I was in the market for a vehicle and I saw an ad for a big "tent sale" so I went out to the mall where the sale was taking place. I looked at a few vehicles with Tyler he was a great salesman and very friendly. He actually listened to what I wanted. Then he introduced me to his manager Jason and it went straight downhill from there. He was very rude and treated me like I was his child. He kept trying to pressure me into buying even when i told him I was just looking. It took him 30 minutes to give me my keys back after he looked at my car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially since the price on the car was advertised online 3000 cheaper than the special price Jason was giving me.

I was referred to this store from a friend to see salesman Tony Williams. I was amazed how easy he made the buying process. I used to be under the assumption that dealing with buying a car is aggravating and very time consuming. I am happy to say my thoughts on the car buying process have changed after Tony made sure my time was used efficiently and not wasted. He set everything up! Not only was buying my new ride NOT painful, he actually made it rather fun! Thanks so much.

I recently made my second purchase from Pete Harkness and was once again blown away by the customer service I received. Tony Williams was amazing and listened to all of my must haves and found the perfect car for me. He made sure I got a great trade in value and with a lower interest rate, I found myself making the same payment for a car that was 2 years newer than my previous one. You can't beat that!

Some people say that buying a car is like going to the dentist, a long drawn out pain, but my personal experience was anything but that. Tony Williams at the Chrysler store went above and beyond the call of car salesman duty! He listened to what my needs were, assisted me by test driving a number of vehicles and introduced me to the car of my dreams; one I didn't even know existed. The entire time I was at the store I never felt pressured into buying anything and my payments were exactly what I wanted them to be. Tony was professional and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and yet was comical and easy to be around at the same time. I would recommend this store and Tony in particular to anyone looking for a vehicle no matter what the car!

What a wonderful experience! I went in to just test drive a few cars and ended up purchasing one. Tony Williams is an EXCELLENT salesman! He was very helpful with answering all of my questions and showing me many different options. He even had a car brought in from a different location because he knew it would be a great possibility (I ended up buying it). I felt at ease during the entire process and never pressured into anything. This was my first car purchase and I'm extremely pleased. I recommend this dealership and specifically, Tony to help you find your next vehicle!

I walked in just to see what was available, Chad Young, after a few simple questions, started showing me a list of trucks that fit what I was looking for. He found one that was better than I hoped for, but it was at a different lot. He dropped everything and brought it to me. He made the deal quick and easy. He even helped out after the deal was done. My wife and I were looking to get a van and we got a great deal on our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. The whole experience was great. There was no pressure, and they were very up front about costs. To add to it, they gave us a good amount for our trade in. We definitely will consider Pete Harkness for our future vehicle needs!

Been looking for a white low miles 200 Convertible for months. Found it on Cars.com.at Pete Harkness Auto Group. Called internet manager Chris Nelson. He told all about the car and sent me pictures.Told him what we had to trade and he gave me a good idea about what he could do before we made the trip. We drove the 78 miles from Peoria to look at the car. The car was all and the deal was all that Chris said it would be.No games.I am no novice at buying cars. I have purchased over 50 cars and motorcycles in the last 40 years. I know a great deal when I see one.Not only was the car $1500 to $2000 less than Peoria area dealerships Chris gave us at least $1000 more for our trade.Chris Nelson bent over backwards for us. No pressure deal and everone at the dealership we encountered were freindly and helpful! We are extremely happy with our deal and it was well worth the drive! Another great thing about dealing with Chrisis is he handles just about any domestic new car make you want!

Overall i had a great experience. I am very pleased with everything. My car is great and im very excited to drive it. The customer service i recieved was wonderfull, everyone was very nice and helpfull. My sales rep. was wonderfull I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them and if i ever neeed another car i would deffinatly come back here.
