Bought a used car from here few weeks back. The people themselves are nice and very personable. It took a very long time from start to finish in order to finally get out the door, but the people made it enjoyable. I do love the car I purchased so your probably wondering why only 2 stars. Well 2 weeks after purchasing and driving in the rain for the first time I noticed everytime I would accelerate from a stop it would kick out. I went and had the tires checked out and was told the rear tires should be replaced because they have 4/32 & 5/32 tread left. They also checked the brakes and I was told they to should be replaced in 1000 to 2000 miles because they have 6mm left in front and 5mm in the rear. So now I am looking at another 1000 dollars in out of pocket money to fix these issues which are safety issues and believe they should have been addressed prior to being put on the lot for sale. So I took off 1 star for the rear tires, 1 for front brakes, and 1 for rear brakes. I should have had the car checked out by third party before purchasing but chose to believe the reviews. So reviews aside make sure when purchasing a used car to have a trusted mechanic look it over, it could save you money.

I had an appointment to have a recall repaired and while I was there, also had an issue with engine light on dashboard. Service Manager was very helpful and was able to troubleshoot and repair vehicle while I was there. Had issue with engine light on dashboard again in January 2021. Took back to Medford Ford. I'd like to thank Brandon in the service department for getting me back on the road again. Of course, the mechanics in the back of the house also. Thanks to entire service department from me!

My service problem was a recall from Ford. My headlights were not working. This was my first time at this dealership. I was pleased that I was able to get a service appointment quickly since I could not drive my car at night. They had the needed part. My car was ready in a couple of hours. My headlights are working fine. I was pleased with their service.

We needed to add another car to our family and recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Medford Ford. We had purchased a car from Medford before and were very pleased, so we decided to go back. When I called for an available service appointment, Tim was very courteous and accommodated my request. I required a ride home from Medford Ford and a pick up the following morning to retrieve my vehicle. Jim was exceptional and talked about the new 2017 Fusion he took me home in and the 2017 Explorer he picked me up in. Quite interesting since I have an original 2000 Explorer. I made an appointment online. When I came in to drop the car off, I was told they didn't have the appointment, and they were booked full. They said this happens sometime, and asked if I could leave the car overnight if needed. I work in Phila and need my car to get to and from work. At the time I made the appointment, there were many time slots open AND I rececived an email confirmation. He said they would try to get it in. I said if they didn't, I was taking it to Echelon and the only reason I could make the appointment was because I was off work for bereavement. They did get my car completed by the end of the day, however, I have white leather seats and the passenger seat had grease on it in three places. I was not happy about that.

Called to set up service for a fuel tank recall notice from Ford (no rush). Was given an appt in a few days. Within 10 min of dropping off car I was given a ride back home. Service was complete in a few hours and got a phone call that I could pick up anytime good for me. Painless, prompt, courteous people... everything you could ask for in a dealer service dept.

2011 Ford Edge. The staff is always friendly and I am able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. However,....this was the 3rd time the vehicle was taken in for the key fob problem. 1st time was 30 Oct 15. 2nd time both key fobs brought in and was told it was not the fobs or the batteries, if problem persisted it was probably a much more expensive fix.This visit (17 May 16), 1 key fob was replaced and the 2nd fob needed a new battery. Both fixes were exactly what I had said was most likely wrong back in October 2015! I was inconvenienced for 7 months, 3 trips to the dealership and through the winter I was not able to use the remote start to warm up the vehicle!!!

I was at Medford Ford to talk to someone about the possibility of turning in my very old car for a newer, better one. I was feeling quite anxious, as I'm a 70 year-old woman, retired, and I had not bought a car for many, many years. However, when the salesman, William Herschell, came over and reached out his hand, I began to feel a little better. After our conversation began I truly did begin to relax. He seemed to know exactly what I needed and he assured me he would do all he could to find something for me and help me along with the process.He was friendly, kind, understanding and extremely knowledgable. Did I mention that he has the patience of Job? When I left Medford Ford in my new little red car, I still felt a bit anxious (this is a big deal!) but I remembered Bill said I could call him with any questions I had. I'm very grateful that he was there to help me.

Easy to schedule a service appointment online. Service was fast and friendly. Will return again for my future auto maintenance visits. The only thing that I suggest for improvement, is the waiting area. It needs some redecorating/painting and upgrade. The showroom floor and office areas is nice, but the place you wait during service feels like the it's stuck in a time warp. Sorry...I feel everything a customer sees at the dealership should be pleasant and/or impressive. It feels like unless you are buying a new car, you have to wait in the "ugly" room. :(

On Friday, August 21, I had my 2010 in for general servicing. I had also minor work done. My final paperwork showed that my battery was checked and reported at 100%. Today, Monday, August 24, my battery died and had to be replaced. What kind of test was run on my battery to find such a difference?

I brought my C-Max in for it's 5000 mile check up. The service manager was very helpful in giving me an appointment before I was going to start on a trip. The service dept. also did the recall work relating to the battery problem. The only problem I have noticed is that, because the battery was disconnected, several of my digital displays are out of wack. Since I am technologically challenged, it will take me some effort to correct them. Other than this, the car has been running fine during my trip.

I have never had a problem with any service performed at Medford Ford.Recommendation: trying to get a Saturday appt is extremely difficult. Quick Service advertises just stop by for an oil change but in reality, you have to schedule a Saturday appt 4-5 days ahead of time. The previous 2 attempts, I called on Thursday or Friday and was out of luck. I work out of state and am only available on the weekends so it really makes it hard for me to get my Fords scheduled when I don't even know my weekend schedule until later in the week.

It worked out really well! I took the car in for an oil change and to have some service things taken care of (there was a sensor in one of the tires for the air pressure that must have gone bad), and the car was serviced, returned on time and it worked out well!

Customer service was very helpful. The mechanic explained that the sync software needed to be updated. Also the Iphone needed a update. They were able to resolve the problem very quickly. It took only a hour and half from the time I brought the car in to the time I left.

Ford Flex '13 left over. Prior research showed that the sales persons were in the ball park on invoice price, discount from sticker, and on trade in value. I knew what I had to trade, I knew what I wanted to pay. No high pressure tactics (to which I react very poorly). Good experience. Now we will see how good the service dept. is. I refuse to deal with two other local Ford dealers because of very bad service department experiences.

This was my first time coming for service and I was looking for a place close to work so that I could drop off and walk to work and come back later for my car. The service manager, Tim, was very nice and pleasant and called to update me on what my car needed. I was afraid my car needed brakes and it did and I feel I got a decent price for the repair. Quick , helpful, friendly and professional service. The battery died in our Toyota camry one morning. We used road side service for a jump and was told to get it checked out at our mechanic's as soon as possible! So without calling we drove right over afraid it wouldn't start again if we turned it off . The service employee was immediately responsive and told us to take it to bat 2 then seated us in reception area. Though there were also other customers we received immediate service and within 20 min we were done ! Turned out part of the battery just needed a quick clean! And we were also not charged for this service!!! I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. Medford Fird is the best!

The experience was very good. Tom Eckert is an excellent salesman and a very personable individual. I wish that the dealership had made a stronger effort to reduce the price of the car as they knew that I was struggling with the monthly payment amount. I am 54 years old & I have purchased many cars over the years. I purchased Chevy from 1977 to 1987. After MANY problems with GM in my entire family in the 80's, we all switched to Ford. My first Ford was a 1986 Ford Escort. We drove that car 177,000 miles before the wiring harness went bad on it. We then got a 1997 Ford Escort that we drove for 17 years & put 180,000 miles on it before we had engine trouble & had to trade it in. We went to Medford Ford to the service department first. They told us the engine was seized & needed to be replaced. We didn't want to do that on a 17 year old car. We are on a tight budget, so the service department didn't charge us one penny for the evaluation on our old car. We went to the sales floor & Joe Benasutti was our salesman. He was outstanding in helping us pick out a vehicle that was affordable to us. We picked out a left over 2013 Ford Fiesta, but we have problem credit due to me loosing my job back in 2008. Their new manager, Mike Burgholts worked the banks & was able to get us approved on that vehicle with 0% APR, very little down payment & a great, affordable monthly payment. From the service department right up to sales & management, Medford Ford was the BEST buying experience I've ever had. I will be buying ALL my cars from there & will refer al friends, co workers, neighbors & family members to Medford Ford. They treated us like royalty even though we have problem credit. I spent over a week discussing the purchase of a certified used car with one of the salespeople at Medford Ford. The salesman sent me pictures, service details, etc from the dealership and I told him that I intended to buy it. The salesperson knew that I was coming from out of state (about 300 miles) to purchase the car and we settled on a day for me to come check out the car, purchase it, and drive it home. As I was IN THE MIDST of traveling to the the dealership, the salesperson e-mails me to tell me that the car has sold, but that conveniently, he could offer me the same car with about 10,000 less miles and $6,000 more expensive. Either the whole thing was a scam, or the people there are simply idiotic enough to think that $6,000 can easily materialize out of thin air... or even worse, that I would still give them business after their shady dealings and breaking an agreement. Not to mention, the salesman was hardly apologetic for the time and money wasted trying to arrange/travel to the dealership. In fact, he tried to blame me for not "securing" the car, despite our verbal agreement for purchase. So, essentially, if you are looking to get ripped off by a slimy car salesman, head over to Medford Ford - they'll be happy to disappoint, I'm sure.
