The buying experience was transparent, hassle free and very pleasant!!!! Bruce and his family made the entire transaction, my 30+ (one way) miles drive and the 04 Chevy Colorado truck well worth it. Ian went over all the things I needed to know about the entire sale......great job!!!!! They have the "WOW Factor" and that was evident to me with their outstanding customer service!!!!! This dealer is a family business every car in lot for sale are ready n good to go, I just got a Mitsubishi sport 2003 n it run great ,look great price s great . Mr. Miller Bruce is very straight up man so his son ,they ll tell you how it is n no funny business , come in n see . When come to buy used car , you need dealer that you can trust . As for me I'm every happy with my car , I can say much more but you need to come n see ok , good luck with your buying , n thank you to my dealer n every body work there , n they are very friendly you ll see .

I've dealt with more than few used car dealers withing last 6 months...purchased and returned one car because after less then 100 miles, dashboard looked like a Christmas tree, put down payment on another one and backed out of it cause of incorrect advertised mileage. (ran carfax independently of the car dealer's carfax copy and realized was being cheated). Unlike other dealers, experience with Ian and Bruce Miller was completely opposite. Very friendly and honest people. I bought 2002 Volvo XC70 from them. and when the time comes, i'll be going back to Linden Towne for another one. I would highly recommend father/son team to anybody.

A friend recommended this place to me. I was skeptical because there were only a few cars on the lot...and that was because they SOLD them all :) When I was there cars were going like hotcakes! Many places were near by but this was the only one with customers. When someone does their job well, the word circulates. Bruce and his son Ian knows good cars. If you pick this place you will get a quality car and be dealt with, with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Linden Towne Auto Sales.

This dealership is beyond words.. Ian and Bruce helped me find my Dream Car! An absolute Cream Puff! They were very friendly and professional and gave me an awesome deal, they even got me approved by the bank only minutes before they closed. I was happily able to drive off in my car after only about 45 minutes. Bruce made sure the car was is pristine condition, while Ian finished up with my paperwork. Ian and Bruce were extremely helpful with providing information for the BMW I purchased there. They were not pushy as some salesman can be. Their price was excellent compared to other BMWs I researched. My fiance went to their deanship first to check out the car. I told them what I wanted and what I could spend and I could not be happier with my new car.They gave me two options. I test drove them. Linden towne auto falls in the category where many other car dealerships don't...There prices are very reasonable and to top it off they stray far away from selling you a lemon...my hat goes off to linden towne auto for an experience of excellent service ..and for not just wanting to take my money but for wanting to sell me a car that I can consider to be a car with value and worth purchasing..thank you guys for your service and more so your honor and dignity in doing upright business...I recommend you to all and look forward to doing business again with you guys in the near future...

I had an amazing experience with this dealer, him and his son are very friendly and professional. I LIVE IN Roselle NJ , and was pleased to meet Bruce ... who Is the owner / buyer /and seller at LInden towne . I first met him ... after driving buy his lot ... spotting a 1969 cougar convertible for sale ( Quite an unusual car to see on a used car lot ) anyway , after speaking about the car , and other cars in general ... I was comfortable and impressed with his car knowledge. I bought the car that same day . Since I live close by , I always look to see what cool cars he has on the lot .... And with summer here , I was looking for another convertible .... I would love to buy a new one but I just cant afford to go out and buy a new car. I would rather buy one used and let someone else take the hit on the initial drop in book value . especially on a car that I would try not to use in the winter. Well , a ( ruby red !!! ) 2014 Mustang convertible was sitting on Linden townes lot.... It was basically a new car , with most of its factory warranty remaining... and over $10,000 below the original MSRP . The car wasn't even a year old !!!!!!! So of course I bought it and clearly I am super happy with the deal that I got !!!! Its rare to find a car dealer that is fair and honest .... So I felt that it was important for me to tell others I've been a car guy for over 30 years ... and bought my share of different cool cars ..... I would never have thought two of them would have been from a used car salesman !!!

I found Bruce and son Ian to be helpful, not pushy, willing to aswer questions and helpful in cloing the deal for a very resonable priced Ford Escape. AT pickup it was clean as can be and they even helpd move some item from my trade in to the Escape so I culd be on my way. THe took care of the pperwork and helped with licensing etc. I recommend them strongly. The earned it.Being on the internet helped my car search a lot. I must have searched 50 dealers online.

BE VERY CAREFUL....went to see a truck and ask about loose panels on dash and center console. Bruce was like its an old truck. The whole dash was loose. Also, there was service message on the dash and he said just to bypass the message and its fine. Nothing wrong he said. Very rude that I asked questions as a potential buyer and stated "The car is not for you!". Check other left feedback-from another consumer to another, I wouldn't waste the time like I did.

Beware!!! Do not buy from Bruce. I see that I am not the only one that got conned into buying a SANDY FLOOD vehicle. It took about a month to notice but Bruce will deny it of course. Bruce buys junk that he can tape together and make a fortune on. Think twice before you buy from this guy.

UPDATE: 11/29/2013After being completely disappointed with the purchase of the rusted out Expedition and after politely mentioning that I would get my lawyer involved (apparently it is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle with a rusted frame in the state of NJ EVEN though it is still AS-IS, that does not apply. With that being said, Bruce agreed to take the truck back and ONLY swap me into another vehicle on his lot. At the time, the only vehicle I was remotely interested in was supposedly "sold", so I pitched a fit and he sold it to me for an additional $4500 on top of the $3000 I already paid. I purchased a 2004 Ford Explorer XLT with about 75000 miles on it, initially I was pleased with the truck but then quickly noticed that it needed 2 front wheel hub bearings and the 4x4 made this horrible clunking noise when it was trying to engage. Also, I have/had a feeling this vehicle may have been a victim of Hurricane Sandy as there was an awkward smell on the inside that did not sit right with me.As of now I got rid of the Explorer and purchased (elsewhere) a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and couldn't be more happier! Bruce had contacted me asking me to take the review down but I had a change of heart and customers need to know and be informed nowadays with used car dealerships. I understand times are tough but people do need quality used vehicles and if that is what you advertise then practice what you preach!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Post:I purchased a 2000 Ford Expedition from Bruce. After taking the vehicle into the shop I found out that I need quite a bit of work to be done due to the rusting. I called him back with the hopes that he would work with me on taking this vehicle back and swapping me into another but he did not want to hear that at ALL. He has a very passive aggressive attitude and like to over speak with you on the phone. A few months ago actually we bought a Dodge from here. It still runs good and it was an overall good process. The only thing that I will say is that well with any used car dealer, check EVERYTHING in the car and out. Just a few minor little things in the car needed fixing like the brakelight, the visors were broken. At first the car actually didn't start but, however he did replace the battery with a brand new one. The tires also needed to be changed. So when you go here just make sure you have covered everything, every single little detail of the car. But, I will say that for the price that we paid, I suppose we got our money's worth.

My experience with this dealer was excellent. I called him about a car I saw on the Internet. He told me the quoted price was the total price with no additional fees. (The fact that I live in New York State and would get my own plates helped.) When I came to the dealership, he was ready with the car, a 2003 Focus wagon, which was even cleaner than I anticipated. My wife test drove it (it's for my son) and we were very pleased. We signed the papers (which had the originally quoted price). Bruce put a temporary license on the car and sent us the title, which arrived within two weeks. I've had good experiences buying other cars (as well as some lousy ones), but none was easier or more pleasant than this one.

I purchased my sons first car from this dealership, we bought the car after a quick test-drive. However if we were able to test drive the car for a few more minutes we would of discovered that once the engine warms up the transmission begins to slip, also the power windows and locks are not wired correctly causing the electric to be very un-reliable in the car. I would NOT recommend this dealer, hes just out for your money.
