Absolutely LOVE Lexus of Lexington. I’ve purchased cars at 4 other larger dealerships that I know of but none even remotely compared to Lexus store of Lexington. They’re a 5 star facility. The salesman wasn’t pushy AT ALL! Just helpful, knowledgeable and SO ACCOMMODATING! The areas they have for you to wait in are super cool like a lounge with complimentary refreshments (they also have a private (and super cool looking) little playroom for the people with smaller kids to occupy them). They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are comfortable. ALSO, the bathroom in this place is so clean end nice! It’s more like something from a fancy hotel! So glad to do business with them!

Joe Mays was awesome! The whole experience was pleasant and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. I was given a fair price for my trade-in and a fair price on the vehicle I purchased. The entire transaction was seamless the other team members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Lexus of Lexington if you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle!

Dwayne was absolutely fantastic from day 1. He never pressured us and was so professional throughout our entire purchasing process. We would highly recommend Dwayne to our friends, and when we are in the market for another new car he will have our business. Mike was also fabulous in explaining the financial side of the sale. We were so impressed with everyone there! Lorri did an outstanding job of going over the tech stuff on our new computer on wheels! She was patient and was an excellent teacher. I doubt I would be able to drive it without her guidance!!!

Customer Buying Experience My sister test drove and discussed a GX460 at this dealership last week and expected the sales person to get back with her the next day with a quote on what they had discussed. She also ask for him to locate a 2020 for her. He did not get back with her at all the next day or the following days. So she took her business to Lexus of Louisville. They was more than happy to help her with her purchase and was very quick on finding and making a deal with her that day. Customer service is the most important part of a car purchase. This dealership needs to train the sales department on how to treat the customers and make the sale because it will help in the future. Customer is always right and first is what I have been taught through my life and I stand behind that with my job as well.

Very disappointed in integrity of service department. Took my car in for a relatively simple repair estimated to cost 400 dollars. When I was told the car was ready to pick up I was called back an hour later and now told that during a test drive that found that the engine needed to be replaced and the cost would be 7500 dollars. Then they suggested trading the car into them. By the time I went to reclaim the car it was barely drivable Heavy exhaust was coming from the tail pipe and this was definitely not an issue when I brought it in. So a,car that was fine when I brought it in was much worse when I picked it up. I later asked to speak with a manager who called and basically said that there was nothing he could do and that he stood by his mechanic who I think created a new problem or at best mis-diagnosed the original problem in order to prevent me from getting other opinions I will never return there even though my family has purchased three cars for that dealership in years past

I had the worst experience at this dealership. Please do not trust them! The sevice department is the worst I have used. CAUTION!! Please do not let them work on your car.

I arrived Saturday afternoon after emailing about a used car. The sales person I had spoken to was busy with another client and so another showed me the car, took me for a test drive and led the discussion about the price. Once we had decided on the price - the finances were quickly settled - with the car being cleaned and filled. My wife and daughter were impressed with the child play center, free soft-drinks and snacks in a very clean facility that let me look into the workshop are that was equally as clean. Overall a very pleasant experience in a great facility

Scheduled oil change on new Lexus bought from this dealership, told a 15-20 wait, after 2 1/2 hr of waiting at dealership finally got oil changed.

Shopped by phone about purchasing new Lexus RX 350. Live two hours away. Sales person Christian McElroy called back and said he found just what we wanted in their new car inventory. Was very impressed with his prompt return of information. Very professional and informative. Have previously owned two Lexus SUV's from another dealer. Will not go back there again. Dealership and personnel top notch at Lexus Store of Lexington. Will definitely be a return customer. Also, Grant Mazurek did an excellent job explaining features on the vehicle.

We have purchased 4 Lexus vehicles (we're previous Mercedes owners). Both are great brands but it the Lexus service department that won us over! No other dealership compares with how well you are treated when you take your vehicle in to be serviced. Once you purchase a Lexus you will be a Lexus owner for life. See salesman Dave Thomas when you stop in, he'll treat you like family. The service team are excellent, as we'll. The cafe and lounge area are an added bonus!Mr. & Mrs. Don Fugate

Although we did not ultimately do business, they were very helpful in supplying the information I requested. I tried to stop in on one of my business trips but could not alter my schedule. They even offered to drive the car to my location 100 miles away for me to test drive. That's earning customer loyalty.

My wife and I were looking for a RX400H for a while and we were having hard time finding a good clean SUV for the right price, sure we saw a few vehicles that we liked, but once we would call, the sales people did not know how to negotiate, it just never sounded like we were getting a good deal, and the more I was looking and calling the more frustrated I was getting that was until I called The Lexus of Lexington and spoke with Derrick Burns. This guy is amazing, and very humble kind of guy, he knew everything about this vehicle, and he was so sure that I was going to like the car,that he brought the car to me (3.5 hours drive) and said you don't have to buy it if you don't like it. Well guess what? I loved it, it was exactly what he said it was going to be, and we bought it. Thank you Derrick for going above and beyond. I will cartanly buy another vehicle from you again.Thank you Lexus of Lexington for having such nice staff abord.

Kudos to Lexus of Lexington--especially Carol Wesley who made our buying experience seamless and enjoyable. We drove over three hours from Knoxville, TN to find "just the right used car" for or daughter and Carol did not disappoint. She ensured that all of the behind the scenes paperwork was completed in advance so the only thing we really had to worry about was whether the vehicle that we had picked out on-line was a good fit for our daughter's first car. Carol went out of her way to help make a special day for our daughter, making sure that she understood every nuance associated with the car before we left the dealership. Carol's attention to detail and knowledge of the automobile itself was impressive and her approach to customer service was second to none. My daughter loves her car and we are most appreciative of the superior assistance that we received from Carol and the team at Lexus of Lexington.

Found my vehicle on cars.com and within 24 hours, a sales rep contacted my cell phone. Made arrangements to visit the dealership in Lexington (I live in Cincinnati) 48 hours later; test drove the vehicle; placed a down-payment and drove home still unsure if I would purchase. Arrived back at the dealership 96 hours later, participated in a non-haggling negotiation, purchased the vehicle and drove it back home! Extremely happy with price, terms, and interest rate! Extremely transparent sales process, wonderful and professional staff (from sales to financing to delivery); excellent amenities; I highly recommend you purchase your next vehicle from this dealer!

Great expirience , I all did just stop by to look at the car and ask few questions cars was great deal and great price. We got the car and I highly recomend seles consultant Tony Ottaiano Jr. He is Very nice person, no sales presure at all. not like you go in some other places and they attac you before you come out from the car! This Store provide outstanding service, very impressed!

The Lexus Store of Lexington is an awesome facilility with customer satisfaction at the center of the operation. I purchased a certified 2010 RX 350 with all the options I specified at what I considered a very fair price. I was very satisfied with the transaction and the service following the purchase. I can highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used Lexus.
