I have been a Lithia customer for sometime now, the staff have always been professional and friendly, taking the time to ensure that my vehicles are in the best condition as possible. They make my safety their priority to 5he smallest detail. I have friends and family who are Lithia customers as well, they are in agreement with me. We came in a few times looking for a good winter vehicle and due to not having the best credit and not the biggest inventory in our price range... it wasn't easy. Michael Staley is by far the best car salesman I have ever met. Not only is he honest, consistent and determined, but an all around great person. Thanks to him I got another chance at a vehicle and on top of that, the one I really wanted. He made sure that we got what we were looking for as well as, made sure that everything worked out in the end and for that I am forever grateful. An experience I wont ever forget.

I drove 4 hrs to this dealer after calling and confirming that they had 2 different trucks I had found online. I was informed that both trucks would be available to look at and test drive when I got there. After getting to the dealer, only one truck was available and the other was on a lift with no one available to get it off the lift for the remainder of the day. I did end up purchasing the other truck after confirming the truck had intact gone through a 101 point inspection which ( supposedly) found no issues and the rest of the sales process went smoothly. Less then a week later I brake down on the side of the highway and my truck will not start. I get it towed to a mechanic who found very low fuel pressure and the water separator was completely rusted over. I called Lithia later that day and was told that the manager would be in the following day. The next day the manager wasn’t in his office again and was proceeded by a weekend. Mid week the next week I finally get ahold of the manager who says that because I didn’t get the warranty they offered. They couldn’t do anything for me. I get that I didn’t get the warranty but less then a week later braking down and not starting is a bit much. All I wanted was for them to at least offer a small fraction of the bill since they had just completed the inspection. If you plan on purchasing a truck though then. Don’t trust their service department because they dropped the ball on me.

I worked with Michael and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car, he bent over backwards to meet my needs and preferences in a car. He worked with me even though I didn’t have perfect credit, but even with all the struggling he got me into a vehicle that met my needs and appealed to my preferences. If you shop through Lithia in Great Falls ask for Michael.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the smooth purchase process we experienced while buying our Ram at Lithia. The salesman, Shawn Larson, was very knowledgeable about the Ram products and all the various models to choose from. He was probably the most friendly and organized salesperson we have ever dealt with and would definitely request him should we decide to buy another vehicle. For the time being we are thrilled with our Ram and will be taking it on the road next week. We are really looking forward to spending some fun time in our new truck.

My salesman Brent Viste was more then helpful. He was patient, kind, respectful and courteous. He was quick to address any problems and extremely easy to talk to. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and courteous and I never felt that "pressure to buy". I had a rather unique circumstance and he stepped right up and gave me the best service I could possibly expect. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership and Brent to everyone I know. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful as well.The only complaint I have is the parking situation at the dealership. They definitely need more room.Thank you for turning my heartbreaking experience into the best experience of the year!

I would like to share with you a recent experience I had with your dealership. I had been experiencing some problems with tire pressure variances on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am new to Great Falls and my husband was out of town when the event occurred. Ive heard horror stories of females going in to car related businesses for an oil change and coming out with a new engine and chassis. I was a little apprehensive to say the least. However, you have a spectacular young man by the name of Jamichael who assisted me. Jamichael was very reassuring that the best of care would be taken with my vehicle to return it to par condition without any unwarranted repairs. He arranged a service appointment for my vehicle (the appointment was less than 24 hours from my contact with him) and he offered to arrange to get me to work so I did not have to wait around. It was a great experience and the very next morning, I was on my way after a simple tire repair. What great service! And, as a bonus I found a car dealership I can trust. Thank you Jamichael!

My name is Michael Flesch I was looking to buy a new car, I told Kris I'm Looking for a Challenger. I have just what your looking for Kris Mckelvy said Kris Mckelvy. He took me for a test drive and got me approved the 1st day!!!!! Very Impressed!!!!!! It took 3 hours but it got done. They paid off the previous one. Took care of 6000 negative equity. The 2nd car they got me into 2016 Chrysler 200 Love the car but After signing the new contract that said nothing about the remaining $500 on new contract but after signing the new contract they tried bringing up stuff from the old contract. They said they tried reaching my phone. In my defense my phone was shut off due to me missing work due to my Grandma Doris Flesch passing away. I have Kris Mckelvy on Facebook,they had my address to send correspondence,also a email, and none of the secondary forms of contact were used. There was some miscommunication. They are Excellent at Sales!!!! But Great Customer Service Skills needs work. Doesn't do well with constructive criticism. I told them the down payment for the 2012 Dodge Challenger should of been dealt with before the signing of the new contract. Kris Mckelvy started yelling at me. His sales managers just let it happen!!!! I got an apology from Kris Mckelvy so problem solved!!! NEVER talk Sales Manager Brian B. He treated me like a criminal over $500. Didn't appreciate it. I offered to make payments to him He was rude as xxxx, and passed me off enough I went peeling out off the dealership. He's an xxxxxxx!!! He could of dealt with the situation better!!!! Customers deal with Kris Mckelvy!!!! Don't deal with the Management team!!!!

When someone schedules and appointment, and you're on time to drop your car off. Your car should be brought in and serviced according to the the schedule that was provided by the service dept. Here I am, standing here because there is no seating due to other people, waiting, after their appointed time to have their vehicle serviced. It's 45 minutes past my appt time and my vehicle still has yet to be brought in for the simple oil change. This is b.s.

Had trouble with after sale care. I bought a vehicle that had a strong smoke smell. I was told by a salesman that Lithia would pay to have the odor removed from my vehicle, but it is now becoming a hassle because his exact words and promise weren't written into the paper work. There are other details that were promised that are now not happening.

Though we didn't write a review at the time, we first worked with Mike in October of 2014. At the time, we were super limited on what we could purchase and he worked with my husband for hours to get me into a vehicle I wanted that we could afford. It was a great experience and we were very pleased. Fast-forward a year and 3 months, and that vehicle was totaled. My husband gave Mike a call, let him know what happened, and Mike told us to let him know when we were going to go in. We actually looked at another dealership and weren't terribly happy with the way they played games, when it came time to talk prices. So, we went over to Mike and found an even better vehicle, and he worked hard to get us he best deal with an added warranty. We have been pleased with Mike, both times, due to his professionalism while still treating us like old friends. We would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a good experience while getting a great deal on a vehicle.

Wed afternoon I found my "perfect car" on line. After speaking with salesman extraordinaire, Jack, he assured me the car was in great condition & we settled on a price. at 12:30 Thurs. morning I hopped on a train from Mn to Mt. Jack drove 88 miles to pk me up from the train station! The car was beautiful! It was exactly as Jack described. At the dealership I signed papers for the exact amount we discussed by phone. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had!Jack also got me a great rate at an upscale hotel.If you want to work with an honest salesman & have a easy buying experience I'd go to Jack at Lithia Chrysler Jeep.

I walked In over my head with a vehicle that I bought bran new in 2013 still paying 619 and 5 years left. My overal goal was to get a better payment ,as well as a family vehicle. Mike Stull found my families perfect SUV. Got my payment down to 150 dollars cheaper. I've work with friends when they were using Mike Stull and they were never steered wrong. Highly recommended.

When I purchased my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I had also purchased the top of the line, factory bumper to bumper full warranty. I was concerned about factory service to get full life, and beyond out of my Jeep. So, when a family member was in need of a car, I went into sales and dealt with Dan. Dan, and the team got me into the new Dodge Dart I had been researching. Relaxing, clean, and all around stress free, no pressure approach. Exactly what a customer is looking for. Service ; Jeff has been my go to man for over 3 years. Jeff knows, what I expect. My vehicles have Always been on time, and without cost overruns. I gave this dealership a 5 star because we wanted a new truck but we were not sure we were going to be able to make our budget work. The saleman was able to make those numbers work in a way that we could afford our monthly payments. It was what we were looking for. Bought a Chrysler 300 June 2014,drove 350 miles to get it, turned in my form for my Palty $25 Amazoncard,never got it,was suppose to get 1 yr Sirrius Radio free,got 2 mos and ASirrius charged me $189 for still no service'(racket between The dealer and Sirrius I'm sure'), I'll never buy another vehicle from Lithis and will recommend to others not to. What a great experience! We sent an email from Cars.com on Sunday morning, knowing they didn't open until 9:00 o'clock, we had a text from Mike RIGHT AT 9:00 o'clock letting us know the vehicle was still available. When we arrived, Mike was ready for us, answering all of our questions and going to work for us. (not to mention he's a great guy, completely normal, not what to expect from a car salesmen!) He got our payment EXACTLY where we wanted it! (even though I thought it was going to be impossible) We drove home with a new/used Durango at 5 o'clock Sunday evening! Can't ask for better than that! We'll be back!

Mike Stull takes care of his people. He prides himself in not taking of you during the sale but even after the sale. A couple months after I purchased my vehicle I had to have a tire replaced. When I got the vehicle back I noticed some damage was done to the wheel. I approached Mike about my concern that the damage was done when the tire was replaced. Mike and the entire Service department worked to find the cause of the damage and replaced the wheel at no cost to me. And recently when I had concerns about the towing capacity of my truck I approached Mike about trading in my Vehicle and instead of making a quick sale Mike and parts department worked with me to get the added parts I need. I will continue to use and recommend Litha to friends, family and Coworkers.

I went to look for a car at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Great Falls and was done doing everything(test drive, paperwork, insurance) in about 2 hrs which is faster than I expected and I got no idea what specific car I want. They have really great customer service and the Car salesman(Jeremy) was friendly and helpful, we went to look for cars that is within my budget. There were 4 potential cars within my budget and I was down with 2005 Pontiac Grand Am and test drove it, It was great overall new tires, new rims, nice paintjob, driving is good, only minor cosmetic problems. I bought it for $7000 and was $1400 below kbb and from $8995 original price, that is amazing! and also has a free 60-day warranty because it under 80000 mileage. I was very satisfied at the end, I have no doubts to buy a car here again.

You had a since that he wasnt working dealership, you could tell he was working for you the customer and wanted to make sure any choice you made was on your own. He talked with you about the pros and cons of every decision you thought about. A true salesman; wanted nothing but the best for his customers and since I was new to the area made sure my choice of vehicle was going to be right all season long. Michael Stull was my sales guy and he delivered big time. He did not push me one bit or act like a vulture. He asked me what exactly i was looking for and i drilled him with some very specific needs and wants i had, he countered me with the amazing 2014 ram 1500 i now own. Than came the financing part, i told him only way is if he got my payment at $600 or less, well after a little bit him, Robert Buley, and Brian went to bat for me and they knocked it out of the part. THe offers and deal they brought to the table blew me away, i could do nothing but say hell yes. These boys helped me out big time, they are true warriors that went above and beyond i ever expected anyone to ever do for me for purchasing a vehicle. Kris was amazing. I saw a used jeep in their online presence over the weekend in my price range and stopped in between my husband's doctor visits Monday to have a look and drive it (we live 90 miles north of Great Falls). I caught Kris in the lot while driving though, he found the vehicle and let me take for a test drive. 4 hours later I drove it home. This was a great experience. Lithia took my POS tank for a trade to bring the price into the range I REALLY wanted to pay for the model I had chosen. Set me up with affordable financing with my crappy credit (hopefully this will go a long ways to improving that). Kris even took my husband over to the afternoon appointment so I could finish the paperwork.Best part, got home without my iHome portable bluetooth speaker, texted Kris and a fellow sales buddy is looking one last time for it in the POS tank, just in case...Thank You Kris! The $25 gift card is a bonus!

Overall visit was ok. When i went in to the dealership i contacted Kristopher McKelvy. He was very friendly and took me to look at the truck i was wanting. Upon review of my credit i was unable to purchase the truck but he told me where i needed to be to get the payments i was looking for and then took me to see the vehicles in that price range after i told him no car and had to be four wheel drive. I ended up with a dodge journey that he stated had Xm radio (which it does not). Also Kristopher Mckelvy took the Payoff amount on the vehicle i traded in off of my word instead of calling capital one auto finance to get the 20 day payoff so now i have to come up with more money because he did not do his part. After signing the paperwork he stated that he would go over all the features the next day since it was 9:00 that evening noone was in the detail shop. I go in the next day to find him off work and not returning for a few days. This is in my opinion poor customer service as he had to know he was off work the next day.

I was greeted and asked if I needed any help right after I entered. No waiting around wondering if they even knew I was there like I have experienced at other dealerships. I had an appointment and was able to make contact with my salesman right away. The appointment is the way to go. That way the salesperson knows what you are interested in and can save time by taking you right to only those vehicles. My salesperson, Robert Buley, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions I had regarding different model trucks I was looking at. The whole process went very smooth. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Lithia Great Falls, my son has purchased 3 and several friends have purchased there based on me telling them about my great experience. I will definitely go back when it comes time for my next new or used vehicle purchase.

We found a vehicle that was advertised by this dealership on-line and after finalizing a deal on the phone and by email, we drove 500 miles to pick it up. Upon our arrival, the Sales Manager wanted $500 more. He was told that this was a dirty move and that we wanted to pay what was agreed upon. After Brent visiting with us and the Sales Manager, they were told this was not a good move on their part and settled on less than $500. This is a famous tactic to get more money we know as this was confirmed by an employee there. Brent who sold us the vehicle was very nice, it's the Sales Manager who tried to pull a fast one wanting more money. Not only that but while negotiations were being made over the phone, we were told repeatedly that the Manager drove the vehicle himself with ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS INSIDE THE VEHICLE. I conveyed to them that this is EXTREMELY important because I go to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for a very rare lung disease and can be around no pets whatsoever. After our arrival we were again assured by Brent that the Manager in no way had any pets inside the vehicle. Upon cleaning the vehicle once we were home, we lifted the back seats and there was so much dog hair there that the vacuum could not get it all, nor could a pet roller. We spent 2 hours cleaning the hair and still haven't gotten all of it. Being lied to about pets IN THE VEHICLE along with conniving tactics for more money was too much. We will NEVER do business with this dealership again, ever.

I live in Havre but I work in the oilfield in Williston Basin so i expressed my need for time sensitivity as it's a 7 hour drive one way as well as everything being exactly how it was represented to me over the phone. To my surprise when i arrived it was exactly as they said it would be. I was so impressed that my Wife and i bought her new car in October of 2012. Now we bought a brand new pickup the end of January 2013 and traded the used one in we had bought in September of 2012. We only had the pickup for 4 months but I called Brian about a new Ram and he made me a deal i couldn't pass up. I would recommend anyone I know to go see Brian and Dan. They were AWESOME!!!!!

I recently purchased a black Jeep Wrangle 4-Door from Lithia motors and I would just like to compliment the experience with gratitude. In my experiences with Lithia CJDR of Great Falls I have been treated with the upmost respect ever since my first edncounter with any member of their staff. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. In my experience purchasing vehicles in my life i have never felt more at home in a dealership. Brian, the store general manager has always greeted myself and other customers I know that have shopped there with a smile and a handshake. Their low pressure knowledgeable staff is always ready to answer any questions i may have for them. I will continue to send my business and my refer friends and family in their direction.

I purchased a used vehicle (as is) from Lithia on 28 November 2011 (the truck had a rebuilt transmission put in by Lithia before I purchased it). I had the vehicle thoroughly inspected by Rocky Mountain Truck Service (RMTS) and they finished working on my truck on 15 December 2011. RMTS informed me that there was an oil leak between the transfer case and transmission, and mounting bolts missing in the new transmission and loose bolts (see Attachment 1). I returned to Lithia, and they repaired the problem. I had more work done to the truck, because I knew I had purchased an as-is vehicle. I only expect Lithia to repair what they were responsible for. On 18 August, I noticed my transmission starting in 3rd gear. I stopped into Lithia on 21 August 2012, and informed them of the issue. Josh, the Service Advisor, asked me to leave the truck that day and Lithia might get to it today or tomorrow. I said I would prefer to drop it off in the morning, because I did not have a ride home. On Wednesday, 22 August, I dropped the truck off in the morning. I stopped in on Friday, 24 August, to find out what the diagnosis was. Josh told me they found a pressure loss and that I lost 5th gear (I informed Josh it is a 4-speed transmission, and he said the technician told him I lost 5th gear). Josh said they would troubleshoot it more on Monday, 27 August. I stopped in on Tuesday, 28 August, and Josh told me they have not gotten to my truck, but they will get to my truck this week. I stopped in at Lithia every 3-4 business days, and inquired about my truck. Josh told me they will get to it in a couple of days. I was told it would be pulled in, by the GM, and worked on the next day, a Saturday. I called (or stopped in, I cant recall) on Monday, and Josh informed me that the truck was not pulled into the shop or worked on. I called on a Friday (I dont remember the date, possibly 7 or 14 September) and was told by whomever answered the phone, that my truck was in the shop and being torn apart right now. I called my girlfriend and said, They finally got to my truck. She called back a couple of minutes later, and said, Your truck is still sitting outside in the same spot. I called Lithia back, talked with Josh, and he said he did not know who told me that, but my truck will be in that night or Saturday. I stopped in on Monday, and my truck was still parked outside in the same spot.Tom (Service Manager, who was hired by Lithia 04 September( had told me, behind closed doors that he had given Josh three written reprimands, and could let him go anytime. Tom also informed me that the GM would bring him customers (almost daily) who had complaints/issues with Josh. Tom told me he thinks Josh is in over his head. If Tom has not been working for Lithia for one full month and already has given Josh three written reprimands; that should say a lot about the customer service/issues that happened. Tom informed me he could let Josh go at any time. Tom called me on a Friday (maybe 14 or 21 September), and guaranteed my truck would be worked on Monday. I told him of my past issues and he said it will be worked on. The truck was worked on the following Monday. Tom and Josh kept me informed of any progress/lack of progress. Lithia called me and said the truck was ready for pick up. Tom wrote that customer picked up the vehicle late on a Friday night, he returned to the dealership after closing time; that statement is completely inaccurate. I had a friend drop me off around 12:30pm, my friend was on his way to a doctors appointment which was scheduled for 1:00pm. I was told, by Tom, that my batteries were replaced free of charge, because the dealership overcharged them and ruined them. I stated they needed to charge the batteries because the truck had sat idle for almost one full month. I started to inspect the truck, due to past issues with the quality of work, and noticed the heat shield (heat blanket) was torn and hanging down. Tom had written in his statement that heat shield that had come loose and the dealership reinstalled it at no charge; that is inaccurate, as the heat shield was torn and hanging, not loose. The GM ensured that it was pulled in the shop and fixed immediately. I left Lithia feeling happy that I got my truck back. I ran some errands in town before heading home (around 4:00pm). On my way home, I did a functional check of the transmission and noticed the tow/haul button stuck in. I promptly returned to the dealership and called my girlfriend (I told her not to leave town, as I may need a ride home). (Tom had written, he returned to the dealership after closing time and stated that his tow haul switch.). I got to Lithia around 5:00pm (Lithia is open until 6:00pm). My girlfriend stopped in to see if I would need a ride, she got off work at 5:00pm, picked up a friend and drove to Lithia, arriving by 5:20-5:25. I brought the issue up with the GM (as stated in my original complaint). I was upfront with the GM and informed him I believed Lithia was responsible for the cost and repair, as the vehicle was returned to me in that condition. I was clear on my position, and told them they can order the part; I will be calling Corporate to resolve the issue. Over the weekend, I noticed the safety issue of not having to engage the brake to shift out of park. On Tuesday, 9 October, I was called by Tom. He said he received an email from Corporate. I was called on Tuesday, 9 October, and I dropped the truck off on Wednesday morning. Tom wrote, He was called when the repair was done and again arrive after business hours and refused to pay for repairs; again, this in inaccurate. I arrived between 5:20 and 5:30 (business is open until 6:00pm). Since the issue of payment was not resolved, I called Corporate again. I talked to Janet, and she said she was not able to talk to the GM about the issue. She advised me to pay for the repairs, and talk to the GM the following day. I informed her I will not pay, as I have an issue with the GM already. I informed her that if I paid, I thought it would be too easy for the GM to wash his hands of the situation. She again advised me to pay and resolve it the next day. I told her thanks and hung up. Was I upset, yes; was I verbally abusive (as Tom wrote), no.I requested they have the GM call me do we could resolve the issue. While waiting for my request, Tom continually asked what I was going to do. I kept asking for the GM to call me. Eventually, after 6:00pm, I decided I needed to get home and paid the bill. I paid knowing that I would have trouble getting my money back from Lithia. I was told the GM called and said I agreed to pay at cost. I did not agree; but, on attachment four, you can see I was charged:Parts: $109.00Labor: $55.00Misc.: $4.12 I inquired as to why I was paying for labor, if the GM said at cost. I was told labor is part of cost. I inquired about the Misc. charge of $4.12; I asked what a miscellaneous charge is? I was told that it is for sealants and other things they might have used while working on the vehicle. I asked which extra things they used, I asked them to justify it. They could not justify the miscellaneous charge. I paid and Tom had someone back my truck out of the bay. They parked my truck right in front of the door to the bay. I shut my truck off and began inspecting. I noticed one battery terminal, on the drivers side battery, that was not secure and the passenger side battery was not secure (Lithia had installed new batteries on an earlier date). Tom told me I had to move my truck; I told him what I had found. I also told him they would not touch my truck again, and I left. On attachment five, you can see that RMTS installed a battery hold down block ($6.70) and bolt ($1.98). RMTS also secured three battery cables that were loose. Total labor for these actions was $41.00. As a result of Lithias incomplete work on my truck, I incurred an additional expense of $49.68 to have it fixed. As a result of this, I am now in the belief that Lithia owes me the money I had to pay to fix their unfinished work. Toms statement included: I also contacted him the day the transmission was removed (which is done entirely from underneath the vehicle) nothing inside the cab needs removed. Compare that statement to this statement of Toms, As to the shifting out of park this again was the shift interlock cable in the steering column which I cannot say if it was caused by the dealership. So, everything was done underneath the vehicle when replacing the transmission, but, if they test drove and performed a full functional test of the transmission, I would assume they tested the tow/haul button at some point. Not only is the quality of work by mechanics in question, the quality/integrity of paperwork is also in question. The Mileage In is 194193 and Mileage Out is 194193. This is proof that the dealership either has not driven the vehicle or has bad administrative practices (pencil whipping the mileage). (The Mileage Out did not match the mileage on the truck when I picked it up, so I know the technician(s) drove the vehicle). As you can see, the vehicle repair work and customer service has not been up to par with what is expected from a business. From the transmission cross-member bolts loose and missing (possible safety issue), the heat shield torn and hanging down, batteries loose (safety issue), cables loose, transmission being able to shift out of park without engaging the brake (major safety issue), the pencil whipped Mileage In/Mileage Out, the inaccuracies in the Service Managers statements, the written reprimands on the Service Advisor, the failed communication between Corporate and the GM; I believe these instances show how the dealership is responsible for paying for the tow/haul button and gear shift selector replacement. (The truck was also returned to me with a slow leak in the right rear tire; I did not have any issues/leaks, or have had to add air, with the tires since I had them installed last December. I am not holding the dealership responsible for the tire, even though the leak happened sometime in the 1.5 months it was at the dealership.) If you add the battery repairs (49.68) and shifter replacement ($168.12), Lithia should reimburse me with $217.80. I submitted my complaint to Better Business Bureau on Wednesday, 10 October. On Thursday, 11 October, Tom (Service Manager) called my place of employment to tell my supervisors he believes I did not act professional (basically, he involved my place of employment with a civil matter). He used the knowledge of my place of employment to discriminate and attempt to get me to drop the issue. I do not believe they would have called supervision of any other business/company. Due to Tom calling my supervision, I asked Tom to set up an appointment (with myself, Tom, and the GM (Brian), for some time on Wednesday, 17 October. Tom called and said it is set up for 2:00pm on Wednesday. I received a call from Tom, on Monday, 15 October, informing me that it was best that they cancelled the meeting. I asked him for a reason, and he said it was best that it was cancelled. Additionally, on Saturday, 20 October 2012, I noticed that the transmission can be shifted out of Park (without engaging the foot brake) without the key in the ignition. The transmission can be shifted out of Park (without engaging the foot brake) when the key is in the ignition and in the off position. The transmission cannot be shifted out of Park (without engaging the foot brake) when the key is in the ignition and in the on position. This is a major safety issue, because you do not need the key to take the vehicle out of park. I will be bringing my truck to another repair shop and having it looked at. Since Lithia installed the rebuilt transmission, replaced the gear selector and shift interlock cable, I would expect Lithia to cover any costs that I incur for repairs in resolving this safety issue. Josh has been let go by Lithia. I will not deal with this dealership agian until they have replaced both the Service Manager and General Manager.

I purchaged a new 2012 dodge power wagon for close to 50,000 and had a problem two days after getting it called and talked to salesman told if it happened again to bring it in and they would take care of it. It happened again the next day so I take it in to them and they tell me they dont have time to look at it I should take it to some other dealer. After some strong words on my part they took a look under the hood and then told me it was a problem but they couldn't diaganoise it for two weeks and I really should take it else where. NO customer service what so ever.

We have went round and round with this service department since we purchased our new 09 Dodge 1/2 ton pickup from the lifetime oil changes to warranty work. Very disappointed with this dealership and will never recommend them or deal with them again. When we purchased our pickup we paid for the lifetime oil changes with the sales pitch that we could have our oil changed on Saturdays, no problem. My husband and I both work Monday through Friday so needless to say, this is the only day that would work for us. We were told everytime we called to schedule that we couldn't get it done on Saturday. Keep in mind, we live 60 miles away from this dealership. After many calls and in regards to trying to get an oil change, we finally cancelled our lifetime oil changes and get them done at another dealership. We took the pickup into the dealership for the same warranty issue 4 times. I would sit for HOURS waiting for the issue to be taken care of, just to pull out of the shop and have the same issue going on. Never did they admit they haden't fixed the problem. They even forgot to change the oil that I had asked to have changed while I was there. The issue was my seat and steering wheel were no longer heating with the auto start. First of all they told me I was crazy and that feature NEVER worked with the auto start. I told them it most certainly did, that 's how I knew it had quit working. They told me they were not wired to work that way. Hello, that's one of the nice features of auto start. I have had several vehicles with this option,'s not my first rodeo. After the fourth time of the pickup being in the shop, they suggested we take the pickup to Havre, MT which is 21/2-3 hours from where we live. Lithia finally got a service manager there, his name is Bob, and FINALLY after several phone calls from my husband, the issue was fixed. Why my husband had to call the service dept. and get completely upset with them before something was done, is beyond me. We paid $50,000.00 for this pickup, drove it off the show room floor. Another big issue I have with the service dept. is that when you walk in, Annette nor Mark, that work at the desk ever look up to even acknowledge you exist. What kind of customer service is this? Who in their right mind would want thier business run this way? I also had a defect in the material on my drivers side seat. I took it in, all they would offer was to take pictures and send it in to warranty. Of course they basically laughed and said, no way were they going to replace my seat for me. I took it to the local apholstry shop in Great Falls to have them look at it and he was appolled that the garage did not stand behind it. It was obviously a defect in the material. I drove back to the dealership and asked to speak with the service manager, Bob, and was told he was off work hunting for 2 weeks. They told me to bring it back when he was back to work. Again, we live 60 miles away and work Monday through Friday. Mark offered to take pictures again and states there was nothing else he could do for me, Bob had to make that decision. I became very upset and asked for the next person in charge and they told me there wasn't anyone there. I left and commented on my way out, I was sick of dealing with them, absolutely everything has been a hassle with them and I was going to contact the "higher ups" just to have Mark say, ok, you do that. I have also asked questions in regards to little things that have come up, just to be asked if I had read my owners manual. I am very unhappy with these people and plan to never ever deal there again. Anyone that I talk to about them, voice that they too have had nothing but trouble with them. Oh, how I wish we would have known.
