We recently bought a 2008 GMC Acadia from your dealership. 39,000 miles and VERY clean. Greg (and Dan) have been nothing short of AMAZING to work with!!! We had an issue with a tire rubbing on the wheel-well/car veering a bit to the left within our first 400 miles. Greg didn't miss a beat...he had us bring it in (were provided with a car to drive - which is essential to our household) and the situation was rectified correctly and quickly. Needless to say, we will be back and won't think twice about sharing our wonderful experience with our friends and family! It's very clear to my husband, myself and our twin boys (who LOVED the Starburst candy - by the way) that you TRULY value your customers!!! Please keep up the great work! The Anderson Family

We didn't necessarily plan on buying a vehicle the day we went to Lenzen. However, I can say that Jan Hendrickson's EXCELLENT service made us want to buy that day (and at your dealership)! She was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking at (Buick Enclave). She was not pushy either, which we appreciate.

It went well. There was a miscommunication, in that I scheduled an appointment for a Monday, but the service dept. made the appointment for Thursday. However, when I arrived Monday, they were flexible and able to fit me in and get me taken care of.

I find Lenzen having a great inventory and selection new and used. Very organized and eye appeal. My sales person Jan Hendrickson I would give her a five star. I was under the impression that I was going to be given a car while mine was being serviced. I was surprisingly mistaken. I had plans on doing errands during this time, but instead had to sit and wait for my vehicle. It was only an oil change, and they did get me in and out in a short time.

I have always liked the job your service folks do. These guys are friendly and get things taken care of. The only thing I would like is a fast change oil service where customers would have to wait less for this routine task sort of like Valvoline or Jiffy lube

I always come here. the technicians are very knowledgeable and everyone is very friendly. the prices are also very reasonable and I never feel that I'm forced into any decisions and I don't feel that unnecessary repairs are ever offered. I feel very safe and respected.

I was greeted with a friendly staff, given a ride to my place of work, and was notified when my car was completed. I had the auto butler and other things done. My car looked really nice again from the winter. Oh did I mention they got me in within a day of calling.

I could not have had a better experience searching for a new car. I was always welcomed at the dealership and Jan was outstanding. Even when she was with other customers she acknowledge me and that went a long way. I came in for a routine oil change and an engine malfunction light that flickered. I left with a fixed waterpump and timing chain--all under warranty! And I was able to use a loan vehichle! Very thankful!!

The Enclave we purchased is an excellent vehicle. This is our second and the first never gave us cause for regret. But why Lenzen's? They seemed more interested in meeting our needs than making a sale. That kind of personal touch, along with a great service department is what brought us there.

Stopped in with an under the hood noise. Mike Kloos got it in & checked out. It was repaired in 45 minutes while my granddaughter and I finished our MacDonald's breakfast in the showroom. Great srrvice!

I had to have my 2010 Tahoe towed to the dealer due to the Stabilitrak light and the Check Engine lights flashing and not being able to drive over 40 mph. The dealer was overbooked due to the extreme weather and could not guarantee when they could fix my car. The service manager found time that same day to check on the car and fix it and I was able to pick it up later than evening. I am extremely pleased with Lenzen Chevrolet for their above and beyond service.

I took my wife's Aveo in since the check engine light came on and she was hearing a noise in the front end. The guys in service and the service desk person took the car a couple of times to try to see what the noise was. It was hard to hear, and the last person confirmed a noise, but they determined it not to be needing repair and safe to drive. The check engine light had resolved itself, so they wrote down the cause code for future reference in case it happens again. The guys in service have always taken good care of me and are a good group to deal with, they are friendly and professional.

Took my car in for minor repairs and was so impressed with the service department and welcome attitude of sales and management, that I ended up trading in my car and getting a new Chevy. I did shop several dealers and brands before making a decision. But no one matched Lenzen for the focus on the customer's needs. The sales rep I worked with has invited me to return as often as necessary as I learn the many features of my new Chevy. Really pleased that I found this dealership as the place to buy cars and have them serviced. Hope I don't need it, but they have a body shop too. Had assumed Lenzen was a small local dealer, but found out they compete with much larger dealerships in sales and service.

I love the local town feel of this dealership, it's my second purchase from them in 14 months. I wouldn't take my business to any other place. I grew up a Ford guy and my last vehicle purchases have been new Chevys. I never thought that would have happened.

I called Wednesday for an appointment for Friday. Mike took the call, and was able to get me in Friday afternoon. When I arrived, the service writer went over what I wanted done, L-O-F & Tire Rotate, answered a couple of questions I had and took my keys; 30 minutes in & out, excellent, fast service. I have been dealing with this service department regularly for just over two years, and have never had anything but high quality courteous and prompt service.
