Where to begin: 1) After taking my $500 deposit on an agreed upon price for my 2015 rx350, Mike Penta called my father (not me, the buyer) to tell him price is actually $10,000+ more than price I agreed to. Apparently Mike Penta erroneously quoted me a 2013, instead of 2015 & I had to pay for his mistake...rather my father gave Lexus the $ for Penta's mistake. When confronted, Mike said I can go to another dealership but why bother if my father is giving me the 10K? 2)Mike Penta kept trying to change the time & date of my delivery from what we agreed upon, he kept forgetting things we would discuss & always confused me with someone else--he never had my file in front of his face or took notes when we spoke; 3) Penta agreed to have cuts, scratches & marks taken out of the car by buffing & touch up--this was not done when car was delivered to me; 4) car was supposed to be delivered to me at 1pm, it didn't show up until 4pm & I was never notified. Penta claimed this was not his responsibility to notify me it was late nor the person who was delivering it of the time it was expected; 5)I missed an appointment to have an alarm & remote start installed in car due to late delivery; 6) Penta fought me continuously on a remote start & alarm telling me A) you can't put those into acar with a push button start (this is erroneous, it can be done as per Lexus of Smithtown & any dealership that installs them) & B) you don't need them regardless of what you want & C) Penta claimed his remote start & alarm tech said they can't be installed, 7) the tech Mike Tennebaum that delivered my car was not only 4 hours late, he used my car as a taxi to drop someone else off on way to deliver my car; 8) Tennebaum forgot paperwork for me to sign & left paperwork I'd signed behind & bothered me while I was away & upon my return dealing with my own emergency; 9) Tennebaum kept hanging up on me on the phone every time I spoke with him; 10) Tennebaum has a tendancy to spit when he speaks, I was covered in his spit throughout the 2 hours he was with me & the car; 11) Tennebaum ripped a protective cover off the runner of my car instead of simply answering what it's purpose was, I wanted the protection & he said too late. 12) My family has purchased 5 sedans & 3 suvs, family friends purchased more, from this Mike Penta, and he treated me with such disdain & disrespect. Overall, I had the worst experience ever with a dealership; I spent a fortune on a luxury car & for elite service with someone who said he can be trusted because he valued my family's business. I will never bring my car to be serviced or fixed at your dealership, I will never have an alarm or remote start installed there. Penta & Tennebaum were incredibly unprofessional & rude. There is not enough expletives about to describe this horrible experience.

This was my fourth new Lexus purchased from Lexus of Southampton and the experience was as pleasant and seamless as the first purchase. Frankly, I don't think I would go anywhere else or purchase a different brand of vehicle. The entire team at the dealership, from the receptionist in the showroom to general sales manager Mike Penta, is most welcoming and makes your visit an enjoyable one. Kudos also are in order for Mike Tannenbaum for his very helpful technical support at the time I took delivery. All in all, I am most happy with the whole purchase experience at Lexus of Southampton and would definitely recommend them to any prospective Lexus purchaser. By the way, your waiting room new coffee machine is wonderful serving coffee as good as any Starbucks.

I'm extremely happy with Lexus of Southampton and especially my salesman Mike Cavaliere. He was such a nice guy and he didn't pressure me into buying the car at all! Mike is down to earth which is why I gave him this opportunity to beat a price I was given and he worked his hardest and beat the price. He was very accessible and answered all of my questions. I honestly had no intention of buying the car at this dealership, but Mike left an impression and I felt I owed it to him to give him the last shot. This is the 4th Lexus I purchased at this dealership, I would not go anywhere else. The personal service given by my salesman Frank Knoll makes you feel like family. The detail on the operation of the new car cannot be any more complete than that given by Mike Tannenbaum. He has complete knowledge of all the models. No question goes unanswered. The care given by the service dept is also a reason I come here. I am in and out for a regular service in less than 1 hour. It is never a problem to get an appointment,sometimes on the same day you call.

I had a dead battery in my 2011 LX 570 and needed to know if the battery would hold a charge or needed to be replaced. They arranged to service the car on a same day basis, charged up the battery, as I did not need a new one, washed the car, arranged for me to pick it up after the dealership was closed, and did not charge me anything. I wish all my experiences with service departments were so smooth. I can't say enough good things about them!!

Mr. Tannenbaum was very knowledgable about the Sirius XM radio system. I love the ability to select my own favorite type of music and he showed me how to do it, how to control it on the steering wheel, and he knew all of the stations' numbers and music, and he set it for me.He also sent the entire lineup of music to me via email the next day.He was friendly and smart and thorough.

I have always loved Lexus and will always drive one. After having a minor accident that left my beautiful 2004 Lexus GX 470 completely totaled, I went to the dealership for some ideas. Not thinking I would ever drive a car that wasn't an SUV, I walked out that day with a gorgeous 2015 NX 200t. I absolutely love my new car. Michael, Michael, and Jeff were very friendly, easy to communicate with and worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I could drive the car out when I wanted to. Michael helped me set up the car and taught me how to use all the new features (my old car still had a tape deck!) I couldn't be happier and will always use this dealership!

This would be my 4th or maybe 5th Lexus RX and I knew exactly what I wanted... until I saw the plethora of options, some of which I just HAD to have.Mike Penta captained my deal through tricky waters and eventually I got the car I wanted, plus some extras. We figured out that he worked at the dealership in 1990 when I got my first Lexus. We were very satisfied with his competence and congeniality.Then it was time for the technical stuff, and boy is this car loaded with user-friendly tech!! We were introduced to the new car's technology by Mike Tannenbaum who spent 2 hours with us and was very knowledgeable and patient. From our entering the dealership to the call several moments ago from them to inquire if there is anything about the car which we picked up two weeks ago that they can help with, Lexus of Southampton has been exceptionally customer-friendly, attentive and intuitive about our needs. We had an issue about being away on a trip for two weeks after we decided on the car. No pressure, just offers of practical help. Would we like the car brought to Westchester for our convenience? We thought they were kidding. Michael Tanenbaum was so patient and knowledgeable explaining and demonstrating the cool features that we actually remembered how some of them work. We have purchased just about every great car you can imagine, Benz, Bimmer, Jaguar, etc. but this place takes the cake. I bought my first Lexus ES 350 2010 at another dealership in western Nassau and traded it in for a new 2016 ES 350 to Lexus of Southampton, New York. I had been using their service department for scheduled maintenance and repair since 2012 on the 2010. It was because of their service department(thank you James) that I decided to give their sales department a shot. This dealership excels at all things LEXUS!! My salesman, Joe Savino could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. The General Manager, Michael Penta was a true professional. Our technology advisor, Michael Tannenbaum was so fantastic to work with He introduced us to our new car(our second Lexus ES350) and taught us about technology that had existed on our previous car, that we were not aware of. I have bought a lot of automobiles at a lot of different dealers, but I can assure you, my next automobile will be a Lexus and will be bought at Southampton Lexus. These gentlemen have made a loyal customer out of me.

I have owned other luxury cars in the past but this is my first Lexus. Every experience I've had since I bought the car 6 months ago has been fantastic. Making my appointment for service on line was so easy and the response was very fast. Everyone I dealt with from the greater to the guy stocking the waiting room with great snacks and drinks was a sheer pleasure. I have used this service dept. for 7 years. They have always been thorough in diagnostics, made suggestions for me to consider without being pushy and helpful with alternatives when moneyis tight. I wish the labor rate wasn't so high so I could use them for everything but I would not hesitate to recommend them. Any time there has been an issue they have followed through and fixed the problem. All employees are pleasant, well informed, and it is a pleasant environment to wait in if I don't choose to take a loaner, which has never been unavailable if I needed it.

I recently dropped off my Lexus LS for routine service of the timing belt and water pump. I was greeted quickly and provided with the prearranged loaner car and off I went. We had several problems with our brand new car that had very littlemileage on it and wasn't used much as we bought the car and then hadto go out of town for a month. They didn't make good on any of theproblems, totally denied responsibility - had to put in a new navigation systemand that one doesn't work properly either; and then after 100 miles wegot a flat tire. The mechanic at the gas station we took it to said there was afaulty valve. The dealership denied this, played dumb and we had to buy a new tire for250.00 - on a new car! They shouldn't be in business with that kind of shabbyservice.

Salesman Erik with his manager Tom of Lexus of Southampton proivded me with a friendly and professional experience, and ultimately a brand new vehicle. Thanks to Abbbas Rajani's patient and customized tutorial, I have a full understanding of each of the the nuance options that my vehicle came with. One criticism (please do not delete from my review): Hello? It's winter in the northeast. This is a luxury vehicle...The dealership never recommended all-weather rubber mats with my package. Had I thought of it, I would have asked. I simply did not think of it, as my previous car had these all-weather protective mats. In all my past cars, I have had such mats... Shopping for my car during one of the worst winters of the century, frankly, I am surprised that no salesperson at Lexus thought to call it to my attention... No sooner did I leave the dealership (on one of the messiest road days of the year), when I realized. When I called to inquire if they might include them, I was politely told "No" If I wanted them, they would be full price and they come in sets of 4... Gotcha! I felt like the deal was done and I was yesterday's news. It isn't the additional cost for the mats that irks me; it is the fact that no one suggested them in the first place. Other than that, great experience!

Literally one week prior to leaving on a road trip to Miami in a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid (not something we were looking forward to) we received a letter from Matt saying that he had a customer interested in our vehicle. My wife called Matt on Saturday and asked if he was serious. He said yes. She gave him some impossible parameters no the least of which was we needed the car in our hands four days later on Wednesday. As we left for the dealership my wife told me we were not getting a new car. We met with Matt and Bob. Both were incredibly kind and helpful. We test drove the car with Bob after which Matt made us a proposal that we simply could not walk away from including delivering the car within our time frame. At no point did we feel pressured to make the deal offered.We very much appreciated their honesty, willingness to answer all of our questions and making us a sensible deal. It is worth noting that our ride to Miami was so much more pleasant in our new Lexus.

First I would like to thank Elizabeth, receptionist, at Lexus of Southampton. She knew that I needed assistance even when I didn't ask for it. The enform remote was not working on my new IS20. She contacted Matt Margiotta and explained the situation. Matt Margiotta called me to say that he'll get a technician to contact me at home. A technician from Lexus of Smithtown called me immediately. I should have written down his name. This gentleman was very knowledgeable, explained the process, walked me through the process, stayed on the phone with me the entire time, and very patient. In no time the remote feature was working. The technician and Matt went out of their way to make sure that the remote start feature was activated on my new IS250. Matt worked diligently and he was very patient. Now I am able to remote start my car two different ways. This gives me the comfort of getting into a nice warm car and heated seats during these cold winter days. Many thanks - Matt, Elizabeth, and the technician! It's truly a pleasure doing business with both of you.

I believe this dealership should warn perspective customers that they are in for a surprise. I had been looking for a a used car for several months. I have no patience for salesman and their managers who mislead and play the "add on game" after a price is agreed upon. Surprise! My salesman, Mr. Corneille was not pushy. He spared me the car salesman double talk. When discussing price, he told me what the best out-the door price he could offer. Whenever, I go to Lexus of Southampton, I feel "special". I'm greeted by name by the service reps (Michael & James) as I enter the door. Dave, who had sold us our cars never fails to stop in the reception area to say hi. I suspect the service reps know me by my car and appointment, but not sure how Dave knows I'm there. The reception/waiting area is clean and well stocked with refreshments. We never feel "forgotten" as every person who enters the area, greets us. The reps keep us apprised of what is happening to our cars. My husband also owns a car from Lexus of Southampton. These are our third and fourth Lexus cars. We've recommended Lexus of Southampton to friends who have gone there and also bought cars. Personally, I hate buying cars, but Dave made it easy and pleasant. The service reps keep the cars running. We needed our annual New York State inspection so we called Lexus and they said we could come the next day. When we arrived, Michael Biscardi, the service advisor greeted us in a very friendly manner and suggested our car get the routine service inspection as well. He explained what was to be performed and told us it would take about an hour. We relaxed in the well-stocked waiting room. When the service was completed, which included a complementary wash, he brought to Maria, a very pleasant receptionist, for credit card payment. The whole experience went very well and I recommend them highly.

The group of people with whom I interface in the service department from the person who fills out the paperwork for my car to the cashier who rings me up are extremely customer service oriented . i have never had a bad experience at this dealershop. The service on my car is performed in a timely manner and the car is spotless when it is returned to me.The work done is fully explained to me before I pay the service bill.In addition, a comfortable and fully equipped and spotlessly clean waiting room is provided to the customer, which contains, a TV, periodicals, computer desks and coffee, tea, and assorted beverages and snacks.When work on the car was going to take the better part of a day, a rental car was provided. Additionally, the work performed on my vehicle has always been expertly done. On this particular visit, I needed work done for which the necessary parts were not in stock. Rather than have me wait for the hour or so it would take to get the part or have me come back the following day, I was loaned a car. Since picking up my car on the following day, I have had no recurrent problems. Lastly, as additional evidence of my "excellent" rating for this service department, on the day of my visit I was offered two free passes to a day at the US Women's Golf Open being held in Southampton that week :)-

I have visited this service department a few times over the past 4 years and each and every time they are courteous, time efficient and give excellent quality service. In my 30+ years of owning a car and dealing with different dealerships, I have never come across a better service department. There are many dealerships that are more convenient to where I live, but I prefer to wait until I can get to Lexus of Southampton. They are exceptional!

After a thorough discussion with Nelson Resnick, the used car salesman, we decided on this model, specifically the hybrid. He took us, my wife and I through every detail of the car prior to making our decision. Once the car arrived we went through it in great detail prior to finalizing the purchase. Every step of the way, his complete knowledge of the vehicle and its special features was critical in my finalizing my selection. Since the hybrid Rx is less common than the regular Rx it took several weeks for the car to become available. Nelson kept us posted all along the way until the vehicle was ready to be picked up.Lexus is my choice of cars, and Lexus of Southampton is my extra special choice of dealership.

I had parked my car in long term parking at East Hampton for three weeks . When I returned, I found that there was a deep bang in my rear bumper as well as some collateral damage. I was upset since I have been treating my caar like apampered child since I leased it in August 1012. I brought it in to my Lexus dealer. James, at the service desk, looked at it and said that perhaaps I should not do anything until l close to the end of my lease term. However, he saw that I would be very uncomfortable without repairing the large dent so he agreed to my bringing in the car and lettting the service staff knock out the dent and claean up the damage as best they can. This was done at no charge, and the service people were able to repair the damage to at least 80% of complete repair. I am very pleased with the work and with James, his courtesy and consideration.

We've been with Lexus of Southampton for more than nineteen years. At first it meant long trips back up island for servicing and wished there was a closer dealer. Every survey we received from Lexus went back with a request for a dealership on the East End. We we overjoyed when we learned that one was scheduled to be built in Southampton and couldn't wait for the day to come.One or two ES 300 sedans, 2 Gs and 3 Rx 350's later we are thriving with our latest 2013 RX350. I had been looking for a new car for the past year of so, I had looked at BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes. I waffled between coupes and sedans, seriously not knowing what I wanted nothing seemed to say pick me. I decided to stop in and look at an RX 350 because of the amount of snow we had gotten the past year. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door at how nice everyone was, I was introduced to Don DiCostanzo, who listened to what I wanted, I had quiet the list too! He had one RX 350 on the lot that fit everything I wanted. Within an hour and a half I painlessly had the car I had been looking for, for over a year. It was truly and enjoyable experience and I am nothing but delighted with my RX 350. I almost can't wait to buy another one!

This was my 10,000 mile checkup/oil change. I made the appointment online and got my preferred time. I dropped the car off and then went out to breakfast. The man at the desk was very friendly and told me to enjoy my breakfast and he'd give me a call when it was finished. It was done in an acceptable amount of time and when I walked in to pick it up, the gentleman gave me my keys and off I went! The car was cleaned and looked great. They called prior to my appointment to remind me and afterwards to see if I was pleased. Great dealership!

I honestly don't know where to begin, let's start with AMAZING! When I first found the car online, I immediately called to see if it was still available. I was lucky enough to have Don answer all of my questions about the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. He was very respectful, patient and detailed. He immediately sent me the carfax and additional information for the vehicle. He offered to show me the vehicle that same day, which he did. Because of the great price on the car, I drove 80 miles to the dealership. I must say, this was the best idea I ever had. When we arrived, Don was there waiting patiently, and prepared. He was very personal, friendly, and hassle-free! Don showed us the car and I was very impressed. The car was clean, and ready for a test drive. Aside from the fact that I fell in love with the vehicle, Don took great care of us. When we got back, he made us feel very comfortable. He offered us coffee, refreshments, and made us feel like we knew him for years. He cared about how I felt as a buyer and made sure I new the benefits of the car and deal I was receiving. Before I knew it, a deal was struck. The very next day, I was driving home a brand new lexus! He offered his assistance with any questions I may have in the future. James and Michael in Service have spoiled me for life! My 2006 with 100,000 drives so smooth it is hard to imagine ever driving another car, except with a daughter in college, I could use another car so Nelson will find another slightly used Lexus for me. Twelve years ago I moved to eastern Long Island. I began servicing my Lexus SUV, purchased from another dealer, with them. To say that we have not been disappointed is a mighty understatement, they are just terrific. Their appointment system is very efficient. When you arrive you are greeted with a smile and willingness to assist with the smallest problem or guidance in using new equipment. The waiting room is comfortable and has a great coffee machine. While preparing to return to the States after living overseas for several years and needing a new car, I searched the Internet for a very specific used vehicle. My search lead me to Southampton Lexus and eventually in contact with Don Dicostanzo. Most of the transaction was handled via e-mail, he promptly answered every question I asked and even allowed an independent third party to examine the car on my behalf. Don ensured I had all supporting documentation needed to register the car in my state and made himself available prior to and after shipping the car. This says it all: I was at a fundraiser, sitting with several women who all owned a Lexus and we were discussing how much we loved our cars, the service and Michael. I purchased my Certified Pre owned Lexus a bit less than 2 yaars ago, My Salesman Nelson was great and I feel I got a fair deal. I have dealt with Michael Biscardi for all my service needs. He has been great since day one. He is always out the door to greet me when I come in for service and has taken care of any issues that I have brought to his attention. I had a flat tire and needed to have it repaired or exchanged. I had been in touch with Mike Bisardi because I was having trouble getting to the dealership because of a family emergency. During a very tough day, Mike and his team were so nice, and so helpful, and really made a situation that could have been a hassle quite easy. Immediate road side presence when car died....took 5 minutes....made every step of a bad situation as painless as possible. The repair was done promptly within 24 hrs...and a loaner car was offered.....there was no charge because it was covered under the power train warranty. Personally I am very skeptical of any saleman selling any products but I can sincerely state that Don Di Costanzo and Michael Penta were real people making a very big effort to give the client everything. I bought my Lexus RX 2009 from this Dealership. All i can say is they are the Five Star people. I was kind of hesitant to pick a car online and travel all the way to Long Island from Massachusetts but believe me its worth driving up there. The key point that qualifies them for five star service are- No Surprise any where in whole transaction- Quick and satisfactory reply of all my queries.- Excellent customer service.I would surely recommend them to friends and family.Thanks

I purchased my 2006 GS300 from this dealer approximately five years ago and have been extremely happy with both the car and the service department ever since. I've always had my car serviced there and have recommended them to friends and family. It is, by far, the best service I have ever experienced! When we are in a financial position to buy a new car, I will definately purchase another Lexus from Lexus of Southampton!

MY wife and I live in Brooklyn and normally have our car serviced at the Lexus of Manhattan but since we were heading to the Hamptons for Easter Weekend to visit my parents we brought our car in for 60,000 mile checkup to Lexus of Southampton. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would visit here again should the need arise when we are in the Hamptons.

Flat tire, Baby in car and awaiting callback from AAA. A call to Lexus of Southampton and Maria put me in touch with Michael. Two gentleman - Glenn and Patrick, came to my location , changed my tire and brought my damaged tire back to dealership, along with broken key for tire. Once service was complete - all less than 1 hour, Maria called to follow up and tell me a new tire and key are in stock and ready for the next day. Unbelievable. Reliable, professional and every person kind and efficient. LOVE my Lexus and my dealership. To all the gentlemen who saved me and my baby from being stranded today - endless Thanks!!!

I have owned cars from other dealerships in my life. This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with.They are always professional, courteous, friendly. They respect my time. They provide a comfortable, clean waiting room -- or often a loaner.We purchased our "new" car here in 2010 because the service we had received on our 12-year-old SUV had been outstanding over the years.

It is with GREAT pleasure and heartfelt thanks to all of the gentlemen above (mechanics and techs names to follow) that I write this thankyou note for protecting and repairing my second largest investment. I noticed my car was burning an unusual amount of oil and spoke to the ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable and caring gentleman Mike Bascardi about it. He went above and beyond and acted immediately and without hesitation and said he was going to bring in a special tech/engineer to examine and test the vehicle. They found the problem and REBUILT the engine! When I picked up the car I met the service manager Frank Licari, not only did this understanding conscientious gentleman put my mind at ease about the quality of workmanship and amount of time and effort that all the mechanics put into this car, he explained that even if it wasn't covered under warranty they would have fixed it ANYWAY! I have owned MANY cars and dealt with many sales and servicemen in my life, BUT NEVER have I dealt with a dealership and and group of OUTSTANDING individuals like this from sales(Mike Penta, Dave Meiselbach) to service (Mike,Frank,James,Mitch and all the GREAT mechanics)That's why I will only buy a Lexus from now on and ONLY buy from LEXUS OF SOUTHAMPTON!Sincerely,Michael Abatangelo

I brought two cars in for service today, one after the other, and each time I was greeted at my car with a smile. The intake was quick, Mike kept me informed of how my cars were progressing during each visit, he answered all my questions with concise answers and, if there was a decision to be made, he came in to describe my options in enough detail to enable me to make that decision quickly. I felt quite comfortable in the waiting room, with snacks, drinks, a TV, and comfy chairs with little desks to allow me to use my computer easily. It was not my first time there. In my experience, the overall atmosphere is always relaxed and the staff and technicians are consistently patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The prices are no more, no less than the other Lexus dealerships around the tristate area.

Mike Biscardi was my service rep. He did a fantastic job. He helped me select the proper service so I did not spend more money than I should. He then arranged, at no expense to me, a loner car because my car had 2 recalls; and needed to stay overnight. He then arranged for a dealer letter I needed so that I could get my car registered in Florida. He arranged for me to get 2 addittional letters because the DMV in Florida could'nt make up their minds what they wanted. I don't have to tell how stressfull that experience can be, but Mike helped me thru it. He was calm , and helped me stay calm. He put much more time into helping me than anyone would have ever expected. Thank you Mike, you are a gentleman and were a pleasure to work with.This is the first time I ever wrote a letter like this, that's how much I was impresseed with Mike Biscardi.Joe Siegel, Palm Beach, Florida

This dealership is truly a pleasant surprise after having shopped around for my RX400h. The cars in the lot were all well maintained, clean and prepared. All staff members were friendly, helpful and did not pressure me at all during my visit. Dave is exceptional in providing courteous service, and definitely did not waste my time with sales techniques as did other dealers. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in the cars on the lot and knew exactly what he was talking about. He answered all of my questions and more during the test drive and really proved to be pleasant and friendly throughout my two visits. He understood and acknowledged that my time is as important as his, and worked out a deal in no time at all. Dave is respectful, courteous, polite and really smart- and I wish continuing success for him at Lexus of Southampton. I cannot praise this dealer enough. Please do yourself a favor and stop by- your experience will definitely prove to you what an amazing job these guys are doing. You don't need to buy a car from them to know.

The sales group understood my needs and developed the right car and financing for me. They were very responsive and did not over pressure me. This dealership and its people are head and shoulders above the competion. I liked everything so much that I purchased a second Lexus for my wife, when actually we were looking for a far less expensive and basic car. I found the dealership was good at their word.

We purchased a used Lexus Rx400H and thanks to Chris Casey my long drawn out search ended at Lexus of Southampton. Chris was great helping me find the car I wanted at the price we could pay. Dhris knows his product, is not pushy and truly wants to make his customer happy, and we are! The dealership could not be better either, they give you so much attention and wonderful service. We will definitely see Chris for our next car and look forward to the great service and personal sttention as well.

I have found Lexus of Southampton to have superior customer service. I have now owned a Lexus for 10 years and both their sales and service departments are professional& knowledgeable. The service manager, Derrick is extremely helpful and courteous. Sometimes, in the car industry, it is hard to trust... but I trust Derrick completely, for all the needs of my Lexus. I always tell my friends, they should buy a Lexus... they have the best customer service.

I just can't say enough nice things about this dealership. I have visited the service departments of some of the luxury cars and they just don't hold a candle to the attention and pampering that is the standard here. This dealership is the reason I will always drive a Lexus! I have had my Lexus for 5 years and in that time this dealership has become part of the family. There have been many times where they have picked my car up from my job and either dropped it back off before my day was over or set me up with a loaner so I was never stuck. They are always super nice and helpful and I never have to worry about being taken advantage of. Derrick, the service manager is a sweetheart and knows the whole line of cars like the back of his hand so all my questions are always answered. Maria who schedules all the work couldn't be nicer and always gets me in last minute if I get in a jam. Mike, and James are great at their jobs and always take great care of me and call before any work gets done. You won't be disappointed!!

This is my 4th Lexus dating back to 1990. This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Mike Pinta is the general manager and he treats his customers with care and concern. he makes buying a new Lexus fun. This is my 2nd Lexus from Southampton and I wouldn't buy one anywhere else,even though there are closer dealers. I play golf with 4-5 friends and we all drive the same car Lexus RX 450 purchased from Mike.

Early on a Saturday morning I discovered that my right front fender had been bumped and pushed out of alignment. I went directly to the dealership. They not only fixed it immediately, they did my 5000 mile service call, and they didn't charge me for either. They were as professional and courteous as could be, and I was back on the road in just under an hour.

This dealership is awesome I am busy with 4 children. They always arrange for a loaner to keep me moving. They are always prompt with service when I have to stay. Very courtous go the extra mile to help in all the little ways that mean a lot like helping put car seats back in ,etc. They keep me posted on all car repairs time & cost.
