We had Tanner Smith as our product specialist. He helped us pick out the perfect Mazda for our family. He also has been very helpful and patient with getting small damage to the window tint fixed. Thank you for continuing to provide us with excellent service even after we purchased our vehicle! You’ve been great. -Mrs. Foust

I never thought I would rave about a car dealership. However I have been impressed from the day I shopped for my vehicle to the latest oil change. Everyone in every department has been exceptional.

I got a flat tire and busted a rim a few miles away on I-40 while traveling home on a Saturday to see some family. Tim Kelley in the service center was incredibly kind and the service crew stayed after 2pm to help get me back on the road so I could see my family that night. I'm so grateful to the whole team here at Mazda of Knoxville for helping me out in my hour of need!

Taylor at Mazda of Knoxville is great and helped me find what I wanted and needed. He is very curious and will help you find the right car for you as opposed to so many people that will sell you what will make them money. Taylor was patent with me and not forceful. I hope that when the need arises Taylor will be there to help me again.

Wasn't planning on stopping at Mazda for a car today - was actually looking at Toyota or Honda, but I'm glad we did. Taylor was our salesman and was truly excellent. Super knowledgeable about Mazda and all the technical aspects. We really appreciated how genuine he was. Really happy with our purchase. Also thank you to Jerich from finance for valuing our time.

If you don't want to over pay go somewhere else. The staff is super friendly and accommodating until it's time to negotiate a price. I've bought 4 new cars now including a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 and I've never had a dealer tell me MSRP is the best they do. That's an insult to the buyers intelligence. I figured they would call back later to negotiate again but when Donnie did call me back he stuck to MSRP. I'll never visit this dealer again.

I dropped my car off on Thursday night prior to Memorial Day weekend. This is significant because the service dept was closed until Tuesday. The service rep called back on Friday evening with the news I needed $1400 worth of repairs for my AC to work and that he would need to order the parts and to expect Monday at the earliest. I needed to check to see if the part was under warranty so I wasn't able to call back that day to tell him to order the part. As the car was drivable and the earliest the parts could possibly be there was Thursday, I went to pick it up so I could get back and forth to work. I spoke with the Finance Manager Saturday afternoon to see about getting the keys and he simply told me he could not help me because no one was there that could access the service dept. The car had not been worked on and yet I couldn't have my car. This is unacceptable. So unless you get there before 5:30 Monday-Friday you will never be able to get your car back?? Will someone please explain this to me? Every other dealer on earth can help on weekends and evenings while the dealership is open. Oh, and I was told they don't do curtesy vehicles even though I saw several when I dropped my car off. I was told to check with Enterprise ($179) for a rental. They lost my business and anyone's who will listen to me.

I have bought two cars from the gentlemen at this dealership and I am treated as family and with great respect every time I go in. The dealership is always clean and well maintained. The service guys always get me in and out as fast as possible and with my schedule sometimes that is a challenge. They have even worked with me when I had odd requests. The parts department has always been straight with me and given me options if they didn't have something available. My 2014 was the first mazda I ever owned and didn't have any issues with it. Now I have a 2016 and expect the same service from it. Love the car and the guys at the dealership.

I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to buy a car. Even more unfortunate for me, I'm extremely picky-I know what I want and am unwilling to settle for less. After countless hours of research, my decision was made on a CX-5. I found one online, and the same day I inquired about it, I received a call from the internet sales manager, Matt Lawson. After a couple of weeks of test drives, texting, and a lot of laughs (yes, car buying can be fun), I happily drove away with my brand new CX-5 for a fair price. Every single person at Mazda Knoxville was nice to me. The salespeople that weren't trying to sell me a car chatted with me while I waited on paperwork, etc. Jeff, in the finance department, was particularly helpful. I was having an issue with my infotainment screen the next day, so I sent Matt a text. He did everything he could to help me figure out the problem. He had already made the sale--he could have just ignored me and made me wait until the service department was open, but that's not the kind of people you deal with at Mazda Knoxville. I don't plan on buying another car for at least a decade or so, but when I'm in the market again, I'll zoom-zoom back to Mazda Knoxville.

This was my first time buying a new car, and Mazda Knoxville provided excellent support throughout the entire process. I had done plenty of research online beforehand about several cars, and heard great reviews about the quality of the dealership, so I checked it out to get a feel before buying a car down the road. Matt Lawson explored options with me, explained the process, and was able to track down the car that I was looking for. Matt helped to get me a great deal on it, so I ended up buying that day, much to my initial surprise. It's a beautiful car, and I'm looking forward to plenty of years with it! Keep up the good work, Matt - looking forward to years to come with y'all.

I recently purchased a 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring at Mazda of Knoxville and I absolutely love it!Donnie Rawls was our sales associate. We have purchased 2 vehicles from him at Mazda previously and this is our third purchase! (I also recently referred my brother whom also purchased a Mazda CX-9). I had a 2012 Certified Pre-owned Mazda CX-7 for 3 years and never had a single problem out of it. When the CX-5 came out, I immediately had my eye on them. Well, yesterday my dream came true! My lovely husband bought one for me for our 5 year anniversary!!! - xxxxx to him and to Donnie for making this happen! Everything from customer service, paper work, and the overall process is great! They worked out a great deal for us and now I'm cruising in style! The car has all the bells and whistles inside from navigation, voice command, home link for my garage system, touch screen, Bluetooth etc.. and well the body style, in my opinion, is one- if not the MOST stylish and sleek looking SUV out now!... SOOO basically what I am saying is... If you're due a new ride GO SEE DONNIE RAWLS at MAZDA KNOXVILLE! =)

These are not your average "let-me-get-you-in-a-car-so-I-can-make-money" salespeople. They want to get you in a car, but only if you want it, and only if the price makes sense to you. Don't be fooled by others, who are desperately trying to oversell their vehicles.

This was the EASIEST place to buy a car from. I've been shopping around for many weeks, talking to salesmen all across Knoxville, and with almost no luck at finding the car I desired. Most salesmen will try their hardest to have you immediately fill out paperwork, and get you in a vehicle, pricing it almost 50% more than it's actual cost. This was not the case at Mazda Knoxville. Thanks to the staff their for making this an enjoyable experience, and special thanks to Matt Lawson.

I drove 2 hours from KY to purchase here. Called all my local dealers and their "ball park" estimate for my trade was either insulting or their willingness to negotiate thier price was non-existant. Mazda Knoxville offered me an amazing deal over the phone. Matt L. worked with me to ensure that I was totally satisfied even before I drove to see the car. Will never buy another Mazda in KY and will call Mazda Knoxville before anyone else at my next purchase. Thanks for a great experience.

I had considered several dealerships before selecting this one. Matt, the internet salesman, had been in email correspondence with me for several weeks as I had had to re-schedule my trip to the dealership over the holidays. The test drive was informative, the sales pitching was light, and he was very helpful during the buying process as he described the features, helped me get oriented with the owner's manual, and helped me set up my bluetooth in the car. I am satisfied with the experience and the Mazda Knoxville team made the very stressful and frustrating process of car shopping more manageable.

Matt and his team at Knoxville Mazda are always professional and friendly...they care about customer satisfaction! With the Internet webpage, shopping for the right car at the right price was made easy for both purchases...2013 for my daughter and 2015 for my mother. When I need a car, I just email or call Matt at Mazda. What a great car!

Matt, the internet salesperson and the rest of the staff did a nice job taking care of me. I drove 200+ miles from the Atlanta area so I had to do a lot of the groundwork over the phone. The process was easy and professional. I would recommend them to others. This is our fourth Mazda. Best cars on the road for the price...by far!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Zero stars. Horrible. The worst. I was told I needed to buy their Mazda battery because my Costco battery wasn't a quality batter problem and that their battery had a lifetime warranty. Less than 4k miles later the battery won't hold a charge. Took the battery back, I was informed that there is no such thing as a lifetime battery and that they were NOT going to honor their warranty. Not only did they sell me a subpar battery but they don't honor their warranties, either. A 36 month warranty battery, only 1 yr into the warranty, the battery in like new condition and receipt in hand and the service manager walked away and told this single mom on a limited income that Mazda wasn't going to keep their word. Despicable behavior and unprofessional on every level. Shame on you, Mazda Knoxville. I've bought several Mazda's and currently own a 2013 Mazda5 and have never been subjected to such chicanery and deceptiveness.

I researched the 2014 Mazda CX-5 prior to consulting Mazda Knoxville's online listings. When I contacted the dealership via the online inquiry form, Matt Lawson, the Internet Manager, returned my call promptly and answered all questions I had about the trim level and options I was looking for a well as availability. It's important to decide what trim level and options you want, and make certain to keep them in mind. We all tend to regret buying more or less than what we really want. I found that the car I wanted was in stock with the features I wanted. Matt wanted to up-sell me some options, but he wasn't aggressive about it. Hearing about these options and asking questions about them actually helped me to decide that I really didn't need them. As with any negotiated purchase, the more fully you educate yourself and the better you understand the process, the better you will fare with your negotiations. I'm not here to teach the nuts and bolts of negotiating a good new car deal, but once I completed additional research and made a fair offer, it was accepted promptly. Buyers should always be wary that the deal negotiated doesn't always match the deal offered in the finance office. I had no such problem and the financing and contract office presented the paperwork with the exact deal I negotiated with the Internet Sales Manager. I had come with pre-arranged financing at 5.18% and was skeptical that the dealership could offer me better, especially having had a chapter 7 bankruptcy in October 2010. Not only did the dealership beat the rate, they beat it handily, offering 4.4% over the same term as the pre-arranged financing (of course, your mileage may vary). Some of the optional add-ons offered during financing I declined, and some I accepted. Remember, with any new car purchase, you will do no better than your research and self-education has prepared you to do. Mazda Knoxville was open to reasonable negotiation at every stage of the deal and never once attempted to pull any of the old-school tricks to separate me from more of my money. Bottom line, an honest and good faith operation.

Bought my BMW Z3 here. Great price, very friendly staff. Made the whole process very easy and didn't have to do any back and forth negotiating. Would buy from Mike again. Their service department made sure the car was in great shape and was up to date on its scheduled service. One less headache for me!

I had previously bought two Mazda's from this dealer and had found them to be easy to work with in the past. My wife found a CX-5 that she liked and the day after the test drive I brought her MPV we were going to trade to see what the bottom line price was. The salesman got the manager and he asked me if I was going to buy a car that day. I said maybe, if the deal was right. He said he would not give me a price and I should come back when I'm ready to buy a car. I won't buy another Mazda from this dealer and will probably buy a Ford Escape instead.

Back in 2003, we had purchased a Tribute and had an excellent selling experience. Therefore, when we went looking for a new vehicle for my wife, we went back. She was interested in a CX9. We fond out at the time that all they had in stock had been hail damaged. I was still considering buying one if the price was right. The vehicle had been "mostly" repaired, but still had a few dings on the roof and some on the side mirrors. As I recall, the retail price was around $32000. I told them I would take it and pay cash for $28800. The most they would come off the price (for a less than pristine vehicle)was $1000. It's as if they just didn't care if they sold it or not. We left the dealership and a couple of weeks later purchased a Buick Enclave (far superior vehicle than the CX9) from Mr. Stanley Crisp at Twin City Buick in Alcoa. Mr Crisp bent over backwards to get us a very fair price and ensure the buying experience was one of the best I have ever experienced. Beyond the sale, Mr Crisp has contacted us via phone, email, and mail to ensure we were satisfied. I highly recommend you see him if your interested in a Buick or GMC product.

Was told by internet manager car was 21.900 in emails to me drove 1 hour to dealership and car was 22,990. They tried to offer me only 5000 for my trade because it was a saturn and would not change their price on their car at all. Was treated very poorly and lied to. I will never do business with them and make sure to tell all you know BEWARE!!!

I was 30 minutes late for 11:00 service appt. to replace a sunvisor (three screws and an electrical connection); I was told all techs had been sent to lunch and I could return at 1:00 p.m. We were headed out of town so I left. The visor kept falling down on my trip, causing a safety hazard. When I tried to pull it out of the way I blew a fuse, causing no real problems but a lot of concern (the check engine light came on). I was able to get the car fixed in less than 10 minutes at Montgomery Mazda in Charlotte, NC the next day--the service writer did the work himself.
