Professional and polite, attentive and informative. Greeted me quickly and got my vehicle in as scheduled. Comfortable and clean customer lounge. 4/7/21 scheduled oil and filter change. Once again, professional, polite and attentive. Waiting room was comfortable ( TV seemed stuck on hallmark channel and that was a bit much to endure. Just kidding) but I will return for services. It's convenient. 9/23/21 update- Once again, great service from friendly and professional people. (T.V. was off this time LOL) WILL GO BACK FOR SURE.

Do to situation beyond his control, it took longer than expected to complete the maintenance on our vehicle. Bryan kept us informed and went beyond anything we could have expected. I'm quite certain this review will never make it to the public. The truth hurts. Salesman Chris couldn't find in the inventory the vehicle I was interested in. I was okay with test driving something similar. I would like to have been told the exact vehicle I was looking for was at their "sister" dealership it would be more beneficial to do business there.... closer to my home and that's where they drove to get my vehicle. The agreed negotiated price was manipulated into a rebate, which rebate was NEVER mentioned during deal. I asked for the 0% financing, knowing I qualified. Chris said financing would give me best possible options. Finance man ask me if I believed in God while signing papers, taking my mind off the way the numbers were written as intended. (I do believe in God AND karma). I told him as well about wanting the 0% financing, but was told I couldn't get it. All of paper signing was done after being at dealership for approximately 5 hours.......tired, another trap I won't fall into again. Got ready to leave and had to ask another person how to start the vehicle, since I've never started a push button auto before. Salesperson had started test drive car and other car. Guess I should have paid better attention to realize he was pushing the break in while pressing the button. I was not shown any vehicle operations and I am a first time Nissan owner. I told him this. I was told I would receive my paper work within 3 weeks. Finally went to DMV on day 30. Didn't have what I needed and was incurring penalties. Called dealership; the Revenue Department lady, a friend, and I talked to the same person and got 3 different stories. Of course, the person we needed to talk to wasn't available. I was told I need to drive back there, an hour and 15 minutes away, to pick up the paperwork. When I finally got the correct person, she sent me the paperwork overnight. JUST MAKE THE SALE.......DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER AND FINAGLE THE NUMBERS TO COME OUT ON TOP. NOT THIS OL' WOMAN AGAIN!!!

This was the 9th dealer I visited and the only one who was willing to deal seriously. All were courteous but not as willing to get real and make a deal.I have been 3 times over the last 2 years, since purchase, for minor service. There was no argument over warranty whatsoever and no dispute. That is a pleasant exception from my experience.

I had an oil change, tires rotated and tire pressure checked. I have always been pleased working with the only female service adviser. She is very friendly, helpful and detail oriented. When I had a suspicious noise come up right after the purpose of the car, she was the only one that believed me and figured out the problem with the help of the service technician. She is the best!

Got a quote out the door and then we came back to write up the deal it was $600 more than the quote. i guess i don't understand the english language. The salesman did not even come back to tell us the final deal. Someone else came to deliver the news. This is not the way to treat customers.

This was our second purchase from George Pree and North Little Rock Nissan. We purchased our 2012 Frontier which we loved. Service department was awesome! We purchased our 2015 Sentra on Saturday June 22nd. George showed us exactly what we wanted to see, did not try to upgrade us to a higher priced vehicle. Although the process was time consuming, George notified us of every step they were taking in the process. He worked with us to get our payments where we needed them to be. If you are in the market for a new Nissan please go see George Pree at North Little Rock Nissan! He listens and he delivers. They also sell used cars! There is an awesome 2012 Frontier there if you are interested!

Took my low miles, 5 year old Frontier pick up in to dealer for thorough going over. No problems. No surprises. Tweaked a couple things for no cost. Very very quick completion of the work. Cost lower than I expected so I plan to use them more often, instead of oil changes at local chain store.

Checked around for wifes car oil change. NLR Nissan provided a fair price compared to Jiffy, Firestone and Walmart. Wait time was impressive with the number of customers in at the same time as we arrived. We came during the lunch hour and was out in twenty (20) minutes. Team inspected before and after the oil change and the tech presented and explained the finding in detail. NO HARD or/and SOFT UPSALE !! That alone made me go about this survey and rating. Refreshing to step back, think about cost and needs critical in the reviewed report. I am concern about budgeting my dollars wisely. Will go back.

I was not impressed with customer service over the phone. I inquired about a vehicle online. I had a man call me about it and we talked briefly before phone became scratchy and I hung up. He called a few days later to discuss the same Internet inquiry. I spoke to him for a long time about my current car and what I was looking for. He took my information and told me he would call me back the next day with an estimate for my trade in. He in fact called the next day, but did not even recall speaking to me the day before and was inquiring about the Internet inquiry I had done a week prior and had ALREADY spoke to him twice about. I told him I already spoken to him the day before. His response, " Could you refresh my memory?" I called the dealership to make a complaint and was put through to Internet manager. He told me his whole background and where he was from, even told me he has the "best memory at the dealership so I will remember everything you tell me" ...something I was not interested in while filing a complaint! He promised he would help me out. Took my information, car information, sent me his email address and asked me to email him the top 3 vehicles I would be interested in aND he would speak to someone about my trade in value and call me the next morning. Never called me back and I didn't hear from him until I emailed him next evening. He asked me when I could come in for visit. Never got the information he promised me. After I told him I would just take my business elsewhere (bc this was 2nd person at se dealership to do this in 2 days) he told me he would give me a ridiculously low offer on my car when I know by condition and Kelly Blue Book that was an extremely lowball amount. Horrible experience and I never even made it to the car lot!! First impressions are very important, and that first impression was not a good one!

Had gotten four-wheel alignment several weeks ago...didn't seem right. Went back on Saturday, explained wanted to have another. (I fully planned on paying for it as I'd not gone back immediately. I live about 50miles away and work all week) Dale Terry was my service writer. He was very gracious. After checking the work, he determined not to charge for the service. TOTALLY unexpected and VERY MUCH appreciated! I've been going to North Little Rock Nissan since I purchased the car there. And I continue to be impressed with the way they do business. Thank you!

I figured once I was out of warranty it would be much easier to visit whichever oil change place was "quickest" and "less expensive". Like most people I figured the $19.95 oil change places would be better for meafter a few visits to those places and re-visits bc they couldn't figure out how to get the oil change rightleaks and other problems, not to mention your "inexpensive" oil change ends up being $90+ bc they charge you for everything from new and unnecessary air filters, wiper blades, up charge for synthetic oil, etc I decided I'd go back to NLR Nissan where I had been going. These guys are trained to repair and service NISSANS. They know what they are doing and they back their work. I don't know why I ever left to begin with. Won't make that mistake again. So, people, if you own a NISSAN, go to a NISSAN dealership. It just makes sense! Thanks North Little Rock Nissan.

I wasn't really looking to do anything yesterday, but George Pree met me outside on a cold afternoon. I told him I was thinking about trading but that I loved my little Mazda Miata and wasn't sure I really wanted to part with it. I'd had 2 Miata's since 2008 and I loved driving it. We talked and he asked me what I would be looking for if I wanted to replace my 2012 Miata. I had been looking at the Nissan Juke and I really liked them and told him some of the things I would like to have. He showed me one and we took it for a test drive. I really loved how it handled and the comfort without it feeling like a huge vehicle. He was very patient with me when I asked, "Well what if we did this", and he worked with me until I had what I wanted for the price I was looking for but I still wasn't sure if I wanted to trade. He let me take my time and work through the trade and I'm so happy that I did. I love my new Juke and it's so much fun to drive. George worked with me on the deal until we had something I could live with. I'm so happy that George walked out to meet me that afternoon because I absolutely love my new car.

I went to North Little Rock Nissan not expecting to really do anything but look at a few cars and consider trading my used vehicle in at some point. I met with George in the new car area and his customer service, honesty, sincerity, patience and knowledge got me to drive away in a new car and I am no easy sell when it comes to big purchases. I was not pushed or forced into my purchase and George listened to what i was looking for in a vehicle and gave me just that. He showed me Price information to show that he was not inflating the price on me and I was just blown away by his customer service. My wife and I went to 4 dealers and found J. T. And the staff wanted to do whatever they could to get our business. J.T. worked hard with no high pressure sales. I am very pleased with our recent purchase of our Nissan juke. This will be my third Nissan and our sales person Neal Nesler went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend Nlr Nissan, but more so I would highly recommend Neal. No pushy tactics. I'll be back for sure.

This place , it took me a week in this car process every other car lot gave the the run around about income and so on . Nissian kept calling me so I finally decided to answer , it was the best decision I've ever made . I was there found a car, signed paper work and financed in a hour and a half I was driving off in my new car .

I have to say that Eric Box at North Little Rock Nissan was the most wonderful car salesman I have ever worked with, he beat the deal of my local dealership by a landslide. He wanted me to have my car the next day and offered at no extra cost to have it delivered to me in Texarkana! When the car showed up, it had even more options on it than the higher priced one at the local dealership! This was my first Internet car buying experience and Eric Box went way beyond normal customer service for me! Also I have to give thumbs up to Madison in finance for being so helpful! You just don't find customer service like this anymore!

Robert Watkins was very nice, helpful, honest and easy to work with. He got me the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I had contacted other dealerships, and they were not willing to work with me on getting the deal I wanted, and NLR was so so nice and helpful. I seriously felt like family there, and I plan to come back for service, etc. despite living closer to another Nissan dealership. Dave Manos was a great finance manager, and Chuck was a great sales manager. The entire staff was friendly, and I never felt like I was in the ocean surrounded by sharks as is the case at most car dealerships :)

I bought a Sentra from NLR Nissan in 2009 and had a good experience. I recently returned to NLR Nissan to "look" at the Altimas since I had only had my Mustang 8 months and thought I would be too upside down to actually trade it in. My salesman, Jake Robbins, was extremely well informed and a joy to work with and this dealership went above and beyond to work a deal, even staying open until 10pm. They were able to get me in the Altima and meet my buying demands, even bettering the deal in the finance department, by getting GAP coverage and a lower interest rate. I highly recommend NLR Nissan, but even more, I highly recommend Jake Robbins; he is likeable, knowledgeable and has an incredible memory...he will go far.

I highly recommend North Little Rock Nissan! I have purcashed 5 vehicles here since 2007. I have also recommended 5 friends and family members who have also purchased vehicles here. Was negotiating with several Nissan dealers (7) by email/phone. They were running some type of contest at dealers in Little Rock area. They tried so hard to sell me a car! After another dealer had made an unbelievable offer on the car I wanted, I committed to them. When I told North Little Rock Nissan internet manager I had made my choice he offered to have their car delivered all the way to Mountain Home, Ar. if I would buy from them. I reluctantly told him I couldn't, in good conscience renege on my other dealer. Now that's trying harder!

I purchased my very first vehicle without the help of my parents and the overall experience was so stress free!! My salesman treated me with respect and was so helpful over the phone prior to purchase. After only two days, I had a minor wreck. I called my salesman and he was there with me every step in getting a rental, insurance estimate, etc. and this was not his job. I highly recommend this dealership (salesman: Jason Houston) and also the finance department (young, nice girl) were very helpful in the financing process!!

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier at the end of May 2011. I traded it for another larger pickup in October. I went in and filled out a cancellation form for my GAP and Maintenance Plus contracts on Oct. 12th. Waited about 6 weeks and called to inquire about the status. I was told that they would call me back after they look it up. No call even three days later. I called them back when I received a check for alot lower than I expected. They said it was for the Maintenance Plus contract and when I asked why it was lower they said "Call Nissan because I just submit milage and it gives me a number". When I asked about the GAP contract at first they stated that I had not purchased one. I was looking at my contract. I contacted the GAP administrator and they informed me that it was still active and was never cancelled. I called the dealership back and they said they would cancell it that day but I would have to wait another month to get my refund because they must be paid first before a check is cut and sent to me. So because they did not do their job and do not care about customer service I have to wait again. Customer service would be to cut the check, appologize for the mix up and make them wait for the funds to be deposited into their account. You are only a dollar sign to this dealership so stay away.

I purchased my first altima 07 at this dealership, I had a wonderful experience. The car was wrecked, so i went back. This time i "upgraded" to a maxima. They had a 500 miles or so many days money back guarantee. I bought the car on Friday. Drove 5 miles to my house. Where my Father picked me up in his truck so we could go hunting. I thought about the car all weekend, then on Monday we came back and i went to work in the maxima. The drive there was horrible, I hated the head rest, seat, etc. I was not happy with my choice. I took the car back so i could purchase an altima instead. They had wrote the mileage down wrong on my contract, said there was Nothing they could do for me at all. I should go home and be happy, that i'd like the car in a couple of days when i got used to it.!!!!!!! I had my father talk to them, my husband, me, we talked to salesmen, general manager, other managers. the guy that wrote the mileage down wrong admitted that he did not check the mileage for accuracy. They still would not help. They patted me on the head and sent me out the door. 6 months later i went to Crain Kia on the other side of the freeway and traded in for an altima, I love it and Crain was awesome. I will NEVER buy another car from North Little Rock Nissian. They Do NOT care about you, They Do Not care about REPEAT customers.
