Everyone was helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. I received phone calls to update me on the progress of the repair. Lake Powell Ford should be the model for all other Ford dealers. I have had bad experiences in the past and Lake Powell Ford puts them all to shame. I Thank you for your excellent service. Have been telling everyone how well Lake Powell Ford's service is.

We were on a trip to Lake Powell and had a small truck problem! Chase got me in quick and went way over the top to accommodate Us and our situation. As we did not have another vehicle to get back to the lake and our boat! The Sales person Gal (I can't remember her name ?) was awesome as well. She took us back to the Marina and was so helpful Overall an awesome experience! Could have been a very bad start to our vacation! Thank you to Lake Powell Ford and staff! Tyler

My daughter had my car (Dodge Charger)in Page and I live out here in New Mexico, I really appreciated it when I all I could was call the Service Manager Chase about my situation with my vehicle and he was able to help us. He was very understanding and also like it that the Service Department stayed in touch with me while vehicle was being repaired.

I had lost a key to my truck and needed to replace it. I was helped by Mr Glover. He was very helpful he got my truck in right away. He also showed me how to operate my keyless entry system from the keypad on door. Both Mr Glover and the men that programed new keys for me friendly and professional they did a great job.Thank You

We are on vacation with our RV. Braking system and lights on tow vehicle went out and without fix hard to finish trip through regions with any grade. Also, only so much time on vacation so being down is very disappointing. Called and they got right on the problem. We did a little sightseeing we had planned and when we got back all fixed and off we went. When a problem that can stop you in your tracks is resolved with the most minor of delay you can only be happy.Thanks Chase and team.

I was extremely happy with the service received at lake powell ford. Prior to this trip to anterior canyon I had visited camelback ford where I was told I cannot get an oil change with more than 250 miles until my next scheduled service. However I have a maintenance plan that would have allowed for 3 more. Anyway as luck turns out my car started leaking coolant while I was on my trip so I took my car to Lake Powell Ford where they give me an oil change without any hassle found my coolant leak and although they didn't have the part to fix it right then. they were very calm and if I'm ever in Page Arizona again I would get an oil change if I needed one

We were on Thanksgiving vacation and our car broke down late Tuesday evening. Service Manager Chase Glover ran a diagnostic test and found the problem but was unable to get the part until after Thanksgiving. He got us a rental and allowed us to transfer all of our stuff inside the garage and we were on our way again. When Monday came, we called and the vehicle was all ready fro us when we returned. Lake Powell Ford and Chase Glover in particular turned what could have been a disaster into a wonderful experience. Thanks Chase!

I scheduled an appointment online. I received a text message that A.M. confirming date/time. When I got to the dealer Chase had no record of any appointment. He immediately scheduled us and got us in as soon as he could as it was lunchtime. Chase was excellent he answered my questions and even took the time to show me where my transmission gear scale had disappeared on my dash. They started working on my vehicle when I walked out look at the 2014 F-150.s. I was approached by a Salesman I explained a little about our situation and why we were there he thanked us and left. Bannon then came out and answered a question I did have that the first salesman couldn't answer. I again explained our situation and why we were there. He pushed too hard and I really didn't appreciate that. He kept pressing to get us to take a test drive and just find out what my truck was worth and what he could get us into a new truck would cost us. In our situation we are recently retired and looking for a place to winter down south. We pull a 3000 lb a-frame trailer with our V6 5700 lb towing capacity rated truck. We haven't found our Shangri La yet. We still haven't decided if we want to travel all winter or settle down in one place. Either way the truck trailer combo we have now is sufficient. So we took the new one for a test drive we filled out a credit check authorization, and waited for his sales manager to speak with us. All we were interested in were the numbers, what is our vehicle worth to you as a trade in. The sales manager came over introduced himself and asked what we were looking to do of which I replied for a third time my intentions, questions and concerns. He thanked us and we all went on our way. So the reason I'm explaining myself a fourth time is this isn't my first rodeo with car salesman. I used to work in the industry as a mechanic. The reason I left that field was because I can't stand the pressure tactics salesman put themselves and us the general public through.I was simply killing time and went out for a walk in the lot while I got my trucks oil changed.Listen you wanted my feedback this is to help make you a better dealer. Nobody needs to be fired no need for any response to this. Sit down discuss this and make sure you aren't doing this to anyone else who comes in for a oil change.

It was a great experience. We had put off getting a newer vehicle because of our credit situation. However, we were left with no choice when fixing our vehicle would have cost more than what it was worth. So we ended up at Lake Powell Ford, and to sum it up, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They got us financed without even breaking a sweat, which was a pleasant surprise. I thought we were going to get the typical run-around you hear about. But not only was it easy, they financed our vehicle in a way that would put us in a positive equity position in 18 months!! Not that we need another vehicle that soon, but the staff we worked with explained the whole process, and everything was transparent. We were blown away by the fact that they not only put us into a newer vehicle, but that they set us up with the best financial path possible given our situation. The staff was extremely helpful and we are so thankful we decided to step into Lake Powell Ford. THANK YOU!!

My truck died numerous times on my drive from Los Angeles to Lake Powell. I took my truck in to have you look at it while I was on the lake for the week but they were unable to find the problem. They charged me a minimal fee and since that time I have never had it die on my so who knows what the problem was. They did what they could, didn't over charge me and kept me updated and were very professional.

Driving through page Az as we always do with no plans to give it more than a restroom break. We travel 15 miles west of page and the ford explorer gets hot. Have it towed to to Lake Powell Ford per recommendation of the tow truck driver. We arrived about 2:30PM Thursday. They were informed that we are passing through and needed to be in Provo Utah tonight. They told us, "we will get it in right away and find the problem". We told them we would rent a car and be back Monday morning service department told us we will have it done by Monday and would call with estimate. The next day Friday about 11:30AM they called with estimate, $571..00 for thermostat housing and, would be ready at 11:00 AM on Monday. "Whoa" that sound high. They said 3 hours to change it and 1 hour to find problem at $90.00 per hour. What do we do we are in Provo Utah. Go ahead and fix it no choice for us. We travel back to page with rental car on Sunday and get a room. The next day Monday we go to service and they tell us waiting for parts to arrive between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. It is clear they didn't look at the explorer until Friday morning and ordered parts then. We had to turn in the rental car so we waited in waiting room. Then at 1:45 PM the parts arrive and we have to wait for mechanic to come back from lunch. He returned at 2:00PM and started work. I watched from a distance. He returned from test drive at 3:05 PM all done! It should be note that the service department referred to the job as "Just a thermostat housing!" I went to pay and protested about the $571.00 charges. The service guy got the calculator out and start calculating. He said I will give you 10% discount. Oh that sounds good! He then finishes and says "$570.00, and look here I am lower than the estimate. It sure was by a whole whopping $1.00. Well with no choice I pay the man and we leave Page AZ at 3:30PM I check with my Thatcher Az Ford dealer about said charges. Ford dealer here say would do the same job for $225.00 labor and a max of 200.00 for parts but could be less depending upon condition of other related parts for a total of $425.00. With the labor set at 2.5 hours. Be advised Lake Powell Ford is a ripoff! I would advise you to avoid them.
