We had been looking for a Buick Enclave for better than year. Salesmen were great; no punches pulled there - personable and knowledgeable. No hard sell. They even helped set up the free three-month Onstar. Only a little haggling necessary but easy enough.The extended warranty was extremely reasonable.Financing went off without a hitch.Overall the easiest, most pleasant care purchase we have ever encountered (and this was NOT our first rodeo by any means).

My wife and I drove 300 miles to McLaughlin Motors to examine a 2008 Cadillac SRX (rare vehicle) which turned out to not be the vehicle for us. But in McLaughlin's used car inventory was a 2009 Volvo XC70 (another rare vehicle) which suited us very well. We've owned and enjoyed Volvos in the past. Larry Lewis was our helpful salesperson. During our test drive, we noticed a noise in the rear suspension. The trouble (not a safety issue) was quickly diagnosed by McLaughlin's expert Volvo technician, $1400 in parts were ordered to be shipped to us for installation by our local technician. The price of the vehicle was appropriately adjusted. The parts arrived within a few days. We were very pleased with the transaction and with our new-to-us Volvo. Thank you, Larry and George.

I had a wonderful experience with Larry Harris and everyone who I worked with at McLaughlin. The added extras they offer, at no further cost to the customer, when buying a new car are really appreciated (tire maintenance, deductible cover, etc) it's amazing. Really old school service in a modern, forward thinking dealership. We are very lucky to have these people in the QCA. You can tell that everyone who works there really takes pride in what they do. Also, the price was unbeatable. We felt lucky they didn't call the police on us, because we totally robbed them in this deal. :-) Robert, our finance guy, deserves a shout out too. He made the process really easy for us and we appreciate that. The Volvo service manager has a great work ethic and truly cares that she working in the customer's best interest. That is RARE in most dealerships these days. You rock, Sherri! I'm looking forward to having a long and harmonious relationship with this dealership. Unlike the VW dealership in the area which I will NEVER deal with ever again. EVER.

My wife and I just purchase an XC90 Volvo from Kelly Senatra and this was the Best Car purchase we have ever made. Kelly Senatra was very friendly and answered are questions to the best of her knowledge and the best part was no pressure. After purchasing our car from McLaughlin Motors we've heard nothing but good things about there service.

We went in with a certain number in or head and they came very close but couldn't come exactly to or number for good reasons. But in order to make us feel like we got the best deal they put gas in the tank for us. A friendly staff and a easy comprise made for one of the best car buys I've ever had

After receiving a recall notice, I called for an appointment. The service staff was very accommodating in getting me in to have the necessary work done. Upon entering, I was greeted by the service manager, Sherrie. She told me about how long it would take and had me go to the customer lounge. While there, my salesman, Brian Cox came past to see if everything was OK with my XC90. We had a nice talk and was assured that if there was anything he could help with to let him know. Sherrie soon came in and told me my vehicle was ready to go. My XC90 had been serviced and washed. It looked like the day I purchased it. The staff at McLaughlin always make you feel like family. Always a pleasant experience.

This is the best dealership in the Quad Cities. The entire staff are friendly and genuinely care about the customer. Every time we have purchased from them it has been outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure your happy. Our salesperson Kim Hicks is one of the most honest sales person I have ever dealt with. Give them a try and ask for Kim. You will not be disappointed.

Sherri, Beth, George, and all the wonderful guys that service the vehicles. Also, kudos to the car washers. they're fabulous! Love that every time I come in for anything, my car gets a complimentary wash. Way to go McLaughlins. A+ service.

My wife and I called on three different Volvo dealerships during our search for a new or almost new XC90. Unfortunately, one dealership and it's sales staff was blatantly deceitful, and one seemed fairly typical of all dealerships no matter the brand.However, Tim McDonough at McLaughlin Volvo in Moline, IL seemed genuinely interested in providing the service we expected during the purchase of a a premium automobile.Tim listened during my several telephone calls (and a few emails) and responded with useful information. After several conversations about new and used XC90s, I provided a deposit via debit card over the telephone to hold the "almost new" vehicle in which we were interested until the weekend when we could travel the 90 or so miles to the dealership. Upon arrival, our XC90, which had been prepped for delivery, was parked prominently in front of the dealership.During a test drive,we determined that the car was exactly as Tim described...like new.Tim arranged in advance everything we needed to purchase the vehicle. Only 2.5 hours after we arrived, we left as happy owners of our new XC90.Thank you Tim McDonough and McLaughlin Volvo for a great experience. We highly recommend Tim and McLaughlin Volvo.
