Don't go there, take the time to drive somewhere else. Took them over 6 months to refund money they owed to me got the run around everytime I called. Their service department is impossible to reach and don't know MOPAR.

As part of my deal on my brand new 2016 Ram Ecodiesel 1500, they were to install a spray in bed liner. They sent my truck over to Pro Tech, who completely destroyed the bed with liner they installed, they sent it back and all they did was add more bed liner spray to the already messed up job. The dealership told me that they would have their system in the first week of April and they would completely remove the bed liner and put in a new one. Because of all the crap I had to deal with they also tinted the front windows, however when I took my truck up for them to do it. They were only able to get out about 60% of the old bed liner and the resprayed it, the bed liner still looks like there is running paint everywhere in the bed. I told them if the cleaned up all of the overspray and put on a folding hard bed cover we would call it good. About a week later the sales manager calls me and says that they had installed one this last week on a guys truck and he didn't want if that was ok to put onto my truck and I said yes as long as it wasn't damaged at all. When I went to go look at my truck after it was installed the xxxx thing had severe hail damage on every single panel, well the sales manager was like oh I had no idea it was damaged and now they are saying they are done trying to fix things and that because my truck is always dirty that you can't really see the damage anyway so what's the big deal. The big deal is YOU MESSED UP MY 53K TRUCK AND NOW YOU WONT FIX IT THE CORRECT WAY. These guys are dirt bags don't ever deal with them.

I went by the dealership to get some ideas on what I may like as a new vehicle. I was met in the lot by Nick and after a few questions he showed me the '16 Jeep Patriot. I was surprised on how much room there is and it definitely handled better than my '01 Xterra. Nick and Mr. Underwood were able to help me get my payments to where I was comfortable and the Jeep now sits in my driveway.

I was excited to but a Jeep Grand Cherokee! I went in told them what I wanted. I decided I wanted to see an overland and I was offerd the Summit. I didn't consider it at first cause I was in thought it might be to pricey. But I was guaranteed I would like the price of it. New 2014 with a few flaws cause it was a demo car. The numbers given were over my max I wanted for payments and months to pay it in! After many conversations the price was where I wanted to go to the credit union. And the NADA website was what they used cause they had to couture it as a used car cause of the age of the vehicle. There was a significant gap in the MSRP. I just wanted someone to explain to me and I dint hear from anyone even after the banker talked to may sales rep as I was there. So the banker explained to me. I text and was told to call sales manager. When I did, no call back. The next day he was off. I asked to speak to someone else and I eventually got a call back but was told it's a new car but they had to use the site but that is not accurate. The dealership goes by their own MSRP regardless of age cause it is new well, never had a tile or lean. I just wanted an explanation of the gap because it will be used and the MSRP that the bank gave me when I pull it off the lot. I was referred to someone else that would call me and explain.The next day I got a call but by then I had been tired of being the buck passed off. I feel if I can get a newer car the same or close to the specs the demo with the flaws has I might as well get a different one. At least I could take it home and not streight to the shop for repairs then home. Its alot of money to spend on a truck not perfect. I really like Brittany she is very helpful and patient she has been a buffer through my experience. I hope we can come to some agreement.

went in to Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge to look at buying a new jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After being shown the used jeeps that were on the lot was told they would try to locate what we wanted. Only vehicle they could find that was available to trade for was one of the three colors we said we didn't want. I asked the sales man what the price would be and he pointed to the MSRP. When i didn't agree to that was told by the sales manager that several 2016 jeeps sere on order and he would check to see when they would be in and call me. It has been over a week and no call has been recieved but that is ok because we found a jeep at Byford in Duncan for a much better deal (not the Msrp that Lawton wanted) in one of the colors we were looking for. Don't waste your time with Lawton unless you want poor service and a RipOFF. I even got a better quote from Chase at Vernon Auto Group in three minitues over the phone but ended up going with Byford because of the Free oil changes. Don't waste your time at Lawton call Vernon (ask for Chase), Byford or Altus.

I cant even give them a single star but without it cant post this. I purchased a NEW 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that this dealership modified, At time of sale the insured me EVERYTHING was all MOPAR parts and had a full warranty. Afterwards I found out they had installed a lowering kit that was NOT MOPAR and that they had no idea as to what they were doing as they had NO technician trained on this type of installation. I have had to do all the foot work and they wont even help much less even trying to contact me to try and resolve this issue. Ive had to contact the manufacturer as well as a authorized dealer and installer for this product. In the end the end even the installer is saying this is not a minor issue and needs to be fixed. Which this dealership has no intentions of repairing and even charged me for one repair that was directly caused by their incorrect installation. In the end I would and will never recommend this dealer to anyone at all. If you drive by this dealership and think you want to stop in and look. It would be in your benefit to keep on driving. I would much rather drive 100+ miles to a reputable dealership before I will ever darken their door. If only once this dealership would have even tried to contact me instead of leaving it up to me the customer to do what they should have done I might have a different opinion but they wont even try.

This is a review of my overall experiance. I bought a used vehicle in May 15. I seen the vehicle online so I went to check it out. I didn't buy that day, instead I waited till the following week. After actually purchasing the vehicle I looked again at their online ad of the vehicle. The price of the truck had gone down $1000 and they didn't even tell me. I asked the manager (Dane) if he would honor the ad price and he said no, he was already losing money and that he doesn't make the online ads.. The ad also said there was a year of XM radio that would come with the purchase but when I activated it I was only given 3 months. This dealership obviously doesn't like to return phone calls because I had to call them over and over to get any questions answered. The manager is quick to talk to you during the buying process but I have only been able to get him on the phone once since I bought the truck. They seem to ignore you and hope you stop calling. I have been trying to get a part replaced since I bought it also. It turns our the part is on backorder (not their fault) but they didn't even call me when it did finally come in. I went in to ask about it and it had been there for two weeks. Most dealership have the courtesy of giving you a loaner vehicle when you put your vehicle in for service. I have has my vehicle there 3 or 4 times already and only got a loaner vehicle the first time. All other times I've taken my vehicle there for service they tell me all loaners are loaned out.. Or the last time they told me that the vehicle that was set aside for me just happed to come back with a flat tire and they didn't have time to change it.. really???? I even called hours before my appointment to verify i would have a loaner!! Overall, I am not impressed, at all....

Had my 2014 300 SRT brought there for a flat tire, not only did they fix it immediately, they didn't even charge me, not one single penny. That was a VERY nice surprise. Only reason i gave a 3 star rating for the facility is because it is very small in relation to volume of vehicles on the lot.

My first time there - a very positive experience. I was looking at convertibles and started with a Miata. The salesman and manager were very courteous and professional. They let me take my time and didn't pressure me. I then test drove a camaro and I wound up buying that, and the price was very reasonable (no trade). The process was not a hassle - the finance manager was very professional and made the paperwork easy to complete. Everything promised was put in writing and it was provided or completed. I needed one thing fixed and I made an appointment for Saturday. I showed up and they told me there was one person in front of me. It didn't take long at all, and it was repaired correctly. Ive moved many times and have dealt with dealerships all across the US, this one really left me with a good impression.

This is going to be a long one. I have been dealing with Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge for several months now and while I have interacted with several nice people, I have been told several conflicting stories, outright lies, and many phone calls have gone unanswered or unreturned. When I began my truck search in Dec 2014, I kept coming back to a 2011 Silverado listed at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge but didn't go look at it as it was about 3 hours away, I ended up speaking to several people at the dealership multiple times trying to decide if the drive was worth it.The first salesman I spoke to was named Mike (I think). He assumed I wouldn't know better and fed me all types of lines about the truck. I decided I was not interested and told him I would keep looking. I was then contacted by a female, Rebecca, and she seemed very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle. After speaking with Rebecca a few times, I decided to go ahead and make the drive to look at the truck around the first of January. I went to check their website one more time to look at the truck and it was gone. I confirmed with the dealership that it was sold and continued my search elsewhere. About 2 weeks later, it reappeared on their website. I contacted Rebecca over text and she stated they had been remodeling their website as they were under new ownership and the truck appearing as sold was just a glitch. I tried calling her to speak with her about it and was unable to reach her. The dealership ended up putting me in contact with their Used Car Manager. I don't remember his name but he seemed pretty knowledgeable. He told me the truck actually disappeared off the website because it was sold but there was some type of financing issue and the dealership ended up getting it back. He reassured me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and nothing had been damaged while it was "purchased".He also took some information about the 05 Nissan Titan I was looking to trade in and told me they would give me $4000-6000 for it, with $4000 being for a vehicle that was damaged and in poor shape. I spoke to him on Friday, January 30th, and made an appointment to come down the next day to meet with him to see the vehicle. We ended up arriving to the dealership about an hour before my appointment the next day and were told the Used Car Manager was unavailable and were put with Brittany instead. Brittany was very friendly and got the vehicle pulled up right away. Upon looking at it, we noticed there was a giant crack covering over half of the windshield and the spare tire was on the vehicle. When we inquired about these issues, we were told that the vehicle came in with the crack, even though no one had mentioned it on any of my previous contacts, and that there was a small issue with the tire that should have been on it that the service department was currently repairing. I decided to go ahead and test drive the vehicle with the impression the tire would be remounted as soon as we got back and the spare would be put away. When we got back to the dealership, we were told the wheel actually was damaged and that the service department hadn't gotten around to fixing it before they closed and locked it up. When I told Brittany that I wanted to see the damage and have it fixed before we left, she brought in an older male to speak with me. He stated they could not get the wheel and tire out now but that they would get it fixed and have it in the mail to me Monday evening. The price was good enough on the vehicle that I decided to purchase it with the condition the wheel would get fixed and mailed to me, we even signed paperwork stating as much. I was told I would be called as soon as the tire was shipped and provided with a tracking number. Monday evening rolled around and I never heard from Brittany so I contacted her Tuesday and was told it had been shipped but she was unable to provide a tracking number. Wednesday afternoon I was contacted by someone at the dealership and told he was getting ready to ship my tire but he needed to confirm my address, which was incorrect. Luckily, he got it corrected and sent me the tracking number. Upon receiving the wheel on Friday, it looked great and we couldn't find anything wrong with it. I took it to have it checked out and mounted the following week. The tire shop said it appeared to be in good condition and put with on my truck. I made the 12 mile drive back to my house then looked it over myself. I discovered a 4in long gash near the center of the wheel and a 1/2in one on the edge with a sticky/gummy residue inside them. Luckily, it was just cosmetic but since I was told it would be repaired, I wanted it repaired correctly. I contacted Brittany and was told she was off work and to contact the manager, Garry. I tried calling him several time over the course of the next 3 or 4 days and was never able to reach him. I tried contacting Brittany again to tell her that and never got in touch with her either. Since it was cosmetic, I gave up on contacting anyone until received an email from the dealership in the middle of March. The email requested that I go to several review sites and post reviews about my experience. My friends and family had been urging me to post my negative experiences with the dealership since I started having issues and I had been refraining. But I decided to reply to the email, stating that the wheel was repaired incorrectly and no one had returned my calls. A couple days later, on March 27th, Sonny called me. He said he was the new owner's son and they wanted to get things corrected. After talking to him about the situation, he told me a local machine shop had actually welded the wheel to repair it so I would need to contact them about getting to it fixed again. He told me that if the dealership had repaired it, he would just send me a new wheel but since it was sent out, he couldn't take care of it. He also said that if for whatever reason, the machine shop couldn't take care of it, to call him back. Because of scheduling conflicts, it took me 2 weeks to get in touch with the machine shop. Finally, on April 8th, I spoke to someone at the shop and he said he didn't think they would have repaired it but I needed to talk to Pat. Pat called me back the next day and we talked about it and he also stated he didn't think he worked on it but he would need to see it to tell. Because of the distance, I ended up texting him a picture and he confirmed that they couldn't have fixed it as they would not have been able to weld anything on my 20in chrome wheels, nor would they have used any putty or glue or anything to just fill the gashes. So I tried contacting Sonny again. After talking to the very nice receptionist several times and her taking several messages, I still haven't heard from him and it's been over a week now. While some of the people I have dealt with have been nice, I would not recommend using this dealership or believing anything they tell you. I will say that the finance guy I worked with was very nice, I secured financing elsewhere and he was very straightforward and did not try to push anything on me.

Bought new vehicle in September, was missing 1 fob, they said they don't keep any on hand, but would order one and call me when it came in. Made an appointment to get the first oil change and have the key programmed, I waited 4 hours, still no key. The second appointment I had to argue with them that they owed me a programmed fob. They supposedly ordered it again, it is now March still haven't heard a word. Customer Service at this dealer is the worse I've ever seen.

We did our research and choose the best option on the market when we were looking for a pre-owned 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie LongHorn Edition CrewCab. What a beautiful truck, with all the bells and whistles. I did my research and chose the best truck option on the market, the 2014 Ram Big Horn Crew Cab. I received huge rebates, told the salesman what I could pay and what I needed for my trade in. He returned within 20 minutes with the deal I requested! No hagle, no runaround, straight forward deal. I signed the paperwork and was out the door with my new truck a happy man. The experience was horrible to say the least. I test drove a Ram 1500 and was told that I could get it at a specific price w/ the payments that I desired. When it was time to make the deal the truck was brought to me as wells the papers. I was offered a trade-in value for my 2011 Ram that was far less than the actual value of the truck. The financing was poor in that I was told that the deal was done and I just need to go to the bank and turn in some paperwork. I got to the bank and was told that I needed to pick up the check from them and turn it in to the dealership. In the process of getting stuff done at the bank it was discovered that the information was filled out by an employee at the dealership which is a violation. Because of that they had to cancel the paperwork and redo them all. THE BIGGEST problem that I had was that the agreed upon pay period for the loan wasn't what I was told at the bank. The papers at the dealership had a longer pay period than what I was told at the bank. The bank also had hire payments than what I agreed with the dealership upon. In the end I ended up driving in a truck that technically wasn't mine for over 2-weeks because of pour financing at the dealership. The vehicle had slight hail damage, but the dealership was so reluctant in marking the price down. I looked at the price for a vehicle w/o hail damage and noticed that the price wasn't too far from what they sold this truck for. To say the least, I will never do business with the Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership & their shady way of doing things.

I recently took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler into Lawton Chrysler / Jeep / Dodge to have some transmission repair work done. It was under warranty so the work was done for no charge. The service department completed the work completely and earlier than promised. During the visit we saw a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara that we were interested in. The sales staff was easy to work with and we got a great price. Very good overall experience.

First and foremost I would like to tell everyone that my experience at this dealer was outstanding, Mr. Jordan Johnson (sales representative) was a very professional and he listened to my needs when looking at the vehicle I had found on line. I have gone to this dealer two times now. The first time I was shown three cars and finally told tha there was only one car in my price range that fit my needs. I got no choice in color, make, or model; the car I was offered had been modified, the dashboard cut, and had wires protruding from the dash and in the trunk. The under-car lighting (which I asked many times to have removed) eventually fell off, forcing me to pull over and clear up the litter. For a day or two I had one of the tubes dragging and I never knew it. That car began to have clutch issues.I returned to the dealership for an oil change and was told the clutch had burned out. Factory warranty was void and the bill would be over $1,800 dollars for repairs. OR, I could get a new car. I was with my daughter that day and I spent over eight hours waiting, sitting in the waiting room and the offices. We had no lunch (thank God I'm not a diabetic) and it was nearly six oclock when the paperwork finally was complete. Again, I had absolutely NO choice in vehicles. I was offered one car, no color choice, no upholstery choice. The only thing that I was provided with was water.

I shopped several dealers looking for my truck. Visited 3 and Rob was the guy for me! He listened to my requirements and made it happen. They answered all questions, installed hitch, detailed and filled up with fuel as promised. They allowed me to look on my own as well as assisted me when I wanted. Not alot of pressure to "hurry up and pick one"!! I will be going back when I am ready for A NEW ONE!! I have dealt with their service department and it is outstanding as well. They are very accommodating with my schedule. Hard to get these days. I would recommend them both!

On Feb 10,2014 I totaled out my truck during an ice storm, less then 2 years old. So I was in no hurry to go shopping again, least of all deal with salesman and thier tacktics. Valintine's Day was just around the conner and my Wife decided to suprise me with a truck. I must say I was shocked at what a great deal she got, the friendlyness of the salesman(s) and the finance person WOW!!! Two days later I heard a knocking in the drive shaft. I took a deep breath because it didn't come with a warrenty. I was prepared for the battle, however to my suprise I was asked to bring it in right away. I was told it was going to cost $107.00. Okay Marcus prepare to fight. No fight nessassary. the Service manager called the Used car Manager manager and 45 minutes later I was back on the road with no money out of pocket expense. They really worked as a team and I would highly recommend them to my friends and others.Best Valintine Day gift ever and it just happen to red LOL!!!!

100% Ford Buyer prior to this purchase- I fear I made a Grave Mistake. I am now about 90 days into my new 2013 Dodge Ram Long Horn Edition. I waited this long to make a review because I wanted to have time to properly evaluate my experience with Sales and now Service. As of this writing, I am not sold on Dodge and I frequently seem to regret leaving Ford.The Beginning- I knew what I was looking for and did a decent job of expressing my wishes in a new vehicle. My salesman showed me several trucks, but I finally located my current truck sitting in the rear lot collecting dust on my own. There were several features the salesman told me he wasnt familiar with on the truck. I had to find out on my own, for the good or bad of it. Fortunately I only found a couple of items that were less than what I had hoped for with regards to equipment and features.The truck was completely set up for towing with the wiring, but I thought it very odd that Dodge didnt just add the hitch package? I did get it as a condition to buy? I was very busy on my purchase date and we chose to reschedule the detail cleaning and prep. When I finally was able to get in for the detail, it was actually a very poor job. To this day I still have some sort of grease marker or something on my wheels that I cannot get off from the initial shipping and marking used when first delivered to the dealership. There is a paint flaw or something due to the protective coating used for shipping, at least thats what they say caused it, but it still isnt repaired. Lawton Dodge wont make it right!!!A few days after buying I was given my first fuel fill-up. When I filled the truck and the gauge said it was near empty, I was surprised when the tank only took about 23 gallons. I couldnt understand this as the window sticker clearly stated the truck comes with a 32-gallon tank. When I brought up this concern to my salesman, he disappeared for a while supposedly to talk with the Service Manager and then came back and said that indeed there have been several reviews online for specifically the same issue. He said that the company would make it right, but I would have to complain about it quite a bit before they would. Then on a later visit he stated there is fine print somewhere that states that the tank may be different that what the sticker states. I find this skeptical and downright wrong. Bottom line, I still have something that is less than what was advertised in writing on the window sticker and Lawton Dodge wont make it right!!!In the Middle- When I needed Ford Service for my previous trucks, I could pull into the service center and immediately get greeted by a service representative and I felt important and respected. I have been to this dealership for service three times now and had to actually find someone? On may occasions while I was waiting, I observed both sales, service and possibly senior employees smoking in the garage and gathered at the back door of the bay area. All the while others or myself were waiting on work to be done. I have a paint flaw that they cant seem to get fixed, nor do they seem to really care about yet. I pointed out a slight dent in the hood and the paint area and they were like I dont see it like I was seeing things maybe? I had to take the truck in twice to have the hitch put on because they could get one in the box to fit right. Lawton Dodge wont make it right!!!One of the first things I told my sale rep was I dont care about 100K power train warranties. I have never had to use power train warranty on my new vehicle purchases. I told him that what I really wanted was honesty, truth and excellent service when needed. That means the world to me. I think I made a mistake!!!Present Day- I am still deciding where I am at the moment in service excellence? Detail cleaning well below standard. Paint defect still not repaired. Dent in hood not repaired, Flaw on the inside driver door panel, accessory nameplate missing in rear door panel. I honestly think about removing the dealer nametag from the rear of the truck. Why advertise free for them at this point? When I am satisfied with service and my truck is how I hoped it would be, then I will gladly advertise. I get so tired of the gimmick mailers I receive every couple of weeks. You wont win anything at all and they told me this on a visit this weekend. I had to ask them to remove me from the mailing list and I strongly fee they should spend some of this in the service center to improve the customer experience after the buy. Have I made the right decision to buy a Dodge product and leave my trusted past with Ford? I guess that will depend on how the future goes with this truck. Personally I would hope to be able to come back soon and update the review with higher ratings.

Greg my salesman was very helpful. He returned my calls to all my questions. Set and appointment to look at a used pickup on a Saturday that did not work for me. I then wanted to look at Jeep Patriot with power windows and locks and he got me right in to a 2012. I was pretty happy. He was a great salesman. I just had to go back one time to sign the finalized papers with John Franco, and he was awsome too. Love my Jeep!

I was a little skeptical with the finance numbers at first, but the Sales and Finance Team went out of their way to not only get me a great deal within my budget, but also paid off my trade even though it was appraised lower that what I still owed on the vehicle. Salesman Curt was very friendly, easy-going and really tries to make sure you get what you want on your deal. Rob was very honest and up front about the value of my trade-in and still went out of his way to help me get the most for my vehicle. Aaron did a great job getting the financing I needed while still providing additional warranties and coverages for my new purchase within my budget. I highly recommend this dealership! Service experience was fantastic. I had been eyeballing the new Charger and Challenger but did not know which would be a perfect fit. Jarod in sales gave me the opportunity to test drive V6 and V8 hemi models both new and used. Gave me a great sense of which would suit me better (V6 Charger). Best part is, he let me take them all on short test drives ALONE. I did not anticipate pulling the trigger right away, but I did. I came back the next day, bought a '14 Charger and got a great deal on the purchase price and fair value for my old pick-up. Met the owner. Its obvious he wants to establish a rapport w his customers , he was supportive and appreciated my service in the Army. The staff was great. Overall, I felt like I got a great car for the best price possible and the fact that they will change the oil for free (military) is a bonus. Would recommend to family and friends.

I initially went to this dealership to look at the RAM truck. I was thinking about trading my Ford F250 Heavy Duty truck in but wasn't sure if I'd get a good deal at this dealership. After 5 minutes of talking, pressure and stress free to Sunny Sumner, I knew that I was ready to buy a new RAM 1500 truck from LAWTON CHRYSLER DODGE DEALERSHIP. I have had many new trucks in my life from GMC to FORDS to the TOYOTA TACOMA and the TRUNDRA but I can actually say that I enjoyed not only my new RAM 1500 but the personal sales relationship to customer was fantastic! This was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I have ever seen. I was happy with the price which was much cheaper per month and that included the GAP insurance which I wanted and needed due to a bad previous experience. Great sales experience! After a morning of being swarmed by high pressure sales men/women it was refreshing to arrive at Lawton Jeep Dodge and be given the space to roam the lot and look at vehicles without someone hovering over us. Once my wife and I found a vehicle we were interested in, a salesman was quick to help. No high pressure pitch but a helpful walk around of the vehicle pointing out key features and answering questions, then recommend a good test drive route allowing us to test the vehicle on city streets and the freeway. Talking numbers was easy a straight forward, no games! We quickly came to an agreement and was driving home in our new vehicle an hour later.If youre looking for dealership to give you a great sales experience, I highly recommend Lawton Jeep Dodge.

Bill Altstatt ROCKS! My husband knew pretty much just what he wanted in our new truck - some bells and whistles but mainly a truck that was ready to go the distance. Jerry Mullens was our salesman. He listened to what we had in mind, made us aware of which models had our needs and then showed us what they had (a large selection of RAMS with a huge variety of packages). We test drove a couple and made a selection. The showroom was very family friendly (we had our younger child with us - they had popcorn, tv, and a sitting area she loved and it was is our view at all times). We were treated with respect by all involved. We even got to talk to Bill Altstatt himself, great guy and community minded. We left there a satisfied customer. We skip the shopping around next time and go straight to this dealership - you really can't beat a Bill Altstatt deal!

I went in on July first with my mother and father and was amazed at how nicely they were treated and respected at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Eric Burris helped them out and gave them an amazing deal on a vehicle... 3 days later I came back in and purchased a car with Eric. My credit is not the best to say the least and the people here went above and beyond to get me an awesome car.. (no more duct tape and zip ties holding my car together!) This is our second time buying a vehicle from Jerry, and he has been nothing but the best! We definitely feel like Jerry deserves the '5-Great' rating. I had to find a salesperson as no one approached me. Then I was interested in one vehicle, but was given another to test drive. I had asked what they would give me for our trade-in and was told "we have a process" and would get it THEN. THEN came at contract signing time. I have never seen any process like this!! Of course, the trade-in value was lower than we expected. And then because we are eligible for a military discount, a military ID (visual) has always been sufficient. No, not for this dealer. They had to have a copy of the DD214!! This is full of comfidential information! On the upside, we got our 2 mini-IPads, but that's a whole other story. Never will we do business here again!

I have been buying vehicles for about 30 years now ,, And It was THE WORST car shopping experience WE EVER had ,,once they received your check for the car ! They acted like they were done dealing with you since they already had your money !! They Didn't have time for you anymore ! Their tactics of selling a vehicle are very pushy and RUDE ! If it was for not the price ,,we would of WALKED AWAY ! IT IS NOT worth wasting your time going to this dealership !! We drove from out of town to come to Lawton,, and will NEVER EVER think of ever going back or referring them to any of our friends or family !!!!

My wife and I went in to browse the selections, not set to buying any vehicle that day. However we saw the 2013 Dodge Journey. We liked the vehicle however it was not in our price range. The Dale the sales rep was fantastic, he knew what we wanted and in what price range we could afford. The owner even talked to us, great guy, about what he could do for us. We could not make a deal because of terms and price, but finally after going back on the lot and looking at other vehicles in our price range Dale come to us and give us the counter deal from the owner. I was such a great deal we could not pass it up. We spent several hours at the dealer ship, with our four year old daughter. But the sale staff and the owners were so understanding and great with our child. They brought her chips, water, and played with her while we waited. Its hard to find businesses that care like they did now a day. Over all it was a long process, however it is one which I would gladly make again because of their customer service.

I was a little comprehensive to go to this dealership because of the mix reviews but I thought I would check them out anyways because they had a vehicle online I liked. And I'm not disappointed at all, the receptionist was cordial from the moment I walked in and directed me to a salesman right away. I told him what I was looking for and explained to him my financial situation briefly. He proceeded with showing me the car and taking me on a test drive, that made me fall even more in love with the car. So we walked in the building and continue the process. To make this short, I had a GREAT experience, there wasn't anything I can complain about. Everybody looked like they knew what they were doing and explained to me the process of buy a car as we went alone. So don't judge them by one or two bad reviews, check them out yourself and make your own prediction.

Nice and to the point. Friendly customer service. A big plus for me is the owner came and introduced himself and not only friendly but soldier friendly! They do a lot to help the costumer reach for the car they want and for the price they want. I would speak highly of Lawton jeep dodge and recommend them to any soldier on ft sill and Lawton!
