I was treated with great respect and no inappropriate sales tactics. Ken Winn was very helpful with his knowledge about the vehicles I was interested in and moved things along quickly but at a pace I felt comfortable with. He was very professional and thorough with no pressure.Chris Hansen was outstanding in how he handled the paperwork aspects and brought the transaction to a close. High marks for his friendliness and thoroughness.Dave Hazell was also very prompt and helpfu.

I went to this dealership because of the Costco buying program. Will contacted me immediately but could not be there for our appt so he passed us on to Brad. Brad was great. They just keep getting better and better!. This purchase took less time to finalize than it did for them to wash the vehicle for delivery and that only took 12 minutes (I timed it!).First, Kenn Winn is my guy! Total professional and really knows his stuff. I had called and asked about a used vehicle I was interested in. IMMEDIATLY got all of my questions answered and gave Kenn some information to check what kind of deal we could do. His return call not only gave me the information I had requested but offered me another alternative that allowed my family to actually add a NEW CAR to the driveway at a lower monthly payment and shorter term than the other option. Deal was done on the phone as far as I was concerned.F&I? What can I say? Mike Clark was the easiest guy to work with. Paper work was accurate and correct, reflected everything exactly as I had discussed it with Kenn. Rate was excellent, trade in was fairly priced, LHM value added items at NO CHARGE were a total shock and a plus! Best buying experience ever. THESE are the reasons we always buy From The Miller Group. Sales, Service, Professional Attitude and Parts (for when I'm fixing one of my vehicles). They really are the total package. I went to the ford dealership with a few cars in mind and a budget. I was shown the cars I liked in my price range and took 2 on a test drive. Paul was very nice and very helpful. The man has the patients of a saint. I test drove 2 Flex's and then asked if when my husband arrived if he could test the cars again with out me.. (He didn't like the Flex at first sight) He was sold after the test drives. We bought a Cream Suede 2013, in beautiful conditions. Paul, Cody and Mike worked until 11:00 PM to get me the right loan, interest rate and helped me to understand all the extra overages I would need or not as I saw fit. I at no time felt pressured. Paul took the time even at a very late time to go over my computer system in my Flex and made sure I understood how things worked. We've now purchased two Vehicles from LHM. They did not have what we wanted so they ordered it for us. NIck Meunier was great to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do. I was in the market for a V8 American muscle car. Milt was the person who showed me around. I originally went to look at a used 2010 red Camaro but ended up not getting it. I told Milt I have been looking at Camaros, Challengers, and Mustangs. Milt was patient and got the details of what I was looking for in a Mustang and periodically contacting me with new inventories. He once made suggestions of Taurus, I rejected the idea and he never brought it up again. I appreciate that he is not your typical salesman thinking they know it all and try to force their ideas on you. I appreciate even more that he did not bombard me with phone calls. His messages in calls or texts were direct and if I said no to an idea, he doesn't keep talking about it. That is hard to come by these days shopping at dealerships. Keep up the good work Milt!

My granddaughter brought me to your ford dealership because she said that she had always bought her cars from you and was very satisfied. I received an email from you company saying that if I would send someone to you I would receive a $100.00 check for the referral. I called Aaron about the $100.00 for my granddaughter and he said it would be in the mail, We haven't seen it yet. Also in the mail we were to get instructions on how to set our garage door so we could open it through the car but we haven't seen it yet. The car is very nice and I'm enjoying it very much.

Tony, Ken and Mike made a miracle happen for me. I went to another dealership, unfortunately, but came back to open arms and these gentlemen were able to find the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. They went above and beyond for me. I will never buy another truck from another dealer as long as I live in Utah. I am from a Ford family, family members still work at Ford, and we all drive Fords. But to me in honor of my father who bought a brand new 1983 F-100 Race Red, I have kept that tradition up and bought, of course, new F-150's in Race Red. I wanted a V-8. and Ken found one for me with everything I wanted. It is being delivered today for me. I not only feel like a customer but a part of a huge family. Yes I give Ken a hard time for liking the University of Oklahoma since we are both from Oklahoma, but that is what family does. They take care of each and always make the deal right in the end. I will never be able to thank these men enough to get my new truck. But I can say this, I thank them, I appreciate the effort in going the lengths they did and they are considered family, and like people from where I am from, with Old Fashion Values, this dealership has them and will go above and beyond to make the customer happy in the end.

First time buying a Ford and first time buying a brand new vehicle. My previous car purchase was a used car from that brand's dealer and it wasn't a good experience so I was kinda dreading the whole process. Thankfully LHM Super Ford's website had all of their inventory listed and they were the closest dealer that had what we were looking for. We made the over hour drive to Salt Lake. We walked in and Will found us and made us feel right at home and comfortable. We drove the vehicle, got a fair price for our trade-in, and there wasn't any cloak and dagger about the financing and pricing options. The financing process was quick and easy and we walked out to our new Ford Flex.There is one part of the experience really speaks to the integrity that Will and the team at LHM Super Ford have that I want to share. Everything was signed and our new vehicle was pulled up. Upon inspecting everything that needed a spot clean, we noticed a small puncture in the headliner in the back of the Flex. We had just signed everything that said there were no promises made so in the back of my mind I worried whether this would really get taken care of. It was just that though, a worry. Will snapped a photo and assured us that once the weekend was over, they would call us to bring it back and take care of it. We had nothing but Will's word that it would get fixed. Well they called as promised and we brought it back and it was fixed as promised. We had absolutely nothing in writing that they would follow through with making this right as I didn't catch it before we signed everything and they cheerfully did the right thing and made it right in a timely manner for us. Everyone acted with honesty and integrity and it was quite different from my last car-buying experience somewhere else. I trust and recommend the people at LHM Super Ford.

I have trouble walking from my injuries, and David Lagowski noticed that. I appreciate him for driving up all the vehicles I wanted to see straight to my feet. This is the 2nd time that we have used Dave Hazell in a two year period to buy a new vehicle from Larry H Miller Super Ford. We bought a Ford Escape Titanium first than upgraded to a Ford Edge Titanium two years later because we needed more room. After looking on line and doing our homework, we went to the dealership loaded with information on prices, Ford incentives and cost of various add ons. Dave respected our time and was straight forward with what they could do and it was AGAIN a great experience. They beat all the other dealership prices from all the various Ford Dealerships along the Wasatch plus gave us a great trade-in value on our Ford Escape. (We had looked at BlueBook to know). Dave never put pressure on us, it was like talking to a friend (which he has become) and it was because of the first experience that we contacted him the 2nd time around when we needed to buy again. Internet gives you information, but Dave gives you the best deal. Dave, you are the BEST and we thank you!

Dave Lagowski is probably the BEST salesman I have ever worked with or purchased a car from! And let me tell you, I've had experiences with many. His patience was second to none! I put him and the sales managers through quite the ordeal one night to where they were even at the dealership an hour or more past closing time while I was sitting on the fence about purchasing a vehicle. This was even after I had already been there deciding most the day. And through all this, they were never pushy, and really did everything in their power to get me the best deal possible! Needless to say I didn't go through with the deal that night and I was probably stupid not to! Because looking back, it was out of this world good! I ended up going back a week or so later and purchased a different vehicle, one that I wanted more that they didn't have at the first time I went in, and they never held any resentment or hard feelings for that night. I never felt unwanted. And Dave was more than happy to get me in the right vehicle! I would never hesitate to work with Dave in the future and would even recommend my friends and family to him and this dealership! A+++++++

We looked at a couple dealers and found that this dealer say worth the drive from spring creek NV. They were very pleasant to deal with, most of which was done in email on choosing our car. When we got there they got us out quickly. Explaining everything well, and telling us about great options that are worth getting for the ford Explorer! Thank you for working hard to get us what we wanted in a new suv. Also I would like to say the over all cost of the vehicle was about 4000 less than what local branches wanted for the same vehicle! Miller Super Fold was the best experience Ive had in my 30+ years of negotiating with dealerships and I give the credit to Dave Hazell, who made the process very easy and conducted himself with competence and integrity. There was no pressure or silly sales techniques, just a sincerity that was refreshing and actually helped in my decision to purchase a 2016 Mustang GT. Dave even stayed several hours after his shift was over to ensure everything went smoothly in finance and then to show me how to operate the various features in the car. The sale was made on Saturday and Dave called me the following Monday to make sure everything was acceptable and if I had any questions or concerns. Thats great service after the sale! This transaction could not have gone any better and Dave is now my go-to guy for friends looking to buy a car or truck.

One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever encountered. If you want full details read on but in summary I bought a used car from them and two days after purchasing the car it started having transmission problems. I took it into a certified dealership and had them look it over and now I have a bill for over 2000 dollars that larry h miller super ford is unwilling to reconcile. All they could tell me is that I should have bought the extended warranty that they offered. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. I went to their dealership on a Friday afternoon and there were maybe two other people looking to buy cars (so not very busy). I test drove the car that I recognized online and it drove well, but I couldnt take it too far because the gas was almost empty. When we made it back to the dealership I decided to go inside and talk numbers with them. I asked if the 90,000 mile service had been done and they told me they were unsure, so I asked if they would discount the price accordingly so I could go and get it done myself. This is where the agony started. I had to sign some random paper stating what I wanted to car for (which was 500 dollars off their asking price because that is what the 90,000 mile maintenance costs) and the salesman said he would see what he can do. Then he came back and said they can discount me 100 dollars off the price and when I told them no and looked like I was going to leave he said let me see what I can do. So he comes back out with his manager and I basically got pressured to buy the car for the price they were asking because he said it was below book (which it was not). When I then told him that I will not buy the car for what they are asking he then said he will discount it 250 dollars. Then when I told him I would like to have it discounted 500 dollars for the price of the service or I will look elsewhere he reluctantly said ok. By this time it was about 4 oclock in the afternoon and I had been there two hours already. After getting my car traded in and finishing the paperwork it took until 8pm! The terrible thing was that there was only one person in front of me and they were arguing with the finance person (go figure). Once finished I finally drove it home and on Sunday, only two days later, the car started having some weird transmission issues. I made an appointment with the mazda dealership to do a 360 inspection of the vehicle on Wednesday. I called super ford to inform them what was going on, and they basically told me to let them know how the inspection goes but that I should have bought their extended warranty. I took the car into the mazda dealership and the inspection only took about 30 minutes. They told me that there was something wrong with the transmission and that they would have to do a diagnostic on it to figure out what is wrong (another 100 dollars). They also informed me that there was multiple issues with the vehicle and that it would cost me upwards of 2000 dollars to fix. The thing that bugs me about this is that it took them only 30 minutes to find out the issues of the car and ford claimed that they did an inspection themselves and found nothing, not even the leaking head gasket that mazda found. This in and of itself tells me that they were just trying to get rid of the car and that they do not back any of their used products that they sell and will tell you that you should have bought their ridiculously expensive extended warranty that they offer. When I called super ford to tell them what mazda found they told me that they needed to talk to their manager to see if they would cover it. The next day I received a voicemail from their general sales manager (Jason Roland I believe was his name) telling me to call him back. Every time I try and call him back I have to leave a message on his voicemail. It has been a week and he has yet to call me back.

We purchased what was supposed to be a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle approximately 2 months ago. The price for purchase and our trade-in was fair compared to other dealerships in the area. There were a few things we noticed before closing the deal that needed to be repaired on the vehicle and they were agreeable to fix them (i.e. interior lights not working, paint chip, no floor mats, etc). I had told our salesman (who was fantastic, not part of the problem at this dealership) that a vehicle that had been smoked in wouldn't be considered. After the paperwork was signed and the car was brought home, my husband discovered a cigarette butt and two strong-smelling air fresheners concealed under the driver and passenger seats. After they were removed, the smell of cigarette smoke was evident in the car. We started checking through things, and discovered several additional issues that were supposedly part of the Certified Pre-Owned checklist that were not in the condition indicated on the checklist. The issues we found included incorrectly inflated tires, loose rear-view mirror, broken seat belt, smoke smell (covered up by air fresheners until after the purchase), etc. Additionally, when we were able to schedule an appointment to get the issues fixed, we were promised a vehicle for the time period that the car was getting the work done. I called ahead the day before, to confirm that a vehicle would be provided. I waited 2 hours at the dealership before they finally organized a ride to the car rental agency for me, and this was only because my husband got on the phone with the General Manager, who expedited the process. A few days later I was told that everything on the list had been completed and that I would be e-mailed a receipt as soon as the technician did his paperwork. We picked up the car, and after a week of not getting the receipt, I called and requested it again. Still no receipt. Then I received a call that a part had come in and was ready to be installed, much to my surprise as I had been told everything was fixed. When I went to pick up the car after the second time in the shop, I had to sit 35+ minutes waiting for them to pull the car up and give me the keys so I could leave. Once again the wait only ended by me walking up to the desk and requesting that they just give me the keys and the receipt so I could find the car myself. So, overall impressions: LHM is probably an okay dealership to buy a new car from, but I would use caution if purchasing a "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle" as it appears the inspection wasn't correctly completed on our car. Also, their Service Department has very poor customer service.

Lets start at the end. Larry H. Miller Super Ford was unable to complete a warrantied repair over a 72 hour period that we were originally told would only take 2 hours. To top it off; not only did they not finish the repair, I didnt find out until I arrived at the dealership. No phone call. No email. Just wasting the customers time. Scheduling - We were told while scheduling the appointment that it would take 8 hours rather than the original estimate of 2 hours. I told them that would be no problem if we could be provided with a loaner car. I was literally laughed at and told that these repairs do not warrant a loaner car. I think the situation was that this customer does not warrant a loaner car because he is not part of a large fleet purchaser. In the end my wife reminded me that we would be leaving out of town over the next weekend including Friday. We made an appointment and dropped the car off at 8:30 AM on Friday with the expectation and understanding that we would be picking up the vehicle on the following Monday morning. Dropping the vehicle off The vehicle was left with Larry H. Miller Super Ford Service Center Friday morning. My Service Advisor was Jeff Matson the xxx. Service Manager. Upon speaking with Jeff Matson I found that he was unaware that we would be leaving the vehicle with them for 2 business days as he told me that the work would be completed by 5:00. I let him know that they would have to store/park the vehicle over the weekend as I was unable to pick the vehicle up until Monday morning. At that time Jeff Matson of Larry H. Miller Super Ford Service Center took my information including my cell phone number and let me know that he would contact me with any issues. Picking the vehicle up When I arrived at Larry H. Miller Super Ford Service Center Monday morning I noticed that my vehicle happened to be in the same location. This was either great customer service because I would be able to find the vehicle easily; or a total disaster on their part. It turns out it was a disaster. Jeff Matson effectively let me know that I should not be doing business with Larry H. Miller Super Ford or Larry H. Miller Super Ford Service Center because they lack the management skills needed to effectively do their job. Outcome I left with the vehicle and without an apology. I left with the vehicle because I couldnt trust that Larry H Miller Super Ford Service Center would complete the repairs properly based on the fact that a phones keypad seems to be outside of their skillset.

Finding a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited shouldn't be difficult in Denver, Colorado but it's been a challenge considering all the amenities I wanted. (V-8, Tow hitch, Technology, Nav and low miles). I started looking out of state and came across exactly what I was looking for at the Larry Miller Ford in Salt Lake City. They took in what I wanted on trade (for one of their big Ford Trucks). It's scary to trust a stranger in another city. But, from the time I called the dealer and started to work with Paul Montano I felt like I was working with a friend that I could trust. He helped me to set up having the car inspected and was kind to pick me up at the airport and bring me back. The Jeep was everything he and the mechanic told me it would be and I thought the vehicle would take a week to get shipped to me. It arrived two days later. It was a smooth, headache free buying experience. I am very impressed with Paul Montano, the Larry Ford dealership and would recommend them to any of you reading this thinking about purchasing there.

Took my vehicle in for service to LHM, and am very displeased/disgusted with the service. First off, the staff that I dealt with was not knowledgable by any means with what I needed done to my car. Second, only half of the work that I requested was actually completed. And third, they didn't even print my name on the service and sales receipt. It is a name that I have never seen before with my phone number linked to it... Very poor service for what I paid. Will never return here and will advice others to do the same.

Our purchasing experience at LHM Super Ford exceeded our expectations! Sales person Nick Meunier and Finance Manager Michael Douglas made the process quick and painless. Since we live in Las Vegas, Nick was able to complete 80% of the transaction remotely. Michael was also great with kids and was able to work a deal with my 5 year old to remain patient throughout the entire transaction. Hah! I had called in and spoken with David over the phone, he told me he wouldn't have an issue selling me a vehicle even though I was in a different state. I told him what I wanted and he sent me some options. Gave me a tour of the vehicle over the internet and I decided to purchase it. I was skeptical on how the paperwork would be handled but everything was sent to me next day and the terms were explained to me in full. This was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had before! Dave Lagowski was our salesman and answered all my questions. In doing this, he also instructed me to go to the Kelly Blue Book website to look up my vehicle's trade in value. He also said that he would work with me on the price as well. To me, this showed great integrity and honesty. I have never experienced this before from another dealership. In fact, the dealer where I bought my wife's new vehicle from severely low-balled my trade in and did not seem to want my repeat business very badly when I went to talk to him about another vehicle for myself. When I met with Dave, he listened to my concerns and was never argumentative. He didn't try to talk me into something else or give excuses for the price, etc. Perfect service!

I had to find a vehicle to replace mine that was totaled in an accident. I came across a 2005 Ford Escape that I had seen online. Was greeted by Eric Amaral---who is a great salesperson himself. And very friendly. I got to test drive the vehicle, but there wasn't much gas. So I could only go around the parking lot. Fishy. But it drove nice, and I decided to purchase the vehicle. Went to drive it home, but didn't even make it down the street without the check engine light being on, and the overdrive light coming on moments later...and not being able to move. I was able to return to the dealership. Come to find out the transmission was completely out. I got my refund easy enough, and Eric really tried to make my experience worth while. However, the manager---who I believe is named Rich---seems to think very highly of himself. And I think he knew the Escape was faulty all along. He basically told my dad we were lucky it happened when it did, or it would have been our problem. With a bit of research, I found that transmissions are a problem in all Escapes that Ford is well aware of. Which makes the sale even more suspicious. Also, Brandon in finances is definitely not very personable. Eric Amaral was the only person who made my experience any better. He is definitely the only person of integrity that I came in contact with. No matter how much every body else there seems to look down on him.

I had called the dealership and spoke to Will Shields. I met him in the showroom and he presented the vehicle. Will took his time. I drove the truck and he thoroughly explained every function and option the vehicle had. He left me alone to decide and I loved the truck. The price on the truck was very fair and I agreed on the price. Now I prepared myself for the bad news, my trade-in. I let Will drive my truck. After the drive I led him around the truck pointing out both good and bad points. Will worked up some figures and offered me more than the last appraisal. I was amazed at the deal I was being offered. I had never met a salesman like this and Will Shields is my salesman for life. His mannerism and personality won me over. Later i decided to check the classified ads to see what they were selling my truck for. How much mark up. My truck was listed for exactly what they gave me. Somebody was going to be getting a nice truck at trade in price. A most impressive dealership. Thank You Will!

I purchased a brand new Ford Mustang 2 weeks ago from Super Ford Larry H. Miller, Salt Lake City. Before I signed the purchase agreement, I had told Sales representative and his Manager (at least 3 times) that I want the Cancer awareness plates to support cancer research, not the regular license plates. Rather than being responsible of their mistake, now, they're asking me to go to DMV to do my donation and get my license plates changed over there!! They also told me they will order a free spare tire for me when I purchased the car but today I was told it may take months to get my spare tire!*I can add at least 2 more complaints about those guys. So think twice before you do business with them!

Apparently they don't honor FORD sales incentives and give customers the worst lease agreements possible from third party lenders . This dealership has no respect for its customer and I speak first hand by being ripped off by this process. To make things worse they change verbally negotiated deals on the paperwork. I do not endorse this dealer and have been ripped off by this dealer. I am in a 5 year lease that was supposed to be 3 and to top it off they sold it to the third party that's $100 more than the incentives FORD advertises.

Normally I have quite a wait. The normal time t used to take them to change my oil was over an hour. The only reason I use LHM was the warranty and price. I would like to say that this is the first time I have met Curtis, but he really seemed to make everything go smooth. I was also finished in the fastest time I have ever been there. From now on I won't dread having to get my truck serviced there.

Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy anything. I walked in with my checkbook fully intent on purchasing a new vehicle. What I experienced was the worst customer service imaginable. Then when I said I needed to think it over for a night, I was basically yelled at for not signing a deal right then and there. I still wanted the vehicle and did not want the hassle of going to another dealer so I talked to a salesman who quoted me a price.I gave a deposit over the phone based on the price and when I got there, he first tried to change the price without me noticing. He blatantly lied to me about the price. When I got there, I wrote a check for a LARGE sum of money (about a third of the cost of a new F150). After being lied to multiple times and experiencing horrible customer service even from the manager, I told them I was not going to purchase the vehicle. They said my check was already in the vault and they would void it the next day and I would also receive a credit to my credit card the following day.A few days later, no credit to my account and they actually deposited the check!!!!!!!! As you can imagine I was not happy that they had deposited such a large check that I was assured would be voided the following day. When I called the manager, he said it would be at least 10 days until they could write me a check for the amount. I can't imagine how much worse a car buying experience could be. I happily drove down to Ken Garff Ford and wrote them a check. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I too read negative reviews on here but decided to go there anyway. What a mistake. All they had to do was be honest and nice to me and I would have happily bought a vehicle.

Decided to go with LHM Super Ford because they matched and beat all the other prices in town. Found the right Truck I wanted and added extra (a lot Extra) at no added cost to me. We decided to purchase a camp trailer. We took a 2011 Ford Expedition in perfect condition for a trade in on a truck that would pull our trailer. We now own a Ford 2005 diesel truck that does not pull our trailer. They sold a junk truck that had been through the 120 point inspection. I think that if a truck is supposed to pull something maybe they should test it out before they sell it. They would have seen the issue with the truck.They talk about how the inspection and the carfax is such a protection. It is all bull. Went in to fix the whole situation, they acted like they would help solve it since it was a bad deal to begin with. We would loose money on the trade in and they did not have anything that would work for our price range. We were willing to have a larger payment. They only want to make money. Traded the expedition for 25,800. Bought truck for around 22,000. Now wanted to give us 17,000 for the truck and buy a truck for around 35,000. We had the truck for 40 days, tried to go on our first vacation and ended up on the side of the road. I would never go to them again! They were so nice the first day we were buying the truck but when there is an issue they are rude, arrogant and down right unhelpful. After a week of no vacation, staying in trailer with no vehicle, kids cranky, parents cranky, I did blow up at them but they did not even show compassion or nothing. Just get out of our way and let us make a sale. The finance man is one of the worst out there. I can't even begin to say how horrible of a nightmare this all was. I only hope this review deters others from going there. I have called so many agencies about this including Ford corporation and basically they are protected. PJ Hansen was the only one that showed us any concern at all. I am looking for others who have had bad experiences...please contact Lisa at 435-687-5793. Thanks

After this car buying experience I don't ever want to buy a new car again in my life, I purchased a car from Larry H Miller and I was sold a vehicle that had been wrecked and was never told about it. When I asked for the info on car, I was told they had none, they just got the car in that same day and had no info on it. When I went back to them they promised everything was going to be corrected on the car, when I picked the car up, it was left in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I have pictures of it from before and after, a complete disaster, and they still won't do anything about it!

My fiance and I live in a small town in Colorado, but decided to look for a car while visiting family in Salt Lake. This was my first time buying a car, and my fiance's second. We were dreading it. However, Kenn Winn greeted us when we showed up at the dealership, and we knew we were in good hands!! He was extremely friendly, always made sure that we were comfortable, and never pushed anything on us! He even let my fiance sit in the brand new shelby knowing we weren't going to be able to buy!!! It was a very fun experience, and he was always running around to ensure that we got the best deal possible. Kenn was very knowledgable, and was very straightforward with us about the pros and cons of a vehicle based on the discussion we'd had prior to hitting the lot. If he didn't know something, he found out. Kenn never hesitated to make sure that Ryan and I were satisfied. He even pulled the plastic off of a brand new car, just so we could take THAT color out for a test drive (even though a similar model was on the lot!). I will never buy a car from anywhere else. I have never felt so comfortable spending my money!! I was nervous, but Kenn continued to point us in the right direction. We love our car, and are considering trading in our Chevy truck now! It was well worth the drive to Salt Lake, and we will not take our business anywhere else.

As I've journeyed through life, I discovered to my horror that buying a car was akin to begging for a meal, only to find out that the equivalent pound of flesh was required in turn. I entered Larry H. No. I could make it... one more round, at least. Suddenly, a voice: it was as though the heavens had opened up and Archangel Michael himself was speaking to me. I swear I even saw a white robe and heard the lyrical melody of harps and lyres. Startled, I searched for the source of the beatific greeting "Welcome to Larry H. Miller Ford!" There he stood. David Whitmer. The compassion in his eyes and reassuring set of his broad shoulders told me he could see exactly what I had come through to get there. He knew. He understood. What followed, was one of the best--nay, THE best customer service experience I have had. With the gentle guiding hand of Dave Whitmer helping me along, I found the car that fulfilled all of my needs. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. He showed me the price, I loved the car, and with new keys clutched in trembling hands, I moved forth to face life head-on in my chariot like a conquering praetorian. Scott Watts was a joy to work with....he was efficient and helped us find the exact vehicle we wanted. After visiting several other dealerships, it seemed as if no one really wanted our business even though we eventually bought a Ford Edge Sport....not an inexpensive vehicle. I was surprised at how curt the other dealers were in the fact that not one follow up with us to even try to find the vehicle we were looking for. So, we are happy and even endured the finance part of the process and found it enlightening in that each program or plan we qualified for was explained so we knew exactly what we needed and what we didn't want. At least we were aware of what was available to us so we could make a decision, one way or the other. Would we recommend this dealership to others, "Yes!" we would.

I brought one of the six vehicles I have serviced here. My 1999 Ranger had a rear main seal that went bad. They found why I was leaking oil. They had the part in stock. They took me back and showed me where the seal had failed. They are honest and do fast and quality work those are traits hard to find in a service department these days.

As I'm reading through all of these reviews I'm noticing that a bunch of them are negative. This was NOT the case with my experience. Philip Houpt helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle and was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, friendly and honest. I've had several experiences with dealerships where they "wheel and deal" with you. Not Philip. If you want a good car buying experience go in and ask for him specifically. It's very rare to find a car salesman as honest and great to work with. The only part that I didn't care for with this experience was dealing with the financing department. The man that helped me was very pushy and wouldn't let you take the time to ask questions and understand what you were signing. It felt like he was rushing through so that he could get back to his fantasy football that he was playing prior to walking in the office. I will be purchasing my next vehicle in the future from Larry H Miller as long as Philip is still there to by my salesman! :)

I went in to look at a used Ford Fusion Hybrid. I'd been researching hybrid technology for quite some time so I knew that my decision was between the Fusion and the Prius. I had never before owned a Ford but had just rented a new Focus for a road trip and was very impressed. Well, onto the dealer, I went in armed with my knowledge, the sales representative couldn't answer all my questions so he got the manager who was very hybrid knowledgeable. The conversation steered away from the Fusion to the new C-Max. I'd seen one on the road and knew I was interested, the price was a little high, but with my active duty military status and other incentives they were able to put into a new C-Max that day. The took maybe 2 1/2 hours just talking to me about hybrid technology before I even test drove the car. I did not go into the dealership prepared to purchase and let them know that, there was never any pressure to purchase, just a lot of good reasons to lease that car that day. I didn't have time to go over all the computer and interactive technology that day and the sale rep was willing to come to my job and take the time to make sure I understood how the Sync system worked. They have made follow up phone calls and have been the best car dealership by far that I have ever worked with.

Was visiting the dealership as a business call and as I was pulling onto the lot I clipped the curb and blew out my sidewall on my rear tire. When I parked I was immediately greeted by a salesman Ryan Walker. I explained why I was at the dealership, and he was the one who noticed I blew my tire out. He asked if he could take it to service and have it looked at. As I conducted my business he took care of my car. In service Nate Martin was very helpful! Did everything he could to make sure my car was taken care of. He called the other Larry Miller store I take my car to, took care of the warranty info, changed my tire for me and got me back on the road very quickly. Being in the car business you come across a lot of bad customer service. This store however has impeccable attention to detail and a fantastic staff.

We found a used car we were interested in via their website. We contacted the dealership and a salesman named Phillip talked to us and took our number and called us back promptly with all the information we wanted. The following day we went in and he called over another salesman to help with a client he had at the time and helped us right away. Awesome service! We had a positive experience at this dealership.
