As a woman I was very nervous going in by myself but the sales man that helped me was awesome! His name is Pedro A. He made me feel comfortable. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I had need of a routine service and a couple of service bulletin items that needed attention, so I chose Lithia Nissan of Fresno. Matt is my service advisor and he handled everything impeccably. It was all done within 2-1/2 hours. Excellent service! My wife and I have matching Muranos and we both needed routine service plus the two "recall" items fixed. Both visits were handled beyond my expectations. I'm very happy with Lithia Nissan of Fresno service!

My experience was good, my wife purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from you all in September of 2015 and she was the one who actually convinced me to purchase a vehicle from you all. And honestly I am glad I did, I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu right at about 96,000 miles on it. I noticed when I purchased the car on Wednesday that the drivers side seat will not adjust up and down and the emergency brake will not engage. But, I have a service appointment on 7/16/2016 at 8:45 in the morning. I even went out of my way to go ahead and purchase the extended warranty for 24 month/24,000 mile warranty on the car as well. I appreciate everyone who help make this purchase happen at Lithia. Thank you!!

I am so glad I came to this dealership after a horrible experience in Clovis. Jason was amazing, kind, and took the time to explain things and help me out. On August 13th, my husband and I went to the dealership to purchase a used van.Before seeing the van on the lot, we talked with the sales staff by phone about theamenities and purchase price. We had a verbal understanding by phone that we wouldpurchase the van for the telephone agreed price and made an appointment for the next morningto see and drive it. The sales staff was asked by us again that we were agreed about the selling price beforestarting the paperwork for the purchase and registration. We were not financing the carbut was asked far too much personal information than was not necessary for a cash purchase.Then, the salesman came back into the office with an offer to purchase an expensive lifetimeoil change warranty which we declined to him 3 times. Now, we have invested 2 hours of our morning and ready to complete the purchase when a differentsales person came into the office and told us we needed to pay an additional $1000.00 to purchase the van, although we had asked several times throughout the process that we were allagreed on the price.At this point we were so frustrated with the whole drawn out procedure, the rudeness andinsult to us, that we told them they were very unprofessional and offensive to our intelligence and weleft the building. We will never deal with Lithia Nissan of Fresno again!

Brandon Pandukht is absolutely the only reason we bought our Nissan at Lithia. His attitude was exceptional! I had to leave my car a little longer than a week. Thought I was goin to b without my car for a few hours. It had to do with the part. It took them this long to realize the part had the wrong order number on it. They kept tellin me it would be really for me at the end if the day and it wouldn't be for like I said a week. They did lend me a rental but it was still very frustrating.

I have found, That dealing with Lithia's service dept is the best. The service writers are updated and aware of most all service problems that come through the door.When they seem to have a problem, they have a very competent and reliable source of information and knowledge by the names of Larry Kirby their service manager and Brandon Pandukt a service writer with years of hands on experience.Together they work daily like a well oiled machine working out any bumps that might slow or impede the process of their #1 objective the customers and their reliability on a already reliable product.Over the years they have worked on all 5 of my Nissan trucks.1991 hard body . 2003 frontier. 2006 frontier. 2014 frontier.And my retirement project 2003 frontier XT.

The last car I got was from Lythia 3 years ago. Nissan quest, great van thought I would pay it off and send it off to college with the oldest... He had other plans. The oldest came to me with an invitation from Lithia to upgrade the mini van. One week later, Memorial day weekend, Saturday morning 10:30 am we drove into the dealership. My son's and I were treated to cotton candy and hot dogs while we shopped for the new car. 37 seconds later our super cool salesmen Bobby had us in a test drive. We like the car so much we drove it right home and had my wife take it for a test drive while Bobby and the kids stayed at the house watching powdered puff girls. After she fell in love with the car we left her at the house while Bobby and I returned to the dealership for "paperwork". 1230pm I left to go run my errands. By the time I returned at 430 pm the car was full of gas paperwork done. Literally sign and drive!!! Thank you to the manager Renea, she really wants to make sure you are very welcome there when you arrive and super happy when you drive away in your New car. I recently took my 2007 Altima Hybrid to Lithia of Fresno for an oil change and inspection; I was greeted very warmly by my service advisor Jason. He quickly completed the necessary paper work listing all of my concerns about my car. Jason keep me advised about the status of my service via texts, as I waited in the service lounge. After my service work was complete, Jason explained what was done, and I was charged much less that what I expected to pay for the work performed. Great job, and I will return.

I have challenged credit and went in expecting to have a co-signer or huge down payment. Salesman Sergio told me about Nissans second chance program and I was able to purchase a 2014 vehicle with just a small down payment. Extremely please with Lithia Nissan. Sergio jumped through hoops to get me into this car and even brought it to my home with the paperwork. I would like to thank everyone for working so hard to enable me to have my dream car!

I spoke to Jason Johnson on a Friday afternoon, We both decided that it would be better to set an appointment for 9:00 am on the following Monday. I got their at 8:30, and we were checked in right away, and my car was taken to the mechanic. By 10:45am Jason advised me that the Tech. had test drove my car, plugged it into their computer, and had the problem diagnosed. He also let me know that the Tech. would have my car ready shortly. About 15 min. latter Jason called my wife and myself into his office. He explained, in detail, what was wrong with the car and that it was all covered under the factory warranty. He had me sign some papers and off we went.

The service rep (Brandon) was extremely helpful; he answered every question, followed up my concerns, and worked to make sure I got the best deal available. Overall, the service was pretty good. The only thing that I would have liked is on the paper I was given it was marked that the brakes needed attention but it was not addressed. That is something that I do not want to leave unattended for too long because it's a pretty important part of my vehicle. Other than that everything else was pretty much taken care. They definitely made sure to take care of a recall that was out for my car. I did appreciate that.

I have a nissan altima I bought used its a 2009 has a cvt transmission I have had the car barely two years this month I'm a single mom of 2 and work full time but I cannot drive this car I still owe three years on because the transmission has gone out. This is a known problem of nissan which I did not know until it went out because I was not original owner I got no notifications they have extended the warrants on these problematic transmissions to 10 years or 12000 miles well I have 124000 and they will do nothing I cannot afford to fix this repair as it would cost $3-$4000 and I just don't have that kinda money so I urge everyone to look into this this is not the only problem I have had with them either. DO THE RIGHT THING NISSAN IT'S YOUR MESS UP IF YOU KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG IT SHOULD BE FULLY RECALLED I'M DISGUSTED I URGE YOU DON'T BUY A NISSAN

Everyone we dealt with (salesman, sales manager, and finance) was courteous, friendly (they laughed at my stupid jokes), and listened to us. I went to Lithia Nissan website and built my car. I took a picture of the exact car I wanted which cut down on the pick and choose process. Rosemarie Stringer greeted me and could not have been more helpful on a cold and wet day. We located the exact car and after test driving, I new I had my perfect car. Robert was great to deal with and did not rush me through the buying process. The sticker price was higher than the picture/advertized. Nissan started with the advertized price. This tells me about their honesty and integrety. Although this process took quite some time, Rosemarie never left me (Thank you Rosemarie!). I never felt pressured or rushed into buying the Murano. Even though I wanted this one, I could have easily walked away if there was any negativity. There is always another one out there. The people at Lithia know it is not all about the sale, it is also about the people sitting in front of them.

The only reason, at this point, that I don't give this 5 stars is because it's the typical dealership mindset of annoying customers with the financial runaround and back and forth negotiating with an "unseen finance manager". Over the years we've purchased many new vehicles and it's always the same -- it's cat and mouse and wear you down tactics. It's distasteful and Lithia Nissan seems to be no different. However, that said, our salesperson, Brandon Griggs, was outstanding and may be the only reason we decided to buy from Lithia Nissan as opposed to another dealer. He knows his product extremely well and was very low key in his sales presentation; not pushy or overbearing. His approach seems to be to "get it right and give the customer what he/she wants". I would recommend if anyone is considering a Nissan product, ask for Brandon at Lithia. We believe he went the extra mile for us in this transaction.

Service experience was great. The minor repair that I brought the truck in for was done quickly and covered by the warranty. Mike discovered a couple of minor factory recalls and had them taken care of at the same visit. Also noticed an exhaust leak and scheduled that for repair, also covered by the warranty. First experience ever where the service department diagnosed problems with the vehicle, without boatloads of out of pocket expenses. Will be bringing the truck to Mike from this point on!!

Brandon was very friendly and helpful. We came in for an oil leak, brakes making noise and oil change. He quoted me a price to look at the brakes. He called and said the car need a new oil filer and brakes were dirty. After replacing the oil filter and cleaning the brakes we were only charged for the oil change. I was pleasantly surprised that I was only charged for an oil charge. Very honest and reliable service center.

My family and I have purchased a total of 3 cars from Lithia over the years. I have been completely satisfied with the experience each time. My last purchase was at Lithia Nissan and I couldn't be happier. My sales rep is amazing! I have used him twice now and he knows what I want and helps me get it! The service writer was excellent at being attentive. He knew what needed to be done and didn't attempt to sell me more than I needed. Working with customers myself, I know customers need to know the truth and not to be ripped off by being shoved work that "needs to be done" and its all for the money. Brandon very persoable, friendly and energetic. Rob the mechanic very thurogh and because of this, his insight to troubleshooting my vehicles problem has saved me from problems in the future. Although, repairs at a dealership are exspesive, I would recommend this one. The customer service helped compesaite for the cost.

I was happy with the product specialist, Tevin Ivy. He never pressured and I was comfortable with information he provided me with. I came to dealership and he allowed me to experience the car before trying to pressure me into making a purchase. It helps when a person is not continuously pushing you to make a purchase. The lower rating is because the negotiators were rude and did not want haggle. They were trying to force me purchase the car the way that they wanted me to and I felt uncomfortable with them. However, Tevin was there the entire time making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and the price I was finally comfortable paying.

Visited several dealerships and Lithia Nissan of Fresno was definitely the best. The salespeople were all very pleasant and friendly, no pressure at all.They were having a BBQ for Labor Day which people seemed to enjoy, and my particular salesman, Felipe, was very knowledgeable and helpful as we test drove cars, and later when I arranged to bring the Murano I purchased back to be detailed. Compared to other experiences I have had this was a definite 5 stars. I had recently been in a serious auto accident in which my 3 yr.old car was totaled and myself & two grandsons were hurt. I dreaded the whole car buying experience but Lithia Nissan & Felipe, as well as the whole staff made it virtually painless.

I have never had an issue with the service depts. at Nissan or Hyunda. They have always been pleasant people to work with and if you don't have the ready funds to pay for your repairs they have got Car Care there for you. Thank you to Ashton for making that possible for me.

Very professional. Service Representative talked with me about my service, if any maintenance is due, (which in my case there was, air filter and fuel injection) I turned down the fuel injection due to cost, but did have the air filter changed). Car was done in less than an hour. Of course during this time I purchased a new car from the dealer, but whomever gets the old one has a new air filter (which I still had to pay for, such is life)

I think the fee to rotate my tires is a bit much. When I decide to replace my tires I will go to a place that will include free rotating of tires and free fiat tire repair. I don't mind paying a fee since I didn't purchase the tires at this dealership.

Jason was super. He listen closely to what I had to say. He relayed this information very clearly to the mechanic. All issues that needed attention were taken care of. They also found a couple of issues which the auto body shop did not find. They pointed this out to me so that I could get the problems corrected. Very Helpful!!! Thanks

I had originally went to look at a Used Nissan Cube, but it had been sold and there were no others available. I thought that buying a new car was not a possiblilty. After test driving a new 2014 Nissan Cube, I had found the car I wanted to drive. I had both an oil and transmission change. They provided transportation to my home while the car was being serviced. They did drop off one other person before taking me home, but when we pulled in the driveway, the dealership was on the phone stating my vehicle was ready. The courier was still in my driveway and we returned then so I could pick up my car.

Jason provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. He provided one of the best customer service experience that I have encountered. Training videos should be made of him to show what's the real meaning of "customer care". The bar has been set very high, and I understand it may be a nearly impossible task, I hope your other employees are able to perform at Jason's level. A friend of mine had recommended lithia to me. I see why now. I had a great experience with them. Not the usual sales experience others talk about. Noel was very friendly and family oriented. Made sure the vehicle I was looking for met all my needs since I have a 10 month daughter safety was my main concern and he understood that. I very much recommend this place and especially Noel. I called the Service department to see if I could bring my vehicle in for service that afternoon. I received voice mail and have yet to receive a call back. Icalled back between 30-60 minutes later, spoke to a service advisor and was able to bring my vehicle right over for an oil change. This has happened before where I left a voice mail and have not been called back. Fortunately I like having my work done at the dealer otherwise I would go elsewhere.

I had been shopping for a used (not too old) car for some time, as I couldn't decide what I wanted. I finally decided on a 2012 Highlander - but I wanted white, lower miles, with most of the bells and whistles. When I saw the silver one at Lithia Nissan of Fresno I considered silver because it still had a light interior (others I had seen were dark). The more I looked at it, the more I liked it - but I had to be very sure this was the car I wanted, since I had to drive about 3 hours to get there. I phoned and spoke with the Sales Manager, Dave, who answered all my questions. I was able to decide on the car, and negotiate the price on the phone. Due to our distance, we would not arrive until a little after closing (on a Sunday night), but Dave and another sales person, Mark, agreed to stay late until we arrived. After test-driving the car, Dave and Mark (and the finance person) made the entire purchase process go smoothly. In addition, the team was just very pleasant to work with. Very happy we decided to make the long drive for a car we plan to keep many years.

I feel that this Hyundai Dealership in Fresno is rather honest about not pushing services on you that you really don't need at the time. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful, the sales management pushed hard to get the rate I wanted even though the lender initially offered a higher rate, I was given a fair trade-in value (proven by research & other dealer offers), and the finance department was fast and efficient. It has been almost ten years since I purchased a vehicle and they were my first and only stop. I bought my previous vehicle from them and that experience had been a good one so I visited them again. I noticed a warning light on my dash and immediately pulled over. I called Lithia/Hyundai towing and was towed in. I had a failing transmission sleeve, and as that was being repaired, all the recall fixes were completed, They also completed the 45,000 mile maintenance and oil change. I'm all ready for fall and winter.

The internet sales representative, Naween Ram, was an absolutely fantastic sales rep! My husband and I were shopping for a crossover vehicle that would give us the space we needed for our one-year-old and the gas mileage I needed to commute to and from work. Naween anticipated our wants and needs before we even realized them! Originally, we were seriously considering a certified pre-owned 2012 Hyundai Tucson but in the end, we bought a brand new 2015 Hyundai Tucson. We didn't realize that a new vehicle would be possible for us to financially consider but Naween made it possible. He kept us comfortable, entertained, and was just overall a very nice guy. We have had our new Tucson for a little over a week now and we couldn't be more pleased! It drives so smoothly--especially with the eco mode activated. My son absolutely loves it, too. I am definitely going to stick to Hyundai from now on and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check Hyundai first.

The new customer waiting room is a joy. Now I can sit and be comfortable the older room the couch was low the older people with bad knees or backs could not get up or down without help. I took my wife's 2010 Vera Cruz Ltd. in because the air condition was not working properly. About two months ago you replaced the cabin filter in the glove compartment. When I took the car in recently because the unit still wasn't working properly, you checked the freon level and recharged the system. That didn't solve the problem. Next you worked on a new "evaporator" and that didn't complete the process. Eventually, you replaced the compressor and the unit operates like new.Jeff O'Kelly and Dan Zimmerman did an excellent job of working with me to get the car repaired properly.Additionally, I tried to purchase a new 2015 Genesis V8 with the ultimate package. I had asked your dealership for a price on the car, but after waiting over a week and a half for Kareem to give me a price, I went and purchased a new Lexus GS350 F Sport. Your Service Dept. is great, as we've had our cars serviced there for over 4 years. Wish I felt the same way about your sales dept.

Sales Manager, Al Pacheco, provided great customer service. He definitely does not fit the "car salesman" stereotype. Very focused on customer service and didn't feel like it was forced or fake. My mom and I went to Lithia to check out an Elantra, but we didn't really have any expectations of buying a car. Leonard and James (who was training) were both very patient with me as I tried to decide what to do or if I could afford a new car. They were never pushy and always explained my options in a way that worked for me. The gentleman who prepared my financing (I forget his name) was amazing! He found the best deal for me, and I could feel that he was looking out for me and not just himself. I really felt taken care of. James even stayed long after his shift was over to go over everything with me and make sure I drove off satisfied. Leonard did the inspection with me and after noticing a small scratch on the drivers side, and some water spots on the front bumper, he promptly made an appointment for me to bring the car in to get those taken care of. I appreciate my salesmen for being so patient, as we were there for a long time while signing the paperwork. Overall I truly enjoyed my experience at Lithia and would recommend this dealership to anyone! Everyone go see Leonard and James! Oh, and I love my new car!

I was extremely happy with my experience with this dealership. I have purchased other cars there in the past. This particular time I took my mom there because she had received a letter stating she was being charged too much interest (11%) and for her to take the letter and her car (PT Cruiser) back to the dealership and they could get her into something newer with less percentage or refinance her car. They put her behind the seat of a 2014 Hyundai Sonata to test drive and we both fell in love with it that when we got back to the dealership we both bought one. I'm impressed.

I was extremely amazed how easy it was for me to purchase my new car. I was approached by my Salesman, Kao Saephanh. From the moment he knew what I was looking for I was treated like Royalty. Within 15 minutes I was already test driving the car I bought. Once I sat down in the drivers seat I fell in love with my car and I new instantly that was the car for me. The Sales Manager, Stan, approached me and showed me step by step how I would be able to afford this kind of car. Once it was approved the Finance Manager, Candy Gonzalez, treated me with the upmost respect and was really thorough with all the paperwork. From start to finish they all made me feel like a Queen. My Husband & I were looking for an Altima, so we came from Visalia, CA to Fresno to look for one. The sales person who helped up throughout was Kao. He was a nice, sweet, and patient person. Kao was interested in helping us out and wasn't being pushy like other sales persons we've encountered in the past- we don't like being forced to buy. Kao was looking out for our best interest like what payment plans WE were looking for not him or the company and like what was our budget as far as price range was. Kao did communicate very well for us when he would talk to the middle man of our needs. He didn't come back to say "we can't do that or we can't do this" instead he would say "let's try this or how abou this". We took our daughters with us and he was considerate of them and bought them pizza :) which made their evening as we had been there a for very long time dealing with purchasing a car. At the end of the evening, we went home with our Altima and the service was excellent. We loved the people there, friendly staff, too! Come and see them or ask for Kao. Thanks Kao!!!

We own a Frontier Nismo and are very happy with it. Had been discussing getting a new car for me and had seen a Versa that I really liked. After we went to Lithia and tried several cars, the Sentra made more sense. I would have preferred a Maxima, but my budget didn't agree. Very happy with my new Sentra. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful in getting me the car I needed at a price I could afford.

I just want to give a "SHOUT OUT" for the excellent service and staff of LITHIA NISSAN OF FRESNO. I purchased my first Nissan Maxima (2005) in 2004 from Lithia Nissan Of fresno,and have subsequently traded it in December 2010 for a 2010 Maxima. I have never been so pleased with and impresssed with the professionalism exhibited by every department. I have never had a maintenance requirement or a question that has not be remedied or answered. For the last nine years Lithia Nissan of Fresno has been and continue to be five stars in my book. I want to give a special "SHOUT OUT" to Jason , who I have adopted as "MY" Service Advisor who has continued to provide impeccable service as did "MY" previous Service Advisor Brandon.The Customer Service provided by the office personnel is exceptional. . Keep up the good work Ladies and Gentlemen, you are second to none!

Recently I bought a veloster remix from Lithia and finding the car must've been the hardest part of the process. Leonard, the salesman here, was extremely helpful and was persistent in getting exactly what I had asked for even though the car wasn't on the lot. He was the nicest salesman I've ever met, very straight forward, and didn't try to hustle us on the deal. Next time we buy a car it will very likely be through Lithia and I will keep his card close by. Very happy in my new car.

From all of my new car buying experience, I received the best treatment at Lithia Nissan. The salesman Israel, & his manager Victor Ochoa, made this car purchase a great joy. They ordered the Cube with the color and accessories I wanted. I am not only satisfied with my new car I got, I highly appreciate the White Glove service provided by Israel & his manager. Through this process Israel & Victor demonstrated professionalism, respect, and great customer service. I will definitely refer Lithia Nissan salesman Israel to my friends & relatives

I have never bought a vehicle from a car dealership before; it was always from a family or a friend that I trust. Everyone always talks about their horrific experience buying a car because of pushy salesman or overpriced vehicles. So, I didnt know if I was going to find a good deal. I had a PT cruiser at the time and I loved it. Even though I enjoy my time with my PT, I wish it had a better gas mileage and a better vehicle rating. My husband and I are thinking of starting a family, so we decided to get a family car with good safety ratings. I always heard great things about the Nissan Altima. Adam Fosdick, my salesman contacted me about a 2009 Nissan Altima with only a little over 20,000 miles. I thought this will be the perfect car for us. We went for a test drive and I absolutely fell in love with the car. At first we were a little worried about the affordability of the vehicle, but Adam made the process painless. I have educational employee credit union and they always send me great deals about financing a vehicle through their newsletters. They were advertising 1.99% APR, so we thought this will be a great deal. However, ECCU only offer the low interest rate if you set up automatic monthly payments and other restrictions. So, we decided to go with Lithia, they actually check with all the banks and they found a great rate for us without all the extra restrictions. We have pretty good credit, so we didnt think we would have problems financing, but Lithia found a low rate of 2.14% and ECCU was going to give us 2.24% even if we set up automatic payment with them. Adam helped me through the whole process of purchasing my vehicle. He made sure that I was happy with this car. It was nice to know someone was looking out for me. We went for a long test drive and he also went over all the functions of the vehicle. Adam was very friendly and the negotiation was comfortable. He wasnt pushy, he took the time to explain everything and the whole process was effortless. I remember contacting Adam few months later after my purchase for help with my Altima. He was very patient and he was able to answered all my questions and concern. He also helps me connect my phone with my Atima through Bluetooth. Overall, it was an awesome experience and great customer service. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I called several dealerships before I talked to Adam. The service I received was typical and minimal. I like how Adam identified my needs and researched what was available before I came down to the dealership. Once I got there the process was faster and smoother than my previous experience with getting a new car.

I have visited Lithia Nissan several times and have left feeling like the dealership did everything they could to either get me what I wanted or fix any problems with my car. Adam Fosdick was my contact and his dedication and patience with me was superb! He had a hard job cause of the treatment I had received from other dealerships, but he remained calm understanding and helped me obtain my goal of car ownership without any hassles. I am appreciative for all the "teams" effort to make my experiences very fair and with the greatest ease. Thank you LIthia!

My experience with Nissan overall was an enjoyable one. The sales person (Renee Romero) who sold me the vehicle was extremely helpfull and very honest when it came time for me to choose the type of car that best fit my needs. She was very attentive and did an excellent job in answering all my questions concerning the vehicle that I had purchased. Staff was very friendly and customer service was good as well. Overall it was a great experience.

I am really happy with my overall experience, I got the car I wanted for a great price and I plan on being a returning customer. My sales associate Rene Romero was very knowledgeable, took her time to answer all my questions and was honest with me every step of the way which made my descision to purchase my car from Lithia Nissan Fresno and easy one.

I would recommend them to my friends. I found that it was a good experience buying from them. The sales staff were not there to sell me a car, they wanted to sell me the right car for me. The staff was very knowledgable and I would go back to buy my next vehicle.

I worked with Jeff AND Robert Tucker they helped me find my car and at an amazing price. I am a first time buyer and had some consernces about getting a car. They put my worries to rest and found me a great car. i couldnt be happier with the descision i made and if i ever need another car in the future i would definitly come back here to work with these gentalman agian!!! They defintly know how to treat there customers :)

We were recently in the market for a new car. We had looked at Lithia's competitors lot in Selma but they were VERY rude and unprofessional. We went to Lithia and was greeted by very friendly people. Andy Fedo helped make the process very smooth. Andy was a great help ! Jimmy our salesman was so pleasant. We drove away with a great car. I urge you to go visit the wonderful people at Lithia.

My sales rep Martin Baskind was friendly and courteous to my boyfriend and I. The best car buying experience we've had. He did his best at getting us into the vehicle that was stylish and affordable and great on gas. He did not rush us or make us feel like we were wasting his time with our billion questions. He clearly explained what the process would take and had us out of there in no time with a great buy. We were very happy with the manager Aaron and his kind offer to a great deal, which had made our experience that much more sweet. Will defiantly recommend these guys because of their great attitudes and efficient process. We are planning on coming back just based on the good service that you just can't seem to find anywhere.

We had a very pleasant visit.. We had great customer service we came in and they took into consideration all of our needs and what we were looking for in Price Range and Payment... Prior to this visit we had put ourselves in a very upside down sitution with our first purchase in another dealership. Lithia Nissan of Fresno would not warranty a major engine problem on my 07 Nissan Quest. I had bought the extended warranty when I bought the van, this gave me a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The van is now at 94,000 miles, and the engine is knocking. I took it to the service center, they said that nissan wanted pictures of the engine. They would take pics. and send them to nissan. If nissan covered the repair they would charge me for the pics., but if nissan did not cover it Lithia would charge me $450 to take the pics. I had a bad feeling they were going to not warranty the engine so I said no to the pics. Don't go to Lithia, their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

I bought a new 07 Nissan Quest from Lithia Nissan of Fresno. At the time the closer sold me the warranty upgrade wich was 100,000 bumper to bumper. At 94,000 miles we took the van to the service center for an engine knock. They verfied the knock but said that nissan would not cover the repair because we were over miles on one of the oil changes. They said they called nissan, and nissan requested pictures of the engine. They said they would take the pics. and send them to nissan. If nissan decided not to cover the engine repair, Litha would charge me $450 for taking the pics. I had a bad feeling the warranty would not be honored, so I declined the pics. None of this made any sense to me. Litha verfied the problem and the van is under 100,000 miles. The warrany should cover the engine. Don't go to Litha, and don't buy a nissan.
