I have known this Dealership for over 60 years, when I walked in last week there were many new faces but still a few remaining from years ago. It was an excellent buying experience, the same friendly service as years ago. Mr. "you Know What to Say" greeted us himself. The salesman Ryan went over everything and made me comfortable with the new modern vehicle, the first new car for me since 1980. We were in need of a SUV or truck that could pull our boat or 4 wheelers. We started off by looking around the Stevens Point area. After looking at a few different car lots, we came to Len Dudas. We had seen a car on cargurus website that was located at Len Dudas. We live approximately 65 miles away. I had called and talked with salesman Eric Gille. After explaining to Eric where we lived I asked if the car had any blemishes either exterior or interior and what he could tell me about the car. We were impressed when we received a text from Eric shortly after talking with him indicating that he found 3 small imperfections and sent pictures of the VERY small blemishes on the outside of the car. We set up a time to come test drive the car, on short notice, and even though it was Eric's day off he came in to accommodate us. We had test drove other similar cars in our area so were familiar with the car but Eric extensively went over all the functions inside the car, set up my phone to be "synched" with the car and just took his time to be sure we understood everything (even on a Friday night). His knowledge of this car was quite impressive and very much appreciated! I would highly recommend Len Dudas and especially Eric as the salesperson! We love the car and had a wonderful experience...Thanks Eric!!!

Len Dudas made my wife and I feel so comfortable during the whole process of negotiating for our new used truck. Eric Gille our salesman was very polite and listened to our needs and wants. He went above and beyond when showing us the truck we eventually bought. Explaining every function and detail of the truck to us. I also shook hands with Mike Dudas that night and was impressed to meet him and talk with him. My wife and I would like to thank Len Dudas for such a great experience. I came in to look at a used Silverado since my Blazer broke down and worked with Ryan (RJ) Johson and he was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the truck and walking me through the different payment and warranty options. Everyone was really nice, and I drove off the lot with my new Silverado fully confident with my decision. RJ even extended to me the option to call anytime if I have any questions later. The level of service was above and beyond what I expected and I would definitely reccomend this dealer and RJ to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Was driving through the parking lot and talked to Eric. We just bought a 2013 malibu 8 months ago so we weren't really looking for anything. He asked us what he could do to put us in a 2016. I settled on a price with Bill on a new Silverado 1500 crew cab, gave them a check, signed paperwork, and shook hands. The next day I was informed they could not get the truck so they would get me more options. They came back with 2 different Silverado 1500 crew cabs. Both trucks had fewer vehicle options than the first one did and I would have to pay more for one of the lesser trucks they found. This is the type of sales tactics that give car sales people there reputation. They did deposit my down payment check right away and told me I would have to wait to get the money back until they could send me a check.

I went to Len Dudas just to look for a possible vehicle I would like. Ryan Johnson approached me just asking about me. He then proceeded to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He was able to get me into a test drive the next day. He is very nice and a very cool sales man. If he didn't know the answer to my questions he did everything to find it out. The entire focus from the minute I drove my car directly into the service area was on the customer need. The diagnosis was accurate, a wait area was provided with comfort for the customer in mind. Everyone in the area responded to my every question and concern. Communication from everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Mike Cook, service consultant, greeted me before I even turned off the car and it only got better from there. When it was time pick up my vehicle, even the checkout was friendly and accurate. I called ahead to verify a specific vehicle was available because I would be driving about an hour to get there. When I arrived the vehicle was inside waiting for me to inspect because it was raining. After our test drive I decided to purchase this vehicle and I was able to take the vehicle home that day. They drove my new car back to my house because I was not trading in the one I drove to the dealership and even took the time to put my licence plates on for me once there. This was on a Friday evening driving over 60 miles one way. I'm sure they didn't return until well after the end of the normal business day. Thank you again!

I bought a 2007 Toyota Prius from Lou Dudas. Within 3 days my maintenance light came on. Apparently, Lou Dudas didn't think it was necessary to do an oil change when they got the car. The detailing of the car was terrible, I DID NOT receive the CarFax I requested, and they were VERY pushy about NOT letting me test drive the vehicle. In addition, within 3 weeks of owning the car I had to: -Replace a wheel bearing ($300) -Replace all 4 tires (3/32 tread when I got them) ($500) In addition, I had to have the car inspected because obviously they didn't do their own inspection as an oil change wasn't even done. When i called the dealership, my salesman KENT, told me "it's not our problem." Those were his words exactly. But he did tell me he could get me some prices on tires. UN-FRICKIN-BELIEVABLE. All and all, Len Dudas sold me a $14k car and made me IMMEDIATELY pay over $800 in maintenance costs. Oh, and Kent never did call me back with those prices.

We were still undecided about what vehicle to purchase when we stopped at Len Dudas to look at the Avalanche and the Suburban/Yukon XL. Austin came and greeted us immediately upon our arrival and began answering all our questions. After an overview of the vehicles and a brief tour of the facility, we went out for our test drive. We thanked him for his time and energy and explained that we were undecided and needed to think things over. Once we finalized our decision, we called Austin and arranged to meet and see if we could close a deal on the Avalanche. Long story short, we now own a 2013 Avalanche and were very pleased with our experience at Len Dudas.

Austin was patient and knowledgeable answering all of our (many, many) questions. Mike Dudas is a hands on General Manager, and has thanked us time and time again for our business. I would like to take a few minutes to share the three most pleasurable car buying experiences in my adult lifetime.Last fall(2012)my wife and I decided to replace the old van for a more reliable all wheel drive suv. After some research we decided on a Cadillac SRX, our local cadillac dealer is Len Dudas motors,they had one on the lot,certified used,all around nice car.My work schedule to say the least is hectic,but our salesman, Austin Lamb, put me at ease and totally took care of everything,going far above and beyond my highest expectations.As luck would have it,the car was involved in an accident and was rendered a total loss,however performed exactly as it should have and no one was injured. I want to thank Jay Wolf for finding the exact truck I was looking for. He is very knowledgable at his job. He was able to locate a truck that had everything that I wanted, and he did not push additional features that I was not interested in. In addition to getting a great truck, and great service, they were able to get me an excellent loan rate. I have always had a preception of car salesmen being very pushy, and not the greatest listeners. Jay was neither of these, so hats off to him. After looking at a few of the Acadia's, we were met by a very personable and knowledgable man by the name of Austin Lamb. Jay didn't have what I needed on the lot when I was looking for a heavy duty work truck. Instead of just saying sorry and letting me go somewhere else to shop he took time over the next few weeks to find some options I might like. When a friend heard I was looking for a used car, he highly recommended that I talk to Austin at Len Dudas. When I got to the dealership, I sat down with him and went over what I was looking for in my "new" used car. Austin immediately was able to suggest several cars from that lot that matched what I wanted. His knowledge of the current inventory went a long way towards building my confidence in him. I selected a car and we were able to get all the paper work done and drive it home the same day! Now my family is growing and an upgrade is most likely in the future. Since I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for (sedan, suv, 4x4 etc), you might consider me a difficult customer; but not my sales professional, Jay. Once I gave him my "must have" list, he was more than happy to find me what I needed and wanted. Prior to purchasing with Len Dudas I had an all around poor experience with Courtesy Motors in Stevens Point WI when I had purchased a used vehicle with them. I decided it was time for a change and decided to go a different route and purchase a new vehicle with Len Dudas Motors. It was the easiest and most satisfying experience I have had with purchasing a new vehicle, choices can be a little tough when trying to decide which vehicle works best for you. Len Dudas was great. They have taken great care of me in every step of the way from the actual purchase of the vehicle to keeping up with recalls that come about with manufacturers and the shop/service deparment keeping me notified with any changes that arise. I would strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Len Dudas whether used or new. They have great owners, managers, and especially the sales people. We were looking for a car on the internet because we are memebers of Car Gurus and found a low mileage, one owner vehicle that was very high priced but it got our attention. The dealership was willing to work with us to negotiate a price. The back window does not work and it was scratched up a bit but the overall car was what we were looking for. It is a very clean dealership and our salesperson was excellent to work with.
