I was happy with the dealership and my sales man but not happy with my 2017 GMC truck. The paint job was covered with orange peal, the driver door you have to slam it to get it to shut and the tail light I found one day hanging out of the rear fender scratching my paint. There were NO screws holding the tail light in the rear fender. And this is in the first week. This is all on GM. You pay a lot of money for a SLT crew cab truck, I expect better.

I was in early for routine service, McGuire said it would take about 2 hrs. They were done in about 90 minutes, but found that we needed to have the front brake rotors resurfaced. I was able to have it done right then, in about another hour. Throughout, they offered to drive me anywhere I needed to go, including to get something to eat. I declined, but appreciated the offer.

I found that the professionalism, honesty, "telling it like it is" instead of saying what the customer wants to hear to be exceedingly refreshing. This was not the case at Norman Gales upon purchasing a 2013 Regal. In my opinion, the GM name and reputation is severely tainted by dealerships like Norman Gale.Thanks again for the courtesy afforded my wife as well as myself.In addition, let me say that Jim Cipolla is a true gentleman and a great salesman. After diagnosing my car's problem (transmission) the dealership called me with two options for repair. After thinking about this for a while, I realized that I needed something in writing to have a family member assist in making my decision. So I went to the dealership and requested something in writing. This was provided along with invitation to have someone call on my behalf if I so needed. Once I made my decision, I called to inform the service department. Upon asking if I needed to come in to sign something, I was informed that "your word is good." Once my car was completed, I received a call and was asked if I needed a ride to pick up the car. When I picked up my car I noticed that it had been washed (something it definitely needed). I am once again enjoying my car and am happy with my repairs. Also, would like to take the time to praise Dave Gernat at the dealership. He helped to make this experience (and always does) less stressful for me by making my decision process as easy as possible. He is a definite asset to your operation.

Our Sales Representative, Joe, was very attentive to what we were seeking for in our vehicle. He is definitely the best Sales out there. He made the process of leasing the vehicle easy. With my engine light on, an early morning meeting that I could not miss, I ran in the service department in a hurry to see if I could get my car serviced quickly or get a loaner car. Annmarie went out of her way to help me, knowing I was frustrated and hurried. I can't thank her enough for making my stressful morning so much easier. The car was fixed, I returned the loaner, only to realize that I forgot to refill the gas tank! Well, I paid (probably more than I should have for the 33 miles I drove, but it was so worth it!) I told Annmarie she was my lifesaver that day. She may not know it, but I had a huge appointment that morning that I just couldn't miss because MY CAR ENGINE LIGHT was on. She has no idea what an impact that appointment had on my career that day, but going above and beyond to find me a car really made a difference. Thank you! (See, you never know what is going on in someone's life and how small something you do CAN make a difference!)

Car was overheating with only 50,000 miles. Contacted dealer Service Adviser Dave Gernat, who recommended towing it in under the Roadside assistance to prevent any damage. Problem was diagnosed and replaced water pump under warranty in one day. Service Adviser Dave Gernat and assistant Anne-Marie Hempel should be commended for going out of the way for their customers. The entire Service department at McGuire is an asset to the dealership.

I have been a customer of McGuire GMC in the past and had nothing but great experiences from sales to service. I was ready for a new car and returned to McGuire to get a new Terrain. From the start I was greeted warmly and treated fairly.The Manager Mr. Vaughan was very helpful in locating the vehicle with the options that I wanted and had the car brought to the dealership preped and ready for pickup in a few short days. I have bought many new vehicles in the past different brands and dealers but this is the only dealership that I whole heartedly recommend to my friends and family. I will be back for another vehicle in a few months when my lease expires.

This morning, Saturday 02/07/0215, I went to McGuire GMC of Little Falls, NJ to look at the the 2015 Canyon. I walked in and after a minute a sales person named Gary turned around and asked if he could help me, he did not ask my name. I told him what I was looking for. He complained that he thought that they had one but it was outside and he would have to get his coat. After a minute he came back and we went outside where it was lightly snowing. He couldn't find the truck out front but maybe it was in the back. Instead of bringing the truck up front he said we could go to the back if I wanted. As we walked he asked "what are you looking to do?" I said I was doing research but would be buying in a month. To this he replied "I can't believe you have me out here on a Saturday in the snow when you're not going to buy" I continued to the back which was a sheet of ice. The incompetent Gary could not find the truck, however I did in the back row but not before falling on ice and cutting the palm of my hand. When he finally came to the truck he threw the key at me, which landed in the snow, and said "I don't have the right shoes, if you want to see it here's the key". I opened the truck and took a quick look inside because it was covered in a foot of snow. I handed the key back and told him he must not want a sale to which he replied, "your not ready to buy and it's snowing". I was under the impression that a salesperson wanted a commission and would want to show you the product. I went back in, and Gary made a 'b' line for the manager to say I was about to complain. The manager called me in and was very polite but even with an apology from him I will be taking my business elsewhere . They just lost at minimum 2 commissions as my Father, who was with me, wanted to buy a GMC also.

I have always had my Enclave serviced at McGuire ( where I purchased ) and Ann Marie is so very helpful. She gets you in and out quickly and they never try to push unnecessary services like other dealers sometimes do.

This has to be the best experience I've had in getting into a new vehicle. No hassle, no gimmicks and no games. Lovena Sangioavanni is a REAL Professional. The dealership is great. The issue we have is with the increasing issues with a car with 108000 miles. Our Honda has 160000+ and we haven't had a fraction of the mechanical issues we've experienced with the GMC.

They were very good in explaining why the the expense shock was not covered.Even thru the shock is controlled by the electronics which have covered it. General Motors is going to have a problem telling there customers that a 400 to 500 shock is not covered.

I was greeted and treated by a friendly woman employee whose name I cannot remember. I was expecting to wait about an hour to have my oil changed and it was a pleasant surprise to be there only 30 minutes. It was a wonderful experience. He knew we were going to test drive a different car, but it did not stop him from giving us his all and he introduced us to Ms, Maguire. My experience at the dealership was excellent. The customer service that I received was nothing less than professional. The people including the receptionist was very friendly and kept me up on every step that was being taken on my vehicle. I do have a small concern; every vehicle that I've owned past and current, when service was completed, the dealership washed my car/truck. Why doesn't GMC/Buick render that service as well?

She explained all the features on the Verano to me and made my purchase very easy. When I came to pick up the vehicle she went over everything with me. I went to have some repairs done to my car. They provided me with a ride home do I didn't have to wait. The service I received was great and I was also advised of what other work needed to be completed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. And although I had to spend $2000 I felt like I got my money's worth.

The finance person Angelo was a pleasure to work with. He made an effort to match my budgeted monthly payments and was pleasant the entire time. The dealership was empty due to a recent snowstorm so I had the place to myself and immediate assistance. My only issue is that I hesitated to believe most of what my salesperson said because I could tell he was a but uncomfortable. I assumed he was new and that was confirmed by Angelo when he mentioned the name Greg and I had no idea who he was talking about! Turns out Greg was the salesman who didn't introduce himself or give me his card upon greeting me. Other than that, Greg was helpful but not a go-getter. Overall, I love my new vehicle, can't wait for my registration to be ready so I can see Angelo again, and have already recommended McGuire to friends and family!

You fixed my car (heater core) howevever, after I got it back, the remote start (not factory installed but it was in working order) didn't work anymore and then the stabiltrack lights lit up. I had to bring it back to you and your tech had to recalibrate everything. Your dealership also delivered my car to me at work, which I appreciated. Thank you !

We have a 2009 Enclave CLX AWD. We have liked the car, and have experienced just a few problems over the years. Our engine light went on. It turned out to be a engine coil that went bad. Car was misfiring. I was happy to hear it was nothing big, but a bit bummed since the car is out of warranty at this point. Anyway, I called dealership, drove from Manhattan to NJ, and they took care of me that day. It is a bit of a drive, I can service here in NYC, but McGuire's customer service, good mechanical service and good vibes, make the drive worth it for us. We bought it from them as well. Excellent dealership!

buying process took 9 plus hours to complete even with Pre-approved finance. Car fluids were not topped off when I took possession of the new car. Office Staff was clueless. Manager never apologized and was arrogant when I told him how unhappy I was....Love my Car but service was horrible. They did not care at all.

emailed to buy a car . recieved a generic email with noting in the body of the mail that did not even have the phone number for th dealer i was very interested and made an offer in my email i called the dealer (looking up the phone number on google) to find out the car was not avalable from the night before No One ever called back Seams tome that they had no interest. With this tough economy, my old G6 was terrible on gas. I was looking for a safe, reliable vehicle that would not break my bank. After looking around at numerous GMC dealers, McGuire GMC felt like a home away from home. Everyone I met was nicer than the next and they were sure I would get the best price around..and I did! The atmosphere was family run, family owned, which made me feel at ease. The service department had my car in and out for my first oil change/tire rotation and the employees were knowledgeable and so very helpful. Hands down McGuire is the place to go!
