Worst Service Dept.1. Back ordered parts and no call a loss of 4+ hours and no repairs2. Lost keys and had to wait around for another 20 minutes3. Nobody cares about clients. the response is just O well we will let you know when parts are in. WHAT!

Lee Robinson is a very friendly and respectful person. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several cars. He answered all our questions. We had not planned on buying a car at this time but after working with Lee and the rest of staff we ended up with a car that exceeded our expectations . They don't do what they say they will do after the sale. (Deliver the car I drove over there back to my house, and at that time teach me features of my new car). They lied about functions of my car. They said they would help sync it with the garage door, then obviously didn't want to bother with me after the sale, so said if my garage door was more than 10 yrs old it wouldn't work. Baloney... I had to mess with it for a bit, running back and forth between car and ladder, but did get it to work. They said they were giving me $ to pay out the last 2 months of a lease, shame on me for not calling myself, but they said they called my dealer and got the payoff amount. Instead they made up a dollar amount that fell short, so now I have double payments for two months. (In fairness they gave me a little bit, but added it on to the price if the car and cut a check after the fact, so I was taxed on it, do I probably lost $ on it in the end) Do not trust these people, if you go in.... Go in with both eyes open.

This is the second dealership that my husband and I have gotten a car from. Our first experience (with a different dealership) was very very poor. We had been to several dealerships this time around and by far the best we worked with and chose to work with was/is McCloskey's. We worked with Joyce, who went above and beyond to help us. We are expecting baby #2 any day now and so were definitely under a bit more pressure to get the best deal, and the best, safe, reliable vehicle. She helped us find eactly what we needed, in a price range that was affordable. Again (cannot stress this enough) Joyce was wonderful, and really went above and beyond for us. Much different than our first car buying experience by far! :)

We just purchased an 08 kia optima, let me tell you Joyce from Long Island NY was amazing I told her what I needed and within an hour we found the car I knew what my payments had to be and had my down payment we had to wait until Monday to finalize the paperwork but come Monday they had really got me where I needed to be. I got the payments I needed and they gave me more for my trade than it was worth. Which made me have to put 500 dollars less down than what I had planned. They really are amazing people and soooo easy to work with. It really was effortless. They are just was a life savers.

Went to service center on 2/5/16 as my car wouldn't start on 2/4/16 (had just purchased it 1/7/16). Turned out that battery I had was the factory installed battery & was time for a new one. Service dept replaced my battery with a bigger & better battery with cold cranking power. Greg very helpful & pleasant to deal with.

I was web shopping for a new used car that was more suited to Colorado. i found the perfect vehicle online. the next morning i stopped by the dealership to see the car in person. before i could blink i was driving around the neighborhood testing how snow worthy the vehicle was. I would like to thank Jack and Drew in the service department for their assistance in servicing and repairing my Suzuki SX4 Crossover. I was experiencing a noise when turning and it turned out to be the trans axle. They not only did the work quickly but also went out of their way to drop me off and pick me up several blocks away so that I had no down time waiting for the vehicle. I'm soon to be 74 and have difficulty seeing well when driving at night. Purchased some after market head lamp bulbs. Tried to install them myself but couldn't get the job done. I called your service dept to see if they could assist me. Took less than a half hour and I was back on the road. The service charge was minimal. I have always received good service for oil changes too.

I don't know what kind of service those people call they self best customer this is the worst place i ever went to go shop for a vehicle they don't return your phone call or let you know anything. But supposedly they have a customer rep calling back and forth to find out how was the service. Then you ask to speak to someone they could make changes or look into the situation,they ask you for your name and number and no one never call

Over all experience I would say that it was the worst. They we're rude and disrespectful. Not willing to work with us at all. I felt like I was lied to every time they spoke to us. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Save your time, money, and a headache and please go somewhere else.

I'm honestly glad that I waited about 6 weeks to write a review, because now I can write about my entire experience. First off, I would like to give five stars to only the salesman Aaron. He was the only good experience of my entire car buying process. He was very patient and really took most of the day to help me. Let me explain my experience. I live in Aurora which is a good hour+ drive to McCloskey Motors. I found a Cadillac Escalade online and it looked beautiful and seemed to be exactly what I wanted, so I called and scheduled a test drive. When I made this call, I advised them it was a long drive and I wanted them to assure me that there would be no problems when I got there. The woman said her manager said the escalade was in perfect condition and that I would find nothing wrong with it... LIES. The escalade had broken tail lights, a broken windshield, a broken rear windshield wiper, the interior was full of holes where the trim had been ripped out, and the engine made awful noises. As you can guess, I was extremely upset and close to tears. I haven't bought a new vehicle in about 7 years and I was so excited and this ripped all the excitement out of me. Luckily, Aaron realized my disappointment and took hours to help me find something else. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer which was perfect and had everything I wanted. HE is the ONLY reason I bought a vehicle from the company that day. He was amazing, patient, and did his job perfectly... but that's where the good experience ended. After deciding to buy the vehicle and going through the numbers, I had to go talk to the finance gentlemen there, I believe his name was Anthony. He took FOREVER to call me in to sign the papers. It was almost a good two hours. Honestly, if the Ford hadn't been such a good price, I would have probably walked out. He calls me in, we sign papers, sweet.. everything is done, or so I thought.... A week later, the financer, Public Service Credit Union, calls me to confirm information regarding the vehicle.. ok.. no big deal, and then another week later Anthony calls me to inform me that I need to go back to McCloskey's to fill out additional information for the Credit Union so they would send the payment over. Are you kidding me?? Once again, this is an hour+ drive. I lost it at that point. How is it that I have been driving a vehicle for 2 weeks, that no one has paid for. I threatened to return the vehicle because I no longer wanted to deal with this company, and of course suddenly I didn't have to drive anywhere to sign anything else. I went to the credit union here in Aurora myself and spoke to a very nice manager who straightened everything out. Now here we are, about a month and a half later, and I receive another call from McCloskey's stating that they have my other set of keys and my coupons for free oil changes... so I call today to arrange a time for me to drive the hour+ to pick these up since for whatever reason they weren't given to me the day I bought my vehicle, and they inform me... well we are out of the coupons, but you can get your keys now and come back later for those.. *sigh*. Also, of course, my vehicle 4 weeks after having it is making strange noises in the engine, so thankfully I bought the extended warranty, but I'm still waiting back to see if they plan on charging me to look at it or not since I haven't had the vehicle that long. All in all, they have an amazing sales person at a crappy dealership. I wish Aaron would go somewhere a little more honest, because he is too good of a person to work there. I will never recommend someone to this company, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them again.

I have had nothing but problem since walking for their door. They have lied to me about my down payment saying that they never got it, they did not clean the vehicle, they did not put gas in the vehicle, and now I find out that they have not sent the paperwork to the bank for the registration, and my temp tag expires in less than a week.trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is like trying to separate milk and water it's just not going to happen.

I had a great salesman, he help me so much. But after I had received the car is when I found the problem. My salesman had told my they had put new brakes in the car. Well he lied, I heard a loud screeching noies coming from my drivers side front. Sure enough I had to take it to a shop to find out what the problem was. They never replaced the rotors on the car and the pads they did replace only on the front where cracked. When we had call to see if they would fix what they lied about no help came from them. The refused to help us, If you buy a car from them I would get a professional that doesn't work for them to check it before you buy it.

Made us get an appointment to see a salesman. When we arrived the lady at the desk was disinterested in us. The salesman never offered to get the third person in our party a chair in his office. The prices were high vs the quality of the product. I asked if they had a water fountain and was told I had to use the vending machine. Visit was at 0915 Saturday 26 Jul 14. I bought used a car at the dealer and when I got it home the car did not start and it had a big oil leak and the convertible top would not close. Not even 8 hours later I went back to the dealer to get the stuff fixed and they said I quote it not our fault and u have to deal with it. Then they said that they would only look at it and not fix it. And this was only 8 hours later after I got the car. I talk to all the man agent and they said they would not do anything to help me or they would just blow me off and not talk to me or call me back. I am a disabled vet and I will be telling every one in the military and people I see to not go to this place.

Simply put: SO patient, SO helpful, SO amazing. My husband and I are both military, we went in and looked at car after car after car. And Tony who was helping us was so patient and explained every car. He didn't hide anything from us, he said which vehicle would work more better for our situation and which wouldnt, regardless of price. After shopping for almost four hours Tony STILL worked with us and helped us figure out which we wanted. When one price wouldn't work he'd fight for a lower on. Coming up with deal after deal until we finally agreed on one that would work, not to mention an extra 1000 dollars we would get on the vehicle we were trading in. The people who work there are friendly, they help, they give you great advice and REALLY get you your money's worth. You can tell, it's not the money or getting the car off the lot. It's the customer satisfaction that is they're number one priority. These guys are not to be missed! Awesome and SO helpful. Ill definitely be going back for another car when the time comes.

My fiance and have purchased two vehicles from McCloskey, and let me start off by saying that David Welch and Cliff (financing) have been so unbelievably helpful! We had been trying to get one of our vehicles for a couple days and had a lot of problems with appointments and such, but David stayed way past his shift to make sure we had everything right, he corrected all of our paperwork (it was wrong from the previous salesperson) ,and made sure we knew everything about the vehicle. He was the friendliest person we had worked with! We give him our utmost respect for everything that he has done for us! And Cliff worked extremely hard with multiple banks to make sure we got the financing done, so I had a reliable car for my kids, we are very thankful for everything he has done as well. First I would like to say that I'm a Chevy lover. Angel has changed my whole world about the 2013 Subaru Legacy. I came to mccloskey just to look around and had no intention of buying. Angel, having more than basic knowledge of the Subaru, has wowed me to a point I didn't even want to consider anything GM had to offer.he was patient and answered EVERY question as if he had been knowing me for years. This was not what I expected from a dealership. Having a positive attitude and making jokes kept me calm and at ease. I will not only continue doing business with mccloskey but I will definitely send my fellow soldiers from ft Carson to him. He could have tried to get me in something more expensive and way out of my league and comfort zone. The reason I rated this salesperson a 5 on all areas is because: Rodney was very friendly, very smart on the vehicles. I wanted a used car and for the same price i qualified for a new susuki. This place deserves 6 stars! This is my 3rd purchase so far and it keeps getting easier. They have a great vehicle locator program that saved me a ton of time, tears, and $$$ that got me the exact Ford Edge I wanted with the exact options and I didn't have to drive out of town to shop. It is always tough to put your faith in a place to bring a car in and not know exactly what you might get..but they gave me a guarantee of what I would get and throw in free oil changes and a warranty for piece of mind. Excellent job as always and they just helped my cousin pick up his new (new to him) F-150 last week and was thrilled to get financing as a 1st time buyer and get a awesome truck to boot. We own a 2009 Suzuki XL-7 and took it to McClosky to have the 100k mile service performed. Just before we took the vehicle to McClosky, we had the oil changed elsewhere. Upon making the appointment for the 100k mile service, we advised "James" to NOT change the oil. When we picked the vehicle up from McClosky, they had in fact changed the oil and wanted to charge us for it. James was nice enough to remove this charge however and we went about our business. The next week while driving the car though, I noticed some steam coming up from the hood. I popped the hood to notice that the overflow compartment for the radiator was empty. I bought a gallon of radiator fluid and put it in (it took the whole gallon). Finally, we also ordered two hatch struts and was told by James that these would take 3-5 business days to arrive. Now a month later, we finally received the parts. We did not find this out because they called us, but rather we called them and convenitenly were told that "The struts just arrived yesterday". I would suggest to anyone who is thinking of going to McCloskey to look at other shops because we have the impression that they just don't really care about the customer. "Big Joe Auto" I believe has grown up to be a typical run of the mill used car dealer.

Our experience started out great, all the customer service reps who have nothing to do with the actual dealships are very nice and caring. We drove 60 miles for a scheduled appointment to look at this perfect car that we wanted. When we showed up, they had no clue that we were coming, we told them what car we were wanting to look at and they seemed very confused. Finally after waiting around a girl, Katie said she was going to take us to the car. We got in another car which she swung the door open and hit the car next to it, (just goes to show how they treat their vehicles), we drove to their other location and test drove the car we were wanting to see back to the original dealership. Katie did not know anything about the car...literally nothing, only the make and color! Everything was good with the test drive, there was some inside damage to the car which Katie again knew nothing about but we still liked it because it was exactly what we had been looking for. When we got back to the original dealership, we sat down at a desk and Katie said she would be right back. We waited for 20 minutes before we were approached by Dillon who then negotiated price with us. He guaranteed that the car had a 2 month waranty which we later found out after buying the car that it did not! Negotiating pricing is never fun but we got to a place where we were happy. At this time because he kept stepping away for 15 minutes at a time, it was closing time for them. We were told that we would have to drive all the way back down to talk with a finance agent. We were also going to come back down because they guaranteed to look at an issue with the car. We confirmed the apointment time and made sure it would be enough time. A couple days later we came back down, of course they had no clue we were coming and had to wait a half hour before being seen. Dillon then took our car to the mechanic to get the issue looked at WHILE we finished up the paper work. Jessie helped us with the finance part, great guy, very knowledgable, probably the only helpful person we met with. This took a little bit of time which is expected, during the paper work process all the sales men were playing kick ball and throwing a football knocking things over in the store. I understand if there is nothing to do you find something to occupy your self but there is also a line of professionalism to follow. After we were done, we asked to go to our car or if it was done, Dillon ignored us and walked away. Another gentleman who was very nice, not a sales man took us over to where the mechanic was. When we got there the mechanic told us that the car was not ready and that they were closed now. Dillon had told him that the car was staying over night...How could it stay over night, this was our only form of transpertation, Dillon knew this because he asked us!! So now we will have to come down again to get an issue figured out that they should have done before we bought the car. Long story short we came here only because they had the exact car that we wanted, I would not recommend buying from them unless they have a car you cannot go without.

I traveled 700 miles to purchase a hard to find awd sienna. Before I left Arizona after finding the car on autotrader and negotiating a a price with a specific warranty with the dealership (4 years, 48,000 miles included) I called to confirm the price and warranty before making the lengthy trip. The friendly sales associate assured me that the price or terms would not change when I arrived. Not True. After I sat down with the business manager to finalize the agreement he informed me that the cost would be $47 more per month than the confirmed price I made with a sales associate before I made the 11 hour trip. I explained that was not the agreement that was made and he sent me to talk with the sales associate. After some discussion between the sales associate and his "manager", I was told that the payment would be made to be $9 more per month than the agreement. Since I had already spent 5 hours at the dealership, it was 8 pm now and after an 11 hour drive I decided that $9 more than the agreement was ok. I finished the paperwork and at 9 pm Ieft feeling a bit surprised by the evenings events. It wasn't until I arrived back in Arizona that I noticed the warranty had been changed from 4 years, 48,000 miles to 3 years 36,000 miles. This change was made without my knowledge. While the sales manager insists that the agreement I had with the dealership is different than what I confirmed with the sales associate, The associate and I know the truth, he does not dispute that. I was treated poorly by the business manager and skipped over while he helped every other person in the dealership that evening, waiting until the end of the evening to be helped. When the deal was finalized I had signed a peice of paper that had been changed from a 4 year 48,000 mile warranty to one with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. This was done in a shady way to say the least. While the dealership continues to deny that they are not honoring their word, the facts speak for themselves. Buyer beware. This was not a pleasant experience.

I wanted to trade my car in for something better. I picked out a great suv drove it for two weeks and felled in love with it. When they called me to finsh the paperwork I was told I need to find a different car with lower miles in it so I did two days later I went back in the sign everything I was told I need to find a cheaper car or take my trade back. What a waste of time. I will never go back to this place again.

Disappointing. I have never worked with an organization that seems to have such an attitude of indifference. Prior to purchase, my husband and I were everyone's best friend...but, once money changed hands it has been a very different scene. We purchased a used vehicle from McCloskey Imports on March 23 (a Saturday evening), and the check engine light came on on the way home. We returned it the following Monday for what we believed would be some simple service items...now, 51 days later, McCloskey has not been able to produce a vehicle that is in working order to provide dependable transportation for our family. We should have returned the vehicle on the first day, but, we believed the sales manager and service team that the fix for the vehicle was a simple sensor and alignment. However, when we still didn't have a car that could pass emissions by the third day we were ready to take their trade offer. McCloskey's idea of honoring their agreement to trade the vehicle for another was ridiculous. We chose the original vehicle based on, mileage, age, cost, product reviews, and cleanliness, but the vehicles I was shown were NOT apples to apples by any stretch. I was shown cars with over 100,000 miles, filthy cars, one with a manual transmission, and cars outside my set budget. I was sent away from their dealership with a "promise" that they would continue to look for something to trade us. Despite our continued calls to our salesperson and management this option was completely dropped, all communication on this subject has been ignored. 3 more fixes and a month and a half later, we have made a car payment, and insured a vehicle that has been in their service bay for 46 out of the last 51 days. The added mileage on the vehicle is 95%, or more, strictly from driving it back and forth from Castle Rock to Colorado Springs 4 times to attempt to fix the reoccurring problems. It is going back today, because it is leaking fluids -- and it was leaking fluids 48 days ago. We will undoubtedly be held strictly to the 60 day warrantee from the day of purchase, and not be allowed any extra time to actually drive the vehicle. We have been told repeatedly that we are very lucky to have the 2mo/ 2000 mile warrantee offered by McCloskey, that we should be happy -- But, somehow I dont think holding someone to their word is anything extra. We have been talked down to, and pacified by a multitude of managers and the owner's wife; and although Joe McCloskey is spoken very highly of and is touted as a hands on man throughout his organization, he has not seen fit to become personally involved in our case despite our continued requests for assistance. We have asked that McCloskey un-do our loan, or, produce a vehicle that will pass emissions and be reliable transportation... So far neither has happened. Legally, we are still exploring -- McCloskey's has not charged us with the repairs, and they have provided an economy rental for our transportation in the interim. However, we still do not have the car we are paying for. This is exactly the type of story that gives car dealers a bad name. McCloskey Automotive has the power and ability to make a good situation out of a bad one, but, is choosing not to. Shame on you, Big Joe Auto! Buyer Beware.

I searched for a 06 or newer Tahoe for a few weeks without finding exactly what I wanted. I saw a few online that I wanted to take a look at. We ended up going to two different dealerships. We ended up buying one here after comparing the selection and price. We were able to get an 08 with all the options

Don waste your time if youe looking to buy a used car. Il help you out by telling you that I just purchased a pre owned BMW from McCloskey Imports & 4x4 for under the Kelly Blue Book price. The car was in great condition (like new) and was handed to me with a full tank of gas. Ie been to other dealers, but this one stood out.

From what I read about the Suzuki?s I learned that they have everything I was looking for in a car, plus they also had a high safety rating. I chose to go to Big Joe Suzuki to make my purchase because they had a great deal on the 2012 models plus they offered $3000 on my trade in.

Financing was a breeze. Ended up getting me a better rate than my long time bank did. Sales guys were patient with me while I took time to pick out the exact car that I wanted. They also had it out nice and clean when I was ready to go.

I dealt with another Suzuki dealer in the past but tried out Big Joes this last time and am very pleased. They were just so much more professional and actually acted like they wanted your business rather than just doing the bare minimum to get it. Great, great, great experience.

Big Joe Suzuki is the best Suzuki lot out of the three that I visited in my state. I knew what car I wanted and knew what I wanted to pay for it but just had to find a dealer willing to give me the time of day. The other two acted as if I were nothing important and wouldn deal. Big Joe sat me down and worked with and ended up getting me where I wanted to be. I liked the way they treated me for sure.

Big Joe Suzuki ROCKS! I had been dealing with another Suzuki dealer trying to get a great deal on a Kizashi. They wouldn't really budge on the price, so I called up Big Joe and they worked me out a better deal over the phone. Once I got there, the courteousy and good business continued. I am very pleased with how the whole experience went.

I liked the fact that our salesman didn't hover over us the whole time but still checked in on us to make sure we were coming along okay. I didn't get any "creepy sales man" vibes from him at all. I liked the down to earth attitudes of everyone.

I am a proud Kizashi owner. Ie owned other sedans in the past that I was happy with, but the Kizashi is one of the best Ie had. I paid a fairly affordable price and it has lived up to what I was promised. It handles well and rides pretty smoothly.

The dealership was great, they took into consideration our. I loved how they provided the safety ratings for all the vehicles. As a parent and customer I felt like they really cared. Truck Town has a great selection and probably some of the lowest prices in town. They dont approve of or use the typical salespeople techniques and everyone is quick to offer a smile and shake your hand. I found out that they have access to several banks so you can be sure to get a great financing rate like we did. They took a lot of the stress out of buying a vehicle.
