We feel they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with buying a new vehicle.We were looking for a used SUV because I have bought new the last couple times and it mademe sick when someone else put a ding in my new vehicle. But when I saw used I was not happy either so they worked with us to get us what we wanted and were happy with. They were very patient with us worked past closing time and the office manager that did our paper work was sonice and explained everything so well to us down to drawing us pictures to explain to us what all the paper work meant and that means a lot to me.

I was looking for a Ford Escape and had heard a lot of good things about Lynch Ford. From the first time we walked in the door throughout our whole experience with the staff there, we were treated very well and can't say enough good about our experience. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful and made us feel like we were the most important people there. This, folks, is how you run a car dealership! Only thing to improve on is to get James to be a Vikings fan and give up the Packers! :-)

This was the first car I ever purchased, which means I had a ton of questions, a bit of guilt for the price, and an extra amount of nerves. I worked with the salesman and we found the perfect car, he answered all my questions fully and without a singly hint of being annoyed. Not only was the salesman fantastic, but the backend system of filing all the paperwork and signing every form make it very easy, comfortable and took the stress away. There were forms I didn't understand, he explained them fully. That is much appreciated when a "younger" woman is coming in purchasing her first car. I plan to buy all cars from Lynch due to exceptional service.

This is my 3rd vehicle I've bought at Lynch Ford. Each time I've dealt with Dan Heim who is great to work with. When I walked into the showroom, immediately over the intercom they were paging Dan to come to the showroom for a customer. They are paying attention. Service is great, I get all my oil changes done here and the folks on the Service side are wonderful as well. I will continue to keep coming back.

I set up an appointment via the website by saying I was interested in a 2016 Ford Escape. I arrived a few minutes early, and was immediately greeted by an employee who directed me to a table. Within a few moments Frank Anderson came over and introduced himself, and started warming up the car (it was an incredibly cold day). While the car warmed up, Frank asked if I was interested in buying or leasing, and if I knew how leasing worked. I said I was interested in the lease, but didn't really know much about it. Frank gave an excellent description of how the entire process worked, and let me ask all the question I wanted. Throughout the entire experience I was never pressured, or made to feel like I was being sold something I didn't want. Fantastic place, and Frank is the best.

Won't work with you for your trade or the retail price, although the price was somewhat lower than other dealers. They bent the truth on how long the car I purchased was on the lot. I traded in a car with 2 week old tires on it and they didn't count that in for trade-still ticked about that. I've come to learn that all dealerships when boiled down, are the same...no matter how nice they appear. True, they were very kind but soon after, when it comes to the $, They want to come out on top. Sad when they take your trade, clean it up and tack on 4 grand for their lot price. All in all, probably have to think twice before coming back for the next car.

Tried to trade my 2011 Mustang 5.0 (bought new at your dealership) on a new Mustang 5.0 back in early summer but got a complete runaround on price (based on TruCar research). In checking with another dealer they made me an excellent deal but you folks wouldn't trade. Always had you folks do all service work and these visits were very good. Your sales technique needs help. I won't be back.

This is my 2nd new vehicle purchase with Lynch and both purchases went off without a hitch. Very professional, knowledgable and most importantly personable to the customer. This is true of not only my immediate sales person but also the service dept & new car loan business associates. I was looking for a very specific truck and it was late in the year so I couldn't order it. Lynch sent (2) drivers over 350 mi one way and trailered it back from another dealer so when I received it - the odometer had only 4 miles. I have recommended Lynch to others for any car/truck purchase they may need. I'm sure I'll be back for my next auto purchase. I used the same salesperson for both purchases as I felt he was very straight forward and honest about all facets of the vehicle/rebates/plans available throughout the transaction.

I noticed a rock chip in the windshield of the 2011 Terrain that I purchased. It was the day after I purchased the car since it had been raining the day I bought it. Wyatt Snodgrass is my salesman. He not only fixed the chip, but shuttled me back to work and then dropped the car back off to me when it was done! Amazing service for a used car, I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car contact Wyatt. He was also patient and helpful when I purchased the vehicle. He made sure I was happy before I left.

I brought my mother in to see Wyatt Snodgrass to get a new car, and knew that he would take good care of her. He was hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with, and it wasn't even my car. It was obvious that he really listened to what she wanted, and knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain everything and make sure she was comfortable and confident in her choice. I know that she will go back to him in the for future car purchases. And I will not buy a vehicle from anyone else. There is no way I could ever go back to pushy and ignorant dealerships after working with Wyatt. He made it an absolutely joyful experience. After experiencing most of the dealerships in eastern Iowa, I can confirm that my wife and I did indeed have a different experience. In looking for a new truck, we committed to try all local dealerships and brands before buying, so we looked at GMC, Chevy, Toyota, Ford and Dodge... and not only did we test drive all the trucks (6 in all), we test drove the different dealerships. Frankly, I was skeptical about the 'different experience' that Lynch talks about, but unfortunately at all the other dealerships we experienced the pushy, lets keep you all day, and not let you leave the experience. In fact, we had one dealership tell us they didn't want us to leave because the average person purchases after 1.6 dealerships (more focused on pressure vs. value). The difference we experienced at Lynch was their genuine interest in helping us find the best vehicle for us and since they offer both Ford and Chevy, we could contrast many different vehicles before making our choice. Great experience with great people that actually made the experience different than any of the several cars I've purchased at other dealerships in the past. Next time, one dealership Lynch

I have a Ford Fusion that wouldn't fill all the way up when empty. Since I live in Cedar Rapids I took it to the Ford dealer in Cedar Rapids. The Cedar Rapids dealer had the car for two days and never offered a loaner car. The Cedar Rapids dealer did replace the fuel filler neck, but that did not solve the problem. Took it back again and they said everything else checked out fine, yet it would still not fill all the way up. The Cedar Rapids dealer also said they would call me back regarding a recall, but never did. So I decided to call Lynch Ford Chevy since I only had a few thousand more miles under warranty and needed this fixed. They were very helpful. Lynch also had to have the car overnight but unlike the Cedar Rapids dealer, they offered a loaner vehicle at no cost. They too said everything checked out but decided to replace a sensor anyway. They even cleaned and washed my vehicle when I picked it up. The new sensor fixed the problem and it now fills all the way up. I would recommend everyone in Cedar Rapids drive a few extra miles to Mt. Vernon and deal with Lynch. I know I will from now on.

I just returned home from Lynch Ford after waiting just short of 2 hours for an oil change. I arrived at 4 and I finally asked at 5:30 about the status of my oil change. I was told that they had no record of my car and would check into it. After they finally figured out where my car was, I was told that it was the other service writer's fault who left at 5 as he failed to do paperwork for my car so the service writer that was still there did not know that my car was there. I was given the excuse that they were really busy after I arrived so the service writer that was there till 5 didn't have time to do my paperwork and get the service started on my car as he had other cars to check in after mine and getting the new cars checked in was a priority over checking in the cars that arrived earlier. An apology would have been nice but rather I got excuses and blaming someone else. I am currently in the market to buy a vehicle but will not work with Lynch Ford nor will I go back for service. Lynch Ford does not offer the level of customer service that they used to offer when I bought my car from them. After messaging this to the dealership, I received a phone call and e mail apologizing for the long wait and excuses. I am now much happier with Lynch Ford.

I pulled into Lynch Ford to basically "kick some tires", and see what options I had available in purchasing an F-150. I was looking at used trucks, 2009 - 2013 because I felt that I couldn't afford a new truck.Jon Kloss came out to meet me in the lot. He was very personable, friendly, and outgoing. His sales style is one that promotes immediate trust... not a "hard seller" and never pressed for a sale. He was much more interested in what I had in mind as far as my needs, and never pointed me in any direction that would've been detrimental to me. Jon gave me numerous options, and allowed me the ample time to look at those options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the truck line, and through his expertise and willingness to help me, I had found out that I was able to purchase a new "left over" 2013 FX4 model for what I felt was a great deal compared to used XLT or FX4 models I had been previously looking at.Jon also introduced me to Mike Clifton, the Sales Manager, who was also very outgoing, friendly, and not pressuring whatsoever.I've been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and I know service when I see it. I have been taking all my vehicles to Lynch Ford for services for about 6 years. The quick lane is well run with very good customer service. The people are friendly and professional and make sure that everything is explained to you to your satisfaction. They provide a very nice basic car wash as part of almost every service or repair they make. All the repairs have been done correctly and the vehicle is clean insides and out.Because of their excellent service center, I started buying my vehicles there as well. In the last few years I've purchased two vehicles from them and both times Dave Jordan was very professional. I was dealt with in a fair and courteous manner, without any "used car salesman" games. I've had very different experiences at other dealerships over the years and it is nice to just get the deal done without any drama.Recently, I had some problems with my Fusion moonroof that was about a year out of warrantee. Jeff Krogman went well above and beyond what I hoped for in helping me resolve the issues I had with the vehicle. Lynch ford has consistently been good to work with over the years.In short I'm taking the time to write this review because I believe that Lynch Ford has always treated me right and I think a business that does that consistently deserves to be acknowledged for it.

I thought they were nice but the mechanics were rude and didn't fix things that should have been fixed! Then when they break they expect you to pay for another tow back to them and then pay to have them fix what should have been fixed the first time.

We have always received excellent care at Lynch and our service advisor is Luke Thole. He is very knowledgable in what is needing done, friendly and gets us in and done in a timely manner. The facilities are comfortable while waiting and love the complimentary wash and vacuum. Will not go to anyone other than Luke for our needs at Lynch!

The service work done on our van is always done at Lynch. The same with my father in law's van. We have been totally satisfied with the quality of work, the ability to get the work done on a timely basis or even in a "emergency" for us. This is probably due in no small part to Jeff Krogman, or personal service advisor. We are greeted in a friendly, prompt fashion, and the work necessary is explained well with options provided. And the Quick Lane works well too.

Throughout the entire process they were very helpful and honest. They went through all of our options when it came to transferring in a Focus or placing an order. We ultimately decided to order a Focus and they did a good job of keeping us updated as to the status of the car. When it came to financing they were very upfront, honest and did everything they could to get us the best possible rate. Finally, they gave us a very fair price for our trade in and not a low ball offer like most dealerships. Lynch Ford Chevrolet is a GREAT dealership and it is definitely worth the short drive from Cedar Rapids to Mount Vernon.
