Michael Jordan and his boss Mr. Grey, help my husband, Tim and I with buying our new Sportage. They couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The whole experience was stress free and great. Michael has got to be one of the best car salesman I have ever encountered in my life. Just so personable, kind and understanding. He couldn't do enough for us. He was the best and Mr. Grey too. The 2016 rides better, is quieter, and has many more options than the 2013, including a heated steering wheel, heated seats, a back-up camera, and more.

We decided to look into leasing a new AWD vehicle and stopped at Lehighton Kia. They showed us many options and went out of their way to find the vehicle for us. Dave brought us several cars to look at and when they didn't quite have everything we wanted they worked to find us one that did. They said they were able to find a car that had everything we wanted. We were told it would have all the options of the car we drove plus 3rd row seats. Unfortunately the car that was delivered did not have an option we wanted. And we did not notice until after we signed the contract . At which time they weren't willing to make good on the original promise. I would make sure that you get any promises in writing and before you accept the vehicle make sure they have fulfilled their promise. Our mistake was in trusting their statement that it had everything in it and not verifying it first. We also had a discrepancy between the actual mileage and the mileage on the paperwork. Again, don't trust what they say but check everything yourself.

A few days ago I bought my second car from Lehighton Kia. Michael Jordon ,John Grey and Brad N answered all my questions and explained everything I asked about, when I finally made the decision it was late they stayed and did all the paperwork and had my car delivered the next day. when it was delivered it was NOT what it was suppose to be. of course I was highly upset. Michael Jordon worked and kept me informed all day to get a new car and the next morning I had my car. Michael and Brad even washed my car themselves. they made the wrong right so for that I applaud them. thank you guys! and Dave in service he's the best...

I was looking to replace my 2002 Ford Focus ZX3. I needed a vehicle that was reliable and comfortable and great gas mileage. They had a Focus which was nice. But Michael asked if I'd be interested in just driving a Kia Forte. I drove it and it was a much more solid drive. After a bit more of a look under the hood and a little more playing. I purchased the car. Michael walked me through the whole process and I was able to drive home. The car is fantastic and I felt genuine customer care and service. The ONLY negative is trying to make a left out of the parking lot LOLI'll be sending as many people as I can to Michael looking for a solid vehicle and amazing customer service.

I was not happy with the salesman .He didn`t tell me the price of the car or show me car fax report.I asked for owner`s manual which I never received.I was to have a warranty on my used car than about 2 month`s later I get a paper stating I have a 100.00 deductible.I was never informed of this at purchase.I won`t buy another car from the they are dishonest.

I drive 20 miles to bring my Kia vehicle to Lehighton because I trust that their service would keep my vehicle in perfect driving condition. Every time I go there to have my vehicle serviced, I go over the multi-point inspection list afterward to make sure everything was checked. I put my trust on those check marks. On January 5, the temperature had dipped to the single digits and I noticed my Tire Pressure Monitoring System was permanently lit. I called Kia Lehighton and the person I talked to already knew what I was calling about. Apparently, I was not the first customer to call that day. " Are you calling about the horse shoe with an exclamation point inside?" she asked. Anyway, she assured me that the problem would go away after I have driven my vehicle a few miles. She told me that I could go to the dealership but I felt no need to drive 20 miles just to take care of under-inflated tires.I went to a gas station to take care of the problem myself. When I got there I found out that I couldn't open the cap of the tire valve, even when I tried to use a pair of pliers. I called up Kia Lehighton again and asked to talk to a service advisor. He told me to just do it gently so that the cap will not break. I went home and took out my WD-40 and wrench to gently remove the tire valve cap. When I finally got them off, I noticed that all four tire valves were covered in a white powder, which suggests that they have not been opened for quite some time. It has not been a month since my last service and when I checked my receipt, the "check tires/measure tire thread depth" was indeed checked. This did not agree with the powdery deposit in my tire valve.A year ago, I agreed to put nitrogen in my tires. I paid for that service because their flyer said " with nitrogen it can take six months to lose 1.5 psi." Since I have my car serviced about 3 times a year, I didn't have to worry about low tire pressure anymore. That is, if the dealership actually did the multi-point injection. I went back to the gas station to pump air into my tires. The air pump had a digital display that shows the initial pressure in the tire and stops automatically when the set pressure is reached. All my tires registered an initial pressure of 30 psi. My recommended tire pressure is 33 psi. If my tires lose 1.5 psi every 6 months, then it is safe to assume that my tires were not checked during my last service. Perhaps they were not checked after I put nitrogen in my tires a year ago.

My service visit to Lehighton Kia was fine. They did a great job. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the service guy making me wait until he completed his texting. Then when I asked for a quote on tires, he said it would cost around some amount. When I asked for a print out of this quote, he just wrote the amount on my paperwork. I had to ask what brand of tires he was quoting. He made me feel like I was bothering him.

I made an attempt to have my 2010 Sportage checked out by a Kia dealership closer to my home only to be told to come back at a later date. I returned at a later date and was told the same thing again. I drove the 27 miles to Lehighton Kia, walked up to the service counter and David took care of me on the spot. The service department did a complete check of my vehicle and gave me the estimate of the repairs. Spoke with Mike in sales, I had no intention on purchasing a new vehicle but did express interest in a new Kia, he set up a test drive for me, when I told him I was not interested at this time no pressure was applied. I am retired US Air Force and have had dealings with many different dealerships all over the country and I must say I have never been treated as good as I was at Lehighton Kia and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought my Sportage at Abeloff Kia in Stroudsburg. Had a horrible experience. The warranties promised were not included, and a recall that should have been done to it was not. I took my new car to the Lehighton Kia and they took care of everything! Recall was done, the blower motor was replaced under warranty, and I had zero issues with them. The staff was very kind and making an appointment easy. At the other dealer, I had to call 3 times to try and get an appointment. I regret not buying my car from Lehighton Kia, but I will have all future services and repairs done by them. A++

My family and I went to Lehighton KIA to look at our options. Upon arrival, Benjamin Sherry, took us under his wing and helped us through everything. He showed us which car they had in mind for my family and I and he took us for a test drive and we instantly fell in love with the KIA Forte LX. After the test drive, Rich Brown, helped us find a bank that would work with us. He helped us out a lot with that part of our visit. Once everything was said and done, Brad Nevenglosky, was very helpful with all the financial information. They were all very nice, courteous, and well mannered. This dealership has every aspect of car buying and servicing done right. I limped into the dealership yesterday with my truck that was making a lot of noise. They were very busy and didn't know if they could get to it. Yeah right! They gave me a ride home (above the call of duty) and had a wheel bearing repaired same day. Lehighton Kia is a dealership with people who put the customer first. I am a returning customer. Yesterday I purchased another Forte. Why did I come back? The service department gets it done correctly, the First time, There are no dirty fingerprints in my car, I don't have to go back over their work, The service writers are always friendly and courteous, and the sales people aren't pushy. Yes it is a smaller dealership, but I'm not just a number everyone knows my name and treats me with respect. I love this dealership.

I have had many different buying experiences and by far this had surpassed any expectations I had for any dealership. To say they went above and beyond is a complete understatement!!! They made the daunting task of finding and purchasing a vehicle completely painless!!! I am a person who is very picky and they listened and paid attention to all of my requests and found us a perfect vehicle!!!! Michael Jordan was fantastic and the sales team made sure I was approved and could afford my payments!! I will make sure that everyone that I know that is looking for a car comes here and purchases a kia !!!! Their cars are affordable and their warranty is untouchable !!!! I purchased my van and was told they would do what it takes to seal the deal so we asked for an extended warranty and they claim they provided a bumper to bumper warranty. After overcharging us for the van the warranty doesn't even cover anything. I took my van in bc the check engine light came on they fixed the problem then I had an exhaust leak, the ac stopped working and the transmission had a clunk. We called up and explained what the van was doing we took it back and they said the ac was our fault from our driving they didn't hear the exhaust leak which it was very loud and the transmission was normal which all of the problems were bs being my husband is a class a technician. So we asked about the warranty we got and it doesn't cover ac...after being told it was bumper to bumper. After the warranty explanation and my husband questioning them about why their story changed on the ac not working the service manager hung up on my husband. Very unprofessional and do not recommend them to anyone...STAY AWAY FROM THIS xxxxxx PLACE!

I had a horrible experience purchasing my KIA Soul. Love the car so far but hate how much we paid for it at the Lehighton Rt. 443 KIA Dealer. Mr. Kappel took extreme advantage of our lack of knowledge for this vehicle and its warranty - actually making false statements (my husband as my witness) to scare me into purchasing an additional warranty. When I contacted Mr. kappel to inform him how unhappy I was with his salesmanship he said," I got a good deal". I then went to the dealership and showed him the Ad from another KIA Dealer he then spoke badly about it saying it is not a good dealership and he knew this since he had worked for it before. Mr. Werkeiser also spoke badly of another dealer when I showed him a separate advertisement on our third trip to this dealership. His words were, "He was sure we were smarter than that", to not believe the advertisement of this other dealership", and "that they only print those ads to get you there". Insulting my intelligence really makes me angry especially since I have two college decrees. I am shocked at the run-around we received from both salesmen. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I have an above-average credit score and I expect to receive respect when purchasing a big ticket item. Instead, I feel as though I was misled and overcharged considering the mileage this KIA Soul already has, and in purchasing an additional warranty. I am now supposed to get a refund for the warranty but only after my now third visit to the dealership. I also spoke with someone in the finance department today and he told me it would take 30 days for the bank (I am financing) to receive the warranty money we paid. 30 days? Wow, I think that is a rather long time seeing as the dealership is actually holding the money. (Interest accrues daily.) I did make a formal complaint to KIA about this whole incident which I am sad to say they didn't even seem to care when I informed them of my doing so. I would not want anyone to experience what I am going through with this dealership. This is sooooo stressful!

I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento last Sept. At about 9100 miles the transmission wasn't shifting right. I took it in for service and the computer was reset. That didn't work. It went back in and the tranny was replaced. When I got it back the car would shake at a red light. It went back in again. This time I was told the settings were at what Kia called for and there was nothing more to do. The service manager did all he could but I could not talk to anyone with authority to do something about the problem car. (It still shook at a red light) I then took the car to another Kia dealer where I was told there was an open recall for the alternator. It is now at the other Kia dealer getting another treansmission installed. This dealer is going above and beyond especially that I didn't buy it there. I could not talk to the owner of the dealer that sold me the car and the general manager never got involved with this problem car. They would call with a survey after an oil change but, when the transmission was giving me trouble the surveys stopped. At this time Kia should buy this LEMON back. Think twice before buying a Kia.
