So let me start off by saying I had an amazing experience at BMW of Catonsville, MD . I noticed a car they had on their website that I been looking for and it was a 2017 Mercedes E300. I been looking for this particular car with low miles on it and they just so happen to have it , it had low miles and and everything I needed on it . I called and talked to Kory Matthews And he hooked me up from their on out he processed my paperwork, answered all the questions I had and on top of that he even brought me my car to North Carolina. Kory was such an amazing person to work with And I wouldn’t have changed anything else his customer service is too notch and the best I’ve had when purchasing a luxury vehicle so if you are in the market and need a certain vehicle he can get it for you just as he did for me... Look him up he will take care of you !

Brian and the entire team were acomidating, courteous, patient and very "non-salesman". I didn't feel the usual pressure I do at a dealership. The atmosphere and vibe was really friendly and more focused on my preference and questions as opposed to just rushing me into a sale. I was able to take my time and review multiple vehicles and they stayed 90 min past closing just to get me all set up properly with my brand new SUV. I would definitely recommend this location.

The person I was assigned in the service department informed me that my service would be done the same day but if I decided to have the car detailed I would have to leave it overnight. I was fine with that since it only had to be detailed the following morning. I called that morning to find out what time I could pick my vehicle up. I was told my service rep Stan would call me right back. After waiting and waiting I called again this time speaking directly to Stan. He also said he would call me right back. After waiting around again which seemed like a long time just to give me a time when I could pick up my vehicle, since according to Stan only the detailing needed to be done I called for a 3rd time. This time I was informed that they were working on the service that I was told would be done the day before. After finally picking up my vehicle I was informed that they didn’t have the part needed to do the complete service and they didn’t even have the detailing done! I was not going to let them waste anymore of my time so I took my vehicle and left. If I have to endure this poor service again I definitely won’t be back.

I received a letter about potentially trading in my car for an upgrade. Tiger Robinson was randomly appointed to me and I am so grateful he was! I had some questions and reservations about it and wanted to know if this was a right fit for me. I was not looking to buy a car on this day. A car buying experience is so amazing said No one ever! However, the experience I had with Tiger changed my perspective on buying/trading cars. Not only was he able to find a car that was right for me and my budget, he was straight up and realistic with how much time it would take and what to expect going forward. Ricky in finance was also a straight shooter which I appreciate and got me in and out. This was was seriously the easiest car transaction I ever experienced. I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and every single time I have come to service my car, Gordan is my dude! Always super personable and responsive. I have consistently a great experience with these people.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Gla 259 4-matic. We are extremely satisfied with our new car. Our salesman (Rene Javois) was very patient in trying to please us. I scheduled an appoint for the afternoon of a couple days ago at this location. When I got there, I waited for 10-15 minutes before being assisted, but given the fact that the place looked pretty busy, it was understandable. When I met with a service consultant, I was not happy at how he responded with a matter-of-fact mocking attitude for one of the problems I have and decided for me that it's not worth mentioning on the notes he typed up for the repair person. I end up having to reschedule another appointment to bring in my car instead of being able to leave the car to get service that same day; the car dealership at Annapolis was able to provide car service the same day when an appointment was scheduled. On the bright side, I brought in my car for service today and adviser E.A. was able to address my problems and was very friendly. I unfortunately forgot to bring up one of my problems from a couple of days that wasn't written in the notes, but was able to discuss it with another adviser when I picked up my car. The adviser I talked with afterwards and he suggested getting another appointment to look at my problem. Overall, I liked the service that was given to me today, but was very disappointed with not being able to have it serviced the same day as the appointment date and attitudes of at least one adviser.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership in Catonville . The Customer service is one of the best I have received in my experience of purchasing a new vehicle. I am normally a difficult buyer and I always want to get a good deal in my business negotiations. So many sales persons often find me irritating and tiresome but I was amazed that the sales crew at Catonville were able to support me and carry a productive conversation with me despite my "decisive toughness". The sales person and his manager were friendly, professional, knowledgeable in their products, and highly skillful at negotiating their prices. I left the dealership feeling better than I came in. This is not only because I finally got my new GLS 450 Mercedes-benz, but because I met with an excellent and ethical customer service . The sales person and the financing officer offer me a very satisfactory service. As result I will not hesistate to refer my friends and family member to go and buy their cars at Mercedes-benz Catonville. Thus, I take this opportunity to thank Josh and Rene for their fantastic job. I am happily driving my new car .

Intake service advisers and techs immediately met my car in drive in service bay with out any wait. I have seen other dealerships make you wait. Being a busy professional this was something I picked up right away. Facility is top notch as I noticed they have the best selection in the area as well. My E400 AMG is a 2016 and when I am ready for another Benz this is where I am going to purchase my new vehicle. Which is about every 2 years.

I purchased a 2016 CLA 250 and within 1 month the car was totaled. I returned to purchase a 2nd 2016 CLA 250 and requested for 1 feature that pertained to power passenger seats, which apparently is not a standard feature for the above vehicle. The finance manager and customer sales representative made it appeared this Mercedes dealership was going to order the vehicle from Providence, Rhode Island during the recent snow blizzard. I made two trips with the hopes I could purchase the same vehicle with the 1 requested feature "power seats on the passenger side. I made a second trip after being accommodated with a loaner to find out allegedly the 2016 CLA Mercedes was delivered without the specification of what I ordered. Therefore, I was offered to purchase the loaner and every other mercedes on the lot, rather than the vehicle I assumed they ordered and received from Providence, Rhode Island during a snow blizzard. My auto shopping experience for the 2nd time around was worthless, and of course I was not treated like a valued customer returning to make a new purchase within loosing my vehicle after 30 days of ownership. I have learned never to put your eggs in one basket, only because my first purchased was successful. I will ensure to explore my options by using more than 1 dealership to weigh out my purchasing options.

I was not given opportunity to test drive the vehicle i bought. Every time I asked for test driving the car before i purchased, i was told it will be the same as the one i was test driving as sample. But it was not. My car is totally different than the one i test drove and was committed by sales rep. Also, I was never told about the options and packages available for the car. I am really disappointed. When I went back to dealership and told the rep, he started blaming me that i never told him what all i needed in the car. Will never do business with them and neither recommend to anyone.

This is the BEST Mercedes Benz dealership in Baltimore County Md. The staff is professional, knowledgable and extremely attentive. All of this is the reflection of the General Manager Sam Somarriba who sets the bar for the highest customer satisfaction and dealership experience possible. Mr. Epps was our sales consultant when my wife and I bought our new GL 450. He was of course professional and courteous. That is expected. However he went beyond that and was extremely attentive to our wants and needs. he listened carefully and patiently and then delivered with minimum fuss. I was on line just checking on used E63's that were not to far from my home.But after taking to the salesman who sent the car-fax to my email i decided to visit the Mercedes showroom. I purchased my 2014 CLA250 on December 11, 2014 at Catonsville Mercedes-Benz and my experience with them was exceptional. This is directly related to my sales manager, Jason Richardson. Jason was: courteous, responsive, very knowledgeable, patient, professional and efficient. And his colleague, Gerard (I dont remember his last name), was also courteous and professional. He went over the paper work with me and took his time explaining the features of my CLA250. The finance manager was incisive he was great! The whole team was thorough and let me know that I was welcome to return or call with any additional concerns/questions. As a matter of fact, I noticed my rear spoiler was loose on 1/2/2015. I contacted Jason and he told me to bring it in and they took care of it the same day. Ive [patiently] been shopping for a vehicle since September 2014 and visited a few dealerships, only to walk out feeling depleted by sales representatives wasting my time. Catonsville Mercedes-Benz understood my concerns and was very proficient and efficient in delivering what I wanted. Purchased a 2012 C300. The salesman, Mr. Dennis Epps, made the process and experience very smooth and pleasant. Dennis was very patient and answered all my wife and I's questions. I had a clicking soung in my front end. I took it to 2 other dealers and they had 2 different solutions for my problem which both would have cost me over a thousand dollars. I came here for a 3rd opinion. They corrected the problem for $ 69.00. I could not believe it. Great job. My service advisor Steve Moye was great. He got me in and seen very quickly. I have a new home for my car repairs. Why is it so hard to find an honest mechanic.

If you're in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, the Catonsville dealership will take care of you! Our experience with salesman, Dennis Epps, was exceptional from start to finish. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable of the MB brand and had an answer to every question--the GL 450 is our first MB purchase. Dennis was patient and very helpful going over all the bells and whistles this car has to offer, he even synched the BlueTooth for our phones before we drove off the lot. I saw a car online at Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville,when I got there I was greeted by a sales person that asked me questions and listen to what I was saying so that he was able to help me with my needs.The sales person was a gentleman named Dennis Epps, he showed me the car I was interested in, answered exactly the questions that I presented him with, showed me what the financing would be, and gave me a copy because it was the middle of the day and I was on my lunch break. I thought I would return latter that day after work but was detained, so I returned the next day only to find out it was Dennis's day off. However, that was no problem for Dennis who dropped what he was doing to come in and see me though my test drive answer more questions and got me through the financing. It was a terrific buying experience, and Dennis contacted me two days latter to make sure I was completely satisfied, thank you Dennis Epps, I would do it again.

We put Erik Hershan thru the ringer with changing the body panels on our new 2015 Smart car and he was very patient. We went thru black, yellow and finally stayed with the yellow. The entire experience was great and Erik was very good at communicating via email, texting and by phone. I would highly recommend Erik as a salesman. Their sales manager, Destin was also helpful on our first visit and went into great detail on the various packages available on the cars. We drove here from Red Lion PA when there was another Smart dealer who was closer because our first experience here was equally as good!!

I just returned to Philly in my pre-owned 2011 Mercedes Benz Coupe E550. The car is fabulous and in excellent condition. My 110 mile drive each way from Philadelphia to Catonsville Mercedes in Maryland was worth every penny. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was so nice to me, and made me feel right at home. General sale manager Jason Richardson and Dennis Epps of Mercedes Benz sales were both outstanding. Mr Richardson actually guided me from Philly to Catonsville Mercedes for almost two hours when the GPS in my old vehicle began acting up. I'd like to say "Thanks" for that because a lot of other car dealerships would not of done that for a customer. As for Mr Epps, He was great. He knew his product well, was well informed, very friendly, and did everything in his power to ensure that I went home in my new Benz. Dennis Epps went over every aspect of my E-Class prior to my departing his dealership and heading back to Philly for my 2 hour drive. I was very upset after losing my SLK 2007 Mercedes during the flood in my community that caused a total loss of my vehicle. I wasnt quite ready to purchase another at the time but didnt have much of a choice. Dennis Epps knew of my situation because my vehicle was towed to the dealership in hopes of repair before getting the terrible news that the engine flooded and my insurance company totaled her. Dennis was patient, compassionate, understanding and more importantly, a man of his words. Unfortunately, my circumstances wouldnt allow for me to wait that long. He worked diligently to get me the vehicle I wanted at the best rate and didn't try to get me into another vehicle or give up, he worked extremely hard and it showed. My experience with this dealership was excellent from start to finish. I started by calling because they had a particular used Mercedes I was interested in. Jason answered the phone and was very helpful answering my questions. He knew I was traveling from VA to see the car and actually called and left a message warning me of a traffic problem so I could adjust my route. When I arrived, Jason introduced me to one of his sales team, Dennis Epps. Dennis was both professional and easy going all at the same time. The best way for a salesperson to be, in my opinion. When we went out to look at the car, he took the time to explain a variety of features to me. I thought I knew them all, but I did not. There was no rushing and he took the time needed to answer a variety of questions. He was not pushy and understood that I needed to do some thinking prior to the vehicle purchase. The next day I returned and purchased the vehicle. The process was also easy and I worked with Wesley in the Finance Office. Just as both Dennis and Jason did, Wesley took the time to explain all the details to me and when I asked a few questions, he found all the answers for me. He then walked me over to parts so I could purchase a few things for the car. Once the car was ready, A person, who I believe is the head mechanic took the time to install my lug locks that I purchased, even though I know they were very busy. It was kind of him to do that and not have me come back. Another example of excellent customer service. The car was waiting in the bay and it was spotless. Dennis went over the car again with me and took the time to set up and test my phone, the various mBrace applications, etc. He even came back as I was preparing to drive away to make sure my fog lamps were on as the weather was terrible!! Once home, I had another question and Dennis was able to call me back with the answer and then called the next day to make sure I was happy with the car. I want to also comment on how the car (a dealer loaner) was very clean on the test drive (something that was not the case for another dealership I visited.) That level of detail is important as it shows a commitment (in my opinion) to excellence. I also want to mention that this was a 2014. It had very low miles, but they still certified it. Again, this was not the case for another dealership I visited. This mattered because it extended the warranty. I would definitely recommend Mercedes of Catonsville without hesitation. The shopping part was enjoyable (yes, it actually was) the buying process was smooth, the employees went above and beyond and I believe the deal I received was very fair.

I had the pleasure of buying a used Lexus GX460 from Dennis Epps. He was very well trained on the Lexus even though he worked for the Mercedes Dealership. The process was very simple. He looked at the car for me which I first noticed online. He told me every single flaw (very few) and enticed me to come in and see the car. I was sold in the first 5 minutes. He went thru the whole system of the car with me and had a Lexus savant set up the bluetooth phone, and music apps for me. The whole process was pretty seamless and quick. He was very professional, trustworthy and kind. I would definitley recommend Dennis to all my friends that wish to purchase a high end vehicle.

If you want expert and professional service then ask for DENNIS EPPS. His easy going style made me comfortable as he validated and commended my questions and comments. He really took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions and allow me to take an extended test drive. Even though I left without purchasing because I needed time to contemplate, Dennis kept in touch with courtesy messages. I appreciate that personal touch. I went out of town and unexpectedly received a newly purchased Benz as a gift for my 50th bday. Imagine my surprise! I was told by my family that "my salesman" wouldn't help me when I returned home because I didn't give him a sale. They couldn't have been more wrong. When I returned back home I went by the dealership and asked for Dennis. He willingly took the time to show me all the features of the car, make sure my controls were set, and told me to call if I had questions. This is what I call going above the call of duty. Customer service is a high priority. Ask for Dennis.

I started writing this and lost it on the computer if a duplicate should show up. I worked with Dennis Epps, who was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I told all my friends what a great salesperson he was without being pushy or overbearing as have been my experience in the past. I had been researching cars online and came to Mercedes of Catonville to test drive 3 previous owned vehicles I had seen. I informed Dennis that I wanted to test drive then and make a choice, which he patiently allowed me to do. After making my choice Dennis took the time to teach me how to use all the bells and whistles (which there were soooo many!!) He was patient and also filled my tank and agreed to have some minor marks fixed on the car. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Dennis and Destin and the finance manager allowed me to ride away in a "new car" with a great deal!! I will recommend them to family and friends.

Hola Everyone. I am highly recommending Mercedes Benz of Cantonsville after the exceptional customer experience and how Erik Hershan went above and beyond to assist me. I had a 2014 Mercedes c250 coupe white w/red leather bought in October. It was involved in accident recently and the vehicle saved my life. After the hospital, I was in a rental car over a month and I kept trying to find another one of these rare gems. i could not find it Florida where I lived. I started calling to different dealerships and Erik managed to find the car, have it transferred, and negotiated a price that was phenomenal. The finance department overcame all my credit challenges and got me approved. I flew in from Florida to purchase the vehicle and he even picked me up from the airport. They facilitated a transport of the vehicle, and made the whole experience flawless. First and foremost, to be alive to write this story, I am lucky grateful that a Mercedes benz saved my life. And for the purchasing extraordinary experience that followed was a blessing. I would recommend any Mercedes and the Mercedes Benz of Cantonsville to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Dennis and Destin were extremely fair, honest and dedicated to making the deal get done. those two get a 5 star rating without question as well as Ty, in finance. From the second I spoke to Dennis, I realized he would be willing to try to go the extra mile. The Dealership get a 4.5. I would like to see a more technology driven process as it relates to buying a car. It should be seamless, with minimal paperwork and less wait time. Although it is far better than any other dealer, they have an opportunity to make it perfect, primarily because they are certainly the closest I've ever seen to perfect thus far. On second thought, a 4.8! keep doing great work up there guys, I wish you were in Annapolis, I wouldn't have had to make the drive. Super glad I did though!

I went to the dealership to look at the new CLA. A service consultant came out to greet us quickly, offered a test drive, and within 15 minutes, we were on the road. I loved the ride. The CLA was one of 3 cars that I was interested in. While my husband and I were there, Eugene, our salesman, introduced us to the GM and other key partners. I didn't sense the 'shiftiness' that many dealerships have and the eye contact was phenomenal. Most important to me was that my salesman/service consultant, Eugene , was a breath of fresh air. We talked extensively about the car I was trading, a RR, and he offered to do some leg work on the car (although he knew I had one more car to see). Monday morning he had a draft of a deal for me to review based on car information I had provided. BTW - the other car, another high-end car, did not make the cut because the customer service was not good. Although we all want more on a trade, the deal was fair, my questions were answered, and all within less than 2 hours.Thanks !

I was in the market for a Lincoln Navigator. I was already pre-approved. It just a matter of finding a SUV that I liked. Went Mercedes Benz of Catonsville to look at a 2007 Lincoln Navigator black in color. Unfortunately it was already sold but they had another one in my opinion was better then the one I came to look at. Sales associate Steve and the sales manager Ron give me a deal better then what I was pre-approved for. Experience was extremely pleasant. I brought my car (under warranty and with a prepaid maintenance package) in for service because I heard a chirping sound. They called later that afternoon to say it was fixed because they had remove then belt and added pecial oil When I arrived to pick up my car and drove it into the service area the car was still chirping. They appeared confused when I explained that I was not taking a chirping car home and so I left in the rental car. They later called and promised that this time it was fixed. It is now 5 months later and on the first cold week the car started chirping again Hmmmm. I don think it is fixed. The girl at the service desk needs a lesson in customer service. She needs to put down the basic text book responses and give the gold standard service that Mercedes Benz used to be known for. Think outside the box. If you don have a rental car available to fix a car that wasn properly fixed the first time she should have asked for what I was looking for and asked her manager how she could improve my experience.

THE worst car buying experience I have ever had, and if you have ever bought a car you know how low the bar is. Bought the car remotely and I now know better. Responses were slow, and incomplete. Was told the car had equipment that we found out it didn't have once it was delivered. Just painful but the lesson was learned.

As a single woman I felt like I was a target. I am sure my service agent was doing his job for the dealership. Try to get as much as you can from whom ever walks in. Tried to get me to do services that where not necessary. Also tried to charge me for a service that was under warranty. Fortunately I have someone who looks out for me. Will not go back to a dealership that I can not trust.Beautiful dealership all the bling bling. Just can not trust them.

I want to take this opportunity to compliment an outstanding manager. I came to your facility Friday afternoon, March 9, 20012 to pick up my car that had been serviced. Mr. Hayes met me at the entrance and asked if he could be of assistance. I said no thanks; I just getting my car. He escorted me inside and almost insisted that I have a seat at a service advisors desk and then had someone prepare my bill and bring it to me for my signatures. I use oxygen and he was not aware of my physical state but I had just come from having a radiation treatment and I was totally exhausted. I then mentioned that I was looking to purchase a used automobile from another dealer and he even took the time to check out the carshistory for me. From now on I intend to be a committed customer of Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville. I have never met a manager in an auto dealership that was more professional; more dedicated, Informative, more caring, more respectful as well as cordial and accommodating.
