I was able to get this truck during a time when inventory was very low. The salesman was very nice and interested in getting me a great deal. The finance department was better than expected. Mike and Shannon worked together and got me an excellent extended warranty package that fit my budget. I can’t give specific details about my purchase but I can say that they will work for you if you need extended warranty or service packages. You just need to ask nicely and explain what you need and can afford and they will help you. Thanks for my new truck.

Do not purchase a vehicle from McKinnon Toyota! They took 47 days to pay off my trade in dropping my credit score 147 points. My husband and I had a 100+ before dealing with them. This nightmare has been going on for months and I am beyond fed up. I have given them opportunity after opportunity to fix this situation with zero resolve!

The worst experience in 3 years of having my car serviced there. I was told I needed wiper blades and against my better judgment I let them replace the ones that I saw I had no problem with. The blades they replaced them with is loud as in squeaky and scrubby sounding. They also skip and makes a scrubbing noise. I called to get a refund and they would not allow the refund but tried to honor the warranty so now I have trust issues with them servicing my car. They have lost me as a customer period. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Our salesperson was Terrell in the purchase of our new 4Runner. We usually hate the car buying experience because of pushy salespeople and seemingly dishonest tactics when it comes to pricing and financing. We told him that we were only browsing at the moment. He took an approach of “We’ll put our best foot forward and you let us know if you would like to do business.” We set a price and they countered with an even better offer. We did some quick price matching and determined that we received a good deal for all the bells and whistles we wanted in that particular vehicle. We never felt pressured to buy. Overall, it was actually a pretty good buying experience compared to those we’ve had in the past. Would recommend.
