Everytime I go in Sam Swope infiniti there is always a probelm! My service Advisor was Anna Keith she was so rude to me and was no help to me at all, I then ask to speak with her manager he also was very rude and was disrespectful as well as no help to me. I have never been treated they way they have treated me ! I work at a dealer my self and this is not how customer service is suppose to be. I highly recommend NOT going here and will never refer anyone here! Not a place any one would want to go!!!! I would also not recommend Anna Keith she will just be rude and waste your time!!

This is my second car purchase frome swope infinity and it won't be the last!Hands down the smoothest and profesional transactions one can hope for in buying or selling a car!Andy Simmons and Nick Wright make the whole process so easy and are great guys to deal with.this place really makes you feel comfortable with a great staff of smiling faces!oh,and i love my new car!!!

I have gone to to the Infiniti service center at sam swope for my Infinti services. I feel Miquel Leon is extremely professional and honest. I appreciate his help with my car and have continued to go there over the last few years . Most recently he helped me make some decisions on my car that I really appreciated having someone who seems like they care and wanted to help me. I will use the service center again and highly recommend Miquel and Infiniti.

This is the 4th car that I have purchased from SS. This is the first used car and Infiniti that I bought. I dealt with Whitney. She was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The Infiniit has more "bells and whistles" than I'm used to, so Whitney was patient showing me how they operated. She provided the Carfax and also provided the previous owner and contact info. Knowing the history on the car was essential in this purchase. I had some maintenance items that I wanted to be checked and the service manager, Steve took care of them with the Nick the manager. I find that SS are reasonable people to deal with and look forward to a continued relationship.

CJ and Nick were both very professional and easy to negotiate with. I hadn't negotiated a car deal for 10 years and was not looking forward to it! CJ made the experience very easy. I felt like he did everything he could to get a fair price for my car and the new car I purchased. The sparkling apple juice celebration and complimentary wine glasses after the purchase was really a nice touch. I will definitely refer my friends and family to CJ !!

After having done a lot of homework in looking for used vehicles - particularly using Cars.com for comparisons, I found what I was looking for at Sam Swope Infiniti. Arranged for a test drive via Cars.com. That went smoothly. The price was agreeable, and I left with my new-to-me vehicle that same day. I was treated well, and had all my questions answered.

I had a problem with them cashing a check early and i gave them a bad review. I went in after the fact and they made it MORE than right. Im sorry to the dealership for doing that. I cant express how well they took care of the problem. I would definitely buy from again.

Jeremy is a great salesman, who is honest and knows exactly what he's talking about. He's friendly, polite, and not pushy at all. He was very patient and helpful with helping me buy my car. If you go here, I strongly recommend asking for him.

We recently leased a new Infinti JX from Sam Swope Infiniti (a birthday present for my wife) and could not have been happier with the experience! Both Nancy Kawata (our sales professional) and Brian (the sales manager) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating in all respects. Nancy took her time to thoroughly explain all of the features of the vehicle and the different packages offered so we fully understood our choices. She made herself available to us both in person and over the phone to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable every step through the process. When we sat down with Nancy to discuss the numbers and our goals with putting the deal together she listened to us and we felt that she was very helpful in communicating this to Brian (the sales manager). The proposal she brought back to us from Brian was very reasonable, and I received a fair value for my trade. Both Brian and Nancy were very upfront and straight forward with all of the financial details and terms. I was presented with several options to determine what would work best for us, and I never felt pressured at all.In our particular situation, with the JX being newly available there currently is a limited inventory and the vehicles are selling as soon as they come in; so we were also debating if it would be better to special order a vehicle with specific features that were important to us or if we would go with a vehicle that was already scheduled to be delivered to the dealership. Nancy was very patient with us and researched all of the JX's coming in and found one for us that was scheduled to arrive in about a week. Nancy called a few days later, and I was impressed that she called us as soon as the truck arrived, first thing in the morning. They did not even have the packaging removed from transit yet. It was very apparent that she was working diligently for us to get the vehicle we wanted in time for my wife's birthday. We made an appointment to meet Nancy at my lunch break for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the JX and we made the decision at that point to move forward. We made an appointment to meet Nancy again after work at about 6:00pm to finalize everything. Here is where Nancy and the team at Sam Swope Infinti really shined. I went back to work about 1:00pm and filled out the credit app online. It was very easy; I don't think it even took 5 minutes to complete. We met Nancy and Mike, the finance manager after work and he had all of the paperwork prepared and Nancy had the car all cleaned up and ready for us too. Mike, the finance manager, was fantastic. He really worked hard for us to make everything right with the financing. He thoroughly explained all of the paperwork to us and answered all of our questions. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and his help was key to making our experience stress free and easy.To summarize, this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will certainly be calling Nancy for my next vehicle in a few months and will recommend her and the team at Sam Swope Infiniti to all my friends and family looking to buy a new car. We love the JX, and really appreciate everything Nancy, Brian, and Mike did for us to make this experience so easy and fun.To summarize, this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will certainly be calling Nancy for my next vehicle in a few months and will recommend her to all my friends and family looking to buy a new car. The best buying car process i ever experienced. After a nightmare at CARMAX, i found the best dealership in Kentucky: SAM SWOPE INFINITI. It was easy, quick and i drove my BMW home. Andy set the tone and everything else was smooth. This is how car buying should be !!!

I worked with Andy Simmons last week on the purchase of a new vehicle. Andy was great - helped with every step of the process. He helped me buy the vehicle I wanted at a great price and even negotiated a better price on my trade for me. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. This is the first time that I have never had "buyers remorse" when purchasing a vehicle. it has been 5 days since my purchase and I still feel great about it. Thanks Andy!

This review is in regards to a recent experience with the service department at Sam Swope Infiniti. I took the car while in town because I wasn't getting answers regarding a noise when I was making right turns. Upon arrival I was helped by Jessica. She seemed to be unfriendly and like she was doing me a favor talking to me. I made mention of the noise I was getting with right turns and asked if she had heard of the complaint. My DC area dealer had many cases of the same thing and multiple cars in at the same time. There was recent mention of a fix and I wanted to see if the dealership could help me. They put it up on the rack and informed me that it would require a $400 brake job. The brakes were replaced when I purchased the car used but not with Infiniti pads. The brakes were fine but I was told the rubbing was coming from there. I doubt they even drove the car to duplicate the sound and insisted it was this that was wrong. Even if they were right the attitude and service level I received would make a Hyundai owner mad. My car is under factory warranty and I have a factory extended warranty as well. I was charged just over $36 for them to tell me it was something without properly listening to my complaint or reviewing the full case. When I was in an area away from an Infiniti dealer I would take the car to a Nissan dealership. I would avoid these guys at all costs.

Overall, I was very disappointed in my recent dealings with Sam Swope Infiniti Sales-Louisville Group. The G-35 test drive of the new vehicle went very well & the salesman appeared to be knowledgable & confident about his product. However, when it came to pricing, the salesman took 35 minutes to communicate the EPP quote back to me. Note, prior to this he was told this transaction would be a cash deal and via their Nissan Employee Participation Program. FYI, early in the negotiations our sales person acted very unprofessional toward another sales person right in front of this customer. This was a definite TURN OFF and should have been an early alert but unfortunately, I gave him benefit of the doubt. Toward the end, he finally took my BMW potential trade in to their "independent appraiser's" and their offer was actually 2 1/2 times less than what I received at where I ending up purchashing a new car. Yes, I want to reiterate an insulting 2.5 TIMES LESS than what his competition offered. Overall, I was disappointed with this dealership and I have shared my experience with my family and friends. Needless to say, they all thanked me because they do not want the same arrogant and rude experience . Their dealership motto is "At Sam Swope's You Never Walk Away." Trust me folks, do yourself a favor and don't walk but RUN FAST TO THE PARKING LOT AND VISIT THIER Kentucky / Indiana / Tennessee competition. I did and was REWARDED with a fair deal and a quality new automobile.
