My purchase went really smooth up to the point when I realized I had been deceived. I spoke to management about what had happen and they were willing to admit a mistake had been made but would not take responsibility for it. I will never set foot on any of their lots again because of how I was treated

I've struggled with parting with my Mazda for quite some time. I heard Dale Carter from FM 94.1 talk about Max Motors, so I decided to go "take a look". Fortunately, my salesman was Jake Giese. JR Sanders sold me my car and he was awesome!!! Answered all my questions. He didn't rush me and didn't try to push me into buying the car. Even sat and waited while I talked it out and figured out if it was a good fit for my family. Super nice guy and very patient. Everybody else in the process was just as equally great. I'd recommend this car dealership to any and everyone!!

Great experience all around. Everyone was friendly polite and professional. They went above and beyond. Price was good and trade in was good. They got the extra assessories ordered and installed very quickly and professionally.

WOW...Of all the vehicles I've bought in the past 40 years, this was with out a doubt the BEST buying experience I have ever had. MAX Ford is the "Go To Dealer" in Harrisonville Mo....And the salesman I had, J.R., with out a doubt the BEST. Knows his job, no pressure, knows the product better then anyone I've ever been around. Have purchased 2 vehicles from max ford in Harrisonville in the last 8 months, one for myself and one for my wife. I find the buying process a little lengthy, however got the best interest rates available, even better than my personal bank, Quality of vehicles new or used is exceptional, service dept and parts dept are second to none. Sales staff very friendly mostly laid back and try to help not push you into something.

I bought a used car there and I can only say if you buy one from them and have an issue that you feel is not being addressed properly, get ahold of the owner Mark Muller as I did. He is one heck of a down to earth nice guy and will do you right! "God, guns, and automobiles!"
