Shopped at several dealerships for a used Santa Fe. They provided the best service(by far) of any dealership I visited. Their Easy Pricing takes the hassle out of negotiating. I paid over a $1000 less at Mack Grubbs than I was offered after 2 hours of negotiating at another dealership. I wish all dealerships adapted their business model. It makes it so much easier on a female when purchasing a vehicle.

I grew up my entire life driving Toyota's until I met Kevin and his staff at Grubbs. They just make everything so easy and you never feel pressured. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a car no matter how near or far you live from their dealership. They are that much better than the competition. They treat everyone as if they are purchasing a $90,000 Lexus even if they are buying a $13,000 Accent. Y'all are a class act, keep up the great work....Ana

Randy was the first salesperson we talked to. He spent a lot of time letting us drive different vehicles and was very enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about the smallest details. George helped me find exactly what I was looking for, all the bells and whistles of the elentra with the size of the sonata that was in our price range. My husband called him the closer. Vito was the one who showed me how to use the smart system in the car and was quite funny. Overall this is a place with really good salesmanship.

I traded-I a perfectly smooth, quiet, solid, and flawless 2012 Genesis for this new lovely to look at 2016 which has a noisy engine,clunky, noisy, rattles, and shudders over small bumps. seems to have some looseness in the front end, a rattle under the steering column, and (motor mounts?) greater engine vibration than my previous Genesis. Embarrassing. I loved to offer to have friends drive my 2012, but not this one. The sales staff at Mack Grubbs is great. I'm hoping that Genesis might contact me and push the local dealership in my hometown of Slidell, Louisiana to fix these issues.

Over all it was a good experience. I don't think I got the best interest rate I could have gotten with another dealership. The sales man told me 1.9 and ended up with 3.5. I know my credit rating is good and I put down 6k.

My wife and I test drove a 2016 Genesis on a Saturday, and then on the following Friday purchased the car from Mark Grubbs Hyundai because of the vehicle's quality and features, and because of the non aggressive and professional experience with Grubbs' new car representative. During the period between Saturday and Friday we looked at other vehicles including a Cadillac in another city. The dealer with the Cadillac called me five times in three days, and three of the calls were during the workday. The calls likely would have continued had I not asked the dealer to stop calling. There were no 'you must purchase now because' calls from Mark Grubbs Hyundai. Our final decision was between two cars, a 2012 Lexus LS460 and the 2016 Genesis. The Lexus only had 29,000 miles but did not include a warranty, and was priced only $5,000 less than the new Genesis. We certainly could have negotiated the Lexus price down a bit, but the Genesis was a better deal. Buy the Genesis -- you will not be disappointed.

"Over the years, I have purchased several vehicles, from several dealerships. I have had the opportunity to work with multiple salesmen. Often times, a salesman would attempt to have me ""buy up"", into something I didn't really need and was not cost effective for me to do so. On occasion, I took the bait and of course was dissatisfied with the ownership of the vehicle. With is transaction, Mr. Anderson met me when I arrived, asked me what I was looking for and he never attempted to sway my decision. He took me to the area of the lot with what I was looking for, pointed out and explained the different models. My decision at that point was, which color? Seamless transaction, and with ""time being of the essence"" in my fast pace environment, I could not be more pleased."

There were other cars at other dealers that I liked, but when it came down to actually driving the car and discussing the features, and what was available and how the buying process worked and talking about warranty, the other dealers seemed uninterested or too busy or wanted to tell me why not to buy from the other dealers, not why I should by from them. Vito was interested in selling me the car I wanted, made sure he answered my questions, and was patient, professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the features of the car. The paperwork part was easy and David was knowledgeable and able to complete the paperwork quickly and accurately and answer our questions.

Buying my Sonata from Mack Grubbs was a pleasant experience. I had done my homework online and knew exactly which car and trim level I wanted. I was shown the exact car on the lot. The salesman was very helpful in explaining all the new technology and safely features. My prior car was ten years old so I had not used any new car technology. I am a senior citizen and appreciated the specific information respectfully given to me. I had anxiety about driving the Sonata, but the test drive went well with George quietly coaching me. My son had researched approximate amount I should get for trade in and amount I should pay for the new vehicle. The amount the salesman and the manager came up with was so close to what I expected that there was no need to haggle over price. So, no anxiety over technology, no anxiety over fair price. Very good experience.

Came to the dealership not expecting to buy a new or car and expected the normal back and forth negotiating tactics you read about all over the internet. I was surprised to see that when I pulled onto the lot all of their cars were already priced with the lowest price clearly in the windshield. This was a big deal to me since I am a female shopper and really not skilled in the art of negotiation (who really is). My salesperson Gary was great, he showed me 3 or 4 cars and let me pick what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. I actually bought my new Sonata that very day and couldn't be happier with the experience....2 thumbs up to the Mack Grubbs Team.

My salesman was very nice but the general manager was very uncooperative. I was set on a vehicle and even took 3 trips to the dealership. I was mislead by an offer and was offered under my trade-in value. I will definitely not waste my time with this company again! I was told they would do anything to earn my business but only got the run around. Needless to say after my 3-60 mile trips, 4+ hours, AND probably $40+ of gas later I am still driving my original car!

I recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Mack Grubbs Hyundai. They were awesome! It was our first big purchase and we had specific needs and they found us all of them where other places couldn't. The price was great too. Obviously we wouldn't have bought if that wasn't the case. They were willing to work with us in order to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The biggest I thing I noticed compared to other dealerships was the facility itself. Though it is small, it is clean beyond belief. No kidding! Kevin took us for a tour of the dealership and the garage was spotless! And...with few cars being worked on. A good sign! ;)All in all we were extremely pleased to have worked with Grubbs Hyundai and even more excited to drive our new car around our new town! Thumbs up for them!!!
