I recently traded my truck for a used SUV at LaGrange Toyota. Keith Clements was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping me find a vehicle that met my specifications and budget. My family and I set out to visit a number of car dealerships one Saturday with the hopes of buying a used car. However, after visiting other dealerships we came back to Ryan Lane at LaGrange Toyota. This is my fifth car I bought from this place. It's always been a pleasure to buy from Lagrange Toyota. There is no salesman trying to push you to buy. They will always show you the best options based on your budget. I live in Columbus but don't mind to drive a couple of miles to get a better deal and I would highly recommend to go and check Lagrange Toyota before you even go to a different place and ask for Wanda Norris, you won't waste your time. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Wanda Norris at Lagrange Toyota in the last year. Wanda was very helpful & easy to work with. In addition to a fair price i also I got oil and filter and tire rotation for 3 years. Also Lagrange Toyota gives new car purchasers free tires as long as you own the car.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Antonio was knowledgable of the cars that he had in stock. I told him what I wanted and he pointed to it and said "I got one". After driving it, I asked for the best price that they could do. He brought the price out, I countered with a lower offer, the Manager stepped out of his office and gave me the thumbs up. There was no beating the bushes on back and forth price. I would deal again at LaGrange Toyota.

Gerald McKenna made me feel comfortable and confident from the minute we met, which was huge considering my car buying anxiety up to that point. Lagrange Toyota was the 3rd dealership that I visited in search for the "right" Rav4. Ryan Lane was my sales associate. My first impression of Ryan was polite, kind and patient. purchased a used 2004 Suburban at the used car lot. The car did have a few issues as a 12 year old car will. They were willing to work out these issues. Two days after I purchased it I took it to the local Chevrolet dealer in town for front end alignment. After 2 1/2 hours the service manager informed me that this vehicle must have been in an accident and no way could the front end be aligned. In fact he suggested I grind a hole in the frame to provide room for the final adjustment. Enough said. I contacted Tony, the sales mgr at the used car lot with this news. He made an appointment for me to use Lagrange Toyota service dept to look at it. They had it driving perfectly in less than an hour !!! Thanks to Antonio, Tony and the service manager for a job well done and customer service above and beyond what one would expect from a used car lot these days.

This dealership may seem out of the way, but they were the only dealership that gave me the deal I wanted on my 2016 Tacoma TRD off-road. They had several on the lot but not the color I wanted. It was there that afternoon from North Carolina. Great place to do your car buying. Great sales staff, I would highly recommend Greg Lassetter!

Gerald McKenna was very helpful from the moment I recognized a car of interest. Gerald took the time to show me all the details in my Prius(he acted as if it were my car from the beginning), making sure I understood the different functions. As simple a gesture as that was, it was the first time a sales person had personalized the experience. The entire experience grew from that point forward and I am totally enjoying my car. I know I was going to purchase a new car,but I didn't know were. I had been to another dealership.I was not treated so well ,because the sales person just wanted to make a sale. When I told him I was just looking ,he tired his best to force me to buy something I didn't like or want that day. When I said no his whole attitude changed and he brushed me off. I lefted very hurt and disappointed. They lost a sell from me. The sad part about this is ,over the last 20 years ,I dealted with this dealer ship. I had purchased a Maxima, a Lexus,and an Altima from them. One person can spoil a good thing. The sails person I always dealt with had retaired, A few days later I met (Allen Trainer ) at Lagrange Toyota. He was so nice,sweet, and patience. He treated me with so much kindness. He let me take my time looking every time I stopped buy .I came buy at least 3 times and looked at the same car. He was the same each time,patience ,and kind. He let me decide and whatever I asked for he made it happen. I am well pleased with my "new car". Allen Trainer is an awesome salesperson, and I will recommend him to my friends. I will deal with him any day ,because he is the best.

Wanted to brag on Caroyln Short my saleswoman. Was having service on my 2015 Tocoma , while they were working on my truck I was just walking around the lot . Carolyn was very friendly and very easy to talk to, not at all what I was expecting from a Salesperson. Most are pushy and have there on agenda going on. Not Caroyln she was attentive to what I was saying and in brief comments she would throw a quick plug about a new truck. Even when I had agreed to purchase a vehicle and a small hiccup arose, she carried herself with professionalism . To sum it up Caroyln is the best Car/Truck salesperson I have ever delt with. Please don't give them the satisfaction of your business. The sale may be fine, but the customer service you receive afterwards is not worth it. There are so many reviews (including the company's own website) that claim that LaGrange Toyota has this outstanding customer service department. Don't buy into it.I purchased my car eight years ago from them. The sale was fine and pleasant. They even told me about this "free tires for life" program, that only required you to have all of your servicing done at LaGrange Toyota. Great! ...at least that's what I thought at the time and up until a few days ago.My initial complaint was that we brought the car in for servicing and it had leaky tires. So, my husband asked when we could have new tires put on again. They then proceeded to tell him that we had missed several things on the service list. WHAT?!? We've been making the 45 minute drive each way every time we were scheduled for maintenance. We've been doing everything that they've asked us to! So imagine our surprise when they tell us that we need $500 worth of work done on my car before they will make good on their tire agreement.I contacted the Service Department and complained. I got a response from the owner, who then checked in on it the next business day. He left me a voicemail stating that we had missed service on my vehicle, etc. I emailed him back and restated my complaint and told him that his customer service needed work. When I received his last email, he still refused to take any responsibility and insulted me by implying I was lying about my service. If I were the owner of a business, Id be concerned that my associates were letting business go out the door and that I was losing money because of it. Id want to know that my customers weren't being informed. But, I guess this owner has no concern whatsoever for the people who purchase from him.Do yourself a favor --- stay away from LaGrange Toyota!!

Flat out best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. Tilmon Cosper, and the whole team at Lagrange Toyota were very polite, courteous and helpful at giving me the best car and price possible with my current credit rating. I walked out with a brand new Camry under sticker price :) Thanks again Tilmon and the rest of Lagrange Toyota, I plan on being a customer for life. I had heard of the good customer service at LaGrange Toyota so decided to go there first. There were 3 other dealerships I could have chosen. I was greeted warmly and quickly by a gentleman( don't remember his name) who showed me the only Sienna on the lot. He had a 3:00 appt. so introduced me to Wanda Norris who quickly ascertained my needs. She was very personable and friendly and had me drive the Highlander and Sienna. They did not have the color I wanted on the lot but could get it. They verified my information, worked with me to get the deal I felt was reasonable, located the car I wanted, saying it could be on the lot the following Monday. Wanda offered me a beverage as I waited my turn to sign the papers. That 10-20 minute wait turned into an hour wait. But we finalized the deal. I returned Monday and was so thrilled with the Sienna I hugged Mrs. Norris. She showed me all the "bells & whistles" and went out of her way to be sure I understood. Gave me her ph # in case I had any questions and I left in my new car a happy owner. The Sienna is a very quiet luxurious ride and I have no regrets. I recommend Wanda Norris at LaGrange Toyota if you are in the market for a good car. You can't beat a Toyota.

Brian Moncrief provided excellent buying experience. Took time to educate us about the options on the Highlander. He was not pushy or a know it all. We were offered a fair price for our trade in. The best car buying experience I've had. Scheduled an appointment to meet with Ryan Lane and look at the vehicle I was researching. He was waiting for me when I came in. Met me with a smile and handshake, had vehicles ready to look at. Ryan and everyone at the dealership were courteous, helpful and responsive. There was no pushy sales approach. Ryan answered questions and worked to get me the best deal out of all the surrounding dealerships I had contacted. Facilities were clean and comfortable. While walking around the service department, I observed a small boy spill a coke all over the floor. One of the guys ran over and told his mom and the young boy not to worry, no big deal and he was cleaning it up in seconds with a smile trying to make the young boy feel better. Great folks that earned my business.

First off I would like to say that I'm in the Army and being in the military we move a lot and change vehicles a lot too. This is the second time I have bought from Lagrange Toyota and I get my services done here also. The first time coming here was going off a recommendation from a friend because his experience was just that great. I live forty minutes away and have a Toyota dealership in town. I have been looking into upgrading to a Tundra TRD Pro from a Tacoma and was lucky enough to get the perfect sales consultant, Alan Trainer, to help me get what I wanted. I knew he was very knowledgeable about this truck since I've come across a video of him promoting this truck while researching. He laid out what was available and all the options I could add. I was very specific about what I wanted and they didn't have it on the lot but Alan was able to get it for me faster than my expectations. During the whole process I might add is, I did not feel pressured into changing anything from what I wanted. This is one of the best welcoming dealerships I've had the pleasure of doing business with and will continue to do business with until Army moves me somewhere else.

Drove up from Columbus, GA to shop for Toyota trucks.....I had already spoken with Josh Cox the day before and I told him I would be driving up to look over available trucks. After driving several trucks I decided on the Tacoma TRD package and he and his manager worked with me to arrive at a sales price I felt could afford. Josh impressed me with his product knowledge and willingness to assist me in making a decision. At no time did I feel pressured to buy as I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited from Lagrange Toyota. My initial contact was with Jim Richardson. Since I was from out of state (SC) Jim took a video of the vehicle for me. While on a business trip I went to go see the vehicle and Jim was not available so I connected with Alan Trainer. Alan was knowledgeable and very professional. After agreeing on the price I worked with Jeremy in finance to identify an extended warranty. Since this was a Certified Toyota Used Car, I was able to get an excellent price on the warranty (better coverage and less expensive than a 3rd party!) The entire experience with LaGrange Toyota was a pleasure. I just wish I lived closer so I would be able to use them as my dealership for service. thank you to everyone involved!

Do not purchase a used vehicle from LaGrange Toyota. I test drove a used pickup truck Saturday 5/7/16. After the test drive I was looking over the truck and noticed the radiator fluid reservoir was empty. I brought it to the salesman's attention. His name was Brent. He took the truck back to the service department. I left without purchasing the truck. Saturday evening I received a text message from Brent that the service department had looked the truck over and there was no issue, it simply needed fluid. I purchased the truck on Monday, 5/9/16. After purchasing the truck, I noticed 2 days later the reservoir was empty again. I took the truck to my mechanic, and found the radiator had a crack, resulting in a $485 charge to replace it. I understand that when purchasing a used vehicle it is purchase as is, however when I ask for the dealership to look at a specific concern, I expect an honest answer. Either they somehow missed the cracked radiator, which suggests incompetence, or they lied to me about it. Either way, please DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM LAGRANGE TOYOTA!!!!

I have NEVER had such an easy car buying experience and I have been buying cars for 20 years. I found the vehicle online and submitted and inquiry. Greg Lassetter called me right away and had all the information that I needed. He then went on to the lot an personally made a video of the vehicle just for me and emailed it. I went on the website and applied for credit. When I went to the dealership a couple of days later, they had the vehicle ready to go. I didn't have to haggle. They got me right where I wanted to be. My husband and I recently visited LaGrange Toyota in Lagrange, GA to possibly purchase a 2016 Toyota Highlander. We were greeted by Mr. Gerald McKenna, the sales person who would assist us in this process. During the past 15 years we have purchased four (4) vehicles from this dealership, but this was the first time we have worked with Gerald McKenna. We found him to be very professional and understanding of what we were looking for in a vehicle, very polite and patient as he showed us the various features of the different vehicles, and he demonstrated a tremendous knowledge of the product. We did purchase a Highlander that afternoon from Lagrange Toyota. The dealership is about 45 minutes from our home; however we have found that the treatment and service we receive from the Sales Professionals such as Gerald McKenna and Managers such as Kevin Franklin and Service Manager Mike Golden and his team make the trip worthwhile. I return to the Service Department for regular maintenance and have great confidence in the work they perform.

Yes, I just bought a Highlander from LaGrange Toyota in LaGrange, Georgia. If it had not been for Josh Cox, I would not have gotten a New Car. After trying to find the car I wanted and almost given up. While sitting on the Beach 400 miles away, Josh Cox calls me up as a follow up and says, " I can get you the car you want." Several days later when I return home, I gave Josh a call. Told him to see what he could do. 10 minutes later he call me and said he had what I wanted. The next morning I drove to LaGrange And within an hour had my new HIGHLANDER. If Josh hadn't followed up on our previous conversation, I would still be driving my old Clunker! Going and shopping at LaGrange Toyota is the best decision I've made. Also including, this was by far the best first experience I could have ever imagined. The process was extremely easy and simple. Rude. Terrible customer service. Was very unyielding on any suggestions. We only wanted a cash price but was given the run around. They only wanted a sale commitment. Almost walked out before we was finally given a price and was still pressured to buy that day. If I was to ever buy a new Toyota I would go to another dealer.

Going and shopping at LaGrange Toyota is the best decision I've made. Also including, this was by far the best first experience I could have ever imagined. The process was extremely easy and simple. Mr. Ward was the greatest. He had all paperwork ready and was able to answer all questions I had for the car I was interested in. He's an absolutely great guy. Just purchased a 2016 Highlander from LaGrange Toyota. Dealer facilities are great and the personnel are great to work with. This is the 7th vehicle that my son and I have purchased from this dealer. LaGrange Toyota had a great selection of new and used Highlanders. Our sales consultant, Carolyn Short, patiently answered all our questions and allowed us to test drive the selected vehicle. While my husband and I debated the merits of new vs. used she never attempted to steer us one way or another, She seemed to enjoy showing us every vehicle on the lot that met our criteria so we could determine which direction we wanted to go. In the end, we went with a new Highlander because of the ToyoCare promise and Tires for life that were offered. I hate high pressure sales and would put buying a new car right up there with having a root canal on the list of things I love doing, but Carolyn really made the whole experience pain free.

Lagrange Toyota was our 5th or 6th stop in our car shopping trip and I wish we had gone there first. We got a great price right from the start (way lower than we were expecting) and a no hassle experience. We left to continue looking at other dealerships, but ended up returning to buy. We bought a Sienna and surprisingly no other dealership could beat the price on a new minivan with similar features (not even Kia). Carolyn was our sales person and gave us the best price up front, which was a great and refreshing experience -- everyone else wanted us to come back after getting offers before they would lower prices.

I was looking for a Toyota Prius. Lagrange Toyota had them available. I contacted Lagrange Toyota using the Internet. They let me know what they had available and the condition of the vehicles. When I go to the dealership, we discussed options around the cars. They knew I was interested in a used vehicle, but they let me know that we could make a deal on one of the 2015 still on the lot. We spent considerable time looking at the various options. Mike was very helpful in explaining the options and what each would cost. We settled on a new 2015 Prius Three with upgraded heated leather seats. We were able to make a great deal that worked for both of us. At no time was there any pressure to go any direction other than the one that felt right for me. Overall, this was a very pleasant buying experience. I would recommend this group to anyone.

I have just bought the second Toyota that I have ever owned, I have been a Ford person for almost 30 years. I tried a Toyota 4Runner I bought about 2 years ago and loved it. Incredibly Awesome Experience couldn't have been any better. At LaGrange Toyota, Brad Riemerts, Charlie Shray, and Jeremy Marx were outstanding in every way. I just stopped by to see what they had on the lot and drove away in the Car I wanted. I was greeted with a Genuine Smile and Hand Shake by Brad who diligently listened to what I wanted in a vehicle but didn't think I could be financed at this time. Brad got his Sales Manager Charlie Shray and they went to work. And believe me they had to work some magic and they did. They got Jeremy Marx involved and before i knew it i was driving home in My New 2015 Toyota Camry. **BLUF: Go to LaGrange Toyota and ask for Greg Lassetter-he will help you get what you want in a vehicle. First, I want to say I have no reason to leave this review other than to help others who might want an honest assessment of this business, especially my family and friends in Randolph County, Alabama. Just as insight as to my personality, I am retired military and I am very particular and picky about what I consider "attention to detail". I had decided to buy a new truck about two weeks before Christmas, after not finding anything I was confident of in the used truck arena. I had pretty well determined from research that the Tacoma with it's reliability and capabilities, was the right truck for me and I wanted to stick to a dealer that was "local"--I live in Randolph County, Alabama. **BLUF: LaGrange Toyota and Greg Lassetter get you what you want in a vehicle. I am retired military and I am very particular and picky about what I consider "attention to detail". I had decided to buy a new truck about two weeks before Christmas, after not finding anything I was confident of in the used truck arena. I had pretty well determined from research that the Tacoma with it's reliability and capabilities, was the right truck for me and I wanted to stick to a dealer that was "local"--I live in Randolph County, Alabama. LaGrange Toyota is the closest dealership and Greg Lassetter helped me. I gave him and LaGrange Toyota 5 stars because I have never had better, and couldn't ask for, better customer service. Even though they did not have a truck with ALL the options I wanted on the lot, he and the dealership went to work, located one and gave me a great deal on it within just a couple days. I look forward to not only years of great service from my Tacoma, but also years of great service for my vehicle working with LaGrange Toyota. There are so many reasons to buy from them - Greg Lassetter, whose top-notch superior professionalism and great attention to detail helped me get what I wanted in a vehicle, is just the beginning! I will recommend Greg and LaGrange Toyota to all my family and friends. I got an exceptionally good deal on the price of my new Tacoma TRD Off-Road truck-better than any price I had seen from Atlanta to Auburn. Their Tires for Life program is something I seriously took consideration of, saving money into the future and I purchased an extended warranty that included a longer period of routine dealer maintenance. I also had a bed extender installed just after Christmas and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent work of the install as well as the professionalism of the service department staff when I had a few questions regarding the bed extender itself.

We have been dealing with Lagrange toyota for almost three years and Greg Lassnter ( not surr on last name spelling) has been the best salesman around the lagrange area.. we have bought two vehicles from him and would recommend him to anyone.. when we went to buy our first car we went to kia, mike patton , and lag toyota and out of the three lag toyota ( Greg) worked with us the most with our trade in and getting us the vehicle and payments we wanted.. Greg is the only salesman I've ever dealt with that wasn't pushy and trying to hurry to get you in and out .... Thank you again Greg for your service I love our new truck :)

I got to LaGrange Toyota right when they opened, Michael Ward came and helped me even before he clocked in. He helped me through everything and the buying process was extremely smooth, I found what I wanted, he got me the payments I wanted, and he gave me all the information I needed! Jim Hunt is a Sales Consultant at LaGrange Toyota. He took care of my vehicle purchasing needs seamlessly. I already knew exactly what I want. I completed an on-line inquiry and was contacted by the Manager, Kevin Franklin. I went to the dealership as I agreed, on the date and time I specified. I test drove the vehicle and was ready to go to the bargaining chair. The great thing is I already knew the price I was going to pay because Kevin assured me when I arrived he'd honor my USAA vehicle pricing. The thing that drove me to this dealership is I felt they were transparent. I did not have time for long discussions trying to convince me of this or that. The commercial advertised Tires for Life. I was able to get that incentive and a three year maintenance plan. Jim also ensured I received vehicle tracking and satellite radio. Awesome! I look forward to working with Jim when it is time for my oldest child to get her own car.

Called on Fri. spoke with Wanda Norris. We discussed what I was looking for and payment range. Within 10 minutes Wanda had texted me pictures of cars available. I had to get someone to take me to LaGrange, she worked to set up an appointment to accommodate me. I was under no pressure to take the deal offered. A Sales Associate, a Service Writer, or a restaurant server are the face of any business, and they can make or break the organization. Jim is an exceptional person that goes the extra mile, he is a major asset to the business, and he is the model other sales team members should be groomed after. The folks there seemed pretty straight forward. The process was easy and painless. Of course, I knew what I wanted and had an 840 credit score with 50% down, so it should have been easy. I've dealt with La Grange Toyota before and would recommend them to a friend. My salesman was Jim Hunt, who was very knowledgeable and personable. The owner is a life-long La Grange resident whom I know, so a good experience all the way around.

Bobby was easy to deal with. My only complaint is the finish of the used Tundra I bought. It looked fine on the lot, but after I had it home a couple months the colored wax they used to spruce it up wore off. The colored wax was covering up a hood that was horribly faded and scratched. This borders on being deceptive to me. The hood is going to have to be repainted and that's probably going to cost me a few hundred bucks.

This is the first time I bought a new car at Lagrange Toyota in Georgia and it was a pleasurable experience. I am from Alabama and was looking for a reliable and fair priced car. After researching several car models and available options selected a Toyota Camry. Contacted Mr. Bobby Sabia and provided clear and concise information on options I was looking for in car. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable on all features available for this car. Since I was looking for a lot of features that would not be available for a car typically available in the car lot, he advised to place a factory order for car. The good news was that price was very reasonable and even though I had to wait a month for car (i was not in a hurry to get car) it all worked very well. The car came out perfectly from factory with all features that I wanted. For your best new car buying experience make sure that you ask for Mr. Bobby Sabia.

Finishing my first year with my 2015 4 Runner and have no complaints. There have been absolutely zero problems. I have been getting a Toyota serviced at LaGrange Toyota since 2003. First a 2003 Avalon, than a 2010 Tacoma, and most recently a 2015 Highlander - all well cared for by a great service department. They are up front about everything the vehicle needs and what if any cost is involved. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean, and calm. I have to write that when I decide to purchase a new vehicle I ask for Alan Trainer. Over the years I've come to trust his insights into the process of buying new vehicles. I had been looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and found one at LaGrange Toyota. I contact Brad Riemerts I couldn't have been happier with my experience. When I inquired about the vehicle Brad could answer all of my questions about the vehicle and was not pressuring me to buy. He was very friendly and approachable and I felt comfortable talking to him. I have shopped at other dealers and felt pressured every time I walked onto the lot and I did not receive that with him. After deciding to purchase the vehicle Brad worked with me to get the best possible interest rate through their finance department. I had never visited LaGrange Toyota, so I was a little apprehensive walking into a dealership for the first time. However, I was greeted shortly after getting out of my car by Ryan Lane, and what a surprise. He was very friendly, not pushy, but listened to what I had to say and responded and took action very appropriately. He showed me several Prius models, and when they did not have exactly what I was looking for, they found me one at the port. We test drove a similar Prius, different color, and began the negotiations for the new car. There was a little bit of back and forth, but they did not play the hardball games that I have experienced from most dealers. We were able to come to a price agreement quickly, signed a sales agreement, and set into motion getting the right car from the port. On the day of delivery, I was short on time and let them know this. Ryan saw to it that the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was ready, and the right manager was on hand to get us in and out quickly. If you need or want a new Toyota or Scion, I would definitely recommend Ryan Lane and LaGrange Toyota--THEY LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE TELLING THEM!!

From her customer service to her diligence, she will go the extra mile to get you what you are asking for. My wife and I were recently looking for a smaller car good on gas for her to commute to and from work. We originally looked at purchasing a new Toyota but our budget wouldn't allow that. After that other car dealers would've given up and not even called us back. But Wanda continued searching for us. She found us a corolla that was only 3 years old and had very low miles. My wife drove it and loved it. Wanda went the extra mile and it worked. Then the finance manager went to work. My credit was not perfect but he wouldn't give up either. We recently purchased a 2015 vehicle from La Grange Toyota. We visited several other Toyota dealerships closer to our home, but found the salesmen to be uninformed and not very courteous. They also had very limited stock to select from. We found La Grange Toyota on line and began corresponding with them about our options. We visited the dealership and had a wonderful experience with Brad Riemerts. We had many questions about the hybrids and Brad was very patient and showed expertise and great knowledge about the Toyota products! In November of 2001 I purchased a new Camry from LaGrange Toyota. At that time they were offering free tires for life, as long as I had all of the scheduled maintenance i.e. oil changes, etc. done at their dealership. After years of going there for my Camry's services I was determined that if I was going to get another car first off, it would be a Toyota, and secondly that I would only purchase one from LaGrange Toyota. On 8/27/15 I ended up getting a wonderful deal on a brand new 2015 Camry. Gerald McKenna was my salesman. I had never met him before. He proved to be very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Gerald worked up an excellent deal for me, and since I had bought my new 2002 Camry there and had all of my scheduled maintenance done there, the Manager gave me a good trade-in allowance. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I do hope Gerald is still there when I buy my next car!

I phoned since I live out of town. They explained a few deals going on currently. They gave me price ranges. I was told that they would have Byron Croft run out and make a video so I could see a car like they thought I would like. It was personal. This was a new touch and I eventually realized that they had found a new way to show they care and I did not find it pushy. Byron Croft walked us through some options and incentives and made this a fast and easy buying experience. I never enjoy buying a car because of all that is entailed. I have to say I am happy with how this went down.

We had an excellent experience at Lagrange Toyota. I had not intended to buy a new car at this time but circumstances made this necessary. In the process of doing my preliminary homework I had called two different dealers. I have owned a car from each manufacturer and was pretty sure that I would get one or the other. All other makes were out of the running for me. Lagrange Toyota conducted the phone call in such a professional and knowledgeable manner that I was impressed and felt respected. The person I spoke with was not a salesman but informed me that he would have Byron Croft go make me a video and email me the link to view this. Briefly, he gave me the price ranges and described some of the promotions. The video was made minutes later and when received there was something about the simple effort to accommodate a customer that made a difference. Byron Croft was patient and knowledgeable and helped us with the necessary decisions the next day. I like the idea of free tires for the life of the vehicle. I am enjoying my new car.

I recently bought a 2015 Tundra 4x4 Limited and had a great buying experience. My sales guy Gerald was awesome and helped me get the perfect truck with all the features I requested. LaGrange Toyota also gave me a very good deal on my trade. Out of the four local Toyota dealerships I visited, LaGrange Toyota was by far was the best when it came to vehicle selection and knowledgeable staff. We were fortunate to work with Brad Riemerts at LaGrange Toyota when we purchased our new Tocoma Pickup. Brad started right out finding out our needs and being sure he had a vehicle to meet them. He showed us several options, but we were pretty well sold on the first one we looked at. Brad made sure we drove more than one vehicle before making a final decision. The application process was long, just as it always seems to be no matter what dealership you go to. But there was none of the back and forth I hate so badly. In fact, I've always found car buying to be one of my least favorite experiences, right up with root canals. But this buying experience was much less painful than any of the dozens of previous experiences we have undergone. The dealership is pleasant with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space. Overall, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever endured. I highly recommend LaGrange Toyota, and Brad Riemerts to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I've been getting my truck and my wife's car serviced at Lagrange Toyota for several years and have always been very satisfied with the customer service. When we decided to replace our 2004 Sequoia with a new Highlander, the only place we considered was Lagrange Toyota. I filled out an online application and was contacted by Ryan Lane who, after finding out what kind of vehicle we were looking for, provided me with several vehicle options. We scheduled a time to test drive the Highlander we had selected. Ryan was very thorough as he explained every detail of the vehicle systems. contacted them through cars.com to see if the vehicle i was interested was still available. got response from them saying it was.... so far so good. asked what would the best price be, they told me a price. all this was over emails. i called them the next day to find out what the total would be for said vehicle with tag, tax, title, the whole 9 yards so i could just get the money from one of my credit companies and go get this vehicle with cash in one trip.. the salesman said "yes sir that will be no problem, i will get back in touch with you soon with this info". this has been almost a month ago. so if you want to be the one always contacting them then go for it, if not then look somewhere else.

I was shopping for a new Toyota Tacoma. I called ahead at other dealerships in Macon, and around Atlanta when I spoke with one of the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure to talk with and meet. His name is Mr. Allan Trainer. When we meet for the appointment at LaGrange Toyota, he was a very courteous, intelligent, an caring person. I explained to him what I was looking for, and he showed me a few vehicles. We took a test drive in one of he vehicles, and made a very thorough explanation of everything about it and answered every question completely as well. Then we discussed what they could do for my trade and the new vehicle very politely. There was another Tacoma in the showroom which was stunning. I discussed if we could work on that deal as well. Mr. Trainer did everything he could to make me happy and get a good deal. However, he didn't just get me a good deal, he got me a phenomenal outstanding deal on a Tacoma that was much more than the original ones I already looked at. The process was quick, and they made every step easy and a wonderful experience. I met with the finance manager Mr. Jeremy, who was awesome as well. He made sure that I understood every detail about that process. I still can't believe I got a better more expensive Tacoma for less money. It truly felt like I just received the deal of a lifetime. From what I know about LaGrange Toyota is that they have high integrity, and they really what the customer happy and get a fair deal that will make you happy. I am recommending LaGrange Toyota to all my friends, family, and anyone who I know is looking for a really awesome car buying experience. Oh, again I really love my brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma!!!!!!

My husband had such a positive experience in buying a new truck at Lagrange Toyota several yrs. ago that he decided he would speak with the same salesman, Jim Hunt, at the same dealer because he felt that it was a waste of his time to go anywhere else. While we were test driving the truck my husband wanted, we realized that our dependable Toyota family vehicle with over 201,000 miles on it may or may not last too much longer. Jim was exceptionally patient with us in deciding which vehicle would be best for our needs. He was also extremely kind and helpful in making sure we were knowledgeable about the different instruments inside the vehicle. I bought a brand new Camry in 2012 from LaGrange Toyota and had a great experience! LaGrange Toyota is fast, friendly, and willing to negotiate and make a deal. This past weekend we went back to buy a used SUV. We test drove a car one day and it wasn't quite what we wanted. That evening they called and said they had gotten another vehicle similar to the one we test drove but nicer and lower mileage. We went back in the next day, test drove it, and loved it! I found the Toyota Prius V on their website two weeks before I moved to Georgia. i was comfortable with the car because I had driven it at multiple different dealerships, but I was nervous about putting a down payment on a car that I had not seen in person. Lagrange Toyota was recommended to me by a family member who had purchased several vehicles from the dealer. I live in Atlanta and certainly had many more convenient locations from which to choose but going to LaGrange was worth the 2 trips I made. Salesman Jim Hunt made the experience very pleasant and easy and I could see immediately why I was directed to him. Since I was not certain of which model and amenities I wanted, Jim was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me make the right purchase. This is the second Toyota I have purchased from LaGrange Toyota. My living out of town did not present a problem to my salesman, Bobby Sabia. After listening to my needs as far as roominess, seat height, lumbar support, the trading of my vehicle and cost, he zeroed in on a gently used Venza. He was right on! Loved that Bobby sent me videos of two Venzas to choose from. After viewing, I called him and we discussed my choice. And the process began to roll. Needed a car after my car was totaled. Alan Trainer at Lagrange Toyota didn't push me to buy a car I couldn't afford like salesmen at other dealerships had. He went out of his way to find me cars in my price range. Then the finance department helped me get approved with no money down, after my "pre-approval" from capital one wanted $3,000 down. My daughter wrecked my car, while I was going through a divorce. I had no money to put down, not so good credit, and needed a way to work. The car dealers in Columbus, Ga. failed me several times. I knew what I could afford and they kept trying to put me in cars that were thousands of dollars over my budget, assuring me it wouldn't affect my car payment "that much." Not to mention that twice I went to look at a car that I saw online, only to find out that car was no longer available. Alan Trainer at Lagrange Toyota listened to me!! He showed me the cars I saw online that were in my price range. He even took the time to find a car that was still in their back lot being cleaned up. He had to move two or three other vehicles to get that car out of the shop so I could test drive it. He was very courteous and never pressured me into making a decision. Needles to say I walked away with the car I wanted and the payment I needed! Lagrange Toyota has earned a customer for life!

I have just purchased my third new Toyota from LaGrange Toyota. I have been buying new vehicles for 45 years, and never have I been more pleased with a dealership, and in particular Salesman Jim Hunt. The dealership is a class act: they treat each customer as a special person. We have had all our vehicles serviced there, and have found that they stand behind what they say. For instance, their "Tires For Life" program - when the tires got worn on my wife's Prius, they told her - and replaced them - no hassle, no problem. Jim was the salesman on the last vehicle, and he did a wonderful job. He spent an enormous amount of time making sure that my wife understood each function and option on the vehicle we purchased. He made sure that we got everything that we wanted, and then had most of the paperwork prepared prior to us arriving to pick up the car. It was, by far, the most painless vehicle purchase that I have ever made!

I bought my brand new 2013 toyota camery from Alan Trainer close to two years ago and I was very impressed at the level of customer service he gave me. He worked day and night trying to get the deal done and when it was ready he stayed after hours for me to come and close the deal. I had no intention on actually making the purchase at the time but he was so knowledgeable and helpful to my circumstances he was able to make it happen. As a result of his outstanding customer service and ability to make me feel that I'm a valued customer, about 2 weeks ago I've made another purchase from him. I traded in my old truck and got the maximum trade allowed, I hardly believe I could've even got that if it was a private sale. I was able to apply that towards purchasing another vehicle that was way newer that my old truck and even less miles than my new camery has on it now. I got an excellent deal and once again excellent service from Alan Trainer and the Lagrange Toyota dealership. Alan and Lagrange Toyota will have my bussniess for years to come.

Alan Trainer of the sales team came out and assisted my looking around. He was so pleasent to deal with and worked very hard to make the deal once I had decided to do it. I've never had customer service the way I had it there when I've ever bought a car before. I'm still happy with my new camery today. So just a few week ago it was time to trade in an old truck I had and he got me maximum trade in value which was well worth it so that I could buy another vehicle from them from the used trucks they had. He made my husband and me comfortable from the beginning. We testdrove several cars until I decided on the 2015 Toyota Camry. When I told Bobby I wanted it in blue, he found one for me by the next day. Bobby gave us his cell number and told us to call him any time with any questions we had. He was patient and never pushy. Tilmon Cosper makes the buying process a breeze. We have purchased through Tilmon in years past and he always remembers us. He is never "pushy" or "overbearing". I know he wants us to be happy with our purchase and that's why he takes the time to find out what we are really looking to purchase. I searched the expansive lot, then he mentioned I might like a 4-Runner in the showroom. I feel in love for the second time in my life (first was with my hubby). He asked if I would like to test drive it, well of course I did. Tilmon and another sales person monovered it out of the show room, all the while, never acting like it was an inconvenience. We traded in a Toyota Tocoma and they gave a generous offer for our truck. The financing was simple and to-the-point. They offered several options and let us choose what best fit our budget. When we narrowed down our focus to a new Highlander, I checked to see if Ronnie Barnes was still at LaGrange Toyota. He moved there shortly after I bought a Honda with him at a different dealer about 7 years ago. I had a very good experience then and wanted to give him first chance at our business. This time was the same. We were looking for a very specific model and Ronnie helped us pick it out, they were very diligent in finding one, and secured it for us. I wanted a Highlander Limited in a particular color. I spoke to two dealerships before we got to LaGrange. The first never returned my calls after I told him what I was looking for, the second, tried to sell me what he had on the lot and could not be bothered to look for what I wanted. Bobby Sabia at La Grange listened to what I wanted, and then he went out and got it for me. I took a couple of weeks but I was glad to wait. He did exactly what I asked him to do from start to finish and gave me a fantastic price without haggling even though I made him work hard to find what he wanted. I'm telling my friends in Atlanta to go to Bobby at La Grange. It is absolutely worth the drive.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna from LaGrange Toyota. I had spoken with Byron Croft by phone and explained to him what I wanted in the car and told him that I had done my research with regard to the trade-in value of my car and knew deals offered by other Toyota dealerships. I also told him that I am not a haggler, had little time, and did not need to buy, but was ready to. Mr. Croft had the car detailed and pulled around to the front of the dealership, along with another he thought I might be interested in, ready for me to test drive. The trade in value they offered on my car was exactly what I wanted, and the price for the Sienna was on point. There was one issue that was resolved favorably and honestly. I live in Auburn, Alabama, not LaGrange, but LaGrange Toyota has another loyal customer in me. This is the first car I have purchased on my own, and it could not have been a better experience. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. The staff, most especially Byron, are courteous, respectful, and HONEST. Byron listened what I said I was looking for and how I wanted the process to be and I am most appreciative of the respect he had for me. I could not have had a better first time car buying experience than I had at LaGrange Toyota with Byron Croft's help. I posted an extensive review on cars.com, but will repeat a few key points. I had a perfectly good car (2011 model), but will be travelling extensively and wanted something bigger, like a minivan. I know Toyota is a great car so I started checking models and price on the internet. I called Byron, told him I would be passing thru LaGrange (I live in Alabama) and was interested in the Sienna, and told him that I knew dealer trade in value on my car and had researched prices on the Sienna; that I would not have a lot of time, did not need a new car, and did not want to go back and forth making a deal. When I arrived, Byron had had the Sienna detailed and pulled around to the front, alongside another model he thought I might be interested in for its safety features. I test drove the car, we sat down, he brought me a trade in allowance and price on the van, all of which was in the range of what I wanted (let me be clear...I did not tell him ahead of time what I wanted for trade in or what I was willing to pay for the van). There was one mix up, which was dealt with HONESTLY and favorably and I drove away that evening with a new Toyota Sienna minivan. I have told all my friends about the transaction and LaGrange Toyota has a loyal customer in me. The facilities are lovely...the repair shop looks like the Mercedes plant in Tuscoloosa...so clean you could eat off the floors (don't try this)! The staff are friendly. Most important to me, Byron listened to what I wanted and how I wanted to conduct business. I appreciate that he respected me and dealt honestly with me. No high pressure sales tactics here. Only honest, knowledgeable, respectful people here. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The moment I drove onto the Toyota Dealership I knew I was in a quality establishment. The lot itself was immaculately clean and well laid out. I actually stepped out of my car with excitement and anticipation. This was the fourth dealership I had visited on this particular day and I just instinctively knew that I would not need to visit another one. And guess what? I was right! I had just begun to look at the first vehicle when a young man approached me with an out-stretched hand and a kind smile; he said, Im Gerald McKenna, is there something I can help you with today? And he sure did. I had a specific need-I needed a vehicle to carry things in and I needed a minimum storage length to accommodate them. I must have looked a bit odd, because I had a big orange tape measure in my hand and was in the process of measuring a truck bed when Gerald arrived. I had my head down into the truck bed and I was stretching out the tape measure when Gerald first greeted me. I felt a little presumptuous and embarrassed but Gerald made me feel right at home and even helped me with my quest. In fact he went further and educated me on how to tell a bed length without a tape measure. How about that! I was determined not to buy on the first day because I like to mull over the various choices and dealerships I encounter on my initial research, which typically takes me three or four days. This is the process I have always used when making such a large financial investment. Gerald McKenna was the face of Toyota to me on that first day; I say this because upon reflection all the other sales associates at the other dealerships that I had visited earlier, came across as guys who just worked there. Not only that, but they couldnt answer my questions without asking a manager first. This is something that I personally detest because it makes me feel like Im being artfully baited! Gerald, on the other hand, seemed to be a truly empowered Toyota representative with the knowledge and ability to answer my questions. It was this that drew me back the following day. In the end, after 24 hours of consideration, I chose an SUV instead of a truck; because I realized that it would best accommodate all my needs. I didnt come to this decision by myself; Gerald helped me during the consideration period, by texting back and forth with me as I asked him numerous questions. He answered every one of them. This step was key, because I was able, from the comfort of my own home, to get the vital knowledge I needed to make an informed decision. When I arrived back the next day at Toyota I had already decided to buy and I knew exactly what I was going to buy. During the actual sale, I felt confident that I had decided wisely and Gerald took me through the sales process with competence and ease. He was also diligent to go through all the various steps to make sure I understood the vehicles attributes. He explained Toyotas great maintenance program to me, as well as reviewed the impressive electronic features on my new car. Geralds easy demeanor put me at ease and I felt that he was my advocate, rather than a guy making a sale. Afterwards, on the way to pick up the car, he gave me a guided tour around the Toyota facility, which was very impressive. I really liked how he stayed with me up to the very last moment. I drove away with a smile on my face and I could see him waving at me in the rear view mirror. Thats not just a sales person, thats someone who really cares about his customers satisfaction. In summary, I would say that Gerald McKenna is a great salesperson, a professional, the Toyota Dealership is world class, and of course, the ultimate goal of the quest, my beautiful new Toyota, is truly awesome! I am a repeat customer at LaGrange Toyota. I drive roughly 50 miles to get there, passing other Toyota dealerships on the way. The salesman, Gerald Mckena did a great job with a video, showing me lots of details about the vehicle I bought. I knew before I got there, that I wanted that truck. I was able to receive a great price as well. I enjoyed dealing with Gerald, as well as the finance department. I am currently in the Military and was in need of a vehicle for my family, while I was training in Fort Lee, VA. The employees at Lagrange Toyota were respectful and helpful during the purchase of my vehicle (2011 Toyota RAV4). The vehicle was serviced and in good shape. The problem that I had with this particular dealership is the dishonesty and bad business ethics that were displayed by employees, managers, and the administration after my purchase of our vehicle. I purchased (paid in full) my RAV4 on November 9, 2014 and still have not received a title from these guys. My wife and I have continuously begged and pleaded with the GM about not having a title within 30 days after our purchase. Our temporary tags expire tomorrow (22nd of December) and the GM refuses to give us an extension on the tag, provide a title, pay for a rental-car, or compensate us in anyway for the inconvenience. We will not be able to drive our vehicle after tomorrow and the GM does not care. We were planning on seeing our family for the holidays, but may not be able to because of this debacle. When we informed him that we would be driving past the expiration date and might get pulled over, his reply was "Just tell them my name if that happens and give them my number, I will pay for your ticket" (As if police in VA, SC, NC, or GA are even going to go for that explanation- wrong is wrong). He even went as far as using my profession as an excuse for his organizations incompetence in the matter, stating, " Aren't you in the military? Hiccups happen all the time in your field, so you should be accustom." After that statement, I informed him that I would have to seek counseling from my JAG office he ended our conversation. The GM was very unprofessional in his handling of this situation and I am sure he will get to spend time with his family during the holidays, but I may not. Do not believe all of the high reviews that have been posted on Google because the character and ethics in this organization are horrendous. (Lagrange Toyota is truly not a 4.9 organization or dealer in my opinion)

I found what I thought would fill my needs at LaGrange Toyota. I ran into Tilmon Cosper while I was looking and was offered a chance to drive my truck. I declined then but went back later and drove the truck. Needless to say, I was very happy with it. Tilmon followed up as any good salesperson would but I said I wasn't sure yet and he said when I was ready he would help me. I finally made my decision and went back to Tilmon and told him what I needed to buy my truck. He exceeded my requests and we put the deal together very quickly and I drove out in my new truck. The quality of LaGrange Toyota's inventory is excellent. My dealings with Tilmon and LaGrange Toyota were pleasant, fair, and they do business the way I do business.

We are very impressed with the purchase process at LaGrange Toyota and Gerald McKenna's services! It all started with a cars.com search for a good previously owned van. We ended up finding that van in LaGrange GA. We live in Florida. After a short message to the dealership we received an email with a link to a virtual tour of the vehicle. This was a great personal way for Gerald to introduce himself and the van to us. The story doesn't end there either, as this was a surprise purchase for our daughter (in LaGrange). So we traveled to GA and met Gerald, who kept the secret as we test drove the van to our daughter's home to see if she liked "Mom's" new car... and of course the rest is now history. ;-)

I have bought many American made cars in my life time and it has always been a painful experience. We decided to try Toyota. We bought our first Toyota from another dealer and even though we loved the car, the buying experience was less then desirable.... BUT Lagrange Toyota was painless. Lagrange Toyota did not let us down. We purchased two vehicles in one day. We were ready to drive off the parking lot and a headlight was out and the engine light came on. We left the vehicle for them to check over and they found some serious issues with it and would not sell it to us. They watched after our best interest, not theirs. This is good business. They could have easily told us we would have to deal with it,but they didn't.

Alan Trainer has been a personal friend and our family's go-to dealer for many years at LaGrange Toyota. He has always been fair and willing to work with my husband over the course of our marriage when we wanted to trade for another vehicle. When my husband passed away this July, I had his FJ and a Genesis car. I did not need 2 vehicles and did not want the FJ for personal reasons, but needed a car/truck to haul my "stuff". We just traded in our FJ for a newer jeep that was on the lot. The dealer gave us a really good trade in allowance and priced the jeep right. And no high pressure...or any pressure at all. When a dealer starts the pressure sales pitch, I'm gone. The only thing I have to comment on is the time it takes...maybe they all take that much time for the deal. I've only shopped at Lagrange Toyota, so I don't really know. Ryan Lane, our representative did a great job, bending over backwards for us and literally running the paperwork back and forth. Very personable and easy to work with.

I was in the market for a truck and after much searching and researching, I leaned to the Tacoma. Bobby Sabia was on point with the details of the truck that I was looking for. After a lot of research and searching for just the right truck, I was contacted by Bobby Sabia of Lagrange Toyota and was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle I was looking for. After putting everything I was looking for on the table, Bobby filled in the holes I had and found the perfect truck for me. I saw a car on cars.com I live in The Jacksonville FL area I email Lagrange Toyota then decided to call right away and during my phone call I received an email response right away. I spoke to Wanda during my phone call and opted to deal with her . Wanda was great I ended up driving to Lagrange which is 376 miles from me I was not disappointed. I had a great experience if you can believe buying a car could be a great experience I tell you it can & was for me. If Lagrange had a car that I was interested in when it comes time for an other vehicle I would definitely return & buy from Wanda. We were shopping for new and used truck. No other dealer impressed as much as Lagrange Toyota and salesman Gerald McKenna. His approach was most professional. No high pressure sales tactics. He was most descriptive in showing the vehicles we were interested in. He let us take our time.we took our findings home to think over. Gerald followed up in a timely manner to help us decide. After a few days we made appointment to further discuss the difference between big and smaller trucks. He set us with Tacoma with a lot off accessories.it wasn't the color(red) I wanted but it had appeal.well,while driving it,Gerald explained truck operation in depth. Gerald following up with me was the most impressive of the deal.its the main reason I bought it there.He gave us tour of the facility,described the company history,introduced us to longtime owner and service managers. Bobby Sabia at lagrange toyota found the exact truck I wanted and gave me a better price than the other toyota dealerships in the area. When they ask to earn your business they work hard and are definitely worth every dollar you will spend. Bobby will keep you informed and updated but is not pushy. Just give em a try its worth the drive.

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon from Lagrange Toyota. My experience was extremely pleasant. Ronnie Barnes provided an excellent customer service experience that made me feel confident in making my purchase.
