My daughter brought her 2014 Jeep for service. She bought it new in March 2015. When she brought it in for an oil change in October 2016 (she had the vehicle a year and a half) the service department told her she needed her brake lines and power steering line flushed. Trusting the service personnel, she agreed to the additional work. The bill for all the work came to just under $400!!!!! After asking several knowledgeable people, we were told that work should not have to be done on a vehicle that is only a year and a half old. Very disappointed in Meadowlands service department.

I am a proud new owner of a 2017 Jeep WRANGLER Unlimited. I always wanted one but hesitated for many years. I traveled from "DA Bronx" to Meadowland of Carmel and I chose this dealership based on three reasons. First, I was tired of the local New York City area car dealers bad attitude. Great professionalism found here. Second A co worker , who just bought a JEEP, highly recommended Steve Kaplan. He is a highly knowledgeable and a gentleman. Last , and this was the clincher for me, they do the customization for your vehicle on site. C.J. did amazing job on my Wild Boar fastback hard top. Now this isn't my first car buying experience. I can say it was my best.

After purchasing my 2017 GMC Acadia at a different location, I pulled into Meadowland of Carmel complaining of a noise while turning my steering wheel. They immediately took my car in and sent me home with a loaner. Within one hour I received a call that they located the problem and ordered the part. My part came in within one week, and my car was fixed within one hour of me dropping it off. Melvin, one of the mechanics was extremely knowledgeable and competent. Krissy was pleasant and caring, Jim brought me to Ken and explained what was going on. Ken Kepler explained, although it was a minor problem, his goal was to gain my confidence in GMC, so he called his Regional Manager who was more than happy to extend my warranty. I love my car. It rides beautifully, and after the way I was treated, I will be sure to purchase my future vehicles from Meadowland of Carmel.

I recently bought a truck from Meadowland GMC. The buying experience was great. Luis knew his stuff and was very honest. However its what happened after I bought the truck that has me frustrated with this experience. Shortly after I drove it off the lot I noticed that their were a couple things that needed to be fixed, as well as parts that needed to be ordered. I was told that one part was ordered the day I picked up the truck and another was ordered the next Monday (no big deal). 2 weeks go by, and I did not hear anything. A side note: Trying to get in touch with the service department is a nightmare. I have made dozens of phone calls, and spent way too long being transferred between different people. I explained many times that I wanted to know the status of the orders. I totally understand that shipping gets delayed and back orders occur, which is not the dealers fault. However when you have to call 12 times and speak to multiple people, and being told they were going to check into it and call back immediately on two different occasions and have nobody call you is frustrating. I finally was able to talk with a manager, expressing my frustrations of how I asked her employees for a tracking number, a location, or and eta on any of the parts and have gotten nowhere. After all that I finally got in touch with an employee who could help me. (only took about a month)Today again I tried to reach the service dept, around 4:30pm (they claim to be open until 5) however I got transferred to someone who does not work until 5. Called again and asked if I may please speak with the GMC service dept. and same thing, got transferred to someone who was not there.Meadowland: I was blown away by Luis and Sharron. They were the nicest people in the world. However the service dept is where it counts because they are the people that you see years and years after your purchase and makes the buyer decide whether to stick with you or shop elsewhere. There is a lack customer of service at your dealership. You guys do a great job selling all of these lifetime warranty packages which force you to use this service department and as of right now I honestly can't recommend it--> Please change my mind

My 2010 PTO Cruiser needed a jump start on a late Friday afternoon. I called Meadowlands for an appointment so they might take in my car that night to be worked the following Monday or Tuesday. Early Saturday, to my surprise, I received a call from the service department saying that they had diagnosed the problem and filled me in as to the fix as well as cost. The car was ready in an hour and they came in $50.00 under the estimate. That is how you keep customer coming back.

I purchased my 2012 dodge challenger srt8 from this company 1 year ago, loved the car, but due to changes at my job and having to drive in snow to get to work I decided to trade my car in and get a 4x4 vehicle. upon going to a different dealership to trade my car in the manager ran a car fax report and on the report it said there was structure damage done to the vehicle prior to me purchasing the vehicle. so I went back to Meadowlands and talked to the manager Steve(who's a nice guy) and told him when I bought the car they ran auto check and there was nothing about any structure damage when I bought the vehicle at full retail last year but the car fax says otherwise, he told me come back tomorrow and he will talk to the owner. I show back up the next day and they put my car up on the lift to inspect the vehicle and said they don't see any structure damage to the vehicle and said knowing what they know about the car now they couldn't give me full trade value for the car in good condition which is 24,000. they were low balling me to make me go away knowing I wouldn't take their offer. I tried to give these guys a chance and make things right but they didn't want to take that route. So the next step for me is to call the Attorney general. Bottom line is I paid retail value for a car with structure damage that I didn't know about and they didn't wanna make things right. If buying used from this company pay for your own car fax or stay away from them

This was a pretty straight forward , easy transaction without a lot of haggling and negotiating . Sales person (Vinny) was straight forward and offered refunds and Memorial Day sales. He was very professional, informed, and made me feel as though there was no pressure. Upon agreement and final sale he was knowledgeable of the vehicle and took the time to show me all features and even setup my phone and Bluetooth. When I did pickup vehicle the Large Red Bow made my wife very happy ! It was a nice touch. Finance person Joe was also very professional and easy to work with. He was thorough and quickly gave me comparable numbers and bank rates. But one word of advice. I found a lower interest rate and got pre-approval , than ONLY did Joe find a lower rate than first offered. So do your homework and dont rush into financing when you can find a rate a full point and a half less. But he subsequently found me a great rate and made my experience and purchase well worth it!! I will be back at Meadowlands of Carmel.

I live in CT and after visiting 3 local Dodge dealers I took a ride to Meadowlands on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at what they had in stock for a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. I met with Jim Basli and he quickly answered my questions regarding the vehicle and eased my fears regarding making an out of state vehicle purchase. Not only did Meadowlands beat the prices that I was offered from the CT dealers, Jim was able to find rebates that were applicable to my situation, and I didn't have to pay the ridiculous "dealer conveyance fee" that the CT dealers like to tack onto the paperwork. All in all, I got the best price, buying from out of state was not complicated, and dealing with the people at the dealership was painless.

Bought a 2007 bmws 328i, at first experience was good. The car was supposed to be equip with sport mode, among other advances features, none of which worked. The dealership did not give me this information prior to buying the car. Soon after I purchased the car, it was back in their repair shop for numerous broken parts which they also failed to inform me about.

I'm completely satisfied with the automobile and with your efficient service department, when I bring it in at the time it needs to be serviced. I had my car there to be serviced April 18th and they also rotated my tires, Two days later I noticed that my blue tooth was not working. It was not picking up any calls made to my cell phone. Being a senior with health issues, this feature is very important to me. I tried to fix this issue myself, but being technologically challenged, according to my children, I was not successful. I recently contacted salesman Mike Risi regarding the possibility of leasing a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500. Even though I decided not lease the truck, due to the fact that another vehicle from another manufacturer wound up suiting my the needs of my family better. If you're shopping for a new car, definitely visit Meadowland of Carmel and ask for Vincent Madigan. I shopped at two dealerships before going to Meadowland, and Vinny was the by far the nicest, least pushy, most honest salesperson I met. I was set on buying a Jeep Wrangler, for which prices and special deals are pretty well defined, so my purchase came down to comfort and trust. Vinny fit the bill in both regards. He is knowledgeable and a straight shooter. No matter what kind of vehicle you are looking for, give Vinny a call. He will go over all of your options and will not pressure you at all. If you do buy a vehicle from him, he is also happy to answer any questions you might have after you drive off the lot. He even put on my tire cover a few weeks after I got the Jeep home! Highly recommend!

This was the fourth vehicle our family has purchased from Meadowland of Carmel. I think that says something in itself. This time was probably the best experience yet. Last week I bought a new 2016 Dodge Charger SXT, fully loaded. The salesman I dealt with (Danny Rodriguez) was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy and honest. His manager that appraised my trade-in also came across very well. I had done my homework on reviews, new & used car prices before visiting. I also visited my local dealer that I've dealt with for almost 20 years. The difference was night & day. 20 years of loyalty bought me nothing. The dealer acted like they didn't care about selling me a new car and wanted top price for the new vehicle and offered a rock bottom ridiculous offer on my trade-in. Meadowland Of Carmel made me feel welcome, no pressure, was willing to work with me and gave me what I feel is a good price on the new vehicle and my trade-in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Now I'll see what the service department is like when I have to go in for my first maintenance.

The sales and service staff are a higher caliber than any other dealership in the area, It is always a pleasure to deal with them. Ken Keppler The service manager is exceptional. I always seek his advice prior to any purchase. I many instances with used vehicles I have purchased for my business, he has solved problems that independent mechanics could not. I travel 30 minutes to their dealership and it is worth it.

I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Meadowland's service department today asking for a software update for my radio. My radio display was flashing "please insert update USB."The service department called and told me my radio was dead and needed to be replaced for $2500, but they would do me a favor and only charge $550. Additionally, they were charging an $80 diagnostic fee, despite being informed of the issue on drop off. Upon questioning the diagnosis fee, it was very quickly waived and I expressed doubt in needing a new radio. I told them I would try to update the radio software on my own. I was assured that everything was tried and tested and the radio was as dead as could be. Further, they repeatedly told me that I absolutely could not update my own software.Within 15 minutes of leaving, Meadowland called and offered to replace my radio for free. My husband downloaded the uconnect software on to a USB and within 10 minutes my radio was as good as new.Upon calling Meadowland and informing them that the radio is fixed, they were speechless. No apologies, no explanation, nothing.I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the utter dishonesty. Either the technicians are completely incompetent or Meadowland is scamming unsuspecting customers. We have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but have yet to hear from anyone.I will never do business with Meadowland again and will be sure to warn everyone I know.

I was in a nasty car accident, totaled the car, and after the roof was taken off to get me out, I was faced with the worry of buying a new vehicle. I have been a devout Dodge man for over 25 years. This year I decided to order a truck directly from the factory in lieu of choosing one off the lot. Meadowlands was recommended by a friend. The truck cost was over $55K. The salesman (Mr. bag of doughnuts) could not have been more discourteous or impolite. I am still astounded by the lack of unprofessional behavior by the salesman. LOVE the truck! I would not recommend the dealership.

The 2008 Toyota Camry that I recently purchased has little more than 44,000 miles and is in mint condition. This is the second purchase that I made at Meadowland. In 2007 I purchased a 2007 Dodge Caliber that served me well. The professionalism at this dealership is first rate. My salesman for my recent purchase was David. I never felt pressured throughout the buying experience and David didn't just listen to me, he made sure I received the best car for me. He took into account all of my requirements and there was no haggling over price, I received excellent value. Sharon handled the finance and warranty aspects of the deal and made sure I received a great interest rate and comprehensive 5 year warranty. The whole transaction from trading in my Caliber to driving away with the Camry took only about 2 1/2 hours. I received a great level of attention from David and Sharon. They cared very much about providing me with an outstanding buying experience. I would highly recommend Meadowland of Carmel to prospective purchasers.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango from Meadowlands of Carmel. on January 4th of this year. Danny R, our saleman was amazing. We were originally going to purchase a dark grey Durango andwas going to pick it up on a Saturday. When we got home my wife decided that she wanted a black one. We texted Danny after the dealership closed on new Years Eve and asked if he could find us a black Durango....Danny searched and found one on Monday, got it the dealership that day and delivered it to us Monday evening... We love it. On top of finding us the right Durango.... Danny told us there were rebates available for us.... about $2000 dolllars in rebates. Danny gave us a great deal on our Durango.... I will without hesitation recommend Danny to anyone shopping for a car. Buying a car can be stressful but Danny made the whole process easy. My baby is a brand new Jeep Renegade. I'm thrilled with my jeep and the service. Don't you know that I said, no I don't want to test drive it. My test drive will be when I take it home. If anyone puts more miles on it, it will be me and it was. Steve was an awesome no hassle sales person. I hate sales people that are in your face. At Meadowland, you get prompt and courteous service and the account manager remembered us from two years ago. Steve let me do it my way and handled all the details with my insurance agent so I wouldn't have to. My only problem at Meadowland is that I had to wait to see Steve. That should easily identify what kind of sales person he is. He's the best.

My only complaint is that when I picked up my truck the girl at the counter could not tell me if my touch up paint was in the truck. On my receipt it said"customer ordered touch up paint". I had to call the next day to see if it had been ordered. A small lack of communication. Everything else was good.

My entire family have been customers of meadowland of Carmel ever since there salesman Steve "The Saxman " Kaplan came to work there from another dealer well over 15 years ago. We have bought quite a few cars there from Steve and have never been disappointed. The pleasant car buying experience starts the minute you walk through the door with the initial car purchase with Steve and continues right through to every service or maintenance appointment. Everyone treats you with kindness and respect and never with any of those much hated sales pressure tactics. It's a family owned business and I always feel like family when I'm there. BTW they always have free fresh brewed coffee on hand and a great customer waiting room with computers and WiFi.

We recently leased a Jeep from your dealership and in particular, Tom Healy. I was already paying a monthly lease and did not want to incur 2 monthly lease payments without some help. Tom worked with me until we were able to come up with an excellent lease payment on the Jeep and provided me the help I needed with my remaining payments. He communicated with me frequently over the 6 months with different offers and finally with 3 months remaining on my lease offered me a solution that was 'too good to refuse'. Friendly and helpful dealership. Our sales person Phil Calla I was very helpful and answer all our questions. One concern was with the spare tire placement you had limited views backing up. Phil suggested adding a camera with display in rear view mirror. He found a vehicle with this type of camera on a different type vehicle to show how it would work. This was the only dealership who suggested that solution. We have had the car for a few weeks and enjoy driving it. Would recommend anyone E who is looking for a jeep or dodge to see Phil or visit this dealer.

My experience at Meadowland CRUSHES any other experience I have had: VW (2x), Audi (2x), BMW (2x), Ford (1x). They treated me professionally, didn't try to sell me something out of my comfort zone and didn't do the "run around".They brought around all the cars for me to test drive....one after the other...didn't have to wait. When I was done they already had the numbers for my trade in and had run different scenarios on the cars I test drove. All scenarios met my criteria. What usually takes hours did not!Mike Risi and Stephen (I would love to have his natural energy...wow) were awesome. Took my Acadia in for 6 month service which included tire rotation. There was a problem with getting tires off because of a missing "opener" that was never told to me. The young lady in the office handled it very well even when I got a little upset about not being told about this "opener" when I picked up the car. Mechanic was courteous and did a great job!

After 2 prior visits to HEALY and HUDSON VALLEY JEEP both within 5 mi of home I thought "integrity" was not in a salesman"s vocabulary. After signing a sales contract and paying a deposit for a 2015 Durango R/T which had to be ordered from the factory, I left the dealership with the Salesmans and his sales managers assurances that my order would be placed with the following day. After evading my emails and voicemails for a week, the salesman emailed me to let me know that the dealership would not place my order unless I accepted less for my trade-in than what was agreed to when I signed the sales contract a week earlier (and the same trade in value offered to me 8 months earlier). I was then told that if I did not want to proceed with the order my deposit would be refunded to me. I opted for the refund of my deposit. A week later I did NOT get a full refund. This dealership decided to deduct $210 from my deposit as a credit card interest fee. I am currently disputing the fee through my credit card company. I would avoid this dealership

My dealings with Tom Healy began in Dec. 2014 when I first asked about leasing a new Jeep. I had an outstanding lease on another car that I did not want to return but also did not want multiple lease payments. Working with Tom over over the next few months, he was able to create a new lease offer on the Jeep that satisfied all my requests + a little more. He was always very professional and responsive to everyone of my questions and requests. My experience has to do with their body shop, specifically their front person who deals directly with the car owner and the insurance company. Tristine was the go between who actually fought with an out of state insurance company to get the job done right. The insurance company would not agree to pay the cost, and in addition, wanted to use after market parts instead on Honda certified parts to replace my quarter, fender and rear bumper. In fact, Tristine convinced them my rear bumper needed replacing because initially, they were not replacing it.Persistence was the key and without it her daily communication, I am certain I would have not received the full amount from this insurance company. My car still looks great today and I recommend her professionally for any future work and to anyone looking for the most conscientious and thorough person to get the job done.

A recent purchase of a chrysler 200 at Meadowland was smooth as could be. The purchase decision was not finalized until 4pm and everything was complete and ready for pick up by 11:00 am the following morning. I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Tom Healy at Meadowland in December of 2014. This was my first time at this dealership. So far so good as they say. Tom Healy was very helpful and we quickly settled on a vehicle that met my requirements. We obviously also negotiated a fair price. Since then I have been back for routine service and that experience has been very good as well. It had only been a few months up to this point which is why I only rated 4 stars not 5, I could not be more pleased so far.

I have been dealing with Meadowland for the last 20 years, as long as I have been living in this area. My first purchase was a Jimmy, followed by three Envoys and the latest, two Jeep Cherokees. For each of the Jeeps the sales representative was Mike Risi. I pretty much knew that I wanted a new Jeep when I went in and I found Mike to be very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had regarding the various models and options available. I specifically sought out Mike when I went back to buy the second Jeep because he had been so helpful the previous time. Thank you Meadowland for having sales representative like Mike on your staff.

I had my 2014 Durango in to repair the rear bumper and lower valence due to a small rear end hit. I was promised the truck would be ready by thursday or friday. To my surprise it was done wednesday. The workmanship and repair was wonderful. Looks like it was when we botught it. Could I have gone to a independent shop, maybe would have been less, All I can say I am very happy with my choice to have it done at the Dealership. Hopefully I never have to again, but I know this is a place I can trust

I still can't believe that Meadowland walked away from leasing me a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited for a $4 a month difference on a 24 month lease payment. That's $96 total on a $40,000 vehicle. Made one call to Arroway Jeep and made the deal. Drove it home today.Still hard to believe. - Oh well- I got my car and I'm happy.

I purchased a 2007 GMC Yukon SLT from this dealer a few weeks ago. The sales representative Stefaan was awesome to work with, so down to earth, not pushy at all, and really came through on price negotiations. The finance representative, Joe, was equally as awesome. When I arrived to pick up the Yukon, it was warmed up, clean and detailed, and with signing the loan paperwork and all, I was out of there in 15 minutes. All of the loan paperwork was ready for me and explained thoroughly. This was by far the best dealer experience I've had to date. Stefaan was still just as responsive after the purchase when I had a few quick questions. A++ dealer, would definitely do business with them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

I was interested in trading in my Jeep Wrangler Altitude for a Grand Cherokee. I had shopped around multiple Jeep dealerships before I visited the Meadowland of Carmel dealership. My shopping around stopped after the first time I sat down with the sales department. I worked with Vincent Madigan on my trade. They were very friendly, I did not feel like I was being pushed into the purchase. Vincent took a lot of time with me to go over what I wanted in the new car and appraising my trade. I did not feel pressured or rushed, as I did with other dealerships. They were much more reasonable on the pricing of their vehicles as well. There was one minor set back when I went to pick the Jeep up. It was missing one of the negotiated options. I spoke with the manager Steve Cristantiello about this, because Vincent was with another customer at the time. Steve assured me that they would take care of it immediately. Within the week the problem was fixed and the Jeep is exactly what I wanted. Both Vincent and Steve had double checked that week with me to make sure everything is okay and I am happy with my purchase. I had worked with both of the finance employees as well. On the day I picked up the car, I had sat down with Sharon. She was a doll! She answered all of my questions, she explained every bit of the paperwork in detail. If I end up with another Jeep someday, and she is still there, I will definitely be requesting her again to handle my finances. They really know how to take care of their customers, I would definitely recommend them.

I have had my vehicle (purchased elsewhere) serviced at Meadowland of Carmel several times. The Service Department has been great. My wife and I recently suffered back ailments and living with the driveway from H--l, wanted to try a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this winter. However, we wanted a top-quality used vehicle. We met Elijah Hirshmugal from the sales department, explained out tale of woe and he went to work. Boy, did he ever! Within two days he had found exactly what we wanted. The Wrangler Unlimited handles the weather with ease and safety and, also allows both of us (back issues) easy access in and out. We drove off in it less than a week after we met Elijah. We cannot say enough good things about Meadowland of Carmel and Elijah. Suffice to say "we'll certainly be back!"

I had been looking for a new pickup for a number of months, going to dealerships closer to me. What I found at these dealerships was a lack of ambition to service a potential customer, they just sat there reading their papers. But not at Meadowland of Carmel! I met with Jim Basil to look into Black Friday deals. Jim dedicated nearly 3 hours of his time going over my options, taking me out to look at a number of trucks on the rather expansive lot and taking me out on a test drive. Thanks to Jim and his willingness work with me and find the right solution, I am now in my new 2015 GMC Sierra Pickup and I love it.

I have found them to be fair and reasonable and willing to work with you regarding fair value of trade ins, helping you get all your rebates, and of course patient while you may test drive several different cars. I went to Meadowland with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle, which I test drove and loved. But after talking with David about what I wanted in a car and my commute, he suggested I test drive a 2015 Chrysler 200 C. I was so happy with his suggestion! In the end it was a better deal then the used car I was looking into with many more options! They also worked with me on my trade in, as I was expecting more than what they originally offered. I walked out with what I wanted for my trade in, a new car and new TV. ( which was an unexpected bonus, as it was promoting I was unaware of when I went there)

One month ago, I posted negative reviews about this dealership on Yelp and Google. One month after posting them, I am still being harassed for it, receiving numerous e-mails from various people at the dealership. I'm certainly glad I had the sense to set up a throw-away e-mail address and not my primary one. I'm now using message filters to delete most of their e-mails continuing to harass me, but some still slip through the message rules. I'm certainly glad I did not budge and give them my phone number. That's what started the whole problem in the first place. I e-mailed Meadowland with a standard question about if a truck had a bed liner or running boards. After taking me in circles but never answering my questions, they asked for my phone number. Had I fallen for that trick, I'd still be receiving constant, dramatic, harassing phone calls -- just as I am still receiving by e-mail.I ended up having to write to GMC Corporate HQ to find out if that truck had what I was looking for. I ended up going to a nearby GMC dealer, having a vehicle relocated to said lot, and purchasing it from them... followed by 5 star reviews for what I felt was outstanding service and no-pressure tactics.Looks like a second letter to GMC is due regarding the unprofessional, erratic behavior at this dealership. Buyer beware, stay away. It's not worth the hassle.

I left my vehicle for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the woman didn't know why it was there. They hadn't started the service because she had not talked to the woman I dropped it off with. To make matters worse, they refused to give me an inspection certificate for NY State unless they repaired an item they supposedly repaired while the car was under warranty.It would not have been so bad except for the fact that I repeatedly tried to speak with some about this matter and the salesperson I originally bought the car and the service manager did not return my calls.

I recently accompanied my friend Sheila to this dealership in search of a used car. We were limited in price and had been having a difficult time finding a car that would be suitable. I had been to so many dealers and had been treated with so much disrespect, lied to, scammed, and I can go on and on about my bad experiences with car dealers, as was my experience, not just this time, but my entire life, until I met Vinny Madigan at Meadowland of Carmel. He was so kind, so caring, so friendly, and so willing to work with me to get me a car that I so desperately needed but within my price range. He truly changed my opinion about car dealers and made me see that there are actually ones that have hearts. Speaking of hearts, this deal would not have been possible without the help and approval of John Russell, who also has a heart of gold. I would recommend this dealership over any. Besides being so compassionate, this team is very attentive to your needs and to every detail on the car that needs adjustment, although on my car, it was just a matter of a console clip. From the time you walk in there, until the time you leave after seeing Joe Hickey in finance, another great guy who explains everything so clearly, you will feel very comfortable, as though these people are your best friends who truly care about you.

Our experience with purchasing a new truck started with Mike Barrows, who is a very affable guy. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of the vehicle and he made us feel right at home. After that we sat with Sharon. What can we possibly say about Sharon. She is the sweetest sincerest person we've met in a long time. She takes as much time needed to thoroughly explain everything you need to know in terms of financing, warranties and contract options available. After our purchase, we decided to order additional parts that we wanted; bed liner, mud flaps, gas cover, etc. We met Alan. What a great guy. Couldn't help us enough. I bought a used Grand Caravan from Meadowland back in 2008, and it got up to almost 182K miles thanks to regular maintenance at Meadowland. Last week I decided it was time to get something newer,Found the cars I was interested in on their website, and contacted Brian to check out two in particular. Price was very fair, car is in excellent condition. All the details -- including its maintenance history at Meadowland.Got through everything in 2 hours (including the test drive, financing, etc.) - also got a better rate on the financing than I could have gotten at my regular bank! (I checked beforehand). Been enjoying my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan for the past couple days. Great condition, rides very well.Would definitely buy there again, and they'll be seeing me in a couple months for the regular maintenance. ;)

If I could give 0 stars I would but you can't. Took my car in for service and after 3 hours they hasn't even looked at it. I was told rudely that it would be at least another 2 hours before they would even get to it. Unacceptable. Waiting to go on vacation and lost a whole day here. And it's a new car! Last time I will buy or lease a car from them. I bought a used car here and it broke down 2 days later, I was told bring it in and pay for service. It was completely dead within 9 months so don't even get me started on that!

From the start, my experience with Frank Cuccia at Meadowland was wonderful. The dealership had the car, color (with interior choice) and model type I was looking for. What a perfect combination! I stopped by Meadowland of Carmel with my wife while on my way to another dealership, to purchase an SUV. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Frank Cuccia. Although I told Frank my wife and I were "just looking," he stopped what he was doing, asked a few questions and sat us down to review the 2014 Jeep models with us. He then offered to take us for a test ride - even though I again explained we weren't ready to buy. To make a long story short, our test drive lasted about three blocks before I asked Frank to take us back to the dealership and write us up! Funny how things happen. I had no intentions of visiting Meadowland of Carmel that day and absolutely no intentions of buying a Jeep. I ended up buying a fully loaded Jeep Cherokee Limited from Meadowland of Carmel. I picked it up a couple of days later. Its one of the best SUV's I have ever driven. In the past 2 year my son bought 2 new Jeeps. My daughter bought a new Durango and I just bought a new Ram. We got what we wanted at a fair price. I recently purchased a used Chevy Avalanche that I had seen on CARS.COM. I worked with Stefaan and arranged the deal. The cars was approx. 190 miles from my home so I relied on what the dealership had written in their vehicle description, as well as conversations that I had with Stefaan. I had an issue with something that was written in the description of the vehicle. This was brought to their attention and it was resolved. This was the third vehicle purchase from Meadowland of Carmel but the first used vehicle purchase. The purchase of the 2 new cars was easy but we spent a lot of time at the dealership, almost 6 hours one day. So they are not the fastest dealership for car buying. Even a photocopy of your license takes 10 minutes. With this purchase it was more of the same, slow and steady. Everybody at the dealership is pleasant so it's they are not bad to deal with if you have the time. I was purchasing a used Dodge and I was told it would have a "172" point inspection. When I got there to look at the car, it was in line to be pulled into the service department so I was told I could not look inside. I noticed there is duct tape residue on the center console which the salesman didn't notice before I pointed. But the lid was on so I had concerns but it wasn't anything serious. It turned out that the lid was broken of the console so the whole console needs to be replaced. The next issue was the balance on the wheels. They told me they replaced the brake pads and shoes so they had the wheels off. But they never checked the balance on the wheels so once you got the vehicle up to highway speed there was a bad vibration. So I had to pay to get the wheels balanced. Another thing I noticed is that none of the fluids were checked or topped off. So there was no washer fluid and the coolant was a little low. After all this I would recommend them for new car purchases only. They clearing put no time of effort into their used cars so purchasing one from them is a gamble.

We needed to buy a car quickly, as my previous vehicle became unsafe to drive. Meadowland of Carmel was the ONLY dealer who would work with me by giving me a ballpark quote over the phone (I had all my numbers in order). Every other dealer I called insisted that I had to come in to the dealership. Vinnie very graciously understood my problem right away, and worked up a some quotes for me within minutes, and was clever enough to offer an alternate deal that turned out to be the perfect solution. So, the dealer that was willing to work with me, got my business, and Meadowland got me into a new car, same day, start to finish, in a couple hours. Joe Hickey in finance was also able to get me some extra discounts on the financial end, bonus! And of course, the icing on the cake for my husband is that Meadowland paid for us to get some pizza next door while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. All in all, I don't think I'll ever go to another dealer...this was straight forward transaction with no games and bullsh*t that other dealers play, and that is worth its weight in gold, in my opinion.

This year I found myself looking for a new truck. I went looking at every local dealership at every brand to make sure I bought the right truck from the right person. I found myself frustrated with so called "truck salesmen" who don't know ANYTHING about the trucks on their lot. Tow ratings, capabilities, gas vs. diesel.....etc. I can't tell you how many place I went to where I knew more about the truck then they did. I stopped in a Meadowland at the end of an exhausting day of looking for a truck and found myself at Stefaan Marlow's desk. He answered EVERYTHING I had to ask. No, "I'll have to check on that...." excuses. He knew all of his trucks inside and out. No misinformation and NO B.S. Stefaan guided me though the buying experience and helped make the tough decisions when you're buying a $40,000 vehicle. He followed up and wasn't pushy; unlike the other salesmen I saw who bombarded me with voicemails saying "Hey, how can I get you back here to buy that truck thats on my lot thats the wrong color and has the wrong engine that you don't want???"Stefaan didn't give up and found the exact truck I was looking for. He went a few states away and got it for me. He made sure all the options were installed and ready to go at deliver so I could immediately start making money with it.Bottom line: If you want superior service, no pressure and knowledge about the product - go see Stefaan Marlow.

For all but one car my salesman was Bob YoungWell, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no longer with Meadowlands.He also told me about a great deal. By turning in my Seebring and not making the last 5 payments I could lease a Jeep Compass at a great price. JIm Basli at Meadowland sold me a used 2006 Dodge Durango, and it was a very good experience. I will say that the dealer went to considerable lengths to make it a good transaction. I needed the specific model Durango I bought with the biggest engine and the factory towing package, but I live 70 miles away across the state line in Connecticut. Despite the hassles involved for the dealership, Jim arranged to send the car over to my mechanic for an inspection and then when the inspection turned up a few things, worked with me very reasonably on the pricing and repairs. I have been extremely happy with the car, and I appreciate the time and work he put into making it a good transaction and a fair deal. Would recommend dealing with him.

We had purchased a 2009 Challenger from Meadowland and we always had it serviced there. Last week we took it in for service and while waiting for it we decided to speak to our salesperson Mike Risi and see if we could make a deal happen on a 2013 Challenger R/T. Problems with used car even before it left the lot. Assured my husband it was fine. Day 2 Brake Problems. Week later car starts when it wants to. 2 weeks later Wiper Motor goes. 3 weeks later still only starts when it wants to. Told they won't pay for it to be fixed even though it was a recall on the car and under their 30 day Lemon Warranty! Fine take the car back nothing but problems since day one! They said "No Sorry only as a trade in!" So we loose our money and have there Lemon in our driveway hoping it starts everytime I have to bring my kids somewhere or go to work and pray we don't get stuck! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR USED CARS!!!!!!!!! By the way they only post their GOOD reviews and delete their bad ones that's why you see none on their Facebook page!

On 7/20, My husband, the kids & I were all packed up & ready to head out for our annual family vacation.We decided to go to the gas station to fill up the tank before getting on the road. On the way to the gas station, my battery light came on, (which has never happened to us with this car). My husband & I just looked at each other like ???We were so afraid to embark on a 200 mile trip without knowing what was going on, so while we fueled up, I decided to call Meadowland. The girl I spoke to was so sympathetic and accommodating. She told us to bring it over and she would try to get us in asap. After getting a jump from the gas station manager, (since my car wouldn't start up again after I turned it off to fuel up), we headed straight to Meadowland. Amanda, the service advisor who helped us, was so wonderful! She did in fact get us in quickly (even though it was a busy Sat am). It turned out to be the alternator & the battery and unfortunately, none of your usual part suppliers had one. She knew how upset we all were at the thought of possibly having to postpone our vacation by a few days, and she managed to locate the part from a place who was able to deliver it later that day. She told us, "Don't worry, we'll get you guys back on the road today!" Since we were going to have to wait several hours for the part to come in, she was able to provide us with a loaner car, so that we could at least go get some breakfast & go wait at home.Sure enough, several hours later, the part came in, car was fixed & we were on our way! Vacation saved! We just wanted to say a big, "Thank you!" again, to Amanda, who helped save our vacation, the mechanic who did the job in a hurry, and to acknowledge our appreciation to Meadowland for its excellent customer service!Your loyal customers,The Trupia Family

In September 2007 we purchased a PT Cruiser from Steve Kaplan. We live in White Plains and have a Dodge/Chrysler dealership within walking distance of our residence. Because of the friendliness of the Carmel staff we decided to make the 60-mile round trip and return this past February for a new car. We purchased an Avenger from Steve Kaplan, a very knowledgeable salesman. Always helpful and polite.Customer Service has always been extremely good. The quality of work, whether a repair or the condition of the new car has always been execellent. The price of the vehicles has always been good. Our overall experience has always been great. We recently sent our youngest son to Meadowland to buy a new car. Which he did.The workmanship of both of the cars we purchased at Meadowland. We always know that we are in very capable hands at Meadowland. We will return to see Steve in about 4 years when we plan to purchase a new car.

Stefaan Marlow was my sales person and he made me feel right at home from the first minute I met him. I spoke to him on the phone prior to meeting with him and when I got there he did not waste my time. He provided me all the information that I needed to make an educated decision. The overall experience was excellent...car was designed as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. Dealer was friendly and kept me informed of everything that was taking place and every option. The down side: I had a $1000 incentive that expired while waiting for the car to arrive (not my fault) although the dealer split the difference with me and I paid only $500 more but still I think it should have been accepted. Other point was my gas tank was empty with the explanation that they only put in 3 gallons for a new car???? Every other dealer gives a full tank when you pick up a new car and especially a $40K+ car.

Steve Kaplan, Thank you for your time and pertinence it was great to see you again. I have always felt like a friend at the dealership not just another customer. You remember who I am, and what I do and Bill in the Service Department is just as courteous and attentive. Your dealership understands the importance of my time, and always willing to offer loaner cars for the day so my vehicle during my repairs. It is worth the service and respect to drive the almost 50 miles and 1 hour to come to Meadowland Of Carmel, more dealerships need to look at your business model and follow it. After some discussion with my wife, we believe that trading in the 2008 Avalanche may not be the best option for us personally right now. The Vehicles we drove the other day are very nice, I especially like the Acadia the best, we really need to be prepared to replace the 2003 Pontiac Vibe at any time. It is running good at this time but it weighs heavily on our mind that it is a car with 238k on the original Engine, Transmission, and although maintenance is a big part of why it is still running the age and mileage will be on our minds. If or when the Vibe finally gives out, you will be the first person I come to for my replacement. PROMISE!! Thank you John Y.

As I expected like last time meadowlands of Carmel did everything right to earn my business. They were very fair with my trade in value as well as the price of the new car. Before your about to purchase a car I would stop at meadowland of Carmel first!

Just want to say thanks to our salesmen Nick Jaroff for all his help with our new Jeep purchase. He was so patient and did not pressure us at all. I must say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. Joe Hickey handled all the finance with ease, and really explained everything to us. My dealing with meadowland of carmel was a very nice experience. They were knowledgeable, sincere and competent. Nick Jaroff was an excellent salesman who kept in contact, completed tasks in a quick and efficient manner. The finance person, Joe did a wonderful, smooth and informed transaction. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Kaplan was just a gentleman and never used any pressure tactics duing the whole experience. He wa there from start to finish and still stays in contact just top see how things are with my new Chrysler 200. Joe Hickey was just fantastic explaining the financing end of the purchase. I would recommend Meadowland to my friends and family and have them see Steve Kaplan for any purchase.

All I can say is these guys are great, I was in the market for a new GMC. I dealt with Rakein Moore for the new car sale and Joe Hickey for the financing. Overall I had a great time buying my new car from Meadowland Of Carmel, Plus they gave me top dollar for my trade-in.

After a long and unsuccessful search locally, I found the car I was looking for at Meadowland of Carmel. Steve Kaplan was extremely helpful and provided me the information I needed so that when I arrived, there were no surprises. The car was exactly what he said it was. The staff was great, they're very genuine people. Joe Hickey was also very helpful communicating across states to get us on our way. We drove 10 hours one way to purchase my Dodge Charger. After our experience at Meadoland, I have no regrets and would do it all again. Thank you Steve and Joe, I love my Charger!

while buying a new car can be a very harrowing experience, the staff at meadowlands chrsyler dodge, especially mike, made it a very pleasing informative and exciting experience. Always courteous, friendly and very informative at all times and willing to go the extra mile no matter what. there were no hidden extras or any dreaded 'oh by the way's which most of us have come toexpect from a salesman. mike was always completely upfront and clear about the matter being discussed i would and will recommend meadowlands of carmel to anyone i know that is interested in buying a car.ellyg

This is the second new Durango purchased here the staff are all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.The service dept has been very accommodating in the past.The latest purchase was delivered on time and Mike Risi even had service replace a missing seatbelt bracket cover from another Durango prior to me driving off which saved me a return visit. Go see them soon.
