I have been a customer of LE Ford since I purchase my F-150 in 2010. Nicole in the service department is awesome. She listens to your concerns and makes sure your satisfied. I would recommend this service department to anybody who wants quality work at a fair price. Updated review..... the customer service is still very much on point. I stopped by to see what the Ford Edge had to offer. The staff of Lake ELsinore Ford couldn't have been more helpful. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and really knew their cars. They helped me get the car I wanted, at the best price. My new Edge was the second car I have purchased at Lake Elsinore Ford, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used car. They were wonderful!

The whole team at Ford was very patient from the first day to the last day. From Kris, Leo, Rick they were able to help me purchase my car. They were all consistent with checking in with me. Service is always great. Nichol is always there at the service area. She's the only female that comes out and checks out your car and let you know what you need. I've been to her for years and not once she ever pushed any serviced on me and I totally respect that. That's the only reason why my friends and I use this facility.

Not bad initially but they lied on three different occasions about the registration for the vehicle. Kept telling us to wait for the form in email to fill out and submit for new tags as the ones they had on the car were not up to date. After zero response from anyone and three times calling over two months found out from the DMV they never requested new stickers so we wasted two months waiting for something they never requested. I do not recommend trusting them with business in the future. All I expect is to not be lied to but I guess honesty is not a trait of this dealership just like many others.

I cannot believe finding wheel covers for my 2004 Ford Explorer would be this difficult. Took it to ford dealership here in Lake Elsinore. Guy tells me "not ford rims" gives me an address for discount tire center in wildomar. I drive down there & that guy tells me "it says ford right on the rim" go back to ford & he says "I can't figure out where you got the ones you have, but for four center lug nut covers only it will cost $280.00" without the whole wheel cover part even. xxx. Really? Do any of these guys guys who work at Lake Elsinore Ford even know what a car is??? I am sooooo FRUSTRATED

The dealer called me with a price. I did not haggle and was approved for a specific truck. At end of deal they could no longer get the truck. Oldest trick in the book. Buyer beware. They are a real piece of work. And should be ashamed, but I guess you need self respect to have this emotion.

I ordered my truck so the waiting was the hardest part, 8 weeks, once the truck was at the lot I was immediately notified, At the time of purchase it was painless. Maurice made it easy and had the answers when I asked and the finance girl, I forgot her name, short brown hair was very nice and got me in and out very quickly. Lake Elsinore Ford Dealership was great. They had had the Truck I was looking for on there lot. Along with tons of other selections. The staff was great, everyone one was friendly and very helpful. I sales staff was great and I felt like I great a great deal. I had been looking for this specific truck for about a month and went to two different dealerships negotiating deals that could not be completed. Finally Lake Elsinore ford had the Truck and the best deal. I'm glad I went to Lake Elsinore Ford Dealership. If your in the market for a Ford go to Lake Elsinore ford, they are great.

Purchased a certified pre-owned Ford F-250 pickup in the Spring. Recently wentin for the complimentary first oil change. They found some burned-out bulbsand replaced them. Was pleasantly surprised when they did not try to fix somethingI did not need to make a buck. So far, they have treated me better than previous dealerships I've had to use for my import cars. Ford rocks! I love my truck and have noticed a lot of guys, young and old, like my truck, too!

Came to L.E. Ford after being treated very poorly at Gosch Ford in Temecula. The sales team was very helpful and honest in their dealings with me and the manager even came out to ensure that I was comfortable with the deal I was getting on my 2016 Mustang. I returned to the Lake Elsinore area from Arizona, due to my job, where I worked before I moved, offering me a very good pay package. The problem was I had a two week notice to start. I came down and stayed with friends while I looked for an affordable place. My transmission in my car started giving me problems. I was under a recall but I was on a list so I had to wait my turn. My concern was I worked in San Bernardino, and I worked the 4/10 hour shift a week.By the time I decided to go in and at least talk to someone at Lake Elsinore Ford I just didn't know what would be possible. I had just finally moved into my house (first and last, plus I had to buy a few things just to start because of my transmission, I hadn't been able to move anything down from Arizona)and I was worried. Even though money was very tight, if I broke down and didn't have a vehicle there would be no money at all coming in.Needless to say when I walked in to Lake Elsinore Ford I spoke with a salesman by the name of Evan, and he went to work for me.I ended up being there for a few hours but I watched the team at that dealership go to battle for me. At every point of the process someone would come and explain what was going on and would throw around terms of financing, a better book deal in the eyes of the bank.and all I really know is I went in there weighing out scenarios of thinking "just get reliable transportation to get to work" to feeling a weight lift of my shoulders.I left with a 2016 Ford Focus and a package that was affordable to me right now. I have bought a few cars in my life time and I have never left feeling such satisfaction with a purchase of a vehicle. I want to thank everyone at Lake Elsinore Ford who played a part in this purchase because you'll never know the extent of how you took one of the biggest concerns at this point in my life, to me being able to concentrate on other things with no worries about transportation. I was very pleased with staff. I went in and was immediately greeted by attendant who promptly took my information. I have only one complaint, and that is the time it took to perform a simple ROF. I was there just under 2 hours. Not a game changer, just wish it could be performed a bit quicker.

My battery on my 2013 Ford Flex died and was still under warranty.They thoroughly checked everything out to make sure that it wasn't something that caused the battery die. 2013 F150 4X4, 28,000 mi. Had a warning tone go off in vehicle while driving but could not find the source and it hasn't happened again since. Otherwise, just had an oil and filter change and tires rotated. All was fine, Nicole is very good and followed-up with me. I rate 9 of 10 because I feel there is always some room for improvement.

The service at LE Ford is good. Nicol Hundall is awesome. I am more upset with the vehicle LE Ford sold me than the service. I drive a 2013 Ford Fiesta. The clutches in the transmission have been changed three separate times. I have little confidence that the current fix will last. I am disappointed with Ford in general for allowing this to go on as long as it has. With no "real fix" for the problem. I have to purchase/lease vehicles for work every 3-5 years. The basic service performed was reasonable; however, I was very (unpleasantly) surprised with being charged $25 just to change the battery in my key fob. $4.95 for the battery, ok, but $20 to change it out--give me a break! That's the last time I'll ever have that done at the dealer!

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus. The Sales Rep Rory was more than willing to show me any and every car on the lot. I had very specific requirements and he took the time to listen to each of my quirky needs for my car and then specifically showed me cars that met those requirements. My Favorite part about this Dealership and the fine gentlemen that helped me is that he did not try and show me any particular cars that the dealership was really wanting to sell. He learned what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction, was there for any questions I had, and even went down the line of cars opposite direction of me to see if he could find a close match of what I was looking for. I feel as a lot of other dealers that I have dealt with will get an Idea of what you want and then say "follow me" to take you to a certain car bypassing a lot of other cars they have on the lot.

Originally went in to have breaks replaced and to have a leakage checked. Had asked service rep to check for leakage. None found at time of service. Within 24 hours, the leak was so huge it soaked a card board we had placed under car. Called service rep and returned Ford Edge back to dealership. Left car overnight for examination. Upon examination it was found that the pump underneath engine had a huge hole. The original quote to repair was $1700 dollars of which we did not have. With the sticker shock, and late notification of the cost and with the Ford card up to the limit because of previous charges to car and truck repairs a couple of days earlier, we were extremely upset. The Service Manager, Chad spoke to us and gave us a discount of $500 dollars and a rental till our vehicle was repaired. Chad saved the day and week as we had company coming from the Seattle, Washington. Positively speaking, the car was repaired and returned to us, (knock on wood). The Ford Edge is currently performing the way it should. This of course is 3 days after we picked it up. Thank you so much for working with us. I bought a 2015 ford focus se I am happy with the car, although I do wish that they would have tinted the windows for me since driving to work in the morning with headlights behind me is pretty blinding. I didn't get the car I was wanting but this one is working out for me. The ford fusion I tried to buy had tinted windows and I think if they would have tinted mine when I got the focus I would be much happier. Also there is no jack in the trunk why ? All staff was helpful.

This was my first time at this dealership. I got to the dealership at about 7:30 AM and the service person that waited on me was very nice, but didn't tell me for 3 hours that the brake pads for my car were out of stock and the delivery truck hadn't showed up yet. I finally decided to take the shuttle home. When the shuttle came to pick me up I wasn't notified that they were coming and the driver was a horrible driver, nice enough person, but a really bad driver. The guy that took me home was a good driver. I will be back, but I do hope to get better service next time. Hopefully I will remember to ask up front if all the parts are in stock before they have my car up on the rack with the wheels/tires off.

Fabian was very helpful in making sure the part was available by Thursday so my Ford Explorer could be fixed on Friday. He accommodated my needs as I wanted to travel over Labor Day weekend. This meant a lot. Fabian and Cameron were awesome. I had to replace something and have an extended warranty(not with Ford) and they called and got it all worked out. I had to come on a Friday to get it replaced and Fabian made sure it didn't take too long. I think that it was the best service I've gotten since coming to Lake Elsinore Ford for service!

Coming home to my family in my truck that is 18 months old W/ 40K miles and I experienced COMPLETE BRAKE FAILURE. The Master cylinder went out along with the Booster cylinder. This is a proven on-going issue with the F-150 (i know now). When I called the dealership all they can tell me is that the truck is out of warranty and that I can call Ford to see what they will do. Management told me that "these things happen"... Let me tell you, Brake Failure going down the freeway because of faulty parts should NEVER happen. I spoke with the GM about getting the same deal I had on a new truck so I would feel safe and he told me that all he could do is raise my payments by $200 a month. The Owner would only argue with me (ABOUT EVERYTHING) and tell me how he does not make enough money to be able to make this right.... Whatever! Then it gets real good. I had them fix my truck anyways. When it was done I received a $600 bill, a new dent in my fender, a broken headlight, a Traction control Warning light going off and a Hill Decent Warning light going off. They needed another two weeks to fix the truck and another week to actually cut a check to refund my $600. (This was the only thing they ever worked with me on) I have bought two vehicles from them in the last few years and had planned on buying more as I have 4 kids who will all be driving soon. Let me tell you this....I CAN NOT WAIT TO TRADE THIS TRUCK OFF FOR A SAFE VEHICLE! However I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. As you can read in the reviews they are not managed very well at all. Evidence by a sub standard three star rating and the words posted here by many unhappy customers

This was our first time at the dealership and we had a great experience. We (myself and 3 year old daughter) had to wait for our vehicle to be serviced. I was slightly apprehensive about sitting there with the three year old because her attention span lasts about 2 minutes :-)Nicol greeted us and put a rush because we were waiting. She told us there was coffee and donuts in the showroom which made my daughters day (donuts, not coffee). Everything was completed in the time quoted and our car was even washed. To top it off, my daughter left her teddy bear in the showroom and Nicol called to let us know she had it in a safe place until we could come and pick it up.Thanks for the great service and we will be back for sure!!

We leased a 2015 Ford Escape. Nice car, but when we got it home, we saw a dent in the liftgate of the car. And the wash they put it through was not at all a good one. Took it back the next day and arrangements were made to take care of the dent, and to do a new car detail. Which should have been done before we took position.

He was patient with my numerous question and answered all of the questions. He had a excellent knowledge of the Fusion and explained in detail how the confusing digital dash and touch screen worked. With that 1% when or if we have ever had an issue they take care of us and go out of their way to make it right. I had to come in to have a faulty shock replaced. This a new shock...only 1 month old. The service was good this time, but my visit prior was terrible. I had spent $2500 on new shocks, brakes, tire rotation, oil change, and brake fluid replaced. Tire rotation not done, over filled brake fluid, dripped oil all over engine, grease all over fenders and grill. Very disappointed! Only came back to replace bad shock.

Ed- our sales guy was awesome. Very personable and didn't waste my time. Everything was going well until the long wait for the F&I office and then the even longer wait to get my car. It was also the first time in my life a dealer sent us home in a car we purchased from them and didn't even bother to fill the gas tank up. Gave us less than a 1/4 of a tank. That is pretty sad in my mind. Definitely doesn't make me want to come back, despite Ed being so awesome

I went to Lake Elsinore Ford to check out the Ford Edge. I told the salesman Eric Locricchio I had recently lost my husband & was still very emotional. I did not need the bigger vehicle I owned & was looking for something smaller. I told him not to run my credit as I was approved for a loan by my credit union. He assured me my credit would not be run & told his manager Eric Lambert 2 times not to do so. Within minutes Eric Lambert showed up & began negotiating the deal offering me a low-ball trade value for my car. I said no to his deal when a 3rd man appeared. Feeling outnumbered by 3 men ganging up on me I asked for my registration & keys & the 3rd man kept trying to make a deal which I did not like. I left the dealership & when I arrived home was notified by LifeLock they had run my credit. I did not give permission & did not receive a copy of my credit report. Worse car buying experience. I think they invaded my privacy running credit without my consent. I would never send anyone to this dealership.

I came into the dealership in the afternoon to have my new car checked because the check engine light was on. I was disappointed to hear that they had to keep the car that I spent $42k on for an unspecified amount of time. The dealership gave me a rental car. My new car had less than 200 miles on it.While I was there, I saw a used car on the lot that I thought would be perfect for my daughter. So I talked to Bob, the salesperson who sold me my car, expressed my interest, and told him I'd be back with her that evening to drive, and most likely, purchase it. I made the appointment and she drove the car. Right after she got out of the car from the test drive, we informed the salesman, Darrin, that we definitely wanted the car. As we walked to the showroom, another customer appeared and Darrin turned to him and said "here is the car you are interested in," and handed him the keys. I was stunned. I said to Darrin, "are you kidding me? We just said we wanted the car! I made the appointment with Bob earlier this afternoon." Apparently, since I had arranged the deal with Bob, the commission for the sale would have gone to Bob and not to Darrin. So Darrin took the other guy's deal before ours. Even though we made the appointment first, drove the car first, and said we wanted it first, Darrin sold the car to him instead!! What kind of dealership, let alone salesperson, conducts business this way. He sold the car right out from under our feet when we were there first. How could they "better deal" me!!! What happened to integrity! Not only was I screaming and yelling, because I couldn't believe how underhanded they could be, but the finance dept. and the floor manager could care less. They just wanted the deal!! Sickening! Don't go to this dealership. Something will probably go wrong like this, and with your new car, then you will end up regretting buying from this dealership like I do.

NEW FORD EDGE HAD A DOOR THAT DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. TOOK IT IN TO HAVE IT FIXED AND NOW THEREIS A WIND NOISE BLOWING THRU. I went in for an oil change on saturday. it took 2 hours to complete a 20 to 30 minute task. on the following day I discovered smoke coming out from underneath my hood, when I popped the hood to look. I noticed the oil cap was missing and I have a puddle of oil in my driveway. I called the dealership and they said that the service dept. was closed and they would call back tomorrow. when I finally talked to the service manager he told me to bring it in and he would top off the fluids. I brought my car in 4:30pm and it was ready at 6:15pm nobody came to me when the work was complete and nothing was done about the oil in my driveway. Because of this IM NEVER BUYING A FORD EVER AGAIN. This whole experience was an insult to customer service and I strongly encourage others to go elswhere.

I had some issues with the sales contract because it had change and wasn't clearly explained to me. As soon as I filed a complaint I was promptly contacted by management and had everything explained to me in detail. My overall experience with them turned out to be good. My best experience was with the salesman who was very friendly and worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for.
