit there. I contacted a sales representative at Koons, and asked to be notified when the Tacoma's arrived at the dealership. Several days later, early Saturday morning, the sales representative called me to say that one of the Tacoma's I'd inquired about had arrived at the dealership. Went to the dealership a short time later in the morning to find the new Tacoma parked out front, waiting for me to test drive it! Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly, straightforward, honest (sales representative, sales manager, finance administrator). Koon's made the financing application / processing for the Tacoma very easy and efficient through Toyota Financial Services, even offering a better interest rate than I had obtained through pre-approval from my Credit Union. I was home with the new truck by 2:00pm that Saturday. Good job, Koons Westminster Toyota.

I pulled into Koons Used cars at 130 pm on Thursday. As a single mom its a bit of a scarry event visiting a dealership. As soon as I arrived I was Greated by Tony Stino. He was very polite and listened to my needs . He showed me 3 cars and didnt try to shove me into a specific one. I drove My 03 Sienna and knew right away that it was the right one. This is where the team at Koons gets high marks . From the time I finished my test drive to the time I left was less that 40 Minutes . New tags Clean van and I was done. Steve reallly stood out from other sales people with the fact that he actually listened to our needs and found a way to meet them. We were not the easiest of deals to get done but he found a way to not only get us in a vehicle that we liked, but in the price range that we needed. Other sales people only tried to push us into vehicles that were more expensive than we were trying to spend. Had it not been for Steve's ability to listen and care about what we needed, we probably would of given up. Definetly would recommend doing business with him.

Mary Ann McMorrow was great while we went thru the new car buying experience. She was both patient and knowledgeable and was able to match us up with the car(s) that best our needs. We felt so good about the entire experience that we went back 2 days later and bought a 2nd vehicle from her! While she was busy getting our test drives set up, her co-workers were very courteous and helpful as well - answering questions and getting us beverages while we waited. I was searching for a pickup truck and came to the Toyoto Koons lot here in Westminster to check inventory. I found a 2012 Toyota Tundra CrewMax and began the buying experience. My sales representative - Steven Zwobot was incredibly friendly, considerate and experienced in the sale of trucks. During the test drive, he was attentive to my questions, was able to explain additional details and features, and did so in a considerate fashion. The negotiating was very fair, he and Jason worked together to meet my needs and didn't push any features that didn't benefit my needs. For the sale itself there was some required additional work to the truck and everything has gone smoothly and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend working with Koons and enjoyed the experience.

I recently purchased a [barely] used 2013 Toyota Tundra from Tony Stino at Koons Westminster. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and when the truck came up on the Koons website, I was there that afternoon. The sale was fast, hassle-free and fair. The truck was priced well, a fairly large ding on the tailgate was fixed without charge and now cannot even be seen, its condition otherwise was excellent, and they negotiated the price down to match my pre-arranged financing and the cash I was willing to put down. As icing on the cake, the finance guys covered my agricultural plates, a extra above the cost of the regular plates. All and all, a remarkably easy and pleasant experience.

I have been a customer of Koons Westminster Toyota for more than 12 years. Their sales process is perfect - no hassles, no gimmicks - just honest and wonderful sales staff. The service department is great. They are quick and informative. I don't mind spending my waiting time in their customer lounge which is equipped with free WiFi, a coffee maker, and TV. All in all, this is probably one of the best car dealers around!

This is my second new vehicle purchase I have made with Koons of Westminster MD. My first purchase they did not have exactly what I wanted in stock but they got the vehicle for me the next day. I requested a DVD installed into the Tundra which they took care of the following week. I did not even have to return to the dealership to have the DVD installed. Nathan brought me a loaner to PA and took my vehicle back to Maryland for DVD installation. Once DVD installed Nathan brought my vehicle back to PA. Wow how many dealerships would give you that kind of service. Second purchase was just as professional and same sales person. Nathan did everything he could to meet the needs and requirements I wanted in a new vehicle. If you decide to visit Koons of Westminster MD I would recommend Nathan as your sales person.

Great experience here! I purchased a 4runner from John! We had a little trouble with the trade in. But he stuck with it for the next few days kept calling to follow up and it ended up working out! He even still follows up to see if he can do anything else for us. I love the car and I loved the time I had at the dealership. Everyone was very kind! I can't wait until my wife needs a new car! I spent 8 hours looking for a car in the Baltimore area. Although I wasn't looking for a Toyota today, since no other dealer was able to find the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted, I stopped impulsively at the dealer close to home that sold me a car 15years ago in hopes that I would once again walk away happy. Koons Toyota (used cars) and Steve did not disappoint! Even though the car had just been brought to the sales lot, Steve and John worked quickly to try and inspect and appraise the vehicle I was interested in. WE HAD BEEN AT AN EVENT ALL DAY AND MANAGED TO MAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AT 7 PM ON A FRIDAY EVENING, AS IT WAS THE ONLY TIME WE HAD AVAILABLE THAT WEEKEND. Atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. I went in, found a car that I liked, test drove it, came back and negotiated a reasonable price, approved for finance, and drove off the lot. No one tried to sell me anything that I didn't want. There was no pressure during any of the process. I was very happy with the entire process.

Really a great buying experience: Mike Thompson was very prompt in answering all my questions about the truck and followed up to insure I had the information required. When he was not available Craig provided the information. No nonsense: we did all negotiations over the email which was very helpful due to a family illness that kept me from getting to Koon's to view the vehicle. After we agreed on a fair price I asked them to hold the vehicle until the money arrived and I could arrange transportation to pick it up. They offered to deliver it here (11 /2 - 2 hour drive) and further more I could have the truck and pay when the money arrived from my account. I did fill out a credit application form with no obligation to take the loan unless I left town with their truck. Mike delivered the vehicle with the clear understanding that if I did not like it when I got a look at it I was under no obligation. The truck is fine, precisely as advertised and I happily took possession. The money arrived and was forwarded with no surprises on either side. I am impressed with Koon's ad the trust they showed in me to do a deal this way. I am 65 years old and do not like being treated like a child. These folks definitely know how to deal with integrity. I have and will continue to recommend Koon's and Mike Thompson to others looking for a Toyota. Thanks for a great experience, Mike W.

We were looking to purchase a used vehicle through the USAA Car Buying Internet Service. Sales representative Lloyd Scott was quick to respond to the vehicle we were interested in. His very timely follow-up phone call is why we got to the dealership as soon as possible. We test drove a Toyota Rav4 that was a rare one to find and loved it immediately. Lloyd escorted us around to ensure we received top notch service. He was very personable in his sales approach and made the overall experience less stressful than ones we've had in years past with other dealerships! He is certainly a Great asset to the dealership!

I was looking for quite some time for a used truck, had stopped at several dealerships and to no avail things just did not work out. Did not give up and saw a '08 Chevy Silverado 1500 at Koons Westminster that fit my budget. I called and spoke with Manager, Ron Howard, and he put me in contact with Lloyd Stout who was very helpful in answering all my questions and dealing with all my concerns. When I arrived I again was assured that they could work out all the detail with my trade and get my payment where I needed them to be. All the transactions were done quickly as Finance was also very helpful. I would recommend this dealership if your considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I came in to look at the Used section and did'nt htink I would be taking home my first car, but that's what happened. Everything worked well and it just seemed to go smoothly.

Bought a 2011 tacoma from them. I was a bit concerned because I live 2 hours away, out of state, but when I finalized the deal and made the trip it was well worth it. The vehicle was exactly as described and my salesman "Fish" gave me the deal we had agreed upon in email. He was quick and efficient. The only thing negative I would mention was having to cross a busy road at night to the new car side in order to meet with the finance guy. A bit inconvenient, but that's a small thing. I love my new truck!

We were very focused-shopping with a budget for a car for teenage son. We drove the hour from PA to see a specific car. It was better than anticipated and we bought it. I feel that the price was more than fair. Matt was professional, friendly, efficient and easy to work with. The dealership is clean and appears well run.

After months and months of looking for a vehicle. I found a 2005 Toyota Corolla. The salesman was friendly not pushy. Like any dealership they try and upsell you on warranty coverage. Overall was a good experience.

This guys disappoint big time. I was driving 200 miles out of town to purchase a vehicle from them. We had been talking for 5 days & concluded on pricing & everything. I was to pick up vehicle on Thursday morning, they sold the car on Wednesday. They left me a voice message saying there was no contract between me and them, so they are under no obligation not to sell the vehicle. I had driven 2 hours, 30 minutes on Thursday only for me to receive a text message from them the car had been sold. What a disappointment. They obviously got a better deal & didn't care whether I was coming from out of town or not. I had to make a detour very disappointed back home.

One word, rude. Do not waste your time trying to get a price via email. They made many "mistakes" in their quotes along with errors in different models (automatic transmission/standard, etc.). When I tried to get clarification due to so many mistakes, the internet sales manager, Brad Groft, became rude in his email saying I made him feel uncomfortable and it was weird that I used my initials in my email correspondence. Say what?? If you visit another dealer rating site, it says Brad has acted similarly to other potential customers and he is the son of the owner. If true, that explains his irresponsible behavior.

Not real impressed. Both times we visited, we were given misinformation and they tried to sell us something we didn't want, despite being told that we were specific in what we wanted. Doubt I'd go back
