I called with an A/C problem late in the day in hot Miami. I was asked to be in first thing the next day. I did and was out in less than two hours with a replacement rear evaporator and scheduled service. Since the Enclave was 2014 there was no charge :-). Great job and service.

Stopped by Lehman GMC Buick just to see what was being offered on the GMC Terrain. I was greeted by a warm professional salesperson. Found him to be knowledgeable and patient in responding to the multitude of questions my friend and I posed to him. Believe me when I say I'm not an easy sell. I sleep on all my major purchases before moving forward. This was quite the contrary. Received the deal I was looking for to my amazement, I signed. Because I work full time i was unable to bring my truck down to the dealership for service. So I called my salesman Roy Singer and asked him since he lived pretty close to me if he could take my truck to work one day and get the service performed and bring in home that evening which he happy obliged. It is service like this that makes me return to your dealership for all of my vehicle needs, which I also have a friend in Tennessee contacting Roy about the purchase of a Diesel Dually. That might be a way to enhance your customer base, when a vehicle is due for service, offer to come and pick it up and bring it to the dealership for service for people whom don't have a lot of time on their hands to come to the dealership for service. Thanks for everything your dealership does for your customers.I drove past three other GMC dealers to get to your dealership.

My 2014 Buick Enclave was serviced and given a full inspection on 6/8. It was by far the best experience I have had. From beginning to end the service was great and fast. I was in a rush and when I told the receptionist she made sure to let the technicians know. I was in and out in time do get to my following appointments. Our experience was great! We arrived to the dealership just to look around and left with an Acadia. The salesperson was very familiar with the car and addressed all our concerns. I called the store for a price. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I was calling all the dealerships in my area. I spoke to Ilene who said she would call me back. 10 minutes later she called with an out the door price that none of the other dealers would match. When I went there, Kevon greeted me and within 15 minutes, I had the car and the price I wanted. Outstanding service and honesty. They can't be beat.

The time had come to purchase a new vehicle... That dreaded process. Pulled into Lehman Buick GMC to test drive an Acadia and just happened to meet the best salesman on the lot, Francisco!!! From the beginning he asked questions and LISTENED to the answers. He was told this was to be my wife's vehicle and my payment. His questions about features and options were directed to her and finance things to me. She drove the Acadia, Terrain and the Enclave. She decided that she REALLY liked the ride of the Enclave, but wanted to test drive a few other brands. Francisco was understanding and patient. After experiencing other dealerships and sales people, as well as their vehicles we were certain it was time for a Lehman Buick with Fransisco! We were sold on them before we made our final decision on color, trim, options and add-ons.Without a doubt the most enjoyable new car experience I have ever had. A few weeks ago I received a written offer in the mail from the General Manager at Lehman Buick GMC of North Miami, Eddie Khodr. Today, I took at trip to the dealership in hopes of redeeming this offer for the trade in of my vehicle. The offer specifies that they will pay up to $3000 on top of the Average Black Book Value of my 2013 Buick Enclave. The general manager never came even close to offering what the Average Black Book value of my car is and much less attempted to offer any additional money ( "up to $3000 as stated by the letter" ). Instead, he offered me $5000 less than the Black Book Value and never even checked the website for suggested averages based on the vehicle. My visit to this dealership was very upsetting. These salespeople and especially the manager will lie to you and act as if the client lacks knowledge of the industry just to try to get away from abiding by their offers. If you want a safe and honest process for buying or selling your vehicle, avoid this place at all costs.

Everything was great. I got a detail for free because when I purchased the car, I did not get my initial detail. However, the inside was left a little dirty and the stickers were left on inside the door jams that should have been removed during the detail. That indicated to me that the job was not thorough.

I took my car in for an oil change & lub & was informed the recall parts had come in & a couple of other things that needed to be done & was asked if I wanted to do all of those things that day. I went to many dealerships but not one gave me respect, time, attention, patience , nor did they value me as a client as Lehman Buick GMC did. They were the only one to provide me a quote with a detailed breakdown of options and pricing I requested by email prior to my visit, such as exact model, trim level, options I want and their lowest out-the-door price (which saves me a lot of time and gas). Right there, is an indication of honesty and transparency. Once I arrived to Lehman, Mr. Cristian La Rosa (Sales Specialist) approached and asked me what could he assist me with, what I wanted, what were my preferences, etc. He told me what I could do, what was the best for me, and honestly just showed and proved that buying my first Buick Enclave with them was best choice for me. He was friendly, honest, patient, and very respectful. They looked for every possible rebates and discounts I may qualify for my convenience. I presented them a quote from another dealership and they easily not only matched but beat competitor's price. I was not pressured into a making a purchase, which made me feel more comfortable and confident to make a right decision, it was a very clear and quick transaction. Every phone call I made was answered and I was also called to make sure I was doing well with the vehicle. We certainly need more salesman like Cristian. As Cristian, Mr. Seth Kamber (Sales Manager), Marcial Lembert (Finance Director) at Lehman Buick GMC did an outstanding job overall, they really exceeded my expectations and I may definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

Kevon was highly professional and not pushy like most salespeople. He was honest with me and did not change his offer as at some other dealerships. I had a very minor service issue that required a small part. Doreen Weiss (Service Team) initially took care of me and ordered the part, then called and reminded me about it when it had come in.I was near the area and took the chance of going in for service at 5:45pm. I was pretty sure Id be turned away since the Service Department closes at 6pm but I was already there, so took the risk.Doreen totally took care of me. She went to get the part and even installed it! I couldnt believe that I could arrive at 5:45pm and be out of there by 6pm all service complete!!I am grateful to Doreen and continue to be amazed at how Lehman exceeds my expectations. You have a great team!! And I love my Buick Enclave!

Overall, I was pleased with my purchase from Lehman Buick/GMC. I do have a couple of issues though. First, one of the tires had a slow leak which the salesperson took to be fixed. You would think that they would patch it, but instead they took the cheap way and plugged it. Also, the advertisement stated they had all of the keys for the vehicle, when in fact they only had one. Again, the salesperson took the keys as I was doing the paperwork and stated he was getting additional set made. I did not realize, until after the fact, they had cut me a key, but again took the cheap route and did not provide the corresponding keyless entry controller.

GMC TERRAIN buy a car with this company, they offered me a negotiation and never met me. the worst part is that I never responded even though I called them for more than 4 months and when I go, they never are. I mean financial managers, Marcial Lenbert, Rafael Art and general manager who called me stay after lunch and the date (45 days later) has failed.

Purchased a used enclave, 5 months later vehicle no start and towed it back to Lehman for repair. No one serviced my truck on day one, day two I called and was told by Doreen Ma'am we can't locate your truck.Took off work and they've located my truck. They kept my truck for 3 weeks, poor correspondences, numerous excuses for the delay in repair and no corporate complaint number. Finally with the help from GM tech my truck was repaired and my bill was over $1600. No apology from Lehman service department, truck delivered back dirty inside and minor chipped paint. Also, truck need motor mounts, shock absorber and it appears smoke is coming from the tail pipe. I strongly believe the service department was aware of these problems before I purchased it.I'm a very unsatisfied custome.r

Extremely disappointed with my vehicle purchase from this dealership. After selecting the vehicle last week and my loan being approved and fully funded by space coast today, we contacted the salesman to advise that our loan was fully funded and that we will be picking up the vehicle today in the afternoon to please have it ready. Sales man assured that car was already detailed and ready. We arrived at dealership about 2 hours after the conversation with salesman and he was busy attending another client so he sat us in a room where we had to wait an hour for him to finish up with his client. The vehicle we had purchased was parked out in the front parking lot and full of ROACHES! We advised the receptionist of the issue and she sent the car to get detailed Bc sales man was not available to assist. Then when sales man became available he states that he isn't sure about how the loan process works with space Coast and says he wasn't sure why there were roaches in the car. I had to print the loan documents from the receptionist desk to give it to him. Then after waiting another hour he states we can't take the car home today because they are going to bomb the car with pesticide. We advised him that we live far and cannot afford to miss another day of work to deal with this matter which is why we called prior to our arrival to make sure everything was taken care of and to avoid any issues. We asked if there was any discount or feature that could be added to compensate our inconvenience and they said No!! While others are happy and excited to drive their newly purchased vehicle home from the dealership, We weren't that lucky. We went home without the car and regretting the purchase we made at this dealership. They could have done a better job and offered more quality service to us as we were new customers. Some more time from work will be missed tomorrow due to us having to return to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. This was an extremely unnecessary inconvenience. Big negligence on delivering quality service to a new client.

This was my first visit for the service and inspection of my new GMC TERRAIN. From the time of making the appointment to the completion of the work and the delivery of my vehicle, I was made to feel very comfortable and well treated by a very courteous and dedicated staff. Everything was completed within the time promised and the staff took the time to go through and explain the details of what was required to be done and the cost. I was kept up to date with how the work was progressing and how the schedule was going. On completion of the work, my vehicle was washed prior to delivery to me. I am looking forward to my future service engagements with Lehman Buick GMC.

POOR i took my new truck in for dashboard lifting, scratch in paint and front end shake a speeds over 70mph. The dash was replaced and lifted up again more then he first one, need to take in again, the scratch was about 2" long was buffed out leaving swirl marks on most of fender, as for front end shake tires were balanced but problem still exist.Told speed limit 70 so shake not a problem. need to take back in for service and spend another wasted day there.

I had an old Jaguar that was on its last leg; I kept putting more and more money into the car. I had in my head that as a home owner I should get some sort of SUV; I was tire of putting mulch and garden supplies in my car; but SUV's are pretty expensive so I was not sure what I should do. Being from South Florida I had known of the Lehman name for years; and I heard a commercial about their Buick GMC store. I decided to take a trip down to the dealership to see what I could afford. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Larry Russell. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him what I was thinking - some sort of small SUV but I did not want to break the bank. He said the he would get me a great price on my car and get me into exactly the car I could afford and needed. At that point he looked at my old Jag and said "I understand why you cant put mulch in that car...its too classy". So Larry got the keys to the car; and while it was being appraised he took me through the lot. The selection was abit overwhelming; but he kept me focused. We came accross a 2011 GMC Terrain. I really liked the look and the style of the car. He took me on a test drive and I have to say it was love at first "drive"! I had never driven a "truck" before and thought the ride would rough. It wasnt at all. During the test drive Larry was explaining all the features of the vehicle and how the radio worked, how to use the onstar etc. I could not beleive how much he know about the car! I mean how many cars are there on a car lot he know everythign about the car! When we finished the test drive we got back to the dealership and we were getting to the part I was dreading....How much down, what can you afford etc. It was not the case at all. Larry gathered some info from me. He took it to his manager and came back with an offer. It was exactly what I could afford; with was well in my budget I was thrilled! We wrapped up the paperwork and I was out before I knew it. I was prepared for the long haul! I have to say I have had and heard of nightmares in the car purchasing process...but I have to say Larry and the Lehman GMC Buick Team restored my faith. I have told several people that if they are looking for a car...they need to go no where else! I am very pleased with my car!

My husband did a lot of research to find the best price for a 2013 GMC Denali. We had some concerns from reading the other reviews. However, from beginning to end we were treated like the only customer with a lot respect. My husband brought in another dealerships quote, but they gave us a way better deal. Even when my husband and I left to make a decision, there was no pressure. Will plan on recommending Lehman Buick GMC to family and friends.

Tried to buy a used Lexus from this dealership through eBay. Their asking price was $19,995, I offered them $18.5k, they said sounds good come on in the dealership. When I get there they are talking about giving to me at my price plus a $1k dealer fee that was not negotiable. Would not get off the dealer fee, even insulted me by telling me that their price is out of my budget. These guys condescend and think they are too good to sell you a vehicle. To make it clear, the book value on this vehicle at the time was around $18k and the car was in their inventory for 2 months at the same price. I don't think my offer was unreasonable, and did not deserve to be treated like I was not good enough to buy the vehicle.

We recently purchased a used van from Lehman Auto World. Very nice people that went from nice to nasty after we learned there was only one key and after driving home to find out that the entire DVD system was no longer working. Which was the main reason we bought the car along with the price. Very dodgy operators, business manager was robotic in her approach to getting us out the door as quickly as possible as she seemed to busy to care that we had just given them $20k worth of business and were looking to buy a new car as well. Very bad experience, they have no warranties or customer satisfaction guarantees and charge dealer fees. Don' t give these people your money they don't like customers.

If you want a new GMC, this is the best deal in South Florida. I had a great experience purchasing a GMC Yukon! Professional from start to finish. My sales person Owen was courteous and patient. I never felt rushed. The manager (Dean) was honest and willing to go down on price. I priced compared them to other dealerships and they were the best, even before they lowered the price in negotiations.
