My sales expert, Alex Callahan was professional and extremely patient. Was easy to work with and made the process practically effortless. One of the most difficult things about purchasing a new or used vehicle is having to negotiate with dealerships. If you are looking for a beautiful vehicle and are trying to buy something at a fair price, come see the team at Lithia Dodge. They will take the time to make sure that you are satisfied when you walk out of their doors. The owner Lynn was exceptional and very humble and Alex was extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I am in Scottsdale Arizona and worked with Seth on a new 2021 2500 tradesman. Seth worked with me like a pro and was never a shady answer. Everything was up front and honest. Sam was my finance guy and did all the paper work. He was straight up with me too. Being a disabled Vet I appreciate everything they did. I appreciated so much I drop over to Corpus Christi to pick up the truck. In Arizona there is many dealers, but I couldn't find one this honest. To Seth Thank you for your honesty and handling my buying with ease. This will go down as one of the easiest buys I ever done. With that said, I just purchased this year 35 new Dodge vehicles for our work fleet in which I run 80-100 vehicles. This was even easier purchase. Thank you, Thank you Seth. I have purchased two vehicles from Seth in a short period of time. I go back to Seth because he makes me feel like family and more than just a customer. Andrea worked very hard for us and made it a great experience. What I value most is the honesty regardless of a good or bad response…it was truth. She told us what we needed to know and not what we wanted to hear. I would highly recommended her to anyone
