Shopped for CPO at Mainline and Westchester before finally making it to Cherry Hill. What a difference there was in terms of the buying experience. Both Mainline and Westchester seemed to be bothered that I stopped in without an appointment and couldn't be bothered to even open the car up that I came to see. I found the model I was looking for at Cherry Hill, called Brad and asked if could come view the vehicle after work. When I arrived the vehicle was parked right in front, running, and cooled ready for a test drive. We struck a deal and had paperwork done in no time. Painless. Even came back to me after the deal and said the found financing at a lower rate. Great buying experience. Brad is a Rover nut like me, he's been around them his whole life and is passionate about the brand. The authenticity came right through. As far as the vehicle I purchased, it was in gorgeous condition and 3 weeks in I'm still loving this vehicle (a 2012 Range Rover SC).

I have had nothing but the best experience with Land Rover Cherry Hill. I am comparing them to BMW, Audi & Lexus based off past experience. From the purchase to service since, this dealership has been exceptional. They go out of there way to please customers. I have two small children and have had many incidents with losing car keys. It is a huge inconvenience but Cherry Hill customer service goes above and beyond to make the process easier. I have moved further away from the dealership and have another LR dealership close by but every thing offered at Cherry Hill makes it hard to switch. Will make sure to buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.

We just had to share! Our car buying experience at Cherry Hill Land Rover far exceeded our expectations! Jean, from the first Internet inquiry, to the signing of the documents, was terrific! We went in just to "look" and came out "happy campers"! Jean was a wealth of information, taking the time to answer all of our questions. We didn't arrive until 5:10 p.m. The dealership closes at 6 on Fridays. Jean stayed, took the time to "seal the deal" and stayed later than we did, to complete the paperwork and have our vehicle ready bright and early the next day!We will be back!Thank you, Jean!

In searching for a new car, I was considering another Mercedes until I met with Jean Hall at Land Rover Cherry Hill. Within minutes of meeting me, she knew what I wanted/needed in vehicle and I was sold! Three days after purchasing my new Range Rover Sport, I noticed a small crack in the plastic molding. Jean and Pierre (the manager) were quick to fix the problem. The service staff is as good as the sales staff. I have had my Sport for two months now, and I am so very happy I decided to go with the Range Rover over another Mercedes. Very accommodating and personable dealership.

As a 22-year-old, Ive never bought a car before, never dealt with car dealers, and never been in an accident.But over the past three weeks, Ive now done all three. But I couldnt have done any of it without the help of Jean Hall. She has been absolutely amazing a real credit to your company. She guided me through the entire process of buying my first car a 2014 Land Rover LR2, without a hitch. She was informative, patient, and honest. She worked with my mom, long-distance, in Georgia. She helped me trade in my BMW, had everything ready, and made the paperwork seem easy.Then, when I had my first accident, Jean helped me get the scratch repaired and gave me great advice on the whole situation.When people consider the prospect of buying a car, they envision all kinds of horror stories. But not me. Thanks to Jean Hall, my experience at Land Rover Cherry Hill was awesome. Ive told all my friends. Ive told the people I work with. I went to the Land Rover delership to purchase my new truck. I went to many other dealerships and shopped this truck for a while. This dealership, and the salesmen I dealt, with were the reasons I purchased the truck where I did. I was pleasantly pleased with the negotiated price I purchased it for. Tom Dougherty was my salesman. He was very personable and gave it his all to get me a deal I was happy with. We can't wait to take it on a trip as a family. Thank you.

I thought I had the best car buying experience but alas this is my worst experience buying a car from a dealership in over 10 years. I bought a 2014 Range Rover Turbocharged from Land Rover Cherry Hill and after taking delivery I noticed the shock absorbers were feeling road bumps seriously. I took it to my local Land Rover dealership and they discovered the car had serious issues with the struts and lower arms. I contacted the Land Rover Cherry Hill staff Ms Jean Hall that sold the car to me and complained about the issue and also sent an itemized bill from my local Land Rover dealership but she never made an effort to call me back and only said there was nothing wrong with the car when it was sold to me after I was able to reach her after several calls and emails. I feel cheated after paying over a hundred thousand dollars on this vehicle. I'll never deal nor recommend anyone to this dealership.

I was in the market for a pre-owned Land Rover Lr4 and visited multiple dealerships to take a look at their inventory. None could compare to the excellent service we received from Tom Dougherty. He gave us an incredible deal on the vehicle as well as the highest offer for our trade. In addition, when the car was to be delivered, he personally performed an inspection of the vehicle to be sure it looked new. He actually sent it back to have a few minor items addressed and insisted on taking my family to lunch while we waited the few extra minutes. He went above and beyond to make us happy with our purchase and to say the least, my wife is very happy with the choice of vehicle and dealership.I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and to be honest, the service we received from Tom Dougherty and Cherry Hill Land Rover is beyond compare.

Last night I bought a vehicle from Tom Dougherty at this dealership. It is the tenth experience I have had with purchasing a car in my lifetime. This was 100 percent the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tom is top notch: knowledgable, friendly, professional and truly a superior salesman. Tom made this experience easy and even fun vs. the traditional frustrating and time consuming. I will look to purchase vehicles from Tom forever. And let me add I came in with a six year old trade and less than stellar credit. Brought my car in for maintenance and a software update. After the service was done my check engine light came on about a week later. Car started to feel funny, after attempting to schedule service with LR cherry hill a few times, i decided to take it elsewhere to see what the problem was...Service Tech did a very sloppy job on an oil change, did not screw filter on tight enough, left oil stains all over a hose and bottom on the shield/pan that comes off. Also lost a screw and a clip to the cover that goes on. There was also oil stain on the plastic engine cover and engine. You could see the stains from the heat. Very sloppy. The Service manager Eric Silva told me that it is my "perception" that there was a sloppy job done. Lets not kid each other here, i took pictures of all the oil stains and the missing clip and screw on the car. Clearly the service tech was rushing or does not care about his job. My car is not even a year old and is very expensive. Complete joke. They have not done anything to make me happy or fix the issue. I am now going to drive an hour out of my way to go to another dealer because Eric Silva told me to basically go "pursuit" another dealer. Unbelievable you would tell a customer that. You never tell a customer to basically "go shop somewhere else" bad business, bad customer service, bad service department. Land Rover should be ashamed these people at this facility are going to run this business into the ground. Business is about creating relationships and taking care of customers. Land Rover Cherry Hill is doing the opposite. Buyers beware. I will never step foot in this dealer again. Please do not take your car there for service or do business with them. To anyone that reads this review, Please be careful. Land Rover Cherry Hill is bad news.

Teri made the experience quick, painless, and a break from the usual tedium of BS you get when trading one upscale car for another. Brought vehicle to LR Cherry Hill, they said "somebody" did it incorrectly wherever it was fixed - without saying LR Willow Grove of course. LR Cherry Hill returned my car with a dashboard hanging off and wireds hanging out and said I did it. Then they fixed that and broke my radio - they of course said I did it. I complained in THEIR survey, and ERIC SILVA then TOLD me to come down and he'd fix it, then I was not to return to LR again - because I complained on a LR survey. Charming.. He implied I lied about LR breaking my dash and radio. Awful technicians who can't seem to put your car back together again, terrible, remorseless service manager lacking any kind of accountability, and the prices? Ouch. Very friendly people - until you ask then to fix what they broke, and they WILL break it. I do get it, fixing what they broke will take away from their bottom line and bonuses. They get offended if you ask: How could I have possibly broke my own radio, make a repaired oil leak worse, or take apart my own dash? But, being the only game in town, they do what they want - which is not to be accountable. Ever.

My contact was with Caitlin via the internet. I did speak with Caitlin on the phone as well. We email back in forth regarding a 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor. My appointment was for Saturday June 14th at 1:00pm. When I called Caitlin is was to ask about the warranty on the vehicle, it was as is. She gathered some information for me about a warranty. On Wednesday, I called to put a deposit on the SUV and she let me know that I would get my money back if for good reason I didn't keep the appointment. I decided against the deposit because I didn't want to take a chance and if my "reason" was not good enough, I would not get my deposit back. Anyway she let me know via email that she had some potential customers coming in to see the SUV, and I asked her to email me if the car sells, since I live in NJ and Doylestown was a ways away. The next morning I email Caitlin and she told me the vehicle was still for sale. On Saturday, I was in route to the dealership about 6 minutes away when my husband called to tell me they sold the car. Although I has driven for about 50 minutes, I still appreciated the call.

Our experience with Land Rover Cherry Hill was fantastic. The team (Teri Chew was our main point of contact) was fantastic and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. More than anything, Teri went out of her way to give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision about purchasing our car. She told us the positive and negatives to all the models/add on's we were looking at and worked hard to make sure that all of our registration and insurance issues were worked out before we moved forward. We couldn't recommend Teri or this dealership more highly. We look forward to participating in the Land Rover/Range Rover owner events they put on!

Friendliest Salesperson I've ever had. Reachable by cell phone and office number whenever I needed her. The staff worked as a team and the dealership is comfortable and laid back. Honest and upfront, and no games. My Range Rover was perfect and my paperwork process was seamless. Would definitely go back for a second car to see Terri.

Staff went out of their way to make me comfortable, spend as much time as I needed without pressure, and secured an incredible price, delivering the car in pristine condition. Brad even sat with me in the car long after hours were done, to be sure I understood the Rover's features and had my Bluetooth and Sirius properly set up.

We have taken our 2005 LR3 to this dealership for major repairs. Alternator failure in August 2010, computer systems freeze November 2010 and just recently to replace a shattered rear window March 2011.I accepted the possibility that alternators and computer systems can be tricky, and thus, merited more patience when we were not called, not updates, left on hold for long, long streches, etc.But this final experience, which just concluded this morning, will hopefully be my last.Let me explain what happened this week:Our rear window was shattered by a BB gun pellet on Monday evening. My spouse is convinced that only RR people should work on these cars, so the car was driven to Cherry Hill Monday evening.It was not until late Tuesday evening that my spouse was called and informed that it would be a $900 repair."When will it be ready?" "That depends on when the window comes in.""You know, we're a one car family. I would really appreciate getting it as soon as possible.""Uh-huh"On Wednesday, with no update from them, I call to see if this window has "come in." I am told no, but that overnight delivery should have it there soon. Isn't the point of overnight delivery?? To order a product one day and have it the following day? By this rational calculation, no one called for the window till Wednesday. No one called to let me know -- which would have lowered frustration levels completely.Thursday: no update call from anyone at Range Rover Cherry Hill for the one car family (3 kids-- all under 8 years) that has not had a car since Monday evening.I call 4:30 Thursday for the update."Yeah, your car just got done.""It did? I've been waiting to hear...""Yeah, just now, it got done.""Sooooo, I can pick it up?""Well, (pause) you should really let the apoxy set and settle overnight.""SO I should wait until tomorrow?""Uh-huh"This conversation is so frustrating. Frustrating because this customer services person really doesn't care about me, my understanding of the situation, OR my sense of customer satisfaction. In fact, it doesn't really sound like he cares about his job. That's even scarier. I have to DRAG an explanation out of him. This morning when I went to pick up the car, I calmly explained how upset I have been. I explained that this isn't an isolated incident, it's the third time I have been frustrated with --above all else-- their communication skills. I was curious if there was a different category of service for those who purchased theur car from that dealership, which we did not. My concerns were met with a luke-warm response: what sounded like a memorized paragraph from the RR customer relations guide. As I paid the close to $900 bill, I asked if they got the BB pellet out. My luke-warm point person turns around to a guy sitting behind plexi glass under a sign that says "Customer Service" and repeats my question.This gentleman snorts in disgust, shakes his head and answers with 2 syllables (much like my 7 year old) "Noo-ooh!"Wow. Thanks for all your personal touches, Range Rover Cherry Hill.

Horrible experience from first day of purchase. Condescending to customers with knowing theres no other place to take your car to within hours of each other.. Land Rover has sort of a monopoly of sorts when it comes to service. They know they can do whatever they want and do so, well knowing you have little to no options. Highly recommend rethinking a purchase of any Land Rover product due to the complete disappointment of a brand I bought into thinking it was the total opposite. Disheartening experience since I loved these vehicles since childhood, then when I can afford one it comes to be a total kick in the face.
