Recently purchased a used Ford F-150 2015. My salesman was TL and he treated me more like a friend than a customer. During the selecting process he showed me a couple pickups and I ended up taking one home. He was considerate with my trade in and took my demands into consideration. After trading in my vehicle and driving off the lot with my used pickup, TL made sure that everything was taken care of. Week later I took the pickup in to get the fuel line looked at, and there was a leak. The parts were not covered by warranty but TL assured me that they would take care of the costs. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Legacy Ford.

Buying from Legacy is always a struggle to get to a reasonable deal. I have been buying Fords locally for 48 years. For many years before Legacy, buying a Ford from our local dealer was much more of a friendly experience and very much less of the "games" that are played by large dealerships trying to get the best price for the dealership. Initial sales contacts never have the final say on a sale. This has changed over the years and I really don't care for it much. I love Ford products and these issues would not stop me from trying to purchase locally but it does make it less of a pleasant experience.

We stopped in looking for a Subaru Outback. We wanted an AWD car. Michael showed us the Hyundai Santa Fe that they had which had AWD. We had never even looked at them or considered it. I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Focus for my wife. With everything I was going threw with medical and everything she put up with me I wanted to do something for her. I was not sure if I would be able to due to the fact of all the medical build up of bills I had but legacy ford was there and did everything possible to get me into one. It's a big size change from tahoe to focus but she loves the features the color and gas mileage over the tahoe and my 3 year old daughter loves it thinks it's hers. :) And your service department is fast and helpful and she loves that you wash the car on oil changes .:) Thank you for your service and time and helpful staff. :)

We had a very nice low mileage Ford 150, but it was hard for my wife to get into with hip problems and we needed a vehicle that was easier to get into. The salesman greeted us, considered our needs and showed us the vehicle he thought would best suit our needs. We test drove the car on the highway and at our house up the hill through 8 inches of snow. We loved the car as it was easy for my wife to get into and performed great.

Although my buying experience wasn't ideal, Ford Legacy and Paul Soward did everything they could to make a difficult situation as pleasant as possible. The staff at Legacy is the best I have dealt with. They have earned my future business as well as many of my friends and family because they witnessed first hand what outstanding customer service we received when purchasing our new Sport Edge. Kenny Forsythe was great to work with. He came in on his day off - and kept an open communication line with me without being pushy. It felt like he actually wanted to find us the "right car for us" - and was willing to go the extra mile to do it. It helped a lot in the price negotiations and ended up being the main reason we bought the car. The financing was really easy as well - didn't have to hassle over the rate and payments - and didn't push any extra warranties on us that we didn't want or need. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Equinox. The service was kind and prompt to make the process go quickly. My only complaint from the process was I do feel my trade in was undervalued. They claimed they could do nothing but scrap it, and I'm not sure that was the truth. As a first time car buyer and new college grad, every dollar counts, and I think that I could of been worked with a little bit better on that note considering I had to empty my both my savings and checking. Other than that, I am very happy with Legacy, and would consider buying from them in the future.

While giving our Escort an oil change the shop found that there was a transmission leak. While we were not happy to find this out with only 5,400 miles they quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and fixed the problem. They were great about letting us know what the problem was and making sure, while they were fixing it to get us as loaner car. A big thanks to Tony Lambert for taking care of all of this and getting us back on the road. Very pleased with his help and expertise though all of this, also thanks to the shop there and Paul for also helping us get some Accessories that we wanted. Legacy is simply the easiest, most hastle free experience I've ever had while buying both new or used vehicles. They continually go above and beyond, even meeting us 1/2 way on occation to pick up or drop our 1 of many vehicles purchased at Legacy. Anyone can sell you the car you want, but I have found that EVERYONE at Legacy supports you before, during, after and beyond the "sale". They (Fratzke & Hux) have taken care of all our vehicle needs since 2008! We live in Baker, about 45 minutes away, our only concern with buying "out of town" was service - Mike & Lonnie in the Service Department are awesone!!! They provide first class workmanship and scheduling to accomodate our commute - Legacy Ford has made every aspect of vehicle ownership easy! Plus, if that's not enough, they continually and whole heartedly support local causes, charities, schools and live by the rule "local money helping local people"! We are customers for life!
