Bought a CX3 from Doug Clark. While the car was being "prepped" it was switched for a car with more mileage. After 4 visits to the dealership, four different explanations (lies) and a meeting with the general manager we still do not know why the switch took place. The windshield also has sand abrasions on it and twice they have tried to wash the abrasions off to no avail. Sand abrasions can not be washed away. They have "ordered" a new windshield which we have yet to see. It is "in transit"!!!!

I received a recall and made an appointment with Service Writer, Jenna Perry. She set my appointment for a convenient day and time. While my car was in service, a report was done on the condition of the car and it was found to need air filters. Manager Kevin Gallagher immediately brought my car into service and replaced very dirty air filters. When I picked up my car Jenna Perry went over the bill, applied my Mazda Points and showed me where my car was located. Both Kevin Gallagher and Jenna Perry were extremely professional and friendly.

Ricardo, the sales representative went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He even contacted me on his day off to help finalize some of the paperwork. Russ, the used car manager gave me an excellent quote on the vehicle that I had traded in and that made the purchase go even smoother for myself. Normally, when you buy a new car, you expect to have high payments and high insurance costs. However, Richie, the finance manager, was able to add on the simonize coverage for interior protection along with a theft tracking system which lowered my insurance, for a very minimal cost. I couldn't be any happier with my experience at the Mazda gallery. I would recommend it to anyone.

I walked into this dealership because I was interested in a used CX-5 that they had. This was my first car buying experience and although I may not have had experience in negotiation for a car, I was basically laughed out of the dealership. They said I need to look at other cars if I won't offer the list price. I was given an amazing deal elsewhere, so I know this is not how it should be done. This was not a comfortable experience and I found much better salespeople at Liberty Mazda in Wakefield. I ended up buying my Mazda from Liberty and couldn't be happier!

Janice and other staff members knew the cars well and could also talk about other cars I was considering so I could help confirm my choice. In this case I wanted a tighter, sportier feel as opposed to a smooth ride and don't care a whole lot about bells and whistles. She was up front in our negotiations and helpful after purchase. She told be how the dealership could help with tire selection and other services. Usually I don't use dealers for these things but will use this dealership because I think they would help me make better choices when the car needs tires or other service.

Start to finish the purchase of my new CX-5 was hassle free, including selecting the make, model, color, features and price. My experience started with Bob via the internet and from there continued with Harshene. First off let me say that Bob is very responsive, pays attention to detail and is all about customer service. Once I walked in the door armed with the information provided by Bob, Harshene took over and from there it was effortless and actually enjoyable. Harshene is very professional and upfront about what it is he can and can't offer, which translated in my purchasing the vehicle without hesitation. Harshene does't overlook a single detail such as my time spent waiting for finance, he took me out to the vehicle and walked me through all the options. In fact he went into detail about his experience with this vehicle and some of the quirks. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Just bought a CX-5. Worked with Doug. He is a pleasure to work with. The only hiccup was the perfunctory "add-selling" by Finance. They lobbed in a bunch of useless stuff (extra insurance, dingguards, etc.) for exorbitant costs and were surprised when I declined them all. Then they tried to double the proper interest rate on my car loan. Really poor decision by the Owners to keep doing this stuff. Net/net - very happy with the car and Doug.

I had never heard of this dealership till I did a search for MX-5's online. I sent an email with questions about a few of the cars they had available, a member of the sales team responded to me promptly and was able to answer my questions regarding the cars. When I visited the dealership I was greeted by Joe Damiano moments after walking thru the door, even though it was quite busy due to the promotion that was going on. Joe was very helpful from beginning to end of the buying experience, the business manager was also great, this was not an easy sale due to me living in NH, and MA laws regarding cars being what they are. But the dealership overall made my purchase with them a very good experience, and I have recommended them to several people I know.

I recently had a highway vibration problem on my Mazda 6, that was very difficult to diagnose. The technician at Mazda gallery was very persistent in trying to determine the source of the problem, rather than just shrugging it off. He spent a great deal of time (not all at my expense) and was very meticulous at tracking potential problem areas. He was determined to "make me happy" and did resolve my concern. In today's environment, it is often difficult to find customer service that exceeds expectations, but my service experience at Mazda gallery proved that they are willing to put in the extra effort to keep their customers happy.

I lease a 2015 CX-5 and have taken my vehicle in for routine service twice thus far. Both times, my experience was good, everyone I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I referred a friend who actually bought a CX-5 from Mazda Gallery.My one criticism of Mazda Gallery's customer service is the non-response of a service advisor when I contacted them via email. I had a quick question regarding my heater and was snubbed! I think if this electronic service is available to customers, it would be nice if using it is NOT IN VAIN.

Several years ago while looking to purchase a new vehicle I visited this dealership. I walked around the lot and show room. When I was not assisted I went to another dealership and purchased a Ford. I went to the dealership yesterday with the same result. I do get an email reminder to make an appointment to service my Mazda which I do not have. My daughter has purchased 2 Mazda's from them and has been leased. I don't anticipate going to this dealership but will visit other dealerships as I was prepared to make a purchase.

We looked up Mazda through TrueCar and they recommended a couple of nearby dealers with a price and configuration. We contacted them all and Ray from Mazda Gallery was quick to response and answered all our questions promptly. I was reluctant to look into getting a newer car. Drove past a few dealerships because I did not like the looks of the sales people wandering the lot. Finally went into Mazda Gallery and one of the mechanics saw us roaming around and asked if we were being helped. I told him know and asked if he could get me a "good one" since I was skeptical. Once Brian came out and started talking we knew were we in good hands and within an hour or so I made the purchase. Brian is so easy to deal with, no pressure like you see/hear about. He makes you feel comfortable and comes across very trustworthy. Within 24 hours I had the 2012 Mazda that was exactly what I was looking for, I was able to contact my insurance company who spoke with Brian and everything was complete including inspection sticker in a couple of days. As a rookie car buyer, even one as well-coached as by my good friend Neal, I was rather terrified of the car buying process. I was prepared for charlatans and scam artists and people trying to sell me something I didn't want. I am not a good negotiator, so I feared not getting the best deal I could. And one or two of the dealerships I visited did nothing to allay my fears. (One "manager" wanted me to buy a car based on a 8 minute spin around the block.)So what a pleasant surprise to walk into the Mazda Gallery and to be greeted warmly by Doug Clark. (Full disclosure: Doug has sold my friend two cars; however, he was not aware that we were coming that day.) From my research I knew that I was interested in the Mazda3 S touring. Doug gave me some quick facts and an honest pitch, then got the car for me and sent me out on a test drive. I loved the car immediately; the handling, the power, the look, the gadgets. I was right away leaning toward the Mazda, but still wanted to explore other options. Doug didn't try to pressure me to make a deal that day, didn't warn me that special incentives were expiring that day, didn't try any stereotypical car dealer tricks. He just talked up the car, asked what else I was looking at, and gave me his honest appraisal of the competition. He encouraged me to complete my research and shopping and told me to contact him when I was ready to make the deal.And about two weeks later that's what I did. It came done to the Mazda and the Subaru Imprezza. Liked the Subaru a lot, but I really wanted something a bit sportier. So I called Doug and made arrangements to visit again (alone, my coach couldn't make it), I made what I consider a good deal. I'm sure those car buyers who love to dicker with salesman could have done better, but I was very pleased. Especially appreciated that neither Doug nor Ken Dale (the finance guy) tried to sell me anything I didn't want. No extended warranty, no undercoating, just the car. Picked it up yesterday, and Doug was quite amused as I sat there staring with wonder at what I had purchased, a blissful look of serenity on my face. He spent nearly an hour with me going over the features, helping me sync my phone with the car, operate the radio, etc. Explained about care and maintenance schedule. And sent me on my way.I was thinking of looking for a Mazda dealership closer to home, but I am a true believer in Doug and the Mazda Gallery. It will be worth driving out of my way for service, as I trust them implicitly. Couldn't recommend Mazda Gallery highly enough. A great experience and an amazing vehicle. 10 all around!!!

I sought to purchase a compact SUV, the Mazda CX-5 seemed like a good fit so I came to the Mazda Gallery. While the dealer was not the closest to me, they came highly recommended. As time is so precious these days, after 10 minutes at the dealer I confirmed it was a wise decision. While price was not my key focus, the vehicle fit for my purpose was. Brian Ciavolo, my sales consultant LISTENED to what my needs were, presented options, and clarified differences between trim levels and option packages. This was critical to identifying the right vehicle. I would normally never say price wasn't my concern to a sales consultant for any purchase but Brian's genuine disposition and commitment to finding the right fit for me was obvious from the start and clearly took precedence over a quick sale. I didn't feel pressured to buy things I didn't need and in fact he talked me out of buying something I wouldn't use. It's important to note I came to the dealer with a clear understanding of my trade-in's value, my credit score, and my specific needs in a new vehicle. It took longer for me to decide on a color than it did to perform the transaction because the bureaucracy and games were removed from the process. My only regret is not every thing I seek to purchase can be this way.

The place was nice and clean with an unmanned reception off to the side so you kind of keep waiting till someone passes by so you can grab them. The salespeople sitting in the glass cubicles can see you but everyone acts busy. In no other country or sales department do you expect to wait around for ages, especially if you makean appointment. Apparently "Ray" was unavailable and "Mark" who had called me incessantly on the phone that morning was not there either. This other guy who's name I didn't remember volunteered to help - was quickly able to bring up my requests. One car which I wanted to see was "in the process of being sold" so I couldn't test drive it. The other newer more expensive one was available. Long story short, after test driving I was ready to buy. O has the check with me but the guy wouldn't budge on the price. He claimed that the quote I was given did not happen and there was no record of it on their system. This is no longer 1960, but the tactics are still alive. Cornering the Customer and trying to make them come to a decision out on the floor of the gallery rather than treating with respect and sitting them down in a cubicle.

I gave a 4 for customer service as I was promised a call at a specific time and did not get it. I then left a message, still didn't get a call back and had to call again. Brian apoligized for this but it's an important part of customer service to keep your promise to call someone even if it is just to say you have no new infomation.Other than this small incident, this was a very good experience. In purchasing any type of vehicle, I am generally wary of sales people. In my experiences up and down the auto mile in Norwood, others did not fail to live up to their "assertive" reputation. But, then we came to Brian Ciavola at the Mazda Gallery. His straight up, informative, family-man sales style was just what we were looking for. He gave us great options, took us for multiple test drives, worked hard to get us a great deal, and explained everything in easy-to-understand detail. He was forthright but not pushy. He inspired confidence and built rapport with both of us, and that is why we came back to buy from him that very same day. I would recommend Brian to any of my friends and family for their next purchase and will enjoy the car he sold us for years to come.

Saw GREAT price on a 2013 model on their site. Inquired about it, and then got LOTS of emails from people there trying to get me to come in.... I was hesitant. It is out of the way for me, and I was concerned they wouldn't give me my best trade value on my Highlander. Steve convinced me to come in saying they work with Toyota dealerships all the time on trades, and are very fair. So, I came in, my salesman was very nice, and I loved the car... it was all going very well.... Until it wasn't... their advertised price included all kinds of rebates, hey, I don't have a problem with that, but be honest and show it on your website. So the actual price was higher than the advertised price(deceptive), AND they were offering me $2000 less than kbb on my trade.... so much for fair trade. Steer clear of this dealership, just more sleazy car sales tactics here.

After the repairs necessary on my 2005 Jetta were completely out of the realm of reasonable, it was gravely apparent that I was in need of a new car. And as I am in sales myself, I had only 72 hours to pick out a car and get back to work by Monday! The dealership who initially accepted my trade-in made me feel insignificant and foolish. So, I Uber'ed my way down to Mazda Gallery where I met Brian Ciavola. His energy immediately put me at ease and I didn't feel like he was trying to rush me or belittle my inexperience with car purchasing. Brian's demeanor and style was exactly what I needed to know that I wasn't interested in buying a vehicle from any other dealership. The mantra that all car salesmen are scum doesn't apply to Brian - even though I'm a woman, my money is still green, and he treated me with the utmost respect. I appreciated his sincere interest in helping me through a really stressful situation. Completely contrary to his competition, Brian let me think about my decision overnight and, come Monday, I showed up looking for the keys to a new Mazda 6. I am a mom of two little kids and have no time for nonsense. Five years ago my bought our first Mazda5 from Mazda Gallery, and it was an easy process. So when I needed a new car, I decided that driving an hour away from home would be worth it if I could again have a low stress experience. I contacted Kyle Belcher and he told me the price for the car I wanted - 2013 red Mazda5 Sport with manual transmission - and the car price was more than fair. I'm an educated consumer - I bought Customer Reports profile for this car and this zipcode - and the price was competitive. So I decided to take a ride to Mazda Gallery, bringing a bank's check along for the total agreed amount. The test ride went smoothly. Andrew Torrico was patient, professional and knowledgeable about the car. When the time came to discuss pricing, the "doc fees" of $350 were added to the agreed upon price. Since I was paying cash (not financing) it made no sense to me that I'd be paying this fee, especially since paperwork was minimal. I decided not to pursue this car and walked away. I was half way to the highway when the call came. Andrew realized that I was a repeat customer who buys her cars every five year and he felt it would be foolish for the Gallery to lose me as a customer. He made me feel important. He gave the OK for the doc fees to be waved. I turned around and drove back to the dealership. Once there, the process was smooth, professional and respectful. I was out of the door in an hour (which I truly appreciated!). Andrew Torrico offered to register my new vehicle, even in another state. The car was clean, with full tank when I picked it up. Andrew explained what all the buttons did and we were on our way. It was truly a great experience shopping here. As a woman, I often feel that in car dealerships, even though I'm the customer purchasing the car, I'm ignored when my husband or brother are present. This was not the case in Mazda Gallery. I was there with my brother, but Andrew Torrico treated *me* as a customer, addressed *me* and didn't talk down at me. I am very pleased with the overall experience. Andrew might be young, but he has a bright future ahead of him. Being honest, professional and respectful goes a long way in the world of car sales. So now we're a household of two Mazda5s!

Fellow consumers and skeptics,My wife needed a car. We went to every dealership in the area to test drive cars in our price range. It was a nightmare, as one would imagine the car-buying experience to be. Sub-par service from sales consultants that didn't care about us - and didn't know their product! Typical lines, negotiating tactics, etc. Made us sick to our stomachs and impossible to make a decision. Luckily, we eventually ended up at the Mazda Gallery, and ever better - Brian Ciavola jumped up to help us.Brian was the type of sales consultant we had high hopes and low expectations of finding. He didn't push us around, hound us, try to force us into a decision we weren't ready to make as all the others did - he seemed genuinely interested in learning about us, what we needed and helping us make the best decision for us. We were never rushed and were given the time and attention we deserved to feel comfortable making our decision. He showed us respect and gave us trust. In fact, he didn't even come on test drives with us.Price is obviously the primary criteria when buying a car - but a quality car buying experience goes a long way for me. I'm willing to pay a little more to build a quality relationship with a dealership that I trust and makes me feel like a valued customer.It never felt like anyone was "trying to sell us something" and believe me, I'm a skeptic. What I quickly came to realize was, "closing a deal as fast as possible" was not Brian's motivation. Odd for someone in sales to not be motivated by making the fastest sale possible... but that was the case and it was perfect for us. Brian described himself as a consumer first and understood the value of matching an individual with the car that best suited their needs.He gave his honest opinions and worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. I wanted the lowest possible price for the best possible car and as much money as possible on my trade. At the end of the day, we got exactly what we wanted, in the ballpark of what we wanted to pay. My wife got a CPO 2010 Mazda 3 i Touring Sedan - and she loves it!But the relationship wasn't over after the sale. I went back after deciding to trade my car in the following week. Again, Brian went the extra mile for us. Not once, not twice, but multiple times - to get us the fairest deal possible while providing a holistic, enjoyable car-buying experience. I bought a CPO 2011 Mazda CX-7 i Sport SUV.I truly can't say enough about my satisfaction with this experience at Mazda Gallery, due largely in part to the attention and efforts of Brian. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car with no gimmicks and no hidden agendas. Just a straight shot from a guy who loves cars and understands the value of customer service. I just bought my first car from Mazda Gallery. Overall it was a really great experience! I had gone to other dealerships, and this one felt very personal and friendly. Brian was great - he clearly takes pride in his work, and enjoys helping people get what they want. My first experience shopping for cars started with me walking into the Mazda Gallery a few weeks ago, and I was sure that I would dislike the whole process. Brian Ciavola was the sales rep that I was introduced to, and he made this experience much better than expected. He was very good at answering all of my many questions, without making me feel pressured to make any quick or rushed decisions. At first I didn't even know which car I was interested in, and he helped me narrow down my decision to the Mazda 6. I decided that the new Mazda 6 was a bit more than I wanted to spend, so then he talked me through the process of getting a certified pre-owned Mazda 6. My boyfriend and I came in multiple times in the past few weeks to finalize our decision, and Brian was always very friendly, patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. When we came in to sign all the paperwork, my boyfriend and I had some recent issues with money arise, and after speaking with a financial advisor there, we decided last minute at the dealorship that we just couldn't afford the certified pre-owned car either. Everyone at the dealorship was very understanding, and Brian made sure to refund us all the money we had put down. A few days later we then came in to discuss leasing a car, and again Brian walked us through the process at length, helping us get the best price for the features we were looking for. In the end we actually ended up getting a different type of car (due simply to our financial situation), but Brian was still very friendly and understanding when we decided to go with another dealorship, even after all the time he had spent helping us. The worst experience ever. I left my old car for trade in on thursday night, give my keys to them, and they left my car on their "secure" parking. When they did estimate on my car I show them that I have additional radio auxiliary system and USB car charger extender. I came to pick my car back on sunday, and I find out that radio auxiliary system and charger was missing, wires was cuted. I report to top manager and he stated he does know how it happen and he can not help me. He was very unfriendly and rude to me. That's how they treat their customers. Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!!

I gave this rating for they were remarkable on getting us in that car that day and they did. The only down side is the bickering of negotiating and sitting around a car dealership(all dealerships not just this one) Why can it not ever go so smooth in and out~ if that would happen maybe more people would go. When I first bought my new car it was the same thing about 5 hours in a dealership, nothing to trade just 5 hours, this time I traded, for a used vehicle and it was like buying brand new and sitting for 4 hours! Maybe someone will change this, and let the salesman sell instead of going through every Tom, Dick and Harry! It is really an uncomfortable feeling!

I first wanted to say that I LOVE my new 2012 Mazda CX-9 that Brian sold me! After a bit of a rocky start due to some miscommunications and issues beyond Brians control after my first visit, he called me to say he wanted to make things right for me and encouraged me to come back in. Since my initial experience and test drive with him was so positive, I went back in to give it another go. Brian is enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the brand and is definitely a car guy but explains everything easily hes purchased 27 cars over the course of his life(and hes maybe 32 years old)so hes been a customer as well as a sales person and will tell you like it is. Most importantly he sells Mazdas because he believes in them, stands behind them and loves driving them himself. Being someone who does not typically enjoy the car buying experience myself, all of that went a long way with making me feel comfortable. Then when the car that I had test-driven and wanted to buy, was sold before I could put the offer in, Brian went out of his way to find the same car elsewhere and surprised me with a few extras! That was in addition to the accessories he had given me to make up for the issue in the beginning!The relationship isn't over after the papers are signed either - when I picked up the car a few days later Brian spent over an hour going through every detail of the car and answered all of my questions. They also send you on your way with a full tank of gas and the first oil change is on them. I later found out how small a world it was when my co-worker told me she had purchased a Mazda a few months prior and when we started talking, realized we had gone to the same dealership and she had purchased her car from Brian too....and they had a great experience as well! (The Mazda Gallery isn't even the closest Mazda dealership to either of our houses but they gave me the best feeling.....and the others don't have Brian). Sincerely,Jenn P.

I e-mailed to find out if they had the vehicle I was looking for and get a price quote. They completely ingored my questions and just asked when I could come in. I live 45 minutes away and didn't want to come in unless they had the vehicle I was looking for. Then I got about 5 other e-mails from general managers and managers asking how it was going and to mention their name since it was "good to know someone." The whole thing seemed like a production and I will certainly NOT be going to this dealership as I cannot imagin what they would try to pull face to face!

My wife and I were referred to Harshene Cunningham of Mazda Gallery through the Costco Auto Program. The dealership looked very clean, well put together, and when we arrived, everyone said hello with a smile. When we sat down with Harshene he explained the Costco program, which was pretty simple, and he was very helpful in assisting us in our final determination of the vehicle and accessories we wanted. The car arrived at the dealer in the specified time given. When we went back to pick it up, and I believe this is the most important part, Harshene went through every detail of the vehicle with the focus on my wife since the vehicle was for her. My wife appreciated that very much considering most men usually gravitate toward another males when talking about cars. After he was done going over the vehicle Harshene took us for a tour through the dealership and service department. He showed us how to drop off the vehicle for service and introduced us to the people who would be helping out along the way.Harshene made this car buying experience the most pleasant transaction we have ever had.

When we entered the Mazda Gallery, Doug Clark was friendly and knowledgeable. He went with my family to test drive a 2014 Mazda 6 Sport model and then let us test drive a few other Mazda 3s on our own. In his office the family discussed the options while Doug patiently listened to our situation that we needed a car within a week, but he didn't have the Mazda 6 Sport in red that we wanted. He then spent hours and days searching other dealers for us, but no luck. At the end of the week Doug was honest about the situation, then I asked about the red 2014 Grand Touring models for sale (for a lot more money) and in short, I named a price I felt good about and Doug was able to make it happen, no pressure, no hidden fees.

I hadn't bought a new car in 10 years. I was a prior SAAB driver - can't say enough good things about Levi in helping me - I called, he went to work and the next thing I was driving away with my new White CX-5 - he helped me choose the right lease. I first have to thank Brian for happening to be there that Tuesday afternoon when my fiancee and I came into Mazda Gallery, because he ultimately made my first car buying experience so incredibly easy, laid-back and enjoyable. I also feel the need to thank Brian for deciding to get into car sales in the first place because given his honesty, professionalism, and infectious personality, I honestly believe he's going to do great things for this Mazda dealership and for the car industry. As I'm sure a lot of car buyers have experienced, I'd been through the ringer at other car dealerships with their aggressive sales' tricks, dishonesty, and sometimes truly condescending attitudes, but the second Brian started helping us look at and test drive the car I'd been eying, the new CX-5, I could tell he wasn't like any other salesman. Like I said, I'd had quite a few negative experiences in my whole car shopping process, and it really made me defensive and suspicious of car salespeople; but working with Brian was kind of like talking to an good friend who happens to know a lot about cars and actually wants you to be happy and comfortable with what you decide, no matter what that might be. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, believes in the product he's offering, and is a downright good person. In my opinion, this is the best type of person to be in any customer service role, and its what the car industry really really needs. Overall, it was just a great experience. In the end, I bought the car I wanted, at a price I was happy with, and I was in my car within the week. AND, on the day I picked the car up, Brian even sent the car back for extra cleaning and last minute detailing because it wasn't up to his expectations. Awesome customer service, awesome guy. I am telling all of my friends about my positive experience!

I liked Mazda Gallery as soon as I walked in the door. No pressure. I didn't have an overly hyper, fake smile wearing salesman chomping at the bit to see how quickly they could get me into a car. I was asked if I needed help, told the gentleman what I was looking for, and he pointed me to the car on showroom floor. He said simply, "Take a look. Let us know if you have any questions." As soon as I saw the CX-5, I was sold on the car. I asked to speak to a salesman. Brian Ciavola came over, talked to me about the car, and never once tried to push me into anything. I told him I was doing my homework....just test driving. We drove a 2013 but Brian explained that 2014's were coming out soon. They more horsepower and price difference was minimal. I called Brian a couple of weeks later to see if the 2014's were in. I went back, drove the newer version, loved it, and Brian, along with his sales manager, worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at price that I was comfortable with, despite not having stellar credit. I ended up leasing a 2014 CX-5 Touring Edition and couldn't be happier. I've already recommended Brian and Mazda Gallery to a few friends who mentioned they may start car shopping. As long as Mazda has a model that fits my needs, Brian Ciavola and Mazda Gallery have a dedicated customer.

I leased a Mazda6 from Mazda Gallery last week, and I would recommend them. I contacted a number of other dealers for leasing quotes on the cars I was considering to replace my Saab: the Mazda6 and the VW Passat. Of the dealers that bothered to respond, only Mazda Gallery gave me all the information I requested upfront. Not only that, they delivered on what they promised and, as a bonus, beat the local high-volume, high-pressure Mazda dealer on price. I'll put it this way: Mazda Gallery has no quirks. There were a couple of slight snags in the process, but they were handled professionally and in my favor. My sales person was Janice Walker and she was personable, professional and knowledgable. The car was delivered on time, perfectly clean and with a full tank of gas. I can't complain about any aspect of the deal or the buying process, and I love my new Mazda6.There are still a surprising number of dealerships that operate with the same old, same old cloak and dagger, bait and switch, lemme-talk-to- my-manager BS. It seems that Mazda Gallery has moved beyond that, to a simpler, customer friendly way of doing business. They deserve your consideration if you're looking to buy a new Mazda.

Levi had filled in Doug's absence and was no less capable. We cannot say enough about Paul Valenti. When we did go back and announced our intention to buy he again was the epitomy of proffesionalism and helped us correctly through the many options and models of CX5 available only to find that they did not have what we wanted in stock so he went to check what they had coming in and that was where we found the exact spec we wanted so the deal was made and i should add this was the most enjoyable part of the whole experience no haggling we even got what we wanted for our trade in so overall I would reccomend this dealership and Brian Ciavola in particular to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda.

I came into Mazda Gallery after having had a poor experience at another dealership. Immediately, Brian introduced himself and asked how he could help. I was a bit skeptical at this point and said I had an appointment with a sales manager. Brian insisted and said, I think he is in a meeting (I was early for my appointment) but seriously, I have all the time in the world to help. Reluctantly I went over to his desk and began to chat with him. Brian and I had a great conversation in which I explained the run around I had gone through with the previous dealer. Brian was so understanding and so genuine. He was friendly and treated me like I was the only person in the dealership. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my needs were. After explaining exactly what I wanted, he said - let me make sure I can make that happen. He went to check the stock and came back with multiple options to look at. We looked at a few and then went to the car to check it out. While out there, Brian was more than knowledgeable about the vehicle and the brand.After deciding this was the vehicle I wanted, Brian and I proceeded inside to talk about pricing. While this vehicle was in my price range, I wanted to add a few options and was worried about my credit. Brian was able to get me a great deal and work with the business manager to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Brian consistently asked if I wanted anything to make me more confortable at one point he even pulled a granola bar out of his desk and offered it to me. After finalizing the paperwork with the bank, we decided that Id come pick up the vehicle on the following Monday. When I returned to the dealership on Monday and there was a problem with my car insurance company. I was waiting on a signature from them, that without, I could not take delivery of the vehicle. Brian worked with me for an additional 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. At one point, he even got on the phone with the insurance company to remind them that I was their customer and that their service was a disgrace. After working diligently and literally running to get the plates installed on the vehicle, I was able to take home my new Mazda Cx-5. There is no doubt that I would not be driving this vehicle today without the help of Brian Ciavola. His customer service is at the very top tier of service Ive ever received. His personality, character, and compassion is a great asset to Mazda Gallery. I will sure to come visit Brian again and have already recommended him to multiple family members and friends looking for a new vehicle.

This was actually a very pleasent experience. I was greeted immediately by Harshene when I arrived a tthe dealership. I went in looking for a Mazda CX 5. When I commented how big it seemed, Harshene suggested I look at the Mazda 5. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with that mini van. However, I was very clear that I wouldn't be purchasing anything I didn't "research." It was all good with Harshene. I was introduced to the finance manager but never was there any pressure to buy the vehicle that day. Harshene remained attentive and answered all my questions and provided me with literature about the Mazda 5. I went home, did my research and called the next day to set up an appointment to talk $$$ for the vehicle and my trade in. It went smoothly and though I would have liked a few more $$ for my trade in, I feel the price for the new car was fair and the financing I received was what was noted in the advertisments. Harshene was very patient explaining all the bells and whitsles that I was not used to in a car. I was introduced to the service department managers. When I went back a few days later to get the sticker and registration, he sat patiently with me and answered other questions that had come up over the couple of days I had the car. The finacing was smooth and the gentleman pleasent. I am hoping that this level of professionalism and service continues because I will be using this dealership for service and hope to have this vehicle for a long itme.

He was extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable about the Mazda product, extremely easy to talk to and very down to earth. From prior car buying experiences, you expect a tense, high-powered attempt to sell you a car ending with all kinds of different tactics to accomplish this. So when you go into a dealership, you stand defensive. From the moment I walked into Mazda Gallery and was greeted by Brian, I could sense something different. After talking to him about my interest in a used vehicle, he suggested a more practical and better option. His honesty and common sense made the experience unforgettable. Brian is the reason I decided to lease a brand new Mazda CX-5 instead of buying a used vehicle which allowed me to save more each money in the process! (Who doesn't like to save money??) I was able to pick up my car within a day and it was waiting for me on that day, ready to go! The process was so quick! You can tell Brian loves what he does and enjoys coming into work every day to make his next customer happier than when they walked in the door. The is exactly the way cars should be purchased. I have no reason to go anywhere else when my next purchase comes up....one can only hope Brian will still be there! I highly recommend him...so make sure you ask for Brian if you plan on visiting Mazda Gallery to purchase your next car.

I had a great experience with this dealerships service department. My 2010. Mazda had lit up like a Christmas tree with virtually every light in it lighting up the dash. My experience with trying to make an appt for service at a Mazda dealer had included waiting at least a week to even get into service at my local RHode island dealership but not at the gallery! They made an appt with me that day and when I called and told th I couldn't make it, they quickly scheduled me for the next day. So here I am driving out of state to a dealer I've never done business with and expecting for them to almost treat me different than they're local customers.However this was not the case! I was greeted by a kind gentleman who I didn't get his name whom when I apologized for the small mess that was In my car , he told that it is nothing and not to worry about it. The service Ron wiener was very helpful and offered me a free loaner vehicle after realizing this job was going to take a few days. Through out this experience they have treated me very well and as if I had bought 5 cars from them which is a trait that is far and few in between nowadays. I will be back for all my sevice needs and whir not thrilled with Mazda itself I may just have to purchase another one to get this kind of service.

As an owner of many vehicles over the years, I have had to deal with various dealerships to have warranty work performed, including Nissan, Acura, and Ford. Most recently, my wife and I had the unfortunate experience of encountering what Mazda and Mazda Gallery considers "customer service." I can say with out a doubt they have lowered the customer service bar to absolute absurdity with a complete lack of respect or appreciation for their customers. We enjoyed our Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring for over 2 years, until one day we realized a tear in the carpet around the foot rest. After working through some confusion about when our factory warranty expired, Mazda Gallery attempted their first repair (under warranty). When we picked the vehicle up, one of the service people blamed the rubber mats we put in to cover up the nice factory floor mats that we wanted to keep clean. A few weeks later, and no more rubber mat, the tear was back. We went back to the dealership and said the tear had returned and that clearly the carpet needed to be replaced. For me, having the tear was entirely unacceptable, especially in a premium SUV that had an MSRP over $40,000, and considering the impact to its resell value. After more unnecessary back and forth and being told to deal directly with the Mazda customer service group, since Mazda Gallery has no problem pushing their customers off due to their own ineptitude, Mazda asked if they could do one more repair attempt and if it failed, would then replace the carpet UNDER WARRANTY. So the second repair was made - not to factory standard, more of a patch job that looked like crap - and this one lasted a few months. But when we saw the tear reappear, calls were made to Mazda Gallery, who immediately pushed us off to Mazda. Mazda said we had to get more pics taken and submitted via the dealership, the very dealership that so clearly doesn't want to deal with us, let alone help us. So back to the dealership. My wife, a hardworking professional, mother of two, and one of the nicest people you can ever meet, was treated horribly by the GM, Mark Goldstein, after she requested his assistance in resolving this problem. He made it clear he had no interest in helping her. He acted annoyed that she even asked for help. And to top it off, he blamed the tear - around the FOOT REST mind you - on her, for resting her foot on the FOOT REST while driving. How this classless dimwit is in a position of responsibility for growing Mazda's market share in a highly competitive industry is beyond me. Thanks to Mazda Gallery and the incompetence of their service department, their crappy work, and their complete animosity towards their customers, you can bank on me never buying another Mazda. I will gladly recommend to my friends that they shop elsewhere, like Nissan, Acura, and Ford, who have always stood behind their product and performed warranty repairs without the drama and finger pointing that Mazda allows to fester in their channel partners and employees.

When i arrived at Mazda on 12-18-12 i was greeted by Harshene.He was very proper & proffesional.When we sat down he asked me what was best for me.He let me talk without interrupting once.We decided on a package that was best for me.He was true to his word the whole time we talked & made me feel relaxed & comfortable.I brought my wife in the next day to pick up the car & she was so impressed with Harshene & the whole Mazda staff.We feel as though we were givin a very good price with a A+ Salesman.We have only had the car for one day but feel very confident that between the vehicle & the respect we where givin that everything will be fine.Best dealership i have ever dealt with!

I've never been to a dealership to actually buy a car before, and this is by far the largest amount of money I have spent on a new vehicle. I didn't really know what to expect, and lets be honest Car Salesmen can sometimes have a bad rep, so I was a little bit apprehensive about getting ripped off; but that couldn't be further than how I found my actual experience. After the 2nd or 3rd time I met with Brian Ciavola I felt more like I was going out for a few beers with a mate, than going through a transaction like this. I arrived close to 7pm on a weeknight and was greeted by Harshene. I wanted to drive a CX-5 and the dealership closest to me had only one in stock. I drove from Cape Cod to Norwood because they had the specific model in the color I wanted. I had done my research and Harshene was well aware of that. He was polite, friendly, informed, and I never felt any pressure, even while we went over pricing and my trade. I bought the car that night, they had it cleaned and ready while I handled the financing. Despite the late hour, Harshene went through each feature of my first new car and made sure that he answered any questions I had. He was so thorough that he even setup the Bluetooth connection to my phone before I drove off the lot. This was my first new car purchase and I must say it was a terrific experience, I would gladly recommend Mazda Gallery to anyone looking for great, low pressure sales, from an informed and experienced staff.

Don't go there.Was interested in buying a Mazda so I called their store, they told me the had plenty of cars in stock of the exact model I was looking for but when I got there they had none. I was willing to wait for the model I wanted so I made a deal for a car that would arrive within 2 weeks. After two weeks had passed I called them asking for an update, apparently the car I was supposed to receive was damaged from Hurricane Sandy but they never bothered to inform me. I requested my deposit back, then got a call 2 weeks later telling me they found the car I was interested in, I told them I just want my deposit back. It's been almost a month and they still have not refunded my deposit, scumbags.

I would like to commend Mazda3 for providing a professional and accommodating car buying atmosphere. The fact that I walked out of the Mazda Gallery with a new 2012 Mazda3 iTouring is a testament to the sales team's - especially Harshene Cunningham and Brian Ciavola - ability to work with a customer on any all aspects of car buying. As a prospective car buyer I had done plenty of research prior to a decision on car, but the way I was treated and the service I was provided put Mazda3 over the top and made my decision an easy one. The comfort I had immediately was a function of the friendly and knowledgeable staff there to help with any questions I had. I would recommend the Mazda Gallery to anyone looking to buy a Mazda.

Had issues with them during every visit. That is after spending around 500 dollars on the first visit to get my brakes replaced. Their rewards system is useless.. You try to use the money in it and their website does not work.. They seem to be always busy and the amount of time taken for any work is pretty high.. Don't want to get too much into detail, but basically it has been not satisfactory..

We first went to a Mazda dealership on the South Shore, but after an apparent bait and switch, we decided to drive down to Norwood to try our luck. I found Mazda Gallery through submitting an Edmunds Dealer Quote through Edmunds.com. After being ready to go to another dealer, I received my first response from Mazda Gallery by way of Steve Martin. After voicing my frustration to Steve about the dealer I intended to go to that very day (the price was lower than I expected it to be), he said he would get back to me within 5 minutes with what he could offer. Not only did he call back with a price match and an added sweetener, he did so within the time frame he gave me. Steve is really on top of his game. Harshene was the person I dealt with once arriving at the dealership. I have some qualms about my in-person experience at the dealership, but I have no such reservations about Harshene. He was thorough, kind, and despite my having already signed a purchase agreement, he dedicated a significant amount of time to my comfort but also keeping me informed about the process. Simply put, if you are considering buying a Mazda, Mazda Gallery is willing to work with the price but more importantly, you will get the opportunity to work with Harshene who made the car buying experience a worthwhile and satisfying one.

I had a great experience at Mazda Gallery in Norwood. I went in just looking at a particular model to see if I even like it. I was greeted by someone (don't remember his name) he was busy helping someone else at the time. He got Levi Downing to help me out. I like that Levi was not the pushy type of salesperson who would try everything and anything to get you to buy. He gave me all the time I needed to exactly decide the color and if I was going to purchase one right at the moment. I end up leaving with a Mazda 3 skyactive. I like how the salespersons are not standing out front of the dealer looking to attack as soon as you walk on to the lot. I enjoy just being able to walk on to the lot and look around and when I was ready to speak to a salesperson there was somebody there. I got to say this dealership makes me very comfortable to walk on to there lot knowing that i'm not going to be attack by salespeople.

Joe Damiano, the sales consultant was attentive to what we wanted before the purchase; he and Paul (the dealer rep) stayed after the store closed to ensure that the sale included all of the necessary detail; and, Joe spent considerable time the next day when I picked up the day explaining the various detail essential for me to be knowledgeable, comfortable, safe, and happy with my new purchase. I believe the quality of a dealership and its sales personnel rests not only in how they treat customers during the purchase but also how they are toward people after the purchase has been made. And, in both instances, I felt that Joe was attentive to our needs, friendly, positive, and forthright in his manner. We made a purchase and he took care of us as people as well as all of the detail of the sale--making us feel that becoming owners of a car with "zoom zoom" meant we were special indeed!

This purchase was the most enjoyable I've ever had. I've only had minivans for the past 16 years and Justin took his time to help me find the perfect vehicle for my family. I am so happy with my CX9. I see them everywhere now and at the time I didn't realize it could accommodate 4 kids and a dog. Brian provided me with not only exceptional customer service, he also helped to accomodate my needs for my family. With my not-so outstanding credit history he didn't judge me on my past errors nor treat me like I was less than worthy. Brian worked for a week straight jumping through hoops and bending over backwards to get my family and I into a brand new and safe car. If it was not for Brian and his tremendous efforts I probably would've accepted defeat and walked away but his persistance paid off and last saturday i picked up my 2012 CX7!! I had a great experience at this dealer. I went in expecting to have the sales people only talk to my fiance. Sometimes being a woman it can be difficult to receive proper treatment from car folks, but that is not the case here! Not only did Joe take the time to show me what I was looking for, he was able to tell me all the details about the cars I was looking at. I did not feel rushed at all and he was able to put in the extra effort to get me my new Mazda 3 that day! Everyone was very friendly and efficient and I had no trouble getting the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, for the price I wanted. Overall they treat you very fairly and don't pressure you into any decisions. When you say no to something extra they dont push you to reconsider. They even took the time to set up my nav and would have set up bluetooth if we hadn't been in a rush to get home. Joe did a great job getting my insurance and new plates squared away and it was a great feeling driving off the lot without having to worry about having to get an inspection or waiting at the rmv all day. During this whole process they were also able to bring in a tire that my fiance needed for his mx-5 that day. No hassles and great customer service definitely is going to make me recommend Mazda Gallery (and especially Joe!) to anyone looking for a new car.

My experience with Mazda Gallery was great. I stopped in on the Saturday of the 4th of July weekend expecting to wait awhile. I was pleasently surprised when Joe walked right over, introduced himself, and proceeded to assist me with my purchase. I wanted to trade my Jeep on a Mazda MX-5. They worked with me on the price of both the car and my trade, and worked out a deal that worked for both of us. Joe was great to work with. He did all of the registry running, and even got soaked taking the plates off of my Jeep. My experience was great, and I'm planning on calling Joe directly when I'm ready to purchase my fiancee's next car.

I don't want to go into the details of the whole transaction but do NOT go to this dealer if you want to have a trustworthy deal. The business manager told us that we have to buy a certain warranty to be able to get the financing that we did. We ended up purchasing the car. Then we checked with the lender and they told us that they had nothing to do with the warranty! Anyways, if I could, I would cancel this deal but I cannot so this is the least I can do: To warn people not to go to this dealer.By the way they are very friendly so they screw you while being friendly... The worst kind!

I liked what I had read about the 2013 Mazda CX-5 vehicle but needed more information about what the differences were in the packages offered. I wanted a vehicle that I could enjoy driving and a monthly payment that I could afford. I asked for a reccomendation for a good Mazda dealership salesperson and financial spokesperson from someone who is very knowledgeable about cars and dealerships, I was told to see Harshene Cunningham for the sales and Paul Valenti for the the financing. I met with Harshene Cunningham at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood and felt he was honest and gave me a good overview of the the possible packages available and advised me on the differences in prices. He also outlined my trade in value. I took some time to think about it and felt that I was offered a good deal wihtout a high degree of pressure. Harshene was very knowledgable about the car, and an easy person to work with. When I picked up the car, he even helped me set up my bluetooth and figured out how to enable my cell phone to work with it! (Service beyond my expectations) Paul Valenti was the Mazda financial spokesperson who I dealt with, he was clear in his explainations about all of the financing options, associated paperwork, and warranties. He worked with me to create a financial deal that I was happy with. He was ready and waiting for me when the time came to filling out all of the paperwork. Both of these individuals made the process of buying a new Mazda an excellent experience for me. I would reccomend both of them and this dealership to anyone interested in puchasing a Mazda.

My wife and I wanted a Mazda5 auto with sunroof/audio pkg and got an online quote. The old saying is true, "If it's too good to be true then it's not." The quote was one of the best that we had gotten but then it was all downhill from there.Coming from out of state we wanted to do most of it over the phone. First we dealt with Josh who was nice enough and took all our info and sent us a finance app. We filled them out and sent them in and waited. Finally got a response saying they were working on it all day and we should hear something by Monday, ok fine. Monday comes and we hear nothing at which point we talk to Steve Martin who says that he will find out whats going on. Next thing we know we're giving our information to them again. What happened to the first time around? We wait some more. Then we're told that no one wants to finance us without a down payment, ok we knew going in we were going to be hard to get financed. First we were told they needed 4k on top of the trade in we have. Then we were told by Steve and Mark that it would be 2900. Fine, give us a bit to come up with that and we would be all set. Next thing we know we're not approved even with the 2900. What in the world is going on?! We call and get the run around and AGAIN are asked for our information. What happened to the first two times?! We filed a complaint at which point we are told to move forward with the banks they need a 500 dollar deposit and are passed off to "sales". Wait, what?! We've been dealing with sales all along. So now the "sales" department wants our information AGAIN!! When asked why considering we already gave it twice we get no answer PLUS the fact that we now find out they haven't done squat because they "need" 500 to start anything with the banks. So what was all the previous BS with the supposed approvals with money down, etc?! All the supposed "we're working on it", "they approved you for this" was all a bunch of BS. Two months later and nothing.If we ran our business this way we would be out of business. Poor business practices, poor customer service, poor everything, stay far far away.

My husband and I each purchased a Mazda here years ago and from the first intereaction to the present, it is always a great experience. They embody what Customer Service is all about, sometimes lost with so many, is so highly regarded here. They are helpful, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to offer help in whatever way they can. In addition, I recently wanted to replace one of the Mazda's (the Tribute which is no longer manufactured.) Wellesley Mazda had one and Mazda Gallery did not. I wanted to buy it from Mazda Gallery because my experiences are always so good, I feel a loyalty to them. Unfortunately, Mazda Gallery could not help me. As a result I have a great comparison of "GOOD/GREAT" customer service, and the alternative at Mazda Wellesley which was an AWFUL experience. I highly recommend this dealer if you want to avoid any games and/or any misleading statements or misrepresentations and in place, want honesty, fairness, very knowledge people and an experience where you walk out with a smile.

In the middle of April earlier this year, I began looking for a Mazda 3. After being told by five sales advisors and the dealerships for which they worked, that the vehicle, with the specifics for which I was looking, was simply impossible to locate in this part of the United States, I had the pleasure of receiving a phone call from Mr. Harshene Cunningham. From the first time that I had a conversation with Harshene, I firmly believed that I had encountered a sales advisor who was not only hearing what I was saying but who was also listening to what I was saying about the vehicle for which I was searching and in regard to fact that I was not necessarily in a situation in which I had to immediately make and close a deal on a vehicle.Harshene indicated that he believed that he could locate and secure the vehicle for which I was looking.After doing some research, Harshene contacted me by phone and subsequently faxed me details about a vehicle, including the Vehicle's Idenitication Number, that boasted each and every specific for which I had been looking.After rapidly coming to an agreement in regard to a price, I signed a purchase and sales agreement and made a deposit via credit card. Once the car arrived to the Mazda Gallery, wihtout hesitation or unnecessary questions or hassle, I was provided with the paperwork that I needed to provide to the private lending institution located in Rhode Island through which I financed the vehicle.Earlier today, at approximately 2:30 PM, after having had the privilege and fortune of meeting and dealing with Mr. Harshene Cunningham, who is a true professional and gentleman, and after having had nothing but an overall peaceful, pleasant and accomodating experience, I drove off the lot of the Mazda Gallery, with a 2012 Mazda 3 S touring, five door hatchback, with a six speed manual transmission, that sports a graphite mica exterior and a black interior.Mr. Harshene Cunningham and his colleagues at Mazda Gallery in Norwood, Massachusetts did what five other sales advisors and the dealerships for which they worked, either truly believed was impossible to do, or simply did not want to try to do.What more is there to say? I was NOT looking forward to car shopping, as I have had several not-so- wonderful experiences in the past. But a Jetta I had just bought three months ago was totaled, so I really did need to car shop. I was pleasantly surprised by my entire experience at Mazda Gallery, from the moment we walked in to the time I drove off the lot with my new car- 08 Mazda3 (only several hours later!). Levi was my salesperson and he was friendly, polite, straight forward, and certainly not pushy (VERY important to me). I told him my budget, and had a particular car in mind that I had seen on their website. He showed me one other car within my budget and I ultimately went with the Mazda3 I had seen online. I very much wanted to be able to wrap everything up in one day, so a manager came in to sign off on the paperwork, Levi faxed my insurance company the needed paperwork, had the car inspected, had a very minor undercarriage flap problem fixed quickly, cleaned/washed/buffed the car, had new plates made up next door at the BMW dealership, installed the plates and even filled up the rental car I was driving with gas so I could return it without having to do so (just two lots down the street at enterprise). I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and certainly will when I have family or friends in search of a car. I highly highly recommend working with Levi if possible (I know he is the only one I have worked with, I am sure the others are great as well) because he made the entire thing as stressless as humanly possible. Thank you to Mazda Gallery for a wonderful car buying experience. Please, if you are looking for a dealership, make this your first stop. You will not be disappointed. =)

I had an excellent service from Mr.Cunningham, and would have rated the entire experience at "5", if not for my last interaction with Mr.Rizkalla. When I paid the outstanding balance before I picked up my new car, Mr.Rizkalla gave me my final receipt but did not account for the $500 deposit that I had submitted a week prior, during my intial purchase. When my husband mentioned it to him, he asked if we had even given him a deposit previously, which, of course we did, and had documentation for it. He then concurred, and refunded the money. However, it is very hard for me to believe that this was an "honest mistake" on his part. A manager at his level should most certainly have known that I could not have been in a position of coming to pick up the car that was delivered from another state without having paid a deposit.This very last interaction truly spoiled an otherwise excellent experience. I felt that Mr.Rizkalla tried to take advantage of me by conveniently forgetting a $500 deposit in his/dealership favor. Had my husband and I not paid attention to details, we would have been effectively cheated out of $500.My family has been very loyal to the Mazda brand- we currently own two Mazda vehicles, and over the years owned three other Mazdas. I hope that this feedback will be helpful to the management with respect to instructions to the employees. A single interaction like that with a single employee may certainly cause me to choose another Mazda dealership next time. That would be somewhat unfortunate since we had a great service from Mr.Cunningham.

I purchased my 2004 Mazda RX8 new from this dealership, and returned there regularily for their excellent service. I have avoided going to Mazda Gallery for about 18 months due the the deterioration of the service. I am happy to say that when I returned to Mazda Gallery recently because it is convenient to my work my experience was outstanding--the type of experience I had come to expect from Mazda Gallery. John MArtin was helpful and validated my concerns. He kept in communication with me via email as I requested. The car was returned on time, and clean inside and out. Quite frankly, I was amazed at the turn around. (Welcome Back, Lee!). I have gone from telling friends to avoid Mazda Gallery to once again singing their praises. I couldn't have been happier with service visit.

Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. In particular, I've dealt with Harshene (sales) and George (financing) twice now. The first was to buy a 2010 Mazda 3, and then again to trade it in for base-model 2011. I needed to lower my monthly payments, and they really helped me out, while sticking me in a brand-new version of the same car. Their service is very prompt and respectful. If you're considering buying a new Mazda, I would definitely recommend Mazda Gallery of Norwood.

At one point, my car needed to be looked at for a beeping noise which John and the technicians resolved while providing loaner cars and keeping me up to date about its progress. I have been doing research on purchasing a new car for over a year. I loved my Hyundai which was falling apart but served us well. Due to prior financial stresses I had been unable to purchase a car but it had become so important as my car was unsafe to drive and I am a single mom with a teenage daughter. I recently sold my condo so I had the funds although my credit was unusually low for me. Greg redefined my experience with car dealers. I was actually afraid to come into the gallery as I have had some prior experiences in other dealerships with dealers who made me feel that I was playing some sort of game. They were somewhat aggressive.Greg on the other hand, was a genuine gentleman. I never felt that he was in any way desperate to sell me a car. What I did feel is that he loves cars, Mazdas in particular and he could tell that I had done my homework and that this was the car of my dreams. My daughter wanted a car that would fit at least 6 kids and I had become convinced that we could never afford such a car as it would be far to large and use too much gas. I also have a dog so having doors that open easily and a roomy trunk was important to me. In addition we live at the top of one of the steepest hills in Brookline so the fact that The Mazda 5 does has anti-skidding tires is hugs. (This past winter I did slide down the hill and it was terrifying.) It drives like a sporty car and with the black leather seats with their snappy red piping I forget that I am also taxing around my dog and kids. Greg was also a good teacher, patiently explaining how Blue Tooth works and adjusting my phone to the car. I recently upgraded my phone and do not feel shy about asking Greg to help me out again. I could tell that he was very pleased that I was so happy. What a sweet guy. When I brought the car back for the registration they automatically washed the car for me: unbelievable. I feel so taken car of by my beautiful Mazda 5 and by the Mazda Gallery. I am truly grateful. As it turned out we got the car just in time to take 4 girls to 6 Flags for my daughter's birthday another dream come true. She was so proud.As I mentioned before my credit is not great, thought getting better and the gentleman who helped me with financing found me the best car loan possible and told me to come back in year to refinance. The Mazda 5 is an unusually wonderful vehicle and I cannot imagine a better place to buy it than The Mazda Gallery in Norwood. A+!!!

After going to many dealers on Route 1 and being lied to and just generally treated like a fool, I contacted Mazda Gallery via the internet. I inquired about a Mazda 6 they had advertised on their website. I talked with Lena from the internet group. I was expecting the typical, "no we sold that".I explained what I was looking for and what I could afford. Not only did they have one, they had two! Lena said they may be able to do something and come on in. I was still expecting to be shown something I could not afford (like I was at the Toyota, Subaru and Nissan dealers in Norwood) I was greeted by Greg Falk. Not only one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with but one of the best all around salesmen of any product! Very thorough and honest! I told them what I could afford and they showed me cars that fell in my price range. Deal done! Greg is terrific. Should you be looking for a Mazda, go in and ask for Greg. You will not be the least bit unhappy!

I loved everything that thee guys were about. right through the door they came to help me and i had the greatest time. they made me feel comfortable and at ease. this especially as my car (My pride and joy). needed to be taken in to be looked at. John and levi worked together to produce the most optimum results for me. the biggest triumph was being able to pay only 100 dollars out of pocket due to my warranty that mr. downing had made me get. Well, I almost had the car that could not be fixed. Multiple computer problems and battery problems that needed lots of help from Mazda corporate. This was a true test of a service department, and they passed with flying colors. All through the ordeal they kept me informed, gave me a loaner car and made what could have been a nightmare into a very tolerable, almost enjoyable situation. John and his service crew are first rate and deserve a lot of credit for all of the help they provided through the process. It started with Dashboard problems, moved to battery problems, included several computer problems and all through this, which amounted to almost 15 days, I had a nice new car, almost daily calls (even on Saturday) on how the troubleshooting was going and the latest suggestions from Mazda Tech support.It did get fixed, the car is running very well and I am very pleased. I know this is unusual in the car business, but I have a lot of respect for that service department; it is well run, professional and totally customer focused.

My car broke down while I was on a trip in MA, and I didnt know what to do. I called Mazda Gallery (after searching online for the closest dealer) and the phone was answered by Evan in the service department. He showed the utmost concern in my vehicle issue and took me in right away. I had my vehicle towed to Mazda Gallery, and Evan greeted me and the tow truck driver as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. He took me inside to his office to get written up, and right away I was assured I could trust him, and he truly made me feel like I was being helped by a friend. We found the alternator had failed in my car and it would take about three hours to have it repaired. Evan stressed that he knows that is a long time to wait, and had me dropped off at a close by shopping plaza so I could enjoy myself on vacation rather than waiting in a car dealership, then came and picked me up when my car was done!. Evan is truly an over the top example of how anyone in the customer service industry should treat people, and I can't thank him and the mechanic enough for their painstaking efforts to get my car fixed unannounced. If I was from Massachusetts, I would drive to have my car serviced by Mazda Gallery and work with Evan for my vehicle service. I would recommend that anyone looking, see Evan in the service department at Mazda Gallery, you won't be disappointed. Thank You Mazda Gallery!!!

My car had a potentially serious brake problem. They took my car in immediately to diagnose the problem and arranged to order the parts necessary to fix it. When the part was unexpectedly delayed, they made sure I had a car I could drive. When the parts arrived, the car was quickly repaired. I can very much recommend their couteous efficient service.

I had my 2009 Mazda CX9 serviced (under warranty) as well as has some accessories installed. They ran into a technical glitch with one of the warranty items and the repair took a lot longer than expected. However, throughout the whole process John kept me informed on the status of the repair. He was always reachable for any questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend the dealership for any Mazda related repair and service issues.

This was by far the most pleaseant experience I had purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman knew the vehicle and anticipated and answered most of my questions before I asked them. I did my homework and came in with a set price which I wanted to purchase the car and it was accepted. In addition, the sales and buisiness managers were equally pleasant. I was also introduced to the service department people and my first (free) oil change was scheduled in advance. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Greg did not pressure us into a sale and made us feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain all of the vehicles features and was able to answer all of our questions. Greg took the time to help us understand which vehicle will better fit our current and future needs and guided us to the right vehicle. My driver-side mirror was smashed 2 days before a road trip, and they were able to locate and install the mirror for me within a day and half. I bought a new Mazda 3i at Mazda Gallery in Norwood in 2006 and have always used their service department which I think is outstanding. This time I dealt with new people but felt completely reassured that the department's policy of providing quality attention and consideration of their customers' needs has been maintained. My service advisor, Evan Folsom, did all that he could to apply whatever discounts were available and went above and beyond, along with Steve (?) the mechanic who worked on my car, to give careful, useful, and well explained advice. Since I had to replace my tires and front brakes, which I had feared might be the case, I greatly appreciated the extra time Evan took investigating options for me and the patience he showed listening to all my questions, making sure I got a loaner car for the night, and at the end personally helping to clean the windows and even remove some gum that someone had stuck on my door in a parking lot. I highly recommend Mazda Gallery for their reliable, courteous, and professional care.

Started looking for a New Mazda Speed 3 and went to a few dealerships.By far my treatment and experience at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood was the best . i am 22 years old and went to the Mazda dealership in Quincy and could not even get the time of day. The only thing I can think of they thought I was too young and not going to buy a car that day. Paul and Yan gave me a great deal on a brand new 2010 Mazda Speed. Paul k was a consumate professional and answered very question I had along with my father and younger brother. When we had to wait a few minutes to see the finance manager because it was busy he showed us a tour of their underground garage where they store their cars which was cool. Paul and Yan were great and would recommned them to mu freinds and family to see them when looking for a new or preowned car.

Went in to test drive a Used Mazda 3 I saw on their webpage. Paul met me we test drove the car went over the car tooth and nail to make sure everything was working. We were in the market for a used car and decided to check out a 2006 Mazda 6 Hatchback that was advertised at Mazda Gallery. From the moment we arrived, our salesperson, Doug Clark was very informative, helpful and fair. After test driving the vehicle, we did the numbers, including a trade-in and feel that we got a very fair deal in our purchase. The things that made the difference with us was there were no games played, no smoke and mirrors. Everything was up front and put together in a very timely manner that facilitated the deal and got us the car we wanted, at a fair price. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, even returning some personal property that was left in the traded vehicle. Much appreciated. We'll be back!

I would HIGHLY recommend Doug Clark at the Mazda Gallery in Norwood. We bought a car from him 8 years ago and then last week suddenly found ourselves needing a new car. We were dreading the process as we began shopping around, and were delighted to find that Doug was still there. He was a joy to work with, not like other car salesmen we've met, very fair and honest and worked with us to give us a fantastic price. We had much worse experiences at other dealerships where we felt we were being given the run around, not getting clear answers to our questions and feeling like we were at the mercy of slick sales practices. Not so with Doug. Honestly, my husband and I couldn't believe how easy and fun he made it for us to buy our new car! He is a great guy and we are very glad to have found him. Hopefully someone else can benefit from this tip, as I know how frustrating and stressful car shopping can be!

We made appointment to demo a car and had to wait 45 minutes before the keys were put in our hands when we were walking out of the dealership, asked for help from two "managers" and they would not do anything. When trying to do a deal on-line we made an offer and got a prompt response but no counter offer...it took three emails to get a number out of these people but the real number was an additional $299 fee they inserted at the end...this is the typical auto dealer tactic most people want to avoid. When requesting a different color than what they had on their lot we were told there was no dealer nearby with the color we wanted so they couldn't do a swap...guess what? We bought from Wellesley Mazda, got the color we wanted with a very good price (much lower than these guys) and fair value in trade, they immediately agreed to terms without haggling and the paperwork processing and drive away took 45 minutes max!

Please do not go to this dealer for a new car purchase. The sales person we dealt with was very nice and accomodating but the finance department is horrible. We are still trying to get paper work straightened out that the financing person, George Sarkis, admittedly messed up. It's been 3 months since we took the new car home! It's been impossible to get calls back from voicemails left with both George and Tom McDonald the manager. The customer service is terrible. I have experience with the BMW Gallery next door and was elated with my purchase and the customer service I received there, I thought that it being the same ownership that the level of customer service would be the same. I was very mistaken. If you like Mazda, go somewhere else!

We had a good experience looking for a new car at Mazda Gallery until the older (very nice) sales guy was (without notice) replaced by a 'Manager' whose approach was comical (flash, fast, not listening, contradicting)In a nutshell, I was offered way below book value for my trade (clearly based on the great deal they offered on the new vehicle knowing I was looking to trade a low milage, high spec car) and when I stated their offer was not even close the 'Manager' having tried every trick in the book said "OK if we double the trade value will you buy today". While this was a very attractive offer, I just couldn't do it based on the experience with this one guy. What a shame. Had I kept working with the original sales guy there's a good chance I would have made a purchase....

I purchased a new Mazda Tribute and from the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and true friendliness. Every step of the way I was amazed by how honest and sincere these people were. There was never a hint of pressure. They were not trying to sell me a car, they were truly trying to help me. The Mazda Gallery is the model of what a dealership should be. I did weeks of research before I bought a Mazda 3, I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay. As of March 2009 the economy is sputtering along and I heard that there were some great deals around on new cars. I visited another dealership in Quincy and it was a total waste of time, they were full of crap, totally deceptive. Then I visited Doug Clark at Mazda Gallery, they had a Mazda 3 advertised at a really great price, $13,595. When I arrived he had the car out front and we test drove it and the car was still available at that price. None of that we just sold it but I have another model for $5000 more carp that you get from other dealerships and none of the high pressure sales tactics. He was totally professional and personable without being fake. No hidden fees, no surprises. My overall experience was top of the line and I would highly recommend working with this dealership and especially Doug. I ended up getting another Mazda 3 because I did not like the color and I wanted a higher end model but I still got a really great deal. That was my decision alone, at no time did I feel pushed or pressured to look at another car.

I went into the dealership looking to buy a new or used Mazda3. I test drove a used 2008 Mazda3 and I thought it was a nice car and handled very well. However when we got back to the showroom and talked price, I found it very hard to get their bottom line price. The response was if you are ready to buy the car today we will give you our best price, if not come back when you are ready to buy. The car salesman was very polite and had a great attitude but when it came down to brass tacks they would not give me any incentive to buy from them. In these tough economic times I find it hard to believe that a car dealership will not bend over backwards to make a deal. In the end I bought a new vehicle from another dealer.

I went to Mazda Gallery after visiting another dealership in the Boston area. At first, the salesperson was very politeMazda Gallerys first offer was $1,500 over the first offer that I received from the other dealership. When I informed them of the other offer, the salesperson falsely accused the other dealership of playing lowball. In other words, the other dealers offer was too good to be true and was made just so that I would come back. Their reaction was Why didnt you take that offer? I ended up purchasing a car at the other dealership for less than their lowball offer. Unfortunately, it turned out that the car I purchased from the other dealership was actually located at Mazda Gallery. The salesperson called me up, informed me of this, and then encouraged me to tear up my purchase and sales agreement. Even worse, he refused to trade the car to the other dealership.
