McDonald's created a very relaxed experience through out the entire selection and purchase of the vehicle. My wife normally does not enjoy dealing with vehicle maintenance or dealerships but, due to a soccer tournament that pulled me out of town, she made the selection and set up the financing in my absence. All I needed to do was sign upon my return. She has been very happy with her new 2017 GMC Sierra ever since.

Went there with intentions of possibly trading in for something newer. I ended up getting exactly the car I wanted, however I ended up buying a brand new one with the help of Eric Goslin. He found the car I was looking for and had it delivered over from the Millington store, then was able to get me a terrific deal on it. He worked magic with numbers to get me my lowest interest rate, and then with the rebate deals he found I was able to get my payments where I wanted with a brand new vehicle. He went above and beyond in helping me find and purchase this car. I am very happy with my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and couldn't be more satisfied with the help I had purchasing it. Grant was so helpful and very friendly. He made what I know was a tough job (because of my circumstances) look seemless. He did everything he could to get me into the safest, newest car without breaking the bank. My husband and I went to McDonald's just to shop around. It was my husband's second dealership visit and my first. I was there just to see what was available, purchase v lease and just how much a new car actually costs these days as both our cars are over 10 years old. We were met by Brad Jeske's big smile and warm handshake. He asked us some basic questions about what we were looking for and took what we said to heart and based on our answers to his questions took us to a GMC Terraine. We took it for a test drive and 2 hours later, we were driving away in our new 2017 Terraine. Not only did Brad stay 2 hours past closing time, so did the finance people and not one person complained or acted "put out." In the end, I would have to say our entire experience was very positive...I had no idea that getting a new car would be so FAST, EASY and PAINLESS!! I would without hesitation recommend McDonald's AND Brad Jeske if you are considering a new vehicle!

Our Salesmen Brad Jeske treated us better then any salesperson has so far. He listen to what we wanted, especially the price range, didn't try to talk us into a higher payment then we wanted, most importantly didn't make us feel like we wasted his time when we didn't want the vehicle after the 1st price offer, he didn't get upset he just went back to the table and brought back a better offer that we could afford. I didn't feel at anytime that he was going to be difficult if we didn't want it. We did decide to purchase the trunk with the awesome offer we got. Angela Taylor

I went to this dealership "just looking". Two weeks before my visit, my 2013 Honda Pilot got t-boned and was a total loss. That vehicle was "loaded". Brad came right up to me when I walked in. He asked what was I looking for, and I explained my situation. I wanted something like my Honda, or Exended Chevy Blazer. I was interested in the GMC Acadia. Brad had me sit in both vehicles, adj. the mirrors, and check my visibility. I liked the Acadia Limited more than the Acadia because it sits higher and is larger. He had me take a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. The color was perfect, and so were all of the options. He offered me a very good deal and after a few tears, I said OK. I'm going to take delivery tomorrow.Thank you, Brad. You really helped me make the right decision.

I had originally contacted Brad because I wanted to buy a GMC Acadia, I was pretty specific about what I wanted specially for a used vehicle. While he didn't find anything to cover everything we wanted yet, I scheduled an appointment with him to consider leasing.When we got to the dealership talking with Brad we see a Yukon LX Denali get parked behind used cars while we were waiting on an Acadia to test drive. Myself and my husband liked the look of it, so we inquired with Brad about it. I worked with Grant Scheurs mostly and he was extremely helpful with all of my questions and requests. Randy Kropp was helpful as well. The sales management staff was helpful but extremely pushy. I had to say no over and over again to the extra warranties before they finally listened to me. When I didn't want to buy the vehicle the night I test drove it they acted offended. I found that if you view their sharades as free amateur theatrics, it becomes more fun. My experience with Grant definitely made going with McDonald GMC worthwhile!

Great selection, detailed explanations of new equipment, patient in all matters. The whole staff was very pleasant and friendly. They made you feel comfortable. Test drives were fantastic. RW is one of the BEST salesman at McDonald GMC. He not only went out of his way to help us find a nice car, he spent the entire day making sure we left with one. Would highly recommend McDonald GMC. I was pretty much sold on an F-150 at another dealership. I visited McDonald on my lunch hour to see what they had before I decided to proceed with the Ford. I told them what I was looking for. Brad listened carefully, said he had a truck that met my needs, grabbed some keys, and showed me a truck. He got it right the first time. I then talked to Brad and Tom about my trade. I told them what I was expecting for my trade. Within 15 minutes. they had an appraisal, Then Tom came back and told Brad to start the paperwork... Fastest I ever purchased a new vehicle. I was back at work in under an hour. Picked up the truck the next day, Met with Odis. He was fantastic. He had the answers to every question without having to "get back to me". All of these people were great to work with. Everything they promised happened. I have been in contact with them a few times since purchasing my truck. They always call back and make sure all my questions are answered..

I've owned 4 New Dodge Rams for 16 years (trade in every 4 years). LOYAL DODGE RAM OWNER...I wanted to refinance my current 2013 Ram but was turned down by Chrysler Fiance even though I never missed a payment in 28 months. McDonalds contacted me via a sales flier, even though I was reluctant to call them. I figured I would give it a try. Well, 'I'm now leasing a new 2016 Sierra Elevation. I'm very happy and it's a nice truck. I wanted a cheaper payment, but can't win them all. At least it something newer and nicer for the same payment. I will probably not go back to Dodge Rams. .

I purchased an older car and traded my newer vehicle in. Jennifer Molyneux the salesperson was friendly and really tried to find what kind of car I needed. I recently retired and didn't need the newer car and finding a older vehicle that fit my needs and lowered my monthly payment was just right. The financing part and fees and taxes and so forth is always too fast and confusing at signing and wish that all extra costs were brought to light sooner, during the decision to purchase. This is something I have encountered at all dealers that I have purchased cars with and has nothing to do with this sales staff. Overall a good experience.

So I got a truck from them barley got to test drive it besides from one spot to the used car section very not happy with the truck come to find out I have to put in over 2,000 dollars to fix it and spent 10,000 on it one window doesn't work the ac don't work let alone they said they fixed the brakes which was a lie because the when I actually started driving it you can tell that they were not fixed. Now the whole back end squeals as you are driving also when hitting the brakes the 4wd is messed up because when you drive it shifts itself to 4 low or auto 4wd. Also when you put it in drive and hit the gas it just revs up that you have to replace it in park and keep doing it till it finally wants to go regardless it don't do it all the time it is just frustrating because i want me and my little one safe and you cant be when that happens or when it just stalls why you are driving and your brakes don't want to work all the time. Not happy with the service that I got an when they finally say they will take the truck back its just they wont allow me another truck which in reality I should be able to pick out what ever I want for a replacement because I am the one paying for it.

From the start, we laid everything out on the table, whittled those down to my best option, and it was a done deal. This was the first time I had ever been to McDonald GMC Cadillac. I live 32 miles away and found them by searching on the internet. I was in a time crunch to purchase a new vehicle. I had a vacation scheduled at the time some incentive money was going to expire. Through the internet, I had a vehicle picked out and I had a plan in place to purchase it. I was going to McDonald GMC Cadillac first to see what their best deal was. The next day I planned on going to another dealership in another city to get their best deal. Then, the next day I was going to make up my mind and buy. I didn't need to go to the other dealership and bought at McDonald on my very first visit. Never have I had a more enjoyable experience while purchasing a vehicle. There was no high pressure of any kind. The transparency was incredible. I was shown the numbers, shown my price and shown the rebates. They appraised my trade-in and offered me a very fair price for it. They were even able to get me a lower interest rate on my loan. They showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the people that work in the other departments. Never have I had that happen before. It was truly a great experience. Brad Jeske sold us a GMC Truck it took some time to put together but they got it done. I would recommend this Dealer to anyone who was looking for a new car or truck. Everyone that works there is very nice and I fee they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Dropped off my car to have some service done on it. This truck caught my eye. So when I picked my car up I went to look at the truck and thought this truck is sharp. Randy Kropp came out asked me if he could help me and I said just looking at this truck. Told me some information on it and unlocked it so I could look inside and if I want to take it for a ride. I said not today. The next day I called Randy told him I wanted I'm interested in the 2013 Silverado and would like to take it overnight. he had it washed gassed and ready to go. I came back the next day earlier then I originally told him and he met me at the door. he said you are early. I said I want it that bad. We went inside did some paper work and asked about getting a few things done to the truck. He figured out the price with tax and a few other options we discussed included in the price. The manager at first said no. The last purchase I made was my new car. He told her I bought a new car here before and still have it and eventually accepted it. I appreciated that so much. I wanted this truck so much and I was so excited. Randy was very professionally and Friendly and I wanted to give him a big hug for helping me out. It was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Randy! . .

Overall, my experience was good. The only negative about the sale, was the sales manager trying to push the warranty sale on us. I get it, they have to, but I don't like when I say no thanks, and give my reasons, and she would not let it go. My sales rep was great, very friendly and welcoming and did all he could to make sure things went well.

He is an excellent person to work with. He does everything he can to get you were you need to be financially in a vehicle you want. He works very hard with both the customer and his manager to put a deal together that customers are comfortable with. Art is also a great communicator and he was patient with me. He even goes the extra TEN miles after the sale to show his costumers all of the features that they have and set up the technology in the car. I was running out of places to purchase a truck with my credit standing, almost all dealerships that I visited gave me the run around or made it seem that financing me was no issue when in reality it was an issue! One of my last stops was at McDonald's GMC Cadillac used car lot where Grant took me on as his customer. I was looking into a particular truck but was unable to get into that one, but instead of giving up on me or running me threw the hoops he asked me if I'd be willing to take a different truck, and I stated my recommendations and he got me into a very nice truck!! we took a 2006 caddillac to be fixed for a small steering problem. quote 1500 but it was 4500 they promised NO further problems. We got the car home they never even fixed a broken windshield wipers or light. then 2 months later the car just stopped running.they wanted 3500 to fix Itt took it apart told us that it is 4500 that the whole engine wascrap and told us we needed 1800 just to pick it up . The car was only 8900. This is appalingwe received no loaner either. I am shocked all of our cars were from them. We havehired an attorney . Buyers BEWARE

On a whim, based on a mailer I received from the dealership, I went in to kick some tires.Willing to walk away the moment I was getting played. But, Sam was out front and met me at the door with a very professional welcome and was more than willing to help. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I got from Sam. He was upfront and honest the whole process and kept me informed. He was courteous to me, my wife and was amazing with my 21 month old daughter. He brought her a coloring book and crayons to entertain her. It was great! I have leased a few cars and this by far was one of the most fun experiences that I have had. Our first time to McDonald in Saginaw. We were looking at a used truck. A young man by the name of Grant Scheurs waited on us. We talked back and forth with Grant for a couple of weeks. After going back to the dealership again, Grant took us over to show us new trucks, to our surprise we could get a better deal. Grant and everyone there were just great with us. We ended up with a great 2015 GMC crew cab pick up. After signing the papers with Daren Hawley, we had this other young man by the name Trent Hall take us through everything with the truck. Between Grant Scheurs, Trent Hall and Daren Hawley, they spent a lot of time with us. Never pressuring us and not rushing through with us each visit we talk with them. And the Saturday we were there, we had been to a lot of places in the last few months, we had never seen such a busy place and no better deals. It was the best experience we have ever had. Before I went to McDonald GMC I was stuck in the typical (Bad credit) waste land of paying an extremely high interest rate *and monthly payment* on a vehicle that was deprecating faster than I was paying off my loan. After being turned down countless times from different dealerships it was almost seeming hopeless to either trade in my car or even refinance; but thankfully on a whim I contacted McDonald and was able to meet with Shauna to see what my options were. After visiting 3 other dealerships and to try and get out of my lease, (I had 7 months left at the time I turned my car in, and I was over 7,000 miles on my total allotted miles), I had thought about just paying out the difference in miles when it was time to turn it in because I was frustrated with the options made available to me by the other dealerships, my dad actually recommended going to McDonald GMC because he had recently bought a vehicle there and he said they were phenomenal. Grant, Juan, and the rest of the McDonald team listened and understood my situation, were all extremely helpful and communicative, and actually found me a vehicle the same day! Began truck-buying process in early fall. Every step of the way and everyone we dealt was a positive experience. Primarily we dealt with Henry Bujold and he was incredibly patient and helpful. We changed our minds a couple of times and he was most patient. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to answer most questions right away. If he didn't know the answer he found out and got back to us very quickly.We were purchasing a truck to pull a heavy trailer and had little experience with trucks or trailers. Henry was very helpful in knowing what we needed regarding packages and add-ons. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know in detail. We talked with another dealership before talking to Henry and they were not nearly as knowledgeable or helpful. They were pushy but did not inspire confidence. Henry, on the other hand, was knowledgeable and never pushy. He would make recommendations and the few times we opted for something different he explained his thoughts and then accepted our preferences. Henry worked very hard to help us find discounts. We were able to make our purchase at a reduced rate because of his advice.We have purchased one vehicle from McDonald in the past and, while we dealt with another sales person, we were treated quite well and the vehicle was perfect for us.Next time we need a vehicle we will go to McDonald GMC Cadillac

I brought my 2010 GMC Terrain in for a routine oil change. Taylor told me that the battery cables needed to be cleaned off - that there was some kind of build up. He said for $35.00 they could clean up the cables and 'fix' the problem so that it wouldn't happen again. I had a bad experience at another car dealership earlier that day. As I was looking on line at other dealerships in the area, seeing what they had to offer. I came across a Chevy Captiva Sport at McDonalds GMC used car lot. I gave them a call and decided that night to go over there and take a look at the Captiva. I was met by Randy Kropp at the door. He led us over to his desk. Ask me some questions. I asked him some questions about the vehicle. At no time was he ever pushy. He was a complete professional. He helped me with pricing. We spent quite a few months looking for a new or used vehicle. We had been to plenty of dealers and had narrowed down our requirements. Our preference was a 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ/2LZ. We had a list of options. Some were essential, some were important, and many were nice to have. Rick came up with the perfect vehicle. It had every option we wanted, and a few more. He was easy to deal with: friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. We liked the vehicle but there were two deal-breaker type issues: two dings on the door and a discoloration on part of the rear window chrome. He agreed to have both items fixed. He even sent a driver to pick up the car and return the car (we live 30 miles away). He did this twice (due to a part back order, we could not get both repairs done at the same time). In fact, when we purchased the vehicle he came over to our house with the paperwork (we had borrowed the car for a day to really try it out). Thank you, Rick. Mel and Cheryl

Everything went fine with the service. However, they washed my car after I spent hours waxing it the day before. My car looked worse after I left than when I brought it in. There was water spots on the windows and paint. The car was spotless when I brought it in . I just don't understand why anyone would wash a clean car and then do a poor job.

Henry Bujold was the salesperson we dealt with and we couldn't have been happier with him. He was not high pressure, which would have chased us away to another dealership. Henry let us look at the inventory and make up our minds as to which car we were interested in. Henry knows his business and helped us with any answers we needed and after the sale was very, very helpful and kind to both of us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car at McDonald's in Saginaw. We don't care for the younger, high-pressure salespeople who expect an immediate answer when you are shopping for a new car. Our 2014 Cadillac CTS cost a great deal of money and we want to take our time to be sure we get the car we want, not the car the high-pressure young salesperson wants to sell to us.

My vehicle was totaled in January while driving back home from Chicago. After test driving many vehicles of different makes and models I decided on a GMC Terrain. I went to every dealership in the Grand Rapids area and told them exactly what I was looking for as far as color and options. Every one of them said the vehicle I was looking for was not available. However, when my fiance was over on the east side of the state one day, he stopped in and spoke to Randy Kropp and told him what I was looking for. Randy went above and beyond and found exactly the vehicle that I wanted and made arrangements to have it shipped from Rochester, New York. Randy worked to get me a great price on the vehicle and I even for a rebate I knew nothing about. I picked up my new car on Saturday and absolutely love it! Thank you again Randy!

My trailblazer was in for an oil change and your service department noticed that I had a bad tie rod, called and asked me if I wanted that work done, also. It is always good to just be able to make one trip to the dealership and have everything taken care of at the same time. Worked with Henry Bujold had had a great experience. Got the truck I wanted and was so pleased with the price and service. I took much time making the final decision, tied up his day, yet he was calm and friendly through the whole process. He found rebates I had not even heard of and I did my research. Art Neil was my salesman and he gave me a great deal on my new Terrain with the extras that I wanted added at a super deal. I just bought a 2015 AWD Terrain and I absolutely love it. This is not the first time I've purchased from McDonald Cadillac GMC and it won't be the last. Salesman, Henry Bujold worked tirelessly with us to obtain vehicle we wanted. Very honest. Listened to our questions & requests and accommodated us in every area. We purchased a PEP vehicle through GM. Visited another dealer prior to McDonalds and was not at all happy with our treatment from them even though we had previously purchased vehicles through them.

They gave me a call saying they could get me out of my lease and get me into a new lease for cheaper then what I was paying and they did. They even payed for my tonneau cover that I wanted. Great overall experience. would definitely go there again to get a vehicle.

He was upfront and honest from the beginning. He put us in exactly the vehicle we needed for the price we needed. He was right on the amount the vehicle would cost us before he even ran our credit and we needed up getting the vehicle for cheaper than we expect! He absolutely made our Christmas holiday the best one ever by getting my family in a safe SUV for an awesome price! Especially, since we looked at all dealerships for multiple options and he kept his word and worked with us until the end. He even went over the vehicle with us. I am so very grateful. Sold our 2008 Silverado over the weekend. The 2015 Terrain arrived on Saturday; so we were able to check it out with test drive. Purchased the Terrain the following Tuesday. Nice size SUV at a good price.

I had my 2002 Trailblazer in for a problem I was having with my parking brake. Your service department also noticed a leak with my transmission lines and let me know, so they also replaced them and a muffler connection. Your service department is always looking out for the customer and what is best for them and their vehicle. Good work!! I appreciate the good way you treat your customers, like family.

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I drove several miles ... looking through my front windshield obviously. Upon completion of the work, my windshield had a major crack and very visible along most of the surface. Note, same windshield that I was looking through on the way to the dealer, now has a very visible crack. I asked about the crack. They said "it was there". I asked if they check windshields with there checks. They said "no". They lied. I contacted GM customer service for assistance. They (the dealer) were suppose to call me but sent an e-mail back to GM customer service instead claiming that they checked the windshield. Total lie.

Service Department people are always friendly and courteous. The waiting area is nicely furnished with an eating area where food can be purchased restaurant style. Although I was not there long enough to use it, other people I know say the food is good and priced reasonably. The service workers always keep me informed of what is happening to my car and when it will be finished.

I am a multi purchase customer. Greg Martin treated me very well. I didn't make it easy as I am extremely busy. Greg didn't hound me at all, He kept in contact to inform me of new incentives and just to stay in touch. When I got my new truck home I noticed there was moisture inside the headlight housings. I was upset! Greg contacted me before the store even opened and had my truck picked up and dropped back off with new headlights installed. He really earned my business. the staff was courteous and proffessional, the work was done quickly, scheduling was a little difficult, I made an appointment to have an alighnment and tie rod ends serviced when they checked the vehicle out they discovered they didn't have the parts. they knew prior to my appointment I needed tie rod ends but apparently did not check to see if they had parts. maybe a lack of internal communication between the service desk and parts dept. had to schedule another appt. a week later. other than that they did a good job

I am a professional business person in the Saginaw area. I came into Mcdonald GMC Cadillac and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Henry Bujold, I told him I was looking for a 2014 Sierra truck at that point he went and grabbed another sales person by the name of Greg Martin and he did this because he must have had a problem with me and my life partner. He was also very rude initially, and continued to make comments to other salespeople in the showroom that made my partner and myself feel very uncomfortable. So if you are a Gay, Lesbian, or Transgenger I would not recommend Mcdonald Auto Company!!

I have always had a good experience at this dealership. However this time I was unhappy. It took three days to repair a transmission leak. Todd my service manager told me that it would be fixed the second day. However he had a family emergency which I understand. But no one took over and made sure that the repairs were done. Additionally, no one called to keep me updated the entire time that my vehicle was there. I had to keep calling and the first two days I called near closing time because I didn't think I would get a cal from Todd the service manager.

Very good experience and little pressure. Only thing I asked was for the oil to be changed and tires rotated. I received an email 3 days after taking delivery of my car that it is overdue for an oil change (6.6% left of oil usefulness) . I also assume that the tires were not rotated as well. Car was a demo and has 4,870 miles upon delivery. Am disappointed the little I requested was not done.

My experience at McDonald GMC/Cadillac has got to be the best I have ever had with a dealership. And coming from me...(a woman who has panic attacks even thinking of stepping in the parking lot of a dealership) that is a HUGE compliment! The friendly and professional staff went above and beyond not only to secure a great deal, but to make sure I was happy with the payment. I want to graciously thank all who were involved with handling my vehicle purchase and for making it such a pleasant experience. Will I recommend McDonald's to friends, family, clients...anyone I hear that is looking for a new or used vehicle? Undoubtedly YES!

Henry Bujold is the best. His attention to the big picture, details associated with the purchase of a vehicle, and the littler things has always impressed my wife and I. This is why I had a great experience working with Bill Urbanski on the purchase of my Dodge pickup. Bill was polite, professional and did some research online to find the truck I was interested in buying. After we looked at the vehicle online he contacted your dealership in Big Rapids and they drove the truck all the way down to Saginaw for me to look at the next day. I have purchased several new vehicles from other dealerships over the years and this is the first time ever that I had an awesome salesman! Long story short - I stopped at McDonalds to check out a 2007 GMC Sierra that I saw driving by. I drove it, loved, and worked with Walker to agree on a price. Walker was on top of everything, and was able to work around my schedule the entire time. I got a great deal on the truck, and they had me in and out on the sale date in under an hour. I can now haul big loads.

Working with the sale department was a excellent experience. However the service department did a poor job of doing repairs when the truck was traded in. They only did minimal repairs before putting the truck on the used car lot. Therefor the used car manager had to sell me the at a greatly reduced price. I agreed to have my mechanic do the repairs.

We have known Al for many years. When we needed help finding the right vehicle or solving a problem with programed electronics we went to the best and that was Al. Yesterday was no exception. McDonald GMC Cadillac had my little red dream car on the used car lot. It is almost new and has a lot of electronic controls and devices for the accessories. Al took a lot of time explaining how to use them. That was not an easy job when all my other cars had keys that looked like keys. Al was very patient with me until I understood how everything worked. when we picked up the car it looked like it came from the new car showroom. Thank you McDonald's and Al. I took my son into the McDonald Economy lot on State St. in Saginaw, MI just to see what they had in my sons price range and style. The ones we looked at were great but just couldn't fit my boys budget being he is in the Marines. But Walker made a special effort to help him find a car he liked and even stayed late to assist him in other details. All in all my boy is happy for the purchase and immediately drove down to North Carolina the very next day. Keep up the awesome work Walker and soon you will be seeing me and my family again.

I was VERY pleased with the service I received. I had looked at a couple of other dealerships and they were not very helpful. I was looking at a relatively inexpensive car and I felt like they thought I was wasting their time. Then, I went to the Economy Lot at McDonald's and AJ was VERY helpful. It did not take long for me to find many choices in my price range and AJ was very respectful and helpful. I was more than pleased with the experience and would recommend him to anyone!

Now that I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership, I will never go anywhere else! The staff is so welcoming and eager to help. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked through the door, Rick was the first to jump to us and ask how we were doing and what brought us there that day. He made us feel comfortable and I felt from the get go that he wasn't there to jerk us around. Rick was very honest and upfront with us, which was very helpful for this being the first car we would buy off of a car lot. Any question I had, he answered. I have been to quite a few dealerships in the area. While none of them are perfect, and sometimes you feel that things just don't seem right. Not the case here. I think the values that the employees have here in regards to customers are their core asset. If every single one of your employees DOES NOT put the customer first, then eventually you will fail... I bought a car from McDonalds around 7 months ago, I have had problem after problem. To top it off the head gasket blew and possibly a cracked block. This should not have happened do early if the car was looked at properly. I always did regulus at car maintenance when needed. Overall not happy.

We are the owner of a 2003 GMC Sierra HD 4-Dr. Crew Cab truck which has had THREE brake line leaks due to the lines rusting through. The first two times, the truck was repaired at repair shops. Knowing that we would be taking the truck to Florida in the fall of 2013, we had it checked out by McDonald's GMC. We asked that the brake lines that had been repaired be thoroughly checked over and the other lines from the ABS system REPLACED. Instead they replaced both lines that had been replaced and did nothing to the other two lines coming from the ABS system. When we discovered they hadnt followed our instructions, we questioned them but were told everything was fine. We drove the truck approx. 1,250 miles to Florida without incident. The truck was put in storage a day or two later (by October 23rd, 2013), where it has stayed for the past five months without being driven at all. We do start the truck occasionally and this time, when it was started, we discovered that another brake line had broken! Luckily we were not on the road on our return trip to Michigan. We are not happy with the service we received in at McDonalds, nor the way we were treated when we questioned the work that had been done and how our request to have the lines replaced had been ignored. Today we talked with the service department but they claim they did what was requested! NO THEY DIDN'T! Why would we have them replace new lines and leave the old ones? We wanted to make sure the complete system was safe. Now we're here in Florida. The closest GMC dealership is in Tampa. McDonald's should be scurrying around making arrangements to have our vehicle repaired, but they have no intention of helping us. We're very disappointed and MAD!!!!

My wifes and I experience at this dealer was great. Starting with Bill Urbanski the people that worked with us did a great job. They were very friendly and helpful using all the measures they could to get us where we needed to be with our purchase price and trade in. It did take a little longer to complete the deal than we had expected but that was because these good people were working hard for us and leaving no stone unturned to complete the deal for us within our guidelines.

I went in for my oil change and tire rotation and a noise I had told them about. They checked out the noise and fixed it. My oil was changed but I have to go back for the tire rotation because they could not find the key for my tires and it was in the back of the car, but there were tiles there and they could not get to it. I will come back and have it done next week. Thanks for doing a great job with my car. I will surely buy my next car from you again and will keep coming back with this car that I am driving now. Great job.

The young man who did the write up for my visit (oil change) was very polite. Came and gave me an inspection report. And then came and got me when the Yukon was done and took me to the cashier window. The vehicle was done when promised. Most satisfied.

Overall all not real happy with the service which should have been done right the first time the vehicle was in for repair. The service department did attempt to rectify the problem by picking up the vehicle and delivering a loaner. I am very happy with Steve. This is the 9th time the vehicle has been in for warranty work. This is our first ever Cadillac and we are not sure we want another. When we were looking to trade our truck your sales person actually lost our business and we went to Ford and we bought a F-150 which we are extremely happy with. Go figure my first New Ford ever. Maybe it is time to try a Lincoln.

I was referred to Bill Urbanski by my father who recently had a positive purchase experience with him. On February 15th I leased a 2014 GMC Terrain, and am happy to report I too had a great experience. I scheduled an appt. for oil change, the work was done as promised. They did find a problem with power steering hose leak and quoted a price but did not have parts. I believe I told them of oil on the driveway 2 oil changes ago but they did not find anything then (at that time vehicle was under warranty). I have not rescheduled for oil leak yet.

I had an excellent experience at McDonald GMC with Art Neil. I had talked to Art on the phone on Thursday the 13thand indicated to him that I was interested in the McDonald lease pull ahead on my 2011 GMC Terrain. We agreed toan appointment on Friday the 14th. Art met us at the door and we spent one and a half hours with him.He was well prepared and we agreed to a purchase of GMC 2014 Terrain. We discussed price and took a test drive ofthe vehicle. We arrived at a price and picked it up the next day. Art did a great job in explaining various features of thevehicle. Also the finance manager Tim Farver did a great job in helping with the paper work. We rank Art Neil as an excellent sales person and we have and will recommend him to family and friends whoare in the market for a new or used vehicle. Went to McDonald GMC to look for a newer truck with lower miles. I was approached by Bill who brought me inside to take a look at not only the cars on the lot but also the cars at other locations. After identifying a truck that I was interested in at another site Bill set up a time to personally drive me out to the other location to look and test drive some cars at their lot. After test driving some trucks that I was interested in Bill went to see what kind of a deal he could get for me. Bill got me a great deal and also worked with me to get financing. Bill then drove me back to the original dealership so I could pick up my car. The next day after getting everything situated with my insurance company Bill had the truck drove up to the dealership closes to me. After my truck arrived Bill worked with me to set up my on-star and I was on my way. Bill did a great job and he was a great help.

My husband David called Wednesday asking about the 2004 Cadillac Seville. Chris took the call answering all of our questions and made it clear to us that the car fax listed the car as being in an accident. Then explained nobody knew this upon taking in on trade. We were still interested and wanted to come and see the car. Chris stayed late on his day off to make sure we were satisfied with the car. They ran a computer check on the car and allowed us to view the under carriage. Everyone was very polite and more than willing to help us. Chris was very personable and chatted with us while we waited for the paper work to be drawn up. The most specific reason we liked Chris was he did not at any time try to talk us out of buying what we wanted and did not continually ask if we wanted to look at something different. We never felt like our opinion and wants were ignored. Chris did not leave any information out about the sale and he has called to make sure we were still satisfied and the car was running properly. We will recommend Chris to anybody looking for a vehicle.Chris thank you very much for thinking about what we wanted and not your commision. The Allen's.

We visited McDonald GMC in pursuit of purchasing a GMC Terrain. We spoke with Art Neil. He asked all the right questions and helped inform us of all the options available as far as purchasing/leasing and financing etc. He immediately got us our trade-in information we asked for also, Art got back with us a few days later with the new rebates etc. He was not pushy or invasive and let us make the decision. Marquise is an excellent salesperson. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. She didn't try to oversell and push us into buying something we weren't interested in just to make the sale. Marquise was a very friendly salesperson to deal with. She was not the normal pushy type salesperson. She answered all our questions and on the test drive explained all the new electronic features. I highly recommend contacting Marquise for the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
