Nice environment with professional workers. I took my car in for an oil change. The work was done with professionalism. They were quick and my car was washed and wipe clean. The oil change was affordable compare to other Acura dealerships. I will always go back this dealership for my car services.

Sales guy was good guy would recommend him besides Tye. However, I found out the dealership just took 5 Grands for me in warranties. They showed my monthly payment plan including warranties that's how they got me. They have to refund these warranty charges. Especially that I have just purchased the car yesterday. I will be calling them and I expect this to be solved immediately and not waiting for someone to be in office because this is theft as long if it did not get fixed. I will update this review based on how they will handle this. I still have some faith, will see. Update: I was able to work with the finance guy about the refund. Which is good so far. I will keep you updated if I have received it in my account and about the rest.

Scheduled service on-line easily. Took car in today. Joe Levigne took great care of me. Was in and out quickly. Joe described car status clearly. Once again, I find McGrath services as needed without trying to sell unneeded products or repairs. I have always been well served here. Thanks all! Update: My apologies...I originally meant for this to be a 5 star review. Operator error on my part when I did the review on my phone. Not sure what happened. In any event, 5 stars all the way. Thanks.

McGrath has always been top notch for purchases and service of my vehicles. I would not purchase from anyone else. I recently took my Acura in for service. They are very organized and set up an immediate appointment. I took my vehicle in and a loaner was waiting. My customer care representative "Sam" was assigned to me. He was very responsive and listened to my concerns. I got constant updates on my vehicle via text. I had some concerns about my wheels and the customer service team took great care of our vehicle. Dana, Justin and Sam were fantastic. The service we received went above and beyond. I can't thank the McGrath customer service team enough. I will never go anywhere else.

The sales Manager Albert and Guillermo were wonderful to work with. Very accommodating through the process. Buying a used car for our daughter and they treated it as if it was their own. Quick and to the point.
