Had to replace my tried and true silver 2011 Outback 3.6R due to a deer strike and the insurance company totaling the car (even though only need $5K repairs). I wanted an Outback with the 6 cylinder engine. Steven Miller at Lou Fusz St. Peters was able to find me a beautiful, 2018, dark blue pearl, Outback 3.6R Limited, 1 owner, and with only 28K miles. We were in and out in an afternoon, and it's perfect. Since the Mrs. and I had to travel a bit to get to St. Peters and get the car, I asked him where a good place for lunch was; and his recommendation was spot on! Everything about our experience with Lou Fusz at St. Peters was excellent, and Steven was very friendly, helpful, and immediately responsive to my requests for information, pictures of the car, carfax, etc. I would recommend this dealership, and if I have to get another Subaru, I'm definitely starting with Steven.

Yesterday (Aug 17, 2021) I did a Google search for the vehicle I wanted to buy. I thought that it was out of the question to be able to afford it, but I wanted to check anyway. I found the vehicle at a VERY reasonable price. I sent a message to the dealership, and got a response back immediately (at 7:15am!) The person who responded, Shelby, not only confirmed that the brand new vehicle was cheaper than others that I looked at, but was actually $2,000 less than the price on the website! That afternoon I made an appointment and met with Randy. He was extremely helpful and thorough, as was the finance team. They explained, very clearly, the bells and whistles of the vehicle and my financing options. I purchased the vehicle that day and have no regrets, and I left the store with no questions. I will pass this dealership's name on to any of my friends who are looking to get a different vehicle!

I took my car in at 9am and they said they would contact me in 30 min to an hour. I didn’t get a call back all day. I figured they worked on it and will call tomorrow. When I called them the next say they said they were just working on it that morning and I should receive a call back. I never did. I tried calling that night and no one seemed to know what was going on. I called the next day and they said they didn’t see my name in the system.... I told them my car had been there for two days. They said someone would call me again and they finally left me a voicemail and when I called them back, 15 min later, they told me the person working on it was on lunch and I said that is fine I can talk to someone else who has the notes and they couldn’t find any notes or anyone who can tell me what was going on. After three days of no communication I was getting very frustrated. I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me my problem and what needed to be fixed but they didn’t start on anything yet!? So I asked them, okay so are you going to fix it today? He seemed hesitant and I said I need it today so i will sit and wait for however long it takes. I waited there for close to 3 hours while they fixed it after leaving the car there for 3 days. Totally unacceptable. They said they are needing to order a part and they will call me when it arrives. Of course after 6 days I didn’t receive a call. I had family in town so I didn’t want to bother to go back there until they left. I called today for an update and they ask me what part I need. You should know! You work there! I was transferred and made to leave a message about the part I need installed . Overall it has been a very frustrating experience. Danielle Brown

They went over EVERY detail of my car with me. Many of the new features I don't know how to use, including blue tooth and it was all explained without making me feel stupid. I went to Lou Fusz Subaru first of the St Louis area Subaru dealers. They quoted me a great price and treated me well. I didn't realize it until I went to the other Subaru dealers. I went back to Lou Fusz and had them order the car I wanted.

From the moment I got there, till the moment I left, I was treated with respect. Dave Bruck shook my hand and looked for vehicles within my budget that I was comfortable spending. He didn't try to coax me into spending more than I was comfortable spending. He answered all of my questions and he answered all of my girlfriend's questions as well. I felt comfortable with him. He wasn't pushy like some other salesmen are when they are just trying to get a sale. He made it his job to take care of what I was looking for and making sure to help me with any thing i needed to know and he delivered. Also, it wasn't a clear sunny day. It was an overcast, rainy day, and he still went out and took me seriously. The last dealership I had just went to, didn't take me seriously and didn't seem to want my business at all. Dave, however, took me seriously, did a great job explaining what all the features the Impreza had, helped me pair my phone up to Bluetooth, gave bottled water to my girlfriend and I and set me up with Tony who gave me a good interest rate for my new car. I would like to thank Dave Bruck for doing a great job!

We made an online appointment to have our 60,000 mile maintenance service completed on our car for a saturday. We found out that this type of service is not done on saturdays due to the amount of work required. Landon was sympathetic to the fact that we had made an appointment and would not be able to perform the work that day. He set us up in a loaner vehicle while we left our car there to get serviced during the week. The entire experience could not have been better. What I most like is my experience with the service department. First time there, Jeff did everything to make me feel welcome and put me at ease. 11 OCT UPDATE: 2 Voicemails and 2 weeks still no call; no resolutions; no CUSTOMER SERVICEWorst Car Buying Experience. Bought a 2013 Certified Preowned Imprezza. They sent me out the door with a headlight out and a promise that I'd be sent my second key. One month later, another headlight and electronic door locks going out and still no key. On the flip side, the first time I had to take it back, the Service department guys were awesome!!

What a horrible experience. NO POST SALE SERVICE. ISSUES: 1. Out the door with a promise to have a second key shipped to me (even exchanged e-mails about type). 2. First night time drive noticed headlight out. Scheduled a fix still no key. Second light goes out and electronic doors go out (this is all within the first month. 3. Given service managers phone #. I called left a voicemail, waited a week, called, left another voicemail, waited another week -- NO CALLBACK. They told me how tough the preowned inspection was and I've had 2 headlight out and the electronic locks? No wonder they don't call you back.

Danielle Thurston did an outstanding job of selling me my 2017 Subaru Forester. Buying from her was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. She was knowledgeable, personable, helpful and not in the least bit pushy. Even more impressive was the time and energy she spent with me(more than an hour and a half after the dealership closed) after I brought my car helping me learn the details of my new vehicle. All of your employees are very helpful. Especially my service advisor Landon Bigogno, he was very helpful. Sean Murphy who worked on my car came out to the customer waiting area to show me the cabin air filter he was replacing. He also shared information with me as to what he found insulation eaten away by a rodent. This must have happened when my car was parked in the Subaru lot being used as a loaner car. I have an electronic rodent killer in my garage. So will not have this problem again.

This is the second time I have been mislead and mistreated by this dealership, and I will NEVER do business there again, nor will I refer anyone there. I purchased a 'certified' vehicle less than six months ago, and they sold me a car w/dry rotted tires (they are actually dated older than the vehicle), warped rotors, and a bad alternator. I was told this would be taken care of; however, the person helping me no longer works there, and no one there will help me. They actually laughed at me when I said they should be paying for these repairs. The service adviser actually said I made the tires dry rot-- tires dry rot because they're old, not because I drove on them. Two other repair shops said the tires should have been replaced about a year ago, and I haven't even owned the car that long! They refused to repair anything on their dime, and they actually tried saying numerous other things were wrong and needed to be fixed. I took the vehicle to two other places, and they had the same diagnosis as each other, but Lou Fusz is claiming otherwise. They even tried telling me my battery was bad, but I had replaced the battery less than a week ago elsewhere. When I told the service adviser that, he just said "well anyway, you also need...." I even have print outs from the other shops showing the alternator failed, but no one would listen to me. They are suggesting 'cheaper' ways to fix things that are wrong, and these ways are basically just putting a band-aid on a problem that will only get worse as time goes on. They refused to do the warranty work since I wouldn't have the the maintenance work done by them (they claim it was because they couldn't get it to fail, but they wouldn't take my print outs from other shops), because that maintenance work should have been completed before I purchased this vehicle. They lied and took advantage of me, and no manager would come speak to me when I went up in person. I have purchased all of my vehicles from them, and these last two times I was taken advantage of (the time before they sold me a car they claimed was certified, but I later found out it never had been and they bought it back). I guess they're like most dealerships-- they take advantage of young women, and think they can screw people out of thousands. I will also be contacting the BBB and the AG for the state of Missouri due to the scams they are trying to pull. I only hope others read this and take their business elsewhere, b/c all they do is screw people out of their hard earned money and then literally laugh at you when you ask for help and prove all of their 'data' wrong. Now I'm stuck with almost $3,000 in repairs due to more lies from Lou Fusz on a 'certified pre-owned'. NEVER again. I have never felt so belittled by a dealership

Salesman was great (Hunter Jackson). Arranged for us to test drive different models and was able to answer all of our questions. I never felt the "high pressure" that some dealerships use that I find very unprofessional. The pricing was in line with what I expect from research on the internet. Just a very pleasant overall experience!

It was my first time using the dealership since we bought our car. From the time I pulled in to service and left everyone was nice and polite. I expected to be there a lot longer, but was in and out. Even saw a couple be towed in while I was waiting and they were smiling, didn't even looked stressed out. Definitely will be back.

Our sales agent, Kyle Woodworth, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. We liked the non-pressure type of car shopping experience that we got, along with the patience. We also appreciated the manager holding the color car in the Outback that we wanted while we had a quick lunch. We returned to make a sale. An all day experience that went smoothly. It helped that we were prepared ahead of time.

My sunroof literally exploded while I was driving. Scary to say the least. I was so amazed when Andrea -Service Manager called & told me it was under warranty!. What a surprise & relief! Thanks so much Andrea :) Also - the service dept waited past 6 for me. I was in traffic & rain & did not know the dealership had moved. Liz was super too!

I was scared with this being the first vehicle I would ever finance. Having bad credit I expected to pay an extremely high interest rate. But as luck would have it I went to the right dealership. Randy Paige and Tony were extremely helpful with all questions I had and made the process very comfortable. They found the vehicle that worked best with my interests and even found me an amazing rate. Even with my bad credit! I can't recommend this dealership enough!

Jeff in service was proactive in contacting the manufacturer to secure an approval to have my vehicle repaired under warranty. In a separate incident, while being serviced, it suffered body damage when a customer ran into it with their vehicle. Jeff again contacted me quickly, explained the details, and had the situation remedied in a timely manner. I am a customer for life. Thanks Jeff!

Andrea, has been my primary contact for service every since I purchased my Subaru Legacy. She has gone out of her way to ensure my 'customer happiness'. Things like obtaining a policy adjustment to correct a puddle light issue, after my car was out of warranty. It's a little thing, but it made me feel valued as a customer! And then, every time I have brought my car in it, the work is completed and I'm on way, more quickly than I expected! What more could I ask for?

I actually bought my Subaru 6 years ago, but each time I was in for maintenance Rich always made a point to stop and talk for a while. They make customers, not quick sales. Every time you're there they know who you are.My husband traded my Subaru for a minivan a few months ago, but I'm already working with Rich to find a replacement Subaru and get rid of this van!

For instance, we originally were going to order a white 2013 Outback from another location because, while we were interested in the 2013 Forester, we felt the 2013 Outback fit our situation better. Chris went out of his way to help me get my vehicle fixed. It is almost impossible for me to call during the day with my job, but he would contact me after hours to make sure everything was correct. He also helped me with a loaner, and worked around my schedule to get my car in. I have taken my car in a few times for service, and it's safe to say I will not be going to any other dealer besides Fusz to work on my car.
