I had the pleasure of working with Rob Eaton to help me through the car buying process. It was my first time buying a car on my own, so my education was at the beginner level. Rob walked me through ALL of my options from buying/leasing & helped me figure out what options would be best, based off of my needs. Ken was truly amazing to work this deal with!! I have never had a more smooth car buying experience in my life!! Everything was brought to me or picked up and it never disrupted my schedule! Never have I had a salesman care more about a vehicle not only fitting my needs but my budget!! The detail shop did amazing when they cleaned it and the finance department made everything painless!! Ken is the best!

I called in looking for a used truck. I live 9 hours away. The salesman went out of his way to send me pictures that presented a realistic view of the truck. No playing the light, obscure camera angles, etc. I was instantly comfortable in his phone presence and was not rushed. I didn't have that experience with other vehicles I checked on. And while I ultimately decided to go a different direction, I felt obligated to share the experience. Thanks Nicholas!

I'm very impressed with the service we've received at Kunes in Macomb! The service department is always able to get my vehicle in very promptly and provide me with a loaner car if necessary, which makes the whole process convenient. They're also knowledgeable and always able to diagnose the problem(s) with my vehicle and it's always one of the lowest prices around. On top of all of this, the staff is very friendly and make a not-so-fun process enjoyable. The service manager always goes above and beyond for us! I'll continue to take my vehicles to Kunes and highly recommend them!

Makes customer do all paperwork. Beware after paying thousands may not get title and get a damaged vehicle office does not know how to do job and managers are unprofessional

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart from Kunes Country in Macomb, IL. The salesman Dennis Miller and the Manager were unknowledgeable about the vehicles and the process in trading in a vehicle as well as buying a new vehicle. The title work and paperwork were not processed properly. I had to contact the State of Illinois to get my paperwork corrected and I was given a dumb excuse from the dealership about why I had not received my title. I have worked in dealerships in the past and it is unacceptable to not file correct paperwork and cause problems for a buyer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone

We just purchased a 2008 Ford Explorer from Michael Dennis. We usually dread the experience of purchasing a car, but Michael made us feel comfortable without the pressure that usually goes along with a car purchase. We told him exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and Michael and co-workers located vehicles that interested us. Michael made us feel more like friends then customers. If you are looking to purchase a car, I would highly recommend asking for him!

Michael was super helpful! Even when the dealership did not have the car that I wanted, he searched at other places for the perfect car for me. I am lucky to have gotten a car at a good price. He was not pushy and was very patient and helpful - what you need from a car dealer :) and they cleaned my car on the inside and outside which was awesome.

My salesman is Michael Dennis. In the past 3 years, I have purchased 3 cars from Michael. The 1st under the old dealership "Woodrum" and the 2nd & 3rd (for my sons), it was through Kunes Country. Each time I have found Mike to be wonderful to work with. He truly wants his customers to be happy with their purchase. I simply contacted Michael with what I was looking for and he went to work searching with "no obligation to buy". The 2nd car I purchased was older and Michael was insistent that we take it to a mechanic to look at it. The 3rd car I purchased was just 3 years old, but they put brand new tires on it. The price quoted to me was before the tires, but they stuck with that price even after the new tires! So I absolutely believe that I got a good, fair price with each car I purchased.

I had been searching for a traverse for about 3 months and dealt with many dealerships (with not so great customer service) and then I went to Kune's and they were by far the best. I would definitely recommend if your looking to purchase a vehicle you should stop and see Michael Dennis at Kune's Country in Macomb. Michael was a great salesman. At no point was Michael pushy in the buying process. Michael was very personable and easy to talk to, at no point did I feel like just another customer he made me feel welcomed. The Managers Mark and Doug were also great when it came to negotiating on the price of my vehicle and making the deal happen. After the purchase of my vehicle Michael was very helpful in taking the time to make sure I knew how to work all my new gadgets in my car and continued to follow up with me after the purchase. Kune's Country of Macomb gets an A+++++ and 5 stars from this buyer.

I hadn't purchased a new car for quite some time so I was a little nervous. I just want to say a special thank you to Mike Dennis for being professional but yet very patient with me through the car buying process. We had been looking for my daughter's first vehicle and found a great deal on one at Kunes. We were fortunate to work with Michael Dennis, who walked us through the options in our price range. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle we wanted for a few hours, which provided enough time for our mechanic to take a look at it. He confirmed that it was a reliable, safe vehicle for a fair price, so we felt very comfortable moving forward with the purchase. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the car, and we felt completely comfortable with the entire process, which was actually pretty fun. Everyone - from Michael Dennis to the general manager, Mark Klewer, to the business manager, Randy Whited - was pleasant and wonderful to work with. The process was fast and easy, and we got a great deal on a great car. We will definitely consider Michael at Kunes for our next vehicle.

I was interested in getting another vehicle over the summer! My husband and I have 2 kids and we were driving a Chevy Trailblazer, so I was wanting something bigger, kids take up a lot of space!! A friend of ours recently started working at Kunes around this same time, his name is Kaiser Downs, and I mentioned it to him, and within days, I was test driving an amazing, used 2011 Chevy Traverse and it had everything and more that told him I wanted!! He let me take the car for 2 days because my husband wasn't sold on the color of the vehicle!! Well with a little convincing from Kaiser, myself, and the Sales Manager, Mark, he decided he didn't mind the color of it after all!! I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff!! Kaiser was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process and I was very happy to be buying a vehicle from a friend!! I highly recommend Kunes Country of Macomb to anyone in the search for a new or used vehicle!!

I walked into the dealership needing a new vehicle and Michael Dennis was right there to help me. I told him what I preferred and he did what he needed to and showed me a truck I absolutely love and need. He was very easy-going and fun to sit with. The process was very easy and fast with him. I will absolutely come back here next time I need a vehicle and talk to Michael! I have never had such a great experience at a dealership than I had at Kunes Country of Macomb.

I was apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership. I was worried that I would get talked into something I didn't need by some slick salesman. Kunes auto group was having a big used car liquidation sale. I talked to a Mike Dennis. I told him exactly what I wanted in a new to me car. A few minutes on his computer in his office and he had three different vehicles for me to look at. All three within my price range and mpg specifications. I never felt pressured to buy. Mike answered everyone of my questions. Mike Dennis found the car for me! I plan on telling my friends and family about my positive experience! I can tell you that Mike Will be selling me my next car too!

This is my second vehicle I have bought from Michael Dennis at Kunes Country. He is not a high pressure salesman, and he made it an easy car buying process. This was the first vehicle I bought for the business and got a great deal and great service since. I would highly recommend Michael Dennis for your next new vehicle purchase.

While having my 2010 Chevrolet Traverse serviced I asked my sales rep, Michael Dennis, if there were any newer similar vehicles on the lot for me to look at. He asked me some questions about my car and then what I specifically was looking for. We looked at some cars outside and it was not long before I noticed a black 2012 GMC Denali. He told me it only had 1400 miles and would be a great deal. I then spoke with the sales manager, Mark Klewer, who reviewed some basic info about that car and we then took a drive in my car so he could inspect it and see how it drove. I told him I was interested and what would he value my car at. He did some work on his computer while I spoke with salesman Mike Dennis. Mark made me what I thought was a very fair and competitive offer and I said I wanted to make the deal and would be back the next day to finalize everything. I have never had such a smooth,fair, and hassle-free auto buying experience and I am 65. I appreciate the advice and information from my salesman, Mike Dennis, and the extremely fair manner in which the sales manager, Mark Klewer, handled the entire situation. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the past years prior to Kunes Country purchasing the business from Wayne Woodrum. I am happy to recommend Kunes Country to my family and friends for their future auto/truck needs.

We really enjoyed Kunes Auto group. We needed a new car. It wasn't the first time we were buying a car, but this time it was a different situation. We still owed on the car we had and wanted to get a different car. At first we weren't real sure what we wanted. Dustin Teel was our salesperson, he was very patient and once we finally decided what we were looking for he was right on it. It only took one day(if that). Not only did he find the car we wanted, it was even more than what we were looking for. The entire Kunes Country Auto Group was very helpful and worked as a team. It was a smooth process and we are quite happy.
