I have been a Nissan customer for over 10 years. I have a service advisor that I have followed over the years, and have been going to Lynne's for the past 6 years. I live in Central Jersey and I choose to make the trip to Lynne's to have my car serviced over taking it to a closer dealership.I decided to give their sales department an opportunity, since my lease was coming to an end.I had been to several Nissan dealers in the area, and felt the most comfortable at Lynnes. Ray R., my sales consultant was professional, helpful, diligent and went out of his way to find the right car for me. Having been a Toyota customer since 1982, we were hesitant about looking at another brand but the Nissan Rogue looked really nice so we decided to "look" at it at a dealer, with no plans to buy at the time. Upon arrival at Lynnes Nissan, we were made to feel very welcome without any pressure that one normally gets at a car dealership.Our salesperson, Paulette, couldn't be nicer. We told her we wanted to look at the Rogue. Initially, my wife was interested in the older model, the (still new) 2015 Rogue Select. Paulette showed us what the new model Rogue that was on the floor and the older Rogue Select that was in their lot. Since my wife couldn't decide which style she preferred, Paulette offered to take us to the inventory lot so we could compare the 2 and see the different colors and options first hand.After walking around a bit on the lot, my wife found exactly what she wanted. The Rogue Select had a rear window that was too small so she decided on the newer version, the 2016 Rogue S. The exterior color, the interior color, the options (and lack thereof that she didn't want) was right there waiting for us.After very little hesitation, my wife decided that would be her next car. We returned to the dealership to work the numbers.The first offer was the right one. No need to haggle at all. Plus Nissan was offering 0% interest so we were basically going to use their money for nothing for the length of the finance period. It was a no-brainer. While we were at Paulette's desk, Jay the sales manager went over the deal with us to make sure we were totally satisfied and to answer any questions we had. Sam the finance guy was the last person we met with to sign the finance paperwork. Each person we dealt with was genuinely concerned that we got what we wanted and were happy with the experience. They really went the extra mile to make us satisfied. When we asked when we would be able to pick up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we would be driving it home that day. We arrived at the dealership around 4 pm and were completed and on the way home before 7!We went to look and ended up driving home with a new car! I cannot remember a more pleasurable car buying experience in my 42 years of driving.We highly recommend Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield NJ to anyone looking for a stressless, enjoyable and fairly priced car buying adventure.

Lynnes Nissian will make many promises and then not follow through with them. Do Not trust them. They will say things "will be taken care of" in a lease. Save yourself the headaches and go somewhere reputable. Read any of the recent reviews of them on their page I am not alone.

This is the second time I've purchased a car at Lynne's Nissan. I worked with Mario. He was upfront about prices and I didn't have the typical car salesman experience where I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing anything. They were able to work with my budget and I left satisfied. Plus they always barbecue on Saturdays in the summer and the food is actually really good! I would definitely recommended Lynne's Nissan for their customer care and efficiency.

Had a great experience at Lynnes Nissan today. Mario Bacha was exceptional, --Friendly and professional. Sometimes buying a car is such a long drawn out process but we were taken care of in a timely manner, had all our questions answered and felt we were offered a good deal. Jay was also very helpful. Everyone knows what a terrible experience buying a car can be, even if you know what you want!! We had decided to test drive 3 different cars including the Subarau Cross Trek. We were introduced to our salesperson, Pamela DeLorenzo who, ultimately, made this car buying chore fun and fairly easy!! We were never pressured or inundated with calls or emails. Pamela was a delight to work with and always available to answer questions. After 3 trips to this dealership, and trips to other dealers, both Subaru and other makers, we came back to Pamela and are now the happy owners of a Cross Trek. My wife and I bought a Subaru Forester from Lynnes this week. I did my homework beforehand, as usual. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made the process. Olga Rogers was very knowlegeable about the various cars and options, and allowed us to buy the car in the way that we wanted. She showed us the process and walked all of us through it. She was patient with our extended family, all of whom had questions. The price we got was fantastic, and there were no gimmicks or surprises. Olga was simply outstanding, and not pushy or in our faces, like other dealers. The finance guy, Joe Guarneri was great: very knowledgable . He applied through multiple banks to get us the best rates, and gave us a great deal on a warranty. I would go there again, and I would recommend them highly.

Entire process of buying Pathfinder 2014 was excellent. However Jeff from Finance department was rude in terms of discussing APR on loan. He was talking rudely and looking at me as if I can't afford to buy a new car. As a returning customer to this dealership I am still very satisfied. Irfan Niazi made my experience there very comfortable. I was looking for a '14 Nissan Juke SV originally but they only had the S model or the NISMO model for a test drive. I happily took the NISMO model out for a test drive and was very impressed. I knew what the NISMO was but I wasn't expecting to like it (that is until I test drove it). They made a deal for the NISMO that I couldn't turn down and I'm still smiling.

I bought a 2011 Juke and put in a review the same day as purchase but as I started noticing issues with the car and Carfax within the first 3 days of having the car! The car salesman (Saied Abulhawa) and his "service" manager told me to come back to the dealership to talk about what was going on and his service manager got aggressive after I brought up fees misrepresentation and that the car had been in an accident previously not mentioned at the time of signing. The paint was already chipping off after it was driven off the lot within 2-3 days. There was an exchange of words between my father and the manager and it looked like the manager wanted to physically fight my father. He didn't even give a chance to hear what was going on and was completely rude & defensive. After things cooled off they both stated they would offer to get the paint touched up by a man that came on site to do this to the other vehicles on the lot. They told me to bring it in the following Wednesday. It's been 4 weeks since and when I call to speak to Saied to see if they paint man will be there (they said he comes in on Wednesdays at first and now all of a sudden it's always been Mondays), he is either with a customer or took the day off for a family emergency. I've been getting the run around since and this guy doesn't even have the decency to return a phone call! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP & am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of professionalism & service of this particular salesman & manager. I just hope the car that I purchased doesn't continue to peel paint and that the engine and frame doesn't give me issues throughout it's time with me (car accident confirmed by 2 mechanics, 1 was a Nissan mechanic at another location)!

I hate shopping for cars! All the hassling is not for me. I do my research home. Get the price that works for my budget and then go to a couple of different dealers around my house. I did the same this time around when we purchase our new Nissan Leaf. I met Irfan in my second stop and that was enough for me. He is honest! He didn't waste my time and he gave me exactly the price that I thought I would get. His price was much lower then the previous one that I got after spending a whole day in another dealer. I recommend him to you with no hesitation! Do yourself a favor and stop by his desk if you are on the market to get a Nissan.

Jay was one of nicest people I have come across in the car industry. I have always hated the pressure of shopping around for a new car, but Jay was very knowledgeable, accommodating and very honest with me. I found my car buying experience at Lynn's to be totally painless! I told my salesman what I was looking for and he called me promptly to come in for a test drive when he had the car I wanted. I wasn't waiting for hours on end to find a car, which I had done at other dealerships! My salesman was pleasant, courteous and helpful. I found the dealership to be a pleasant, clean and friendly. I prefer the Nissan Altima and if you want a Nissan, I would recommend buying or leasing a car there. My salesman's name was Jason.

Would not recommend this dealership. Emailed back and forth with Jim in their internet department and told him exactly the deal I was looking for. He called me to tell me he was a few dollars away from what I am paying now for my lease ending in a few months. I told him that I would only drive the 45 minutes to get there if being there would get me a better deal and he told me to come down that he was sure they could help me. So I drove the 45 minutes to get there, only to be pawned off on another sales person who I spent another 30 minutes with and then told me that not only could he not give me a better deal but now the price is $50-$70 higher which is way out of my budget. Oh but he did say 'sorry'. Do yourselves a favor and don't shop at this deanship, they don't tell the truth.

So i purchased a 350z convertible and over the car was 90% cosmetically intact but 100% mechanically working... Me and the salesman discussed what need it to be fixed and we also discussed the price, mostly the monthly installments am down payment, everything worked out swell and I even left the car over the weekend so they can do the cosmetic repairs we discussed went on Monday to pick it up (purchased the car on Saturday) only half the things we discussed were done and the salesman said come later on the week ill order the parts you need so we can conclude the cosmetic fixed... Well is been 10 days and still nothing but today (the 11th day things are getting done) overall everything went dandy and all thou I won't recommend this dealer the initial service was good just the follow on what they were going to was very poor, good price good car average dealership plus they need to remodel looks run down.

I came to purchase my first car at a dealership. Originally had a certain model that I saw online which I came to see and buy but unfortunately it was sold literally 10 minutes before I arrived. Had a great sales rep who worked with me and was able to show me a similar model for the same price, took it for a test drive, and drove it off the lot. Called ahead and settled on the price for my first new car - Nissan Sentra. When went in to finalize the price with all the options, nothing changed from our phone conversation. No necessary trips to "consult the manager" or similar tricks of the trade. Very straight forward buying process and experience. One thing though worth mentioning on the negative note is that when I went in to pick-up the car, the promised car alarm was not installed and I had to come back couple days later.

Tried to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, spoke to 4 different people, all of whom told me different things that contradicted each other. Different prices from different managers. I finally settled on a price and left a deposit, which they told me guaranteed the vehicle was mine, then they called a half hour later and told me someone else purchased the vehicle. Terrible business practices, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. I don't know how they sleep at night, knowing how they make their living. All they need at the dealership now is clowns and balloons to complete the scene. No good.

I went to Lynne's in search of a Nissan, i drove over 100 miles to receive the following: A rude sales man (Otto) who interpreted me at every chance. The sales man was not working for me, he was giving me lines I expected from a manager not someone in sales. A test drive where I barley got a sports car above 35 MPH, and an extremely low ball estimate on my trade in ( the "BOOK" value). There are plenty of Nissan dealers out there - STAY AWAY from this one.

Purchased a used Nissan Frontier. Carfax was complete. Vehicle was spotless. Looked as if it was brand new. Negotiation process took longer than I would have liked, but I ended up with my bottom line price. Dealer tried to slap on a large preparation fee. Don't pay it! I didn't. Very happy with the purchase and the follow up from this dealer.

I bought a new Altima from Lynne's and was thoroughly underimpressed with the quality of their salespeople and their reluctance to say 'thank you.' One of the reasons I chose Lynne's was their offer of 'free tires for life' as long as you service with them. I naively assumed that I could just follow the appropriate service schdule in the owner's manual to get the free tires. After the 1st couple of services, they told me the car needed work which was not specified until much higher mileage than the owner's manual. I pointed this out and was told they have thier own (better!) service schedule which is what is necessary to earn free tires. I was angry and called the manufacturer expecting them to back me up, after all, who knows service needs better, the builder or the dealer? I was naive again as Nissan USA refused to challenge their dealer. I would buy from Lynne's again only if they offered the best price but certainly would not recommend their service dept.

I drove quite a distance to get a used Volkswagen convertible because they had the best price. When I got there, everyone was very nice and helpful. I wasn't subjected to the nonsense "fake low price when you finance through us at an astronomical high interest rate' game that many dealers try. The low price they advertised was the price I got, and no pressure to finance through them at all. Great buying experience!
