I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair. The service department repaired the part and the car was done in about 1 hour. I got into the car and noticed they broke an interior panel while replacing the part. I brought the car back and asked them to fix it. They said it's an old car and it wasn't their fault. I said well you can get the whole panel, correct? Then they replied well we can price one for you. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I have taken these panels off of a 30 year old vehicle and have not broken them on it, so there is no excuse to break them on a car half that age. The service technician hurried through the repair with careless attitude and payed no attention. Now the dealership is avoiding any contact made by myself and will not reply, after saying they will do so. This is a typical scenario of "getting someone" and I happen to be the victim this time. I advise to NOT bring your vehicle to this low-quality service center.

I really had a wonderful experience purchasing my car. I am an independent purchaser meaningful I don't respond well to pressure salesmen. The sales personnel at Lynch seemed to be able to realize this and not push any harder than was necessary -- in fact, I now see that they really just guided me to my decision.

I went in to check on another vehicle because I wasn't enjoying the one that I had. I call and Billy Johnson called me back. There is where my experience started. I enjoyed working with him. He made waiting enjoyable and they stayed with the same company that I was already with. Mr. Johnson has checked back with me to see if everything was still working out for me as well. I would recommend not only the location but the person as well. I look forward to getting me another car later on and hopes he's still there so I can have just as much fun as I did with this visit.

My wife and I started off looking for a nice used Cheverolet Tahoe or Surburban. We're not made of money, but want to get the most we can for our money. These people are in my opinion the lowest form of xxxx. The whole experience only reinforced my negative opinion of car salesman. Now to the the meat and potatoes. As I said we had been looking for a few days for a used Suburban or Tahoe. The one at Lynch popped up one day and we knew it could be the one. During lunch, my wife and I rode over for a test drive and to look it over. Sure enough, we both liked it. It seemed to be a decent price, but had high miles. It was a 2011 Suburban to be exact with 147k miles on it. Yes, a lot of miles, but it's what we can do. After agreeing that we'd like to talk about getting the truck, we went inside the sales office to start the little sales dance. Even though i told the saleman exactly what i had and what i was paying and if that wasn't good enough i understood and we would keep looking. (I brought my own financing) We still had to do the dance.. i threatened several times to leave, but they had my keys looking over our trade..... Finally 4 hours, we are able to come to an agreement and we leave with the car. Any guesses what we paid? you got it, the exact amount to the penny of what i said i had 4 hours earlier. Now, being a reputable dealership, i figured I could trust them to be selling me a truck they had at least looked over to verify any major issues... obviously that was wrong. so the next morning, i notice the oil change sticker up in the corner of the front windshield. xxxx thing was a thousand miles overdue for an oil change. Oh well, not a big deal.. i can pay for an oil change. a few days later I take it for an oil change and find out that "oh yeah, 2011 models and newer GM's need a special oil, it's going to cost 70 bucks... nice!! again, not their fault, but darn, don't have have a service department that does this stuff all day? how far would it have gone if they had said, "hey, we filled you up with gas and just changed the oil. you don't have to worry about that for a while." But alas no, they didn't even put gas in it. Now the fun starts... About an hour after I drop the truck off, the service tech calls me and says he has a couple of things to talk to me about. He says the transmission fluid is almost black and looks like it's never been changed, the oil was actually 2 quarts low and the rear differential fluid is very low... holy crap, that's a lot to take in on a car that's only 2 weeks old to me. I then start telling the guy my situation, being a truck we just brought and how unhappy i am that i have to do all that just after buying the thing. he asked where i bought it and i tell him Lynch. He tells me that dealerships like that are supposed to do a 132 point inspection of used cars and all that jazz before they go and resale them...I'm thinking, "oh good, maybe it was just traded in the day before our purchase and they just never had time. i'll call the GM of the dealership and straighten this all out" i'm going to wrap this up, i know i'm going really long.. Pretty much what happened when i called was that he told me that i should have been told this was an "As is sale" with no warranty or an liability to them... first off, i never once "blamed" them for anything. all i did was ask why i bought a truck that was 2 quarts low on oil and fluids never even checked. I was promptly told this was a high mileage vehicle and they don't do any of that on vehicles like this, that they don't offer them to the public, they normally just take them to the car sales... well guess what, i found the car on their website. how is that not offering it to the public? the GM, Mark Hall, never once offered an apology, never offered to do anything to reconcile. He only wanted to belittle my $20000 purchase and try to make me feel like xxxx for buying a used car. He told me he pays his technicians $30 an hour and pretty much they had better things to do. Again, i have to tell you, I never once got rude with the guy, never accuses him of anything, never attacked him what so ever. I finally just hung up in the middle of one of his sentences before i did something i would regret. Please people be aware of what you're getting into if you go to this dealer or any other Lynch dealers, they all know what they're doing and they all want to make as much money from you as possible.

Lynch Chevrolet and John Faulk was outstanding in the purchase of my new truck. I knew the color, body style and other options I was looking for and I found it at Lynch Chevrolet in Auburn. I looked for a couple of months at local dealers and online, I found it online Sunday night, talked to John Monday about it and sealed the deal over the phone Wednesday from 250 miles away and picked it up on Friday a week ago! John Faulk was great and very helpful! Great job Lynch Chevy!!

My 2010 impala has had problem after problem. I have spent out as much money on repairs then I've made payments. I still have several hundred dollars worth of repairs to have done and I still owe another 4 yrs of payments. I advise anyone to not buy a used car from here and don't use there service center. I've heard sorry a like mine from other customers but I tried them anyway. Every time I get a repair there is something else major that happens a few months later.

Lee was so helpful. I called almost everyday for a week before purchasing my New 2013 Chevy Cruze to make sure they still had it on the lot. When I got there I did not see it anywhere but Lee made sure to take it off the lot so no one would come and get it before me. I fell in love with the car and Lee made my first car buying experience very smooth. Even though I had to go all the way to Alabama to find the car I wanted it was well worth it. All the Georgia dealers I had contacted beforehand were giving me the run around and it was so obvious.

This dealership will lie to customers but i refuse to give them my business and I feel no one should give them their buisness neither. I am currently deployed and prior to leaving I granted my mother power of attorney to handle all my finances as well as trade in my vehicle for me to get a new truck. After going online, I found a truck that I really wanted and I emailed my mother the exact one I wanted. She consulted with a salesperson by the name of John and they discussed the prices and arranged for my mother to drive almost a hour from where she lives to bring my car in to get a appraisal and start the paperwork for the truck, xxxx I was even going to put down a huge down payment. Well long story short the guy lied to my mother when she got there, and told her the truth that he sold the truck two days ago instead of telling her on the phone before she even drove all the way down there. He lost a sale that day because he is a liar and did nothing to accomadate my mother. If you buy from this place thats your decision but I wouldnt advise anybody to buy from here. It's funny how I serve two tours to defend this country and I cant even depend on an American to take care of my mother and ensure I get the truck that was promised to me. It's sad, but like I said, I will never buy from this garbage establishment! By the way if there is any other dealers out there they want a great condition 2006 dodge charger and a Soldier willing to put down $5,000 to get in a a 2013 or 2014 cheverolet silverado, my email is with this review. I'm still confused as to how the xxxx this dealrship on has great reviews, let me guess you all write them yourself huh?

Automobile buying can he a pain and has been in the past with other dealers but these guys were terrific. Lee is AWESOME!!!! I stopped by just to browse the lot.....I was most interested in the Traverse. I explained to Lee exactly what features I was looking for. Without hesitation he showed me several options. Within 20 mins I was test driving MY new Traverse!!!! Remember, I was only "browsing". :-). He has strong values and works hard for the customer and dealership. I first visited Lynch Chevy/Cadillac looking for a new pickup truck about two/three weeks ago. I met Mr. Heard on the showroom floor. I told him I was looking for a new pickup. He told me that he could find the truck that I wanted. He gave me a brochure of the 2013 pickups. I took it home and reviewed it and then emailed him the specifications for the truck that I wanted. I know that he began working trying to locate the truck immediately. We had three or four telephone conversations about the truck during the next few days. Late last week he called and told me that he had found my truck at one of the dealerships in Florida. He worked up a quote and emailed it to me but I just happened to stop by Lynch on the way home from work that day and he gave me a copy to review. I reviewed the price that he had quoted and called him later to see if GM Supplier discounts and GM Card points could be applied to the price. I am sure that he talked to the Sales Manager and they were able to apply the discount and GM Card points. I really appreciate that. Earlier this week after we had agreed on the exact price of the vehicle, I told Mr. Heard that I wanted the truck and he began immediately to work out a transfer of the truck from the Florida dealership. Later today, we will handle all the paperwork and hopefully I can drive the truck home either Saturday or Monday.I think that Mr. Heard put forth the extra effort to find the vehicle that I wanted. He did an outstanding job and I appreciate his efforts. He was always friendly, answered all of my questions and easy to work with and negotiated a fair price for the truck.

Not much to choose from at this dealership. I made an offer on one of their used Cadillac's and the salesman said the Mgr said they couldn't take the offer and I heard nothing more from them . I did buy from another dealer in Auburn. I got a newer model, under warranty for less money than they were asking for an older car. I guess that makes me happy and makes them happy that they won't have to be bothered with me again.

Pete Ramage was an awesome dealer. Very patient, kind and helped me a lot, especially because I needed extra help with my payment method. Always updated me with news about the sale, and also helped me when I needed other repairs after buying the car (broken parking brake). It took me a week or so after I bought the car and could actually drive it, and at this period, Pete always called, sent emails and also sent a letter keeping me informed of everything and asking if everything was ok with the car after I got it. Carl gave me a very good deal on the Camaro I purchased I drove from SC to get it. They were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had an excellent experience working with Carl, Chuck and Phil. They were all very courteous and friendly. I spoke with Carl over a 2 day period working toward deciding what vehicle best suited our budget and needs. After arriving at the dealership, where they had our new car ready and waiting for us, Carl turned us over to Chuck who assisted us in explaining the features on our new Cruze. Carl did not pressure us in any way, but was very helpful. Phil was a tremendous help in making sure we were happy with our financing which required quite a bit of effort on his part. All three guys stayed after closing time to help us get into our new vehicle in one trip, saving us time and gas. They all conducted themselves in a very professional manor and were as accomidating as was possible to make this sale a reality. So far we love our new vehicle and ae looking forward to taking our first road trip in june.

I checked website Wednesday night to see how much my trade in was worth and Chuck called me first thing Thursday morning. I test drove two cars and drove MY NEW car home that same evening. You can't get any faster than that! They setup my cell phone to work hands free and got the Onstar system working and answered all my question about the car. Contacted the dealership by the internet received a call back within hours of sending E-mail. We discussed the car I wanted they arranged the financing and with in two days I had my new car. Upon arriving at the dealership all paperwork was in order and I was on my way in under two hours. If that is not excellent service I do not know what they could of done better.

We purchased a new Chevrolet Traverse on January 26, 2012. Arthur Cooper and Robert May could not have been more professional and courteous. We have used the service department previously and have been impressed with the attention and detail displayed by Audra and Joey at the front desk. Workmanship is excellent. This is our first purchase at Lynch Chevrolet and Cadillac but will not be the last. We really liked Dale, because he came over and introduced himself and did not pressure us. HE GAVE US HIS CARD AND SAID IF U HAVE ANY QUESTIONS I'LL BE RIGHT OVER HER TO ANSWER TO THEM. SO THAT GAVE US A CHANCE TO LOOK AROUND AND DECIDE WHAT WE WANT. AFTER CHECKING OUT THE VEHICLES, WE ASKED DALE SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VEHICLES HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE TEST DROVE A MALIBU, AND FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DALE LANEY AS A GREAT SALESMAN, HE IS SO DOWN TO EARTH, FRIENDLY,FUNNY, AND VERY KNOWLEDEABLE. This dealership is friendly and treats the customer with respect. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and honest about what models were available on the lot and in surrounding areas. Truck features were demonstrated to the customer prior to vehicle acceptance. Overall the sales experience and guidance pprovided by Mr. Gibson were outstanding.

But, talking with you and hearing your descriptions of the equipment helped me make my decision. I appreciate the no-pressure approach in your sales presentation and the way you helped me understand the vehicles condition in our phone conversation before I agreed to purchase the vehicle. As I indicated to you, the truck looks even better in person than it did in the pictures. We had a good experience with Lynch Chevrolet. The salesman was very helpful and honest with us through out the sale. Can't remember the finance guy's last name. Chuck came out to the lot and answered my questions right away. Everyone else were frienly even if not involved in the sale.
